On a Sunday noon wanted to have lunch neat by office and saw this place from outside and I was like let's give it a try!
Sadly the place was not open yet and was having a inauguration party. We were about to leave and the owner comes up to us and invites us for lunch. Sweet gesture.

The ambience is pleasing to the eyes.
This is a multi cuisine restaurant with variety of cuisine in Japanese, Chinese and Continental and Mughali.
I loved the sushi here and the kebabs

The service was very professional and with a first class smile! :)

I was here as part of our club's screening. I must say they organise the event well and the staff are so patient and keen in serving their best.
This place is easy to locate, just opposite to city center. Very convenient parking. Ambience is nice, very lively.
Coming to food, the menu is really diverse. I had trio of hummus it was not up to mark. Very disappointed.
From what I have heard, Pizza's and starters are amazing here. Should try that next time.

Suggested by a foodie friend been here with another, for Dinner. Unfortunately we couldn't taste their North Indian & Mughlai dishes as they are running Oriental Food Festival Event until 2nd January so if anyone is planning here for their usual buffet, then hold your self till this event Ends.  Been here for the first time and it was decent. The place is Opposite to City City on the first floor.  The place doesn't seem to be big from outside but actually is.  Ambiance is lavish and seats are very comfortable.  Coming to the food it was good but not excellent.  All 8 starters were good but was disappointed by the main course (maybe b'coz I'm not oriental food lover).  Loved Mocktails & Desserts. Overall it was a different dining experience. Hope to come back again and taste their other dishes.

It's pending review. Visited with frnd for bday treat. It such a big place like a banquet. You can enjoy football or cricket match over there as they have a big screen to display any matches. You can take a drink and enjoy the match with frnds. Come to the decor it's simple yet sober. Buffet spread was too good. Love the dimsums and sushi. Nalli keema masala was mouthwatering. Good food.

Review was pending since a long time! Had been there on the third day of their launch .
We walked in to see a huge place with crisp and clean ambience and well trained staff and an open kitchen ! You can see your food being made from the buffet counters ! So all your checks can be made right there !
As for the food , there were some hits and there were some misses.. it's okay as they'd just opened and things go haywire ! in all I'd give it a 3.5/5 only for the food .The spread of the food was amazing though.

I was at the City Center mall and zomatoed for a good place to eat around. And see? Zomato works!. It directed me to V Junction Global Eatery. Good ratings, beautiful ambiance and a Buffet, that is all i was looking for. Although it doesn't guarantee a good experience, still decided to give it a try. The place is easy to spot as it is at the Banjara hills center just beside BBQ Nation. I fell in love with the ambiance at the first look. If i were to say it in one word, i'd say "World class".

Its not colorful. Its decent still elegant. Its spacious. Its well lit. The seating and the cutlery is top-notch. Its Well Organized and very peaceful though its on a busy road. The glass wall gives a great view of the banjara Hills center. There's a separate party section and a different looking bar.

We settled down on a table and a beautiful Iranian lady welcomed us. She doesn't just look beautiful, but takes care of the guest beautifully. She's soft spoken and knows the restaurant inside-out. Please go to this place for the amazing service. The waiters are always a look away and they look so focussed when you talk to them. They really made me feel at home. There was a baby chair for my little one.

Its a sitting buffet. Everything except the desserts and the salads is served on table.

We started with the chicken soup that was strangely named Chicken Eight Treasure Soup. It was bland and lacked spice. In-fact not a singe spice was evident on the taste buds. We were given a green apple/or litchi? mock-tail which was just amazing. Had a great mock-tail after a long time.

The starters started with a Lassooni chicken Tikka which was not good at all. It was laden with spice which didn't look well cooked and the chicken was hard to bite in.

Next was just chicken tikka which was okayish. The chicken was soft and was not very spicy. But it was not a great preparation.

The fish kebab look great and also the taste was good. But it smelled....which spoils everything. A fish preparation that smells at such a great place was not expected.

The chicken wings was the first best thing among starters. They were juicy and soft and the sweetish sauce really made it tasty. I ordered some more of them.

