Great food. Amazing prices. None like it anywhere else. Best frankies. Perfect for evening snacks and maybe even a dinner. Taste never changes, always good. Perhaps quantity could be more, but for the rates, I won't complain so much. They even have sandwiches.

Tibbs Frankie is located beside lifestyle Begumpet..One of the busy spot..The menu is good but in chicken , they had only chicken tikka roll and veg rolls..Taste is good and fresh..A quick grab of snack

A good Place to have a Quick Bite of Frankie. Available in both Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian this place offers one of the Best Frankies in Hyderabad. Two separate preparation sites are available for both Vegetarians and Non-Vegetarians. Frankie can be best accompanied with various Soft Drinks available right across the Payment Counter. Chettinad Frankie with Double Egg is my Local Favorite. The place offers ample space for sitting (around 5-6 can sit right adjacent to this Kiosk) and Parking is a big problem here. Good & no issues if you were to come with your Family and Kids. The place is usually very busy during the evening office closing hours, with orders taking upto even 15-20 mins. Overall food quality & taste is pretty good, although the ambience is not that attractive, given the fact that its only a Quick Bite !!

Quality, tasty and affordable. This is a crowd favorite hangout place for a quick bite. It is a bit overcrowded bcoz of the parking lot but you should go for the food. My favourite is the Chettinad Chicken Frankie. Do try it out!

I have been eating at this place for 15yrs and the taste has not even changed a bit. It's still one of the best places to have Frankie in Hyderabad. The quality is top notch. My personal favorites are the sandwiches which are available. They have also added cup ice creams to their list items that they offer. Making it one of the best places to really grab a quick bite and get going.

Best place to have Frankie, well maintained. Try masala veg, only this guy has it. It’s value for money. But don’t order from Swiggy, they won’t add onions and cheese properly. Marriot hotel is providing its employees surgical mask, where as this fast food center guy is providing his boys good quality n95 masks. Respect.

An amazing kiosk which serves authentic Mumbai style frankie. They have 4-5 options each in veg and non-veg with 3 types of grilled sandwiches. You can ask for extra toppings like double egg or single cheese layer. Customer can also purchase 200ml softdrink or smoothie as an add-on to go with your delicious frankie. Must visit place in begumpet.

Well it's Tibbs, our good old frankie joint for a quick bite, have 2-3 and you're done for dinner. <br/>Really fond of their non veg frankies, especially the chicken tikka.<br/><br/>But in the recent times, I've seen their quality go down a little. The amount of egg and chicken that they add in the frankie isn't enough. Not a single time I remember I haven't mentioned them to add more filling. <br/><br/>But overall, the flavour is really good.

Visited Tibbs Frankie which is located in the White House vicinity on Friday afternoon. There were lots of people standing and there was hardly any place to stand there, big queue to get to the token counter.<br/><br/>Finally got my tokens and decided to have tawa chicken frankie and chicken tikka frankie. The guys who were making the orders were getting a little confused as to whose order was placed and who was collecting their frankies. They were making frankies in a hurry as more and more people were crowding the place.<br/><br/>Got both frankies after a wait, the base of all non veg frankies is that the roti is cooked with beaten eggs and the only difference is the flavour of chicken which goes inside. There was hardly any onion or chillies in the frankie and the quantity of chicken is very very less, hardly a tea spoon full. I'm guessing because of the rush the quality wasn't up to the mark. We even ordered a chilly chicken frankie and told the guy to make it a little spicy, but the staff completely ignored us, there was a single small piece of cut chilly and a little chicken.<br/><br/>Hoping next time we go to have frankies the taste and quality is much better. This trip was very dissatisfying.

Just awesome may be not cost worthy but by test it is awesome.........it's is beside Whitehouse building near Begumpet. I suggest every Frankie lover should try this Frankie.

