I love the shakes they make. The glass containers are hygienic also. One complain is that the price is little high, but i suppose that is due to brand value.

Observed that the Thick Shake depends on the time it is in the mixer at high speed. Felt like ice cream at the bottom and eat with spoon. Taste is ultimate.

I expected ferrero rocger thickshake to have crushed chocolate in it. Instead it was just a chocolate ice cream based shake with ferrero rocher ball in it. Taste as well not upto mark 😓

I visited the one which is in manjeera mall. Had the KitKat thickshake. Tasted good. It would be more comfortable if they switch to natural ingredients rather than the syrups.

Worst customer service staff is rudely speaking with customers I personally experienced I had ordered for caramel banana thickshake I almost I had waited for 30 mints <br/>After that taste is very bad and they had used the raw banana I ask him to return my money back <br/>He taken my thickshake and not returned my money back and spoken with me rudely I ask for the manager nbr and called so many times he didn’t even pick the call

Ordered Ferrero Rocher Thickshake. The first sip almost gave me a brain freeze. It had this chocolate nutty flavor to it and its topped with a ferrero rocher. This can put an end to your sweet cravings. It was delicious.The quality of the shake is good and the quantity did justice to the amount paid.The staff was humble and polite. Ambiance was good.  Overall, it was a good experience.

And it's difficult to decide one shake from their wide ranges of super thick shakes I was looking for some recommendations I asked my friend he said they have some protein shake and that's some thing very new and healthy. 😉now who will miss the power booster shake. I Orderd Super Man super thick shake I never had in my life such super thick shake. I was using spoon for their super thick shake. While writing I'm feeling the taste. It was like full meals. The thick shakes of these chain of restaurants are amazing with some wide variety of choices the best for me were chocolate and pineapple shake the thickness of the shakes is amazing that I haven't found anywhere else.<br/>The price is a little on higher side but you should definetly try it once

Went to this outlet today. Disappointed. Didn’t have thickshakes. Only milkshakes. And half things in menu weren’t available. What’s the point of putting up menu if you don’t have anything for customers. Really really angry.

After my visit for the thick shake at Las Vegas this is my second visit at manjeera and believe me even they don't have mango shake from fruit delight. A bit disappointed and again continued with strawberry kiwi. And I loved the response of the staff. The thick Shake has employed the best staff in their business.

I have ordered two milk shakes online and I felt it just like a flavored milk n not like actual milk shake. The worst Shake I ever had and that is from The Thick Shake Factory.<br/>They have thick in their name but not in the shake.<br/>It tastes worst than road side kiosks. whenever i go to TSF its hard for me to decide which shake to have.. every shake is just so amazing it leaves us in confusion ... The staff  of TSF is also very friendly and cooperative.

We were at a wedding when I went to this outlet. It was very late at night - almost closing time. I was a little hesitant but we were welcomed at the counter with a warm smile. I didn't know about this. My friend told me & three of us went together. It seemed the counter guy was busy, some big order. But he was also rude & arrogant. He had so much in him, he was behaving like owner of TSF. He was not entertaining us, not talking properly. I don't understand how people can talk like that in front of customers. I also have clients but really this was not acceptable. I don't know if this review would be taken seriously or not. I'll think twice before visiting again.

This place has one of the best milkshakes in the city! If you are a fan of Oreo you would love their ice cream Oreo thickshake . While ordering , go for a thickshake instead of a milkshake ! They have varieties in chocolate shakes too! One is better than the other ! Love love their varieties ! Also , you feel quite full having one thickshake. Very satisfying !

Located in the  mall where ambience is bad, maintenance is also bad, but can't help it. We tried caramel carnival, Belgian chocolate. Both of them were decent.

There shakes are good, But either they think that they are very smart or they take us for fools. We usually order thick-shakes form these guys. Most of the time Extra add on is mission from the shake. it's really frequent and I am done with these guys.

I am a great fan of ferraro hazzlenut ....but today, I payed for thickshake and took it away in a hurry.. To my surprise it was milkshake.<br/>Next time I'll pay for milkshake and take thickshake...if someone resist, I'll surely create a mess!!