They bought a couple of veg starters too. There was alu tikki and crispy veg. Crispy veg was just perfect in spice, crunch and marination. Loved it.

There is a large spread of salads. Took a spoon of all of them. They were all good but nothing amazing.

Remember my praise for the service? The waiter noticed that my daughter isn't eating much and brought her a complimentary Mango juice.

The main course had three things. Mutton Roghanjosh, Kadahyi chicken and chicken Biryani. We ordered all of them along with Butter Naan.

The Mutton Righan Josh really surprised me. It was the best Roghanjosh ive ever had. It was spicy tangy, just how hyderabadis like it and had good amount of meat pieces. More importantly it had the right portions of mutton which is very very rare. The gravy was excellent and filled the mouth with its spices.

The Kadhayi chicken was also amazing. It had this sweet taste from the onions and the tamarinds and then had butter on it. It was so close to home-made.

The chicken Biryani was not a great one but quality wise it was perfect. they just missed the right aroma.

The waiter again thought that my baby is getting bored and arrived with a glass of apple juice. She was on top of the world :)

It was time for some desserts. The desserts looked nothing different from a usual buffet place but taste wise they were really different. I mean they were really good. White chocolate temptation was the best of them all. The coconut pastry was also amazing. The mango mousse was perfect. The eclair wasn't good. It was dry and hardy had any chocolate inside. There was bread pudding which was okayish. There was a vermicelli dessert which i didn't try. Finally there was a chocolate fountain with not only bread chunks but aso apple chunks and it was an amazing way to finish our buffet.

So final words......Amazing place for sure. The ambiance is worth visiting. This is the first experience where the main course saved the day. Usually i don't even give the main course much attention. But here they have taken the main course more seriously. And of course the desserts are made with love.

But the only thing that i will remember for a long time is the service of the place. At one point i felt like i am being over-demanding but they took every request of mine with a smile and delivered their best. I don't have one complaint.
Highly Recommended!!

This place is in my 'To be tried' list right from its launch.. Atlast been here for lunch on monday which locates quite opp. to citi center mall.
Liked the ambience which is equivalent to any of star hotel. Seating is very comfortable and opted for buffet by purchasing little app. coupon for Rs. 650.

Strawberry lemonade is very tasty and this is one of the best one i had recently..
Had kimchi and chicken salad which are good..
I had Veg. Starters 'Podi Idly', 'Tikki kebab' which are fine and veg sushi is also fine and this is the first time i had sushi food.
Chicken dimsums are average and not as good as other starters.
Chicken wings and other chicken starter which is a barbeque made one are very good.

Chicken pasta in pink sauce is very good and i won't leave pasta when giving as part of the buffet.
Had Garlic naan with butter chicken and i always like the combo.
Chicken noodles with chinese fish curry is very good and noodles was made well with enough fried egg and chicken pieces..

In Desserts tasted walnut chocolate brownie, ,coconut macaroni pie, chocolate profit role, mango mousse, sweet made of bread and butter and rasagullas.. Liked all of thrm.
Finished by lunch with mango icecream.

Overall its a great place to have quality good with friends and family..

1st time - Been here on friend Taher Syed (www.palatejournals.com)'s suggestion. Unfortunately couldn't be a part of the Desi Foodie group lunch.
We were hosting our NRI relatives from USA and had to ensure that the food was appealing to their palates and sensitive stomachs.
We opted for the Lavish Dinner Buffet which had awesome neverending starters. Dimsums and North Indian appetizers are good. We loved the pasta from the main course. Our guests were really happy with the spice level and I didn't see a single teary eye or runny nose. ( I am a spice lover but the food wasn't bland or boring, just decently spiced).
The menu changes everyday so don't expect the same food everytime you are here.
Desserts are decent. Service is excellent. Ambience is an added bonus. The place is kid friendly and never did I see a frown on the face of the staff when the twin tornadoes were jumping all over the place.
We also met Surya the owner and congratulated him on this great venture of serving global cuisine right in the heart of the city. It's a delight to interact with such enthusiastic people and their passion for fine dining is admirable.
The bar wasn't opened when we visited the place the first time. We don't drink so it didn't really matter to us.