Been there to this place couple of days ago and tasted Chilli Chicken and Mutton Frankie. Both the items are good to try with and a recommendable one. Not enough sitting provision exists, which need to be considered

Well, I’m a vegetarian so not many choices here, but definitely worth a try! If anyone is looking for a quick bite to eat, this is the place. You can find Tibbs frankie at many locations in and around Hyderabad. It’s light on the pocket, filling and yummm.

As this place is known for frankies, we tried Chicken Tikka frankie and Cheese Grilled Sandwich at this place. The frankie had a little amount of chicken but the ends are literally stuffed with onions. It can be called as Onion frankie rather than Chicken tikka frankie. The sandwich was loaded with really good amount of cheese and topped with pepper on it. As it was completely a plain cheese grilled sandwich, people who are huge fans of cheese can give this a try or else you will have a trouble swallowing that amount of solid cheese. Overall, the rates were pocket friendly but food wasn't that tummy friendly.

One of the most famous Tibbs Frankie stalls in Hyderabad.  We tried Mutton frankie from here, other than the usual Chicken frankie flavour. Both mutton & chicken frankie was good.<br/><br/>From having food here to take-away, this outlet is a good one.<br/><br/>On weekends the place gets crowded during evening. Worth trying the food here once.

Frankies tastes good, but not satisfied with the quantity they have given to me. They are of medium size and you have to buy another one. Packaging seems to be somewhat oily to the hands

This place is located near the entrance of the White House building in Kundanbagh, Begumpet and it is easily accessible by metro [Begumpet station]. I visited this place on 27 th January 2018.<br/><br/>I ordered their best selling frankies [Chicken Tikka (Rs.55) and Chicken Chettinad (Rs.55)] and both were really nice and also completely different to one another as the Chettinad Frankie was wrapped in a crisp roti and the spices were superlative with an overwhelming South Indian flavour where as the chicken tikka frankie was wrapped in a soft and plain roti and was not brimming with spices. It was more subtle than the chettinad frankie but also tasted great.<br/><br/>Next I had a Thums Up 200 ml [Rs.20] and a Strawberry wonder sundae [Rs.90] and I have to tell you it was one of the best sunadae's I had recently.

We use to come to this place after shopping, I totally believe they feed best wraps in the city. I am vegan, paneer is my Everytime choice.<br/><br/>It's also a quick grab of snack for techies who take local train, could mitigate hunger before short travel.

I ordered chicken frankie, with extra cheese. Though delivery was fast and on time, quality was real bad and quantity as well. I would not recommend.

Tibbs is one of the most popular Frankie chains not just in Hyderabad but also in cities like Bangalore. This is one of the outlets that I frequently visit to grab something to eat when I'm around. Also, my favourite outlet in Hyderabad. Mutton,Chicken Chettinad and Tawa Chicken are my forever favorites. Sandwich is very mediocre. Should also try the dry fruit lassi here. Since it's in a stall, and also because if the location it tends to get really crowded most of the times.. so you'll have to wait to get your Frankie. <br/><br/><br/>Frankly speaking, Tibbs in Hyderabad should definitely have as many varieties of Frankie's that they offer in Bangalore. I was astonished to see the number of varieties of Frankies they had out there!

This place serves some good frankies when compared to their other outlets. I always have a quick bite over here while shopping around. My favourite is the children tikka Frankie and veg cheese Frankie. Even being a Non-veg lover i somewhat prefer Veg Frankies at this place :)

This outlet is probably one of those places .. I have visited countless times in the last couple of years. Their Frankie taste gets better . Veg & Non veg frankie, both are equally yum. If you love chicken & spice ! Go for Chicken chettinad . Their tawa & chicken tikka frankie are mouthwatering and very satisfying. This place is situated right next to lifestyle , begumpet. So , can always grab a frankie after shopping or before .. As their service is really fast.

Tibbs Frankie, White House is a great place for a quick bite especially if you're low on cash. The frankies are made pretty quickly and taste really nice. My personal favourite is the Chicken Tikka. Apart from really nice frankies, you get all kinds of soft drinks to compliment the food. <br/>This outlet of Tibbs is busy at almost all times as it is right beside Lifestyle and is located very well. <br/>Definitely worth eating here, every time!

