Review Country Oven - Hyderabad

I had chat with managers, they assured me to deliver cake to destination restaurant as it was not possible for me to pickup. Cake delivery was exactly on time. Cake was designed as same as per our discussion. It was very soft, sponge and delicious too. All liked it very much. Thanks a lot for a nice service.

All five stars for the wonderful Pinata cake. Chef Om and group have done a great job. I and my family enjoyed it.

I came here with a full stomach with the intent to not to eat and just accompany my friend. He ordered a Spicy Chipotle & cheese burger. My friend offered a bite to taste. Inspite the full stomach, I couldn't stop @1 bite. It was phenomenally good! A must try place and a must try burger 🍔

When you want a cake... No one can be better than Country oven, Best Quality,Super Cake artists..I highly recommend all.

Country Oven is best. It's people's bakery. Came to know they are serving since 1993 approx 30 years. very good products - must visit.

The product is absolutely good in taste and I immediately ordered another cake and confectionary items, and I suggest all to order from countryoven  for good taste and service.

This is the first time I am writing a review for something. I am glad to tell that I ordered a Birthday cake yesterday from Country Over (for a change) for same day delivery and was quite nervous after reading the reviews for how it will be. To our utter surprise it was Awesome! and my relatives especially asked me "if I changed the place from where I ordered the cake, because it was better than all earlier ones :) " Please continue the good work.

Seating arrangements are good and I got my order quickly in this eatery. It is hygienic and well maintained. For 2 wheeler parking, there is some space. Overall, I had a good experience.

Awesome food whether you try Chinese or bakery foods .. just love the cheese cake and international dessert… am hooked just come to have them again and again .

Ordered paneer puff, veg burger and coke. All the items were average bakery stuff and didn't have any exclusive appeal. It's an average outlet and nothing great about the burger. Paneer puff can be improved a lot. Suggestion: atleast some amount of cheese or mayo should be there in the veg burger also charging 35-40 rs extra for cheese burger isn't vfm. Difference shouldn't be more than 10 bucks. Afterall you're putting average cheese and not some indigenous farm grown mozzarella.

I am using Countryoven from 10+ years now and very happy with their serverice and the products they deliver. I will strongly recommend Countryoven to anyone.

I always trust country oven for delivering cakes to my friends & family in India. You have a lot of cake options (sugar-free & Eggless) and they all taste very good. Their rates are reasonable & service is very good. I would recommend it for easy and hassle-free delivery service.

I live in USA, ordered a cake to be delivered to an address in Hyderabad for my friend's birthday. I ordered white forest fruit cake in countryoven online website. the cake delivered was pathetic, looks cheap. please see the photos of the cake I ordered and what was delivered. I am very much frustrated with the service, no value for money. they charged me Rs 1200 for the cheap cake.

I had ordered a cake and bread on 24-Dec-2018 and paid on line to Country Oven. They didn't bother to supply the items. When I complained, they said that they are refunding the amount on 04-Jan-2019. So far the amount has not been credited to my account. I tried contacting them on land line mobile and by email. There is only deafening silence. Ordered chocolate truffle, cup cake and chocolate soufflé. Cup cake was okay, icing on top is rock hard. Chocolate soufflé is good. Review needs to be at least 140 characters long.

Burger and hotdogs-<br/>Country oven has 5 outlets in Hyderabad. I placed an online order for a chicken burger and a chicken hotdog from country oven Madhapur. Hot dog was bigger in size as expected and the quality of bun used was very good. It was loaded with very well cooked small sized chicken pieces and mayonnaise. Along with hotdog potato wafers and ketchup. Chicken burger was bigger in size containing a large number of well cooked chicken pieces. Quality of bun was very good and a cherry was served on top of it. It was served with a ketchup and potato wafers. Both the items were packed separately in the boxes.

I have been to this place many time for cake 🎂 and pizza 🍕 , pizza is worth money. Cake and pastries are very yummy 😋, But service need more more improve no proper response to guest,,,

Who put too much tomato in one pizza. Ordered Margherita and spicy veg pizza. Both tasted same which deadly sour.. Someone gave them free tomatoes i guess. Tomatina festival in Spain. 😆

We visited here twice. And the place is just satisfactory. Their prices have increased compared to the previous years, but not their quality or taste.<br/><br/>Recently we ordered a piece cake, orange color. Don't exactly remember the name.<br/>The cream was good. But the cake beneath don't have much of flavor of the main type of cake.<br/><br/>There were mosquitoes and house files. Its time the owners take some action to this being a branded name.