2nd time & further more - We tried the famed butter chicken and found it good. Moderately spiced and being true to its authenticity. Again being a spice addict I wished there was a lil more tangy twist to it. The naans are underrated. They are simply melt in the mouth kind.

Asad Khan & I now have a new favorite place where we can't stop hosting our guests at. Thank you for the awesome delights you are serving V junction.

The only con I think is the pricing of buffet being alike for both adults and kids.

This place has turned out to be a surprise package!!!  I have been to V Junction with minimum expectations and my experience turned out to be great.

This place is easy to locate. It's towards the on the main road above Neeru's showroom Banjara Hills. It has got a huge parking place at the cellar. The place is huge with decent seating capacity. I really appreciate the management for not making the seating so tight. There's enough space to walk freely. The ambiance is classy. It's a good place if someone wants to go out on a official lunch/dinner.

One thing I really like about this place is, it had got different menu for buffet everyday !!!  I remember that the buffet menu was listed on Zomato during the initial days. But I'm not sure what made the management to remove it on Zomato. It would be great if they re-upload it.

The spread here is so interesting that it makes you visit this place more than once.T he buffet spread is so huge. I was really confused where to start. The starters were served on the table. There were good number of appetizers served. I had the best Mutton Shami Kebab in the city. Rest of the appetizers were good enough. Got to try sushi and it's just okay. The main course spread is good but not everything tastes great. It has a couple of live counters and there are good number of options in the deserts. You get a complimentary mock-tail too!

On the bill, they charge service tax on service tax, vat on vat, service charge on service charge which only a few restaurants charge in Hyderabad. Therefore the bill would be a little more than what you expect! But its worth giving a visit.

The service is great!

A nice ambience, great view and excellent hospitality. Went there with husband last night and had a wonderful evening. We opted for their buffet and liked it. The chicken tikka , peas pulao and mango Parfait were my favourites of the evening. However I was hoping to get some more continental food on the spread and would love to see some chocolatey desserts or atleast a bowl of chocolate sauce with the ice-creams. Overall, a pretty decent experience and highly recommended for family get togethers.

The place is a new addition in the banjara hills corridor. It is very chic in its interiors and it definitely adds value to the banjara hills foodie scene. The starters are endless and made to perfection. The sushi is done right and their butter chicken is the best ive ever had- and ive lived in delhi!!Desserts are yummy and their brownies have a unique chocolatey bite to it and not a dry texture. Definitely waiting for their liquor licence and brunches !!!

Global cuisine is something very difficult to find at one place but the newly opened V Junction Global Eatery is managing to do that with their menu this place is located at Banjara Hills exactly opposite to City Centre mall. It's a beautiful and huge place with amazing interiors and like all the new upcoming restaurant you got an option of PDR's here.

I was here to try the food being part of a foodie event. V Junction is serving a huge menu of global cuisine from Sushi to Pastas and from Butter Chicken to Biryani and what not. I was excited to try the butter chicken as the management claim it to be the best in city with that was interested in try Sushi too and both of the dishes didn't disappoint me at all loved the butter chicken and sushi.

Maintaining a global cuisine is a tough task but the management was taking care of it perfectly and full marks on the service they provided. Loved most of the items served to us and it was worth a visit.

Overall a beautiful place to visit if you want to try different cuisine at one place. V Junction follows a different menu on different dates and the option of Ala Carte is also available.

The restaurant is actually in the junction of banjara hills but provides Cusisines from all over the Globe #Vjunction . The place is so clean & perfect , ambience I would say classy lots of glass work and a feel of fine dine . Right from the seating arrangements to Stewards serving the dishes with a smile in their face . Mighty impressed .
Coming to the food As the name of the restaurant speaks , Delicacy across the globe .The best of the dishes for today were the #Khaosuey soup , #Podiidly was nicely done and crispy too . #Sushi: for me it was the first time, tasted the veg ones which were good . #Dimsums were too good for me ( didn't taste prawns though ) . Now comes the star of the lunch #Butterchicken was indeed the best and I liked Grilled chicken with rose Mary Glaze .
Few dishes which should have had an improvement would be the welcome drink , Biriyani and few of the deserts .
Overall for a kind of pricing of the buffet they provided its worth going .
Thanks to #Fihr for organising another blockbuster event .