One of the most frequently visited place by me whenever I'm out for shopping or somewhere around.. my all time favourite on the menu is chicken tikka frankie and the grilled chicken cheese sandwich which they make it really delicious. Pocket friendly place along with a perfect items on the menu..

Probably the only tibbs frankie place which has regular customers and more menu than any of the hyderabad branches .. love the frankee taste its a little diff and the other menus too ... makes me get cravings for it time to time...

Perhaps the most crowded tibbs frankie outlet in town. That's cause it's smack bang in the middle of colleges & shopping places. And we were here one evening after shopping at lifestyle. And it goes without saying that if we are shopping at lifestyle we end up having frankie. So it was dinner time and me and my friend ordered chicken chettinad and Tara chicken with cheese. And as always the frankie were absolutely delicious the chicken stuffed was spicy and yummy in the chettinad and in thr tawa too only it was less spicy obviously. The chicken was also tender and nicely cooked. The roti was fired well and for 50 bucks a roll it's absolute VFM. So we did a repeat of the order and finished off with a soft drink. 250 odd and we were full with our dinner.

This is one of the hotchy-potchy kind of places and a prime joint where you can see maximum crowd coming for shopping in the neighbouring buildings. This Tibbs Frankie outlet is a hot spot for food and every now & then it is kind of busy always. Service is really fast considering the crowd but sometimes quality lacks because of the low resources. Wish they cud increase the staff to compensate the incoming orders. Taste wise not much concerns but they need to improve on the service and make an attempt to increase the space. Not much to talk about the ambience as it is located outside within the building campus but a true hunger soother for the passers by. I don't miss it whenever I happen to come to Lifestyle.

On weekends you ll be left waiting for sometime before your order finally comes but I've seen this to not bother most ppl that come here as they get time to chat be it a family , a group of friends or couples .. Unlike other Frankie places they have soft drinks available as well which kinda improves the impulsive touch of the eatery .. No seating .. When you have absolutely no time/options but would like to eat something around Begumpet, this is not a bad place to be. Located just at the entrance of the White House building it serves Frankies, Cold Drinks, Sandwiches and Sip on Lassi ( which is available in 2 flavors).<br/><br/>Not a fan of frankies, but this place is buzzing with people and surprisingly far better than the Banjara hills outlet which is in GVK mall. The lassi which is a product of Dairy Den( Secunderabad) is a nice addition to this quick serve place. Though they are many sandwich places in White house complex, this one is probably the most economical option. My Veg Frankie took a lot of time to come, courtesy the rush, but was a saviour. <br/><br/>Ideal case:<br/>Shop at White house -> Grab a bite -> Save by skipping the expensive options -> Shop more :))

( Food Category - Veg/Non-Veg, Status - Halal)<br/><br/>There is always a serpentine queue of folks who throng to this outlet and it is quite obvious why when you get to try their frankies and sandwiches<br/><br/>The rolls are not thick as in the kolkotta style but the coating of egg ( when you are ordering non veg i.e) makes it stronger in thickness and taste. <br/><br/>All the non-veg options are good , personal favorite being the Chilli chicken. <br/><br/>Customizing the order to your preference is a necessity as people decrease/increase onions,chilli's, cheese , double egg etc<br/><br/>My recommendation is also to try the grilled sandwiches. Proper triangle shaped bread which has a generous quantity of butter ,cheese and other condiments added and then grilled to perfection. quite a lot of my lunches were at this outlet and never been disappointed .

This place has the perfect location,close to so many colleges and schools. This makes it a bit crowded but their cheese frankie and also their veg cheese grilled sandwich is worth the 5-10minutes wait. They have no seating but since it is in the open you wont find difficult in enjoying the food. All the items are priced within RS 40-50 making this place ideal for student hangouts.