We visited this place for sandwiches. As I heared they offer good sandwiches in Madhapur area.<br/><br/>My friends were right, they offer tasty sandwiches but those are not best.<br/><br/>Ambience is not well maintained, most of the furniture are old or broken, staff is not properly trained.<br/><br/>Test wise it's ok atleast u can have these sandwiches without complaining.<br/><br/>In cake as we can see in display they have a lot of variety.

Visted this place for a quick bite the food was just ok and the food from kitchen was pretty slow and finally they had forgot our order need to improve on their timing and quality

I have repeated the orders for Chicken Grilled Sandwich and Chocolate Truffle Pastry under home delivery option. Must say, the quality of food has been consistent for every order. The restaurant has always delivered before time ☺

Country oven is a place where you can have bakery items which are fresh enough to have. But they have a small section of ice cream too which they prepare just like Cream Stone but the taste is not that good to spend 100 bucks or so...<br/>Although you can enjoy having samosa ,puffs or burger which is reasonable in rate...<br/>

Worst service to say and nothing else. At least on birthdays u need to be on time with your service as ppl don't want any delay on these kind of occasions.<br/>And on top of that there is no one to reply for ur calls and when u try to use the help messaging service they simply raise a ticket saying executive will contact you. That's it!!!!!<br/>They don't even have a courtesy to at least call up the customer and speak.

I love this place for being it at the right place and serving what it can best serve. I have been coming to country oven from ages and nothing has changed. <br/>I have had their Wraps, Burger, Pizza, Sandwich and cakes. Everything they serve is just perfect. Only thing which needs to be improved is their service and management. <br/>I would highly recommend this place for their cakes and muffins.<br/>Nothing too expensive and right on taste!

The cake is not fresh at all. This is mine second order in country online for delivery, Just the upper layer is good and the middle one and the bottom layers are really dried up and not good. The taste is little good from my first time but its not fresh. I ordered egg less and am not even sure they made it separately or just gave the once prepared before. Am very much dis appointed and am never going to order in this site again.

I would like to give 0 rating for these guys but there is no 0 option. I ordered a cake in country oven, when I was check out it was asking me to add extra gifts if you want so I was checking all the gifts by seeing all of them, I was interested on the cup with photo. I added the cup and uploaded the photo. Finally when I receive I just received the empty cup without photo. These guys are cheating do not order extra gifts from these guys.<br/><br/>Finally I have decided not to order anything from them and I hate these assholes.

Best bakeries in Madhapur. Visited this place multiple times shocked to see such a low rating in zomato. We visit this place to buy cakes for birthdays because you will get a freshly baked cake and tried bread and biscuits also. Must try pastries will be very yummy and even puffs will be crispy and fresh. Whatever they keep inside will be freshly done which i feel important for food. Do visit the place for cakes.

The chicken pizza was really great. Even the taste of oregano really complimented the flavour of the pizza. <br/><br/>Even the place is quite nice to hang out with your friends.

Everything worked fine online. I informed my sister that she may receive a call and gave her the detail. I called her on the day of deliver and asked if she received it …informed me that she hasn’t. I called the Country oven support and found that haven’t delivery ..and the person transfer the call to Madhapur branch as delivery fall in that area. I spoke a delivery boy RAJESH. I asked him why he was not able to deliver on the day promised ,if there was any genuine reason, Instead he was little rude and we exchange few words regarding the delivery, He was very rude and informed me he will not delivery and ask me to do whatever I can. I asked for his manager name so I can talk to him. He said he doesn’t have any manager blah blah…It not about the delayed delivery it more about behavior problem.<br/><br/>Suggestion to owner – Hire people who has some basic manner and know how to talk.

They have the worst delivery service. They claim to deliver on time and even charge extra for one/two day deliveries but don't stand on their promise. I had ordered a cake for my mother's birthday who lives in Kanpur. She waited whole day for the delivery and informed me in the evening that she didn't receive anything. When I called country oven, they said that their vendors had told them that delivery is not possible and they can only do it 5 days after the scheduled date. Country oven didn't inform me of the situation and I made a fool of myself. This is the worst service I have ever seen. Very disappointed.

The first pastry that I ordered was rotten. Called back and they instantly replaced. Then ordered a bday cake which was soothing to eyes and tongue both. Then ordered some samosas along which were liked by all. Start was bad but overall good experience.thanks country oven

I have been to this place many a times and I find Country Oven cakes really tasty. For me, sometimes this place is a break from Karachi bakery, when I get bored of that place. We have ordered many cakes from this place for office birthday parties and everyone loved the taste. All other snacking items are tasty and delicious. <br/><br/>They even have a sitting area where you can have pastries, burgers, sandwiches with your friends which makes it most likely. Being on the main road makes it highly accessible. A must try for everyone!