The latest buzz in foodie land is one that is created by V Junction. Brilliant location, in the heart of the city, opp to City centre mall, easily accessible from any corner. And with the kind of experience and expertise that comes along with its promoters, nothing less is expected. It is a good sized restaurant with a capacity of about 125 pax. The minimalistic design is well executed and gives the place a look of spaciousness. You will notice artwork on the walls - these are by Indian artists, and are for sale.

I was there last month - a few days after they opened, on an invite from Suryaveer Singh. Three things that stood out - their sincerity of approach, the impeccable service of their staff, and the wonderful food. I can't recall many restaurants where you'd find everything superlative on a buffet spread. They have separate chefs for different cuisines. If I had to nitpick, I'd have wanted their dessert menu to be more well thought out. A special mention for their choice of cutlery.
I was there again yesterday as a paying customer, and I was once again pleasantly surprised to see the same approach, the same service, the awesome food standards, and this time, the desserts didn't disappoint.
What I loved from what I ate : a wonderful salad bar where Som Tam and Larb Gai were outstanding. Sushi and dimsums were great, though I loved the dimsums just a lil bit more. The wasabi packed a good punch. The hariyali chicken kabab and honey chilli prawns were outstanding. In the main course, you are compelled to name their butter chicken as a must try. Its a signature dish that they're mighty proud of, and you'll see why. Andhra fish, fish in lemon butter sauce, mutton rogan josh, Thai green curry chicken were really good. Amongst desserts what stood out was the chocolate pudding which is one of the best I've ever had. Strawberry mousse was good too, as were the peanut butter brownies and the chocolate gateaux.
Enjoyed this experience too. Looking forward to coming here more often, and hoping they maintain their standards. Given the spread and the choices therein, its a VFM proposition. A few snaps from my first visit.

As a part of the Foodies in Hyderabad #GlobalDhamaka event, my husband and I went for the lunch buffet at V Junction

Location: Between Taj Krishna and Barbeque Nation is V Junction : Global Eatery & Bar. Easy to locate and has a vallet parking (which lets my husband eat in peace and enjoy)

Ambience: I loved the ambience of the restaurant. It has complete glass window, which lets us have a view of the road and city centre and the junction (ofcourse). The place is well lit. Comfortable, welcoming and warm.

Service: The servers were cordial and soft spoken amd swift with their service. However, I was served with cold naan, which I will not hold against them as it was crazy busy. On asking for a replacement, I got a hot perfect butter naan.

Food:

For welcome drink I had the green garden (a mint & kiwi drink) - it was tasty and refreshing
Soup: There were 2 soups - Tomato Basil soup & Khao Suey soup - I had the khao suey soup and liked the deep flavour it had. Subtle and soothing

For starters there was on offer - chilli chicken (tasty), chilli potatoes (okaish), chilli honey prawns (loved it), murgh hariyali tikka (tasty), couldn't taste the paneer tilka (sad)

From the live station - I had all 4 types of dimsums (check menu in images) and liked them. Freshly steamed and served hot. Loved the Hargao (prawn dumpling).

I am not a fan of sushi (please don'f be shocked sushi lovers) and thats why only clicked pictures of it. They were beautifully presented and fellow foodies said that they loved the sushi.

Main Course: the winners of the mains were - Butter Chicken and Fish Lemon Butter. Absolutely delightful.

Other good dishes - mutton rogan josh, kadhai paneer, grilled chicken with rose mary glaze and Caponata.

The chinese dishes tasted good.

Deserts: Loved the chocolate pudding and the chocolate cake. Next in line - the straeberry mousse and chocolate ice cream.

Value for Money: The lunch buffet is priced at Rs.750+taxes and it definitely offers the worth.

Try out the place once.