Tried thickshake factory for the first time, this outlet is located in the Manjeera Mall. They have different variety of thickshakes and milkshakes in their menu. <br/><br/>I wanted to try something which is safe(did not want to experiment). So my love for chocolate flavour made me order Belgian chocolate thickshake. I have got to say, their thickshakes are pretty thick and delicious. They deliver what they promise. You can use a straw or spoon to have them. I had most of it with spoon (yeah, it was thick :D) . It was heavy and sufficient enough for my chocolate craving! :)<br/>I will surely visit again to try out other thickshakes/milkshakes in their menu as well.

Belgian chocolate and Mojito mint are our choices to try , Belgian was good with very high quantity of calories I guess but felt Mojito mint something which can improve, it is like mint water with ice.. 😄

Housed in the flurry of food spots int he Food court area of Manjeera Mall, This was a welcoming entry in that space as we dont have much options for thick shakes in the area... I have been there multiple times as manjeera and forum mall are our default weekend pit stops.. Everything from service to quality of drinks are really good but here is my concern about this particular place, the servers in the space are too slow to react to orders who actually make shakes having chit chat about personal things.. I dont mean to be rude but then thats not attributing towards +ve customer experience.<br/><br/>Other concern is they don't have half of the items whenever I have asked them for random items. Its a huge choice of menu but availability is 50-60% only. Please work on it.<br/><br/>I'm a fan of their slushes and choco delights for my sweet tooth craving.. Kids love it too. Will be a regular if the menu actually is available with all options. Good job...

The ThickShake Factory offers some of the best milkshake, well in this case I suppose one should call it ThickShake. It's basically a whole lot of ice cream, together with a variety of ingredients from brownies to fruits blended into a shake and topped off with a variety of sweets. <br/>Makes for quite an awesome shake. However, if you're not a fan of sweet, sugary pleasures you probably wouldn't be too enthusiastic about this place.

They serve the best ThickShake in all of Hyderabad. I have visited this place multiple times and had every chocolate shakes out of which my favourite is 'Choco Brownie Crumble'. Other fruit shakes are good too but the chocolate one over past them.<br/>I recommend everyone who loves chocolate shakes to try ThickShake factory.

Good concept and very good thickshakes. If I were you I'd go for the Snickers thickshake, the Caramel Koffee, or the Belgian Chocolate. The service is also quite fast as well. Although some people might find it a little too sweet.

Ocean Oreo had the amazing flavor of vanilla ice cream and Oreo crushed . Has quite a rlfew options but the downside slushes were not available. Opted for the mint chocochip thick shake and the mango melody shake. Both were good and satisfying wrt quantity served. At 156 inclusive of taxes for each of the shakes found it upside but then we can live with it if the offerings are good...Appreciate if they could also have the slushes...

The concept of krushers from KFC was something that really kept me hooked, over the years KFC crushers kept getting worse with quality, until I tried thickshake. Brilliant shake!! I tried the safe-bet ones, things that can not go wrong easily and I can really vouch for the drinks here :) service is also fast and if you stay in an around Kondapur, ola cafe serves it to your home as well :D (for just rs 99)

On a quest for some street food we headed to sindhi colony and after trying some spicy food we landed at the thick shake factory. Called for an alphonso thick shake, a choco chip shake and a berry melon slurpy. The staff misheard our ordered and we ended up with 2 thick shakes rather than 1. Though a little heavy on your wallet, the shakes have a strong and distinct taste. Worth a try.

I would say one of the best shakes i had from hyderabad . They did complete justice to the name they have given. Indeed the shakes are so thick that sometimes its hard to come through the straw. The prices are a bit on the higher side though. Have visited this place whenever i am in manjeera for a movie.

Absolutely tasty, and almost froth free; and the presence of few mango cuts in the cup made it one wonderful concoction.<br/><br/>Ambiance: Typical food court in a shopping mall, and never AC works at this place, and tables aren't cleared too. Thus it will have an impact on VFM factor. Nevertheless I tasted better milkshakes elsewhere too, at prices far lesser than this.

I happen to like thick shakes and the only ones i tried before were from outlets where thick shakes were not the unique sells nor the marketed items. So one fine afternoon i went all the way to Manjeera Mall to watch a movie and try the shakes - I ended up being super stuffed with the shakes and fell asleep in the movie. Vanilla is my fav and probably a standard regular classic among the thick shakes. I also tried the peanut butter indulgence and they both were just super. Cant explain to much of the texture, taste, temperature - but its a must try now as they have a lot of outlets in Hyd. Great work guys. Cheers. Total Value for Money.