Pastries are worth trying here. Had an average experience with the blackforest cake that we ordered for an anniversary. Could be better. Shall try some other flavour probably the next time.

Everything except the Sandwiches here is hard and cold. Please never eat any Doughnuts, Cheese rolls or puffs they sell ancient food !!! I know atleast what I got was min 3 days old stuff. Even ice cream is disgusting

The BBQ Chicken hot dog is one of my favorites from this place. During my next visits, I will be tasting some pizzas from here.<br/><br/>Just a suggestion, beside the mock tails and milkshakes, it would be great if you offer us great tea and coffee. They will go good with the sandwiches.

Off the best bakery in the city this stands in the list. The taste r quality of the food is great it does not get down. The pastries are the finest.

Sandwich, Burgers and pizza's are ok or we can say average...Ambience is also average not that bad which i saw in the earlier reviews...in terms of cakes we have ordered multiple times as this place is near to my flat and customized according to my choice and they always did the great job...In terms of cake it is really good and you can customize it according to your wish...

These people have served me Non Veg burger in the name of veg Burger and then din't even bother to apologize or compensate..They just told that we are sorry sir we will provide you veg Burger if u want more than that take a cake if u want nothing more can be done from our end...I recommend such bakery should be closed as soon as possible and get there licensed cancel.

This is the worst bakery in Hyderabad both in online and offline services. <br/>I had four bitter experiences with this bakery, every time I forgave thinking that it could be a human error. But yesterday, I could not take it. They screw my order or birthday cake, no message on the cake and no surprise message in the bottle, which I have chosen it. These people do not have emotions. Went here to try their walnut brownie since my friend had ordered it on my birthday, and we all absolutely loved it. This time again, I fell in love with the taste. Was hungry so ordered chilli paneer (roll I guess) and veg dizzy dog, both weren't great. So we didn't want to try anything else. Ambience is not great too, it's just a normal bakery. Rating it 3 only for the walnut brownie.

Ordered cake online for a friend and received a damaged cake(see the picture). Initially they promised cash back but later denied it offering so called "country oven wallet" that too 30-50% only. Top of all this you get poor customer interaction.<br/>Highly disappointed with service

I think people have been a lil too harsh on Country Oven looking at their current ratings. Of course they aren't the best and some of their items like the sandwiches are really sad, however they make some good stuff too. Their cakes and pastries are absolutely amazing and fresh,one can taste and understand the freshness of the same. I even ordered a party cake from them which turned out to be really great...kudos for that! The service is good,eye for detail is worth appreciating, however the one thing they need to improve is consistency and then they can come upto the standards of even Karachi Bakery.

Recently I went to this place with my friends, In Staters we ordered garlic chicken, pepper chicken and ginger chicken It was ok we can eat but I cant differentiate the taste between all the three then we ordered coke and moved to Fried Rice we ordered three different types of it but seriously I was so disappointed that it dose not have any taste its like we are eating plain rice "No Taste" at all. But service and ambiance are good. No doubt about it.

This was the hotspot during my school days. This place is budget friendly and worth it for the money. The bakery items are good but the desert and cakes could be stale. So one must only try them if they are fresh. Overall is a good place with good food and light on the pocket.

I thing this is also a worst bakery for delivering the exact cake design we expect. They show images with are cropped with Instagram and few designs that are to be imaginable. They charges too much in a ratio of 1:5 for a small key chain which costs 60/-. Too bad guys

Went there for evening snacks and ordered chicken puff and chicken wrap.. Chicken puff was normal which you find it everywhere and chicken wrap was too salty. It had good amount of onions but taste wasn't upto the mark. Ambience was cool and clean though.

Visited this place many times. They have good soups. Chicken sandwiche's are good as well.<br/>Pastries are amazing too. Fried rice and noodles are good. Reasonable price. A satisfying place for me.

This was the first place, I visited in Hyderabad for Sunday morning breakfast. Ambiance is good, clean and service is fast. Their cakes, pastries and other baked goods are little above average. Their egg puffs and veg cheese puff is good. But their sandwiches are not good, we tried chicken grill sandwich and veg grilled sandwich, could not eat beyond a bite, worse sandwich ever. They have good name and should try to uphold it. Bakes are good, but they need to consider other areas as well.

Good ambiance & service. A nice place to unwind with friends/colleagues while enjoying some fast food/snacks. Fair prices and they also accept sodexo food coupons. Do check it out.