Had been here for the lunch, wide spread of global food in their buffet, Burmese khowsuey was a perfect start with 10+ toppings which could not get more better though mocktails had room for improvement.. Had Sushi for the 1st time & liked a bit,
All the other starters were just out of the world not to miss the main course...butter chicken was the show stopper chk was cooked to perfection n the gravy consistent, spices & flavour was just awesome, biryani was very flavourful accompanied with mirchi ka Salan & Raitha got truly hyderabadi taste, beautiful green Thai curry went very well with the steam rice, however bit disappointed with the dessert section, brownies had lot of smoky flavour, loved the chocolate pudding & chocolate gateau...

A friend and I wanted to try a new place, for lunch and dropped by to this place. The ambience is minimalistic as well as classy, with a lot of glass work added to it. Something unique about this place is that staff suggest you to try their buffet rather than their ala carte menu cause most of their signature dishes are included in the buffet, which is not common in most of the places. The service is pretty quick and the staff will definitely help you out with the order as well as explain about the dishes. Buffet here, is a blend of Asian, Italian and Indian dishes, which gives you an option to try a mix of different cuisines. We also tried few dishes suggested by the staff and the food was just amazing!
Overall, for the kind of pricing, it surely is a place worth worth visiting, if you are in this part of the town!

Ps: Pics do the talking! :)

Butter Chicken and Sushi were the highlights of the day. Welcome drinks had Strawberry lemonade and Green Garden, both were amazing. Amazing Starters and huge range in main course as well made it one of the best events at a great place.

V Junction Global Eatery is one of the new restaurants in Hyderabad which has created quite a buzz. Situated in the main thoroughfare of Banjara Hills with a large seating area and two open kitchens, the restaurant has been in the news especially for its buffet incorporating dishes from all over the globe.

The restaurant which can seat around 140 people is the brainchild of Mr. Veer Vijay Singh who used to be a familiar face at Taj Krishna Hyderabad. Both his sons manage the restaurant which has an inaugural offer of Rs 750 (plus taxes) for the multi-cuisine buffet that they serve. The place which has a nice view of the adjoining road and City Centre Mall, serves a-la-carte dishes as well.

Invited for a bloggers table to sample some of their food, I was welcomed with a mocktail named Green Garden which had an apple juice base with kiwi, lime and mint flavours. The drink was extremely smooth and refreshing and I went for a repeat during the lunch.

While waiting for the delicacies to arrive, I had a detailed look at their menu. The a-la-carte menu is divided into three parts – Indian, Eurasian and Oriental. Quite a few of the dishes from each menu looked interesting, a few of them being Sashimis, Trio of Hummus and Khyber Gosht. The restaurant has different chefs for Asian, Indian and continental cuisines, and the buffet offers delicacies from all these cuisines as well as a few contemporary fusion dishes.

The buffet takes pride in the number of starters which are served. We were served four varieties of sushis itself. There was California Roll with crab meat in it, a prawn based sushi, and Futo Maki with assorted vegetables. The sushis were served with soy sauce, wasabi and gari. Also on display was a special wasabi which was literally “mind blowing”, many of us took a bit of time to recover after tasting it.

Dim Sums followed the sushis. The translucent Crystal Vegetable Dumpling was my favorite of the three varieties served; the Kothe too had a nice stuffing of chicken.

After the oriental short-eats, it was time for the Kabab Platter to make an impact. The platter had fish and chicken kababs in three types of marinades – the usual tandoori masala, malai and green. The platter was attractively styled and the food got devoured in no time. The red-coloured Chicken Lollypops, a favourite of Hyderabadis were nice and crunchy.

By now, more starters had trooped in and I was starting to lose count of the number of starters we were served. Stuffed Mushroom was one which stood out, and there were some nice Grilled Prawns served in delightful cherry tomato salsa. There were even starters from the South Indian cuisine – brilliantly plated Podi Idlis with some allam and coconut chutneys deserve a mention here.

We were told that Chicken Butter Masala was a star dish here and indeed it was one of the better ones I had in Hyderabad. It is a Lahori preparation where the butter and tomato gravy is tempered with dry methi. From the oriental stable, we sampled Marmalade Prawns.

From the continental kitchen, Linguini prepared with beetroot extract had a nice color, and the pasta tasted quite nice too.

The desserts brought out were Coconut Cheesecake, Tiramisu and Chocolate Brownies. Though I do not consider myself as a fan of desserts in general, the Tiramisu was the one I liked most.