This is the best place to grab a frankie in hyderabad. They have various stalls across the city but i guess this is one of the oldest. U can also get grilled sandwiches and drinks(lassis, cold drinks, etc) at this place to cool your taste buds down apart from the frankies.<br/><br/>I absolutely love their tangy paneer frankie and the veg frankie. U will definitely end up having more than one. The egg frankie is also very good. Price is decent enough as u can get a frankie in under 50 bucks and the place is quite clean. The only thing a bit off is that some times it might end up a bit oily.

This is my daily hang out place a very good place to eat after you shop in lifestyle the veg grilled sandwich is amazing and the gobi Manchuria Frankie is amazing but it gets over fast so go a bit early and taste it is worth your money enough said taste it your self

This place is always filled up with customers, but they efficiently manage the orders. Parking is a bit problem here.<br/> Regarding the taste, this is the only Tibbs outlet in Hyderabad where you can get right amount of stuffing. They never compromise about their quality. Other outlets do!Tibbs Frankie @begumpet is the only outlet I suggest.

A very good place for frankies and sandwiches. Very reasonably priced or rather quite cheap. Love their chicken grilled sandwich and achari chicken frankie.

Busy as a bee. If you drop in here in the evenings while shopping at Lifestyle you may find yourself surprised with the crowd here. But they efficiently manage their orders, I have tried almost all of their non veg frankies and they don't let the pressure compromise their quality. Not much for ambience, just park your bike or car nearby and grab a bite.

Brilliant place. Proper fast food. The parking here became irritating. But still its a nice place to quickly stop and grab something to eat.

This place is very famous for Bombay tibbs frankie and yummy grilled sandwich. Especially people who are working or staying near to begumpet should visit this place for a quick meal. I recommend chicken grilled sandwich. Its a must try.

The ultimate place for a sudden hangout. Great service but there is a problem with the timings. The frankie you get here is simply superb and nothing can replace it. One can just grab a roll on their way to work or college. Apt to satisfy the hunger in you if you have very less time.

I've been there often, almost every time I have visited Lifestyle in the next complex. Price ranges from 40 to 50 each. Favourites are Tawa chicken roll and the chicken chilli roll. They will make you go for the second one! Only the brave should try the chettinad chicken roll - it has a demonic level of spice and chilly. Stay away! <br/>They also keep lassis and buttermilk bottles, to douse the fire. <br/>One person can have a satisfying meal under Rs.100 and walk out with a satisfying smile.

The Frankie is well known Indian flat bread grilled and stuffed with a variety of delicious fillings and seasoned to our taste. It is portable, perfect any time, satisfying, fresh, hot and made to order with a perfect balance of tangy and spices. Perfect food to grab and move on. I love the tangy paneer frankie. They also serve lassi and slush to drink. Of all the outlets here in Hyderabad, I feel the best is this Begumpet one. You will not be surprised to see people queuing up to order frankie and also frankie's not being available at times because they run out of stock.

Their menu ahs a wide range of frankies and the mutton frankie is my favorite. the service is fast and food is yumm. the prices are around 50 with the cheese and you may have a double chicken or egg toping if required. theres no seating. But its a must visit for all frankie lovers

This is one place where I look to have a real fast meal. Quite a different menu compared to other fast foods available. Love The sandwiches here with some extra cheese. Taste is good. Since located in the outdoor ambience is one that lacks. But the service is ok.

Tibbs know how to keep customers happy. They serve rolls as considerably cheaper prices than their competitor in the vicinity, Roll Call. Their taste is much better, at least they are juicy rolls with a standard and consistent quantity of chicken inside and is tasty enough to keep you happy. <br/>At 40-50 Bucks, they outdo the dry and some terrible rolls of Roll Call(which are very inconsistent). All the items on their menu are good and can be chosen as per individual's taste.<br/>They do have some scope for improvement in the filling of chicken and a bit of onions but not too much.<br/>Recommended!
