Version 1: Immerse yourself in an exquisite haven where warmth and delectable cuisine intertwine harmoniously. The dedicated staff and astute management spare no effort in ensuring your utmost satisfaction. Indulge in the tantalizing haleem, a delicacy available year-round, while the city revels in its seasonal charm. The barbecue experience is flawlessly orchestrated, presenting succulent meats and juicy kebabs without any inconvenience. The regal ambiance transports you to a bygone era, evoking a sense of grandeur fit for royalty. The desserts, an irresistible temptation, beckon you to surrender to their divine flavors. As the sumptuous feast draws to a close, relish the desi pan and savor the nostalgic frosticks that evoke cherished childhood memories. I booked a table for dinner via Zomato in advance, the place was lively with families, couples and corporate but not jam packed like the other barbecues. There was no waiting time, we got a table as soon as we arrived. We were served a welcome drink as we occupied the table. The buffet spread was good, plenty of starters both for non veg and veg. The taste was good and we enjoyed the starters. There was a live counter as well which had pav bhaji and babycorn. We were served papdi chat and dahi puri as well. The main course was amazing, there were many items -shorba, soups, curries, biryanis etc. And the way they gave the naan was so unique (check in attached videos). The dessert was the best, there were more than 5 kinds of ice-cream, my favs that day were mango and pineapple. Do try these if available on your visiting day. The staff was corteous, ambience was amazing, we enjoyed thoroughly. The price per person was 1049 including GST. Since we booked in advance via Zomato, we got 30% discount. Must recommend for a family or a corporate dinner outing!

We tried their non-veg buffet in lunch. The overall experience is mostly same as other places offering buffets these days, however I felt this was more worth than most of the others out there. In the starters, apart from the generic items like kebabs, crispy corn, etc, we got lukhmi, fish finger, and pav bhaji. However all the starters were okayish. There are various other options in live counters. The highlight of the main course were Haleem(which I have hardly seen in buffets) and the tauliya nan which they graciously offered to prepare for us. The best part for me was the desserts and I was amazed by the variety. They had all, pastries, doughnuts, halwa, ice cream, khubani ka meetha, phirni and even kaju barfis! If starters would have been slightly better, this definitely would have been a 5 star experience. Full marks for variety!

A Surprising Delight at Sahib's Barbeque, Madhapur, Hyderabad I recently revisited Sahib's Barbeque in Madhapur, Hyderabad, after a lapse of a few years, and I must say, the transformation was nothing short of astonishing. While my previous experience left much to be desired, my recent visit was a delightful surprise that warrants a detailed mention. Starters (BBQ): A Culinary Triumph The star of the show was undoubtedly the starters, masterfully crafted on the barbecue. From succulent chicken and perfectly cooked fish to tender mutton, the flavors were exceptional. The meats were flawlessly marinated and cooked to perfection, leaving a lasting impression on our taste buds. Soups to Soothe the Soul Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian soups were nothing short of amazing. Each spoonful was a burst of flavors, and it was evident that careful thought had been put into creating these soul-warming delights. Decadent Buffet Spread for All Tastes The buffet spread was an exploration of diverse culinary delights, catering to a variety of palates. The authenticity of the chaat counter was a hit among my friends and family, earning praises for its flavors and true-to-roots presentation. Medieval Ambience: A Touch of Elegance The ambience of Sahib's Barbeque transported us to a bygone era, exuding a rich and medieval charm. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the restaurant, contributing to an immersive dining experience. Afghani Naan: A Shared Delight One of the highlights of our meal was the enormous Afghani naan served on a stand, perfect for sharing with a group. The naan was soft, fragrant, and accompanied our meal delightfully. Desserts: A Bittersweet Conclusion While the overall experience was exceptional, the dessert section left a bit to be desired. The desserts were average, lacking the same level of finesse and innovation displayed in the rest of the meal. However, it's worth noting that other BBQ establishments might outshine Sahib's Barbeque in this particular aspect. Room for Improvement: Birthday Celebrations One notable downside was the refusal to provide a cake for birthday celebrations. Considering the slightly higher buffet costs compared to other similar establishments, it would be a thoughtful addition to include this service and enhance the overall dining experience. Final Thoughts: A Protein-Rich Affair In summary, my recent visit to Sahib's Barbeque in Madhapur, Hyderabad, was a pleasant revelation. The transformation from a lackluster past to a delightful present was commendable. The delectable starters, soul-soothing soups, and diverse buffet spread showcased the culinary prowess of the establishment. While the desserts fell short of expectations and the birthday celebration aspect could use some attention, the overall experience was enjoyable and left me savoring the generous portions of protein-rich delights. Sahib's Barbeque has undoubtedly come a long way and deserves recognition for its efforts in creating a memorable dining affair.

Went for a team dinner with 11 members. Food options are amazing they have variety of food options starting from vegetarian starters to haleem, Soups to Icecreams and Rice to sweets. I felt majority of food don’t have enough salt. Polite and very good service, also great ambience and interiors. Most of the restaurant in getting occupied by late evening. This is a Buffet system and unlimited food without any conditions. They are also providing a welcome drink unlimited which is very good and smells amazing. They charge 1K per head during weekdays and 1200 per head during weekends, this prices may vary check before visiting. This is a very good option for group of people going for a dinner or team visits. Food is worth for money and also affordable. Overall the experience is good and only few food items are tastes amazing. Main thing I want to appreciate is ice cream options, they have coffee flavour ice cream, Pan ice cream and different ice cream flavours which I never tried earlier. Visit this restaurant once with your group and have good time.

Food: The food at Sahibs Barbeque is generally good, with a wide variety of kebabs, grills, and curries to choose from. The kebabs are particularly well-done, with succulent and flavorful meats that are cooked to perfection. The curries are also rich and flavorful, with a good balance of spices. However, some reviewers have found the food to be a bit oily at times. Service: The service at Sahibs Barbeque is generally attentive and friendly. The staff is quick to refill drinks and clear plates, and they are always happy to answer any questions about the menu. However, some reviewers have found the service to be a bit slow at times, especially during busy periods. Overall, Sahibs Barbeque is a good option for those looking for a hearty and flavorful barbecue meal. The food is generally good, and the service is attentive.