If there is one reason I would visit the restaurant, it is the variety of the starters. They have short eats from all over the world, including some attractive fusion dishes. A special note to the fans of Japanese cuisine, they can enjoy their sushis and sashimis here. I would also like to go back and try a few select items from the main course of each of their menus – continental, Indian and oriental.

tried V junction for a late saturday lunch. Ordered the the dimsums and nasi goreng from the ala carte mein and one of us chose to take the buffet.

The restaurant being sparely populated, the wait stafff spoiled us by serving the buffet on the table.

From what was a served on the  table, the sushi was decent but the wasabi was very limp, the person eating the buffet seemed to not complain about anything, assuming he liked it.

The dimsums were decent , could have been slightly bigger in size.

The nasi goreng was of decent qty but bore an appetizing bitter after taste.

Bill for 3 - 3300 INR.

Is a decent option if around the area. If something excels, wouldn't mind coming in all the way from across town ...

V junction global eatery is a junction of multi cuisine dishes from Indian to Japanese and continental.went there for a sunday brunch  with my foodie friends. the place is just opposite the city center mall on banjara hills rd no1 and a "v" is pretty much visible from the opposite road.
ambiance is quite impressive with saperate smoking area.coming to the food we had a set buffet menu which consisted of 2 mocktails which were really good.2 soups which which were just average in taste.the starters were served on table among which the galouti kebab were really good soft and tender and chicken tikka  though the flavour of saffron was a overpowering the kebabs a little bit.coming to the main course we had 4 types of sushi 2 veg and 2 non veg this was the first time i had sushi and was the main reason for me to   visit this place.so cant judge the sushi properly but i liked the veg version more then the non veg .the fish in xo sauce and grilled fish in lemon butter sauce were just amazing really liked it with the xo sauce being  spicy then the other both were just too good.rarah gosht and butter chicken were pretty good too really tender pieces of meat prepared perfectly in their respected manner.the biryani seriously dissapointed me it looked like pulav .the soups and biryani should be improved and to finish off the desserts the chocolate pudding was really good and a cuppacino brulee wich i had for the very first time it was good too really relished it. the service was good.the buffet costed rs 650/- AI. and normaly it is 750/- +tx.overall an evening well spent with good food..

V Junction Global Eatery is part of Trance Hotel Group owned and run by eminent hotel industry stalwart, Mr. Veer Vijay Singh  (MD and CEO) and Mr.  Suryaveer Singh (Executive Director) with blissful brands - Trance Urbance, Trance Heritage, Trance resorts and V by trance. This global eatery is conglomeration of global and local cuisines under one roof catering to continental , Indian and oriental cuisine lovers. One place pit-stop for dim sums, kebabs, sushi and of course Hyderbadi delicacies.  I was excited about the launch of this eatery when I saw few bloggers review of it and main aspect that caught my attention of SUSHI in buffet. So when a prominent foodies group DESI FOODIES launched a Sunday Brunch event at this place, I knew I got to do it as the pricing and the menu was unavoidable and got me super excited to dine at this place. The buffet was at a special price of 650 AI as part of the event which I guess on normal times is around 750+ taxes but after dining I felt the normal buffet price is totally WORTH IT. Read on to know more.

Came to this place on a Sunday afternoon for a buffet. First they served us a tomato soup . Later came the staters Dahi kebab, lal Mirch panner , tandoori pineapple , Manchuria , dim sum and sushi . Really liked the sushi and Dahi kebab . For main course there were Italian, Chinese, Indian cuisine. I tasted a little bit of everything. Then finally went to my fav part the desserts . They had a chocolate cake , coconut cheese cake , bread pudding , strawberry mousse , creme brulee, and 4 different flavours of ice creams . The staff was very hospitable. It was a pleasant experience.

Yet another good event hosted by Desi foodies admins taher bhai and Sahil sharma, thank you guyz for hosting such a good event. Has been for the recent Sunday brunch and i need to tell you the spread was massive with starters loading back to back couldn't stop from eating those. The main speciality of this newly place is there japenesr cuisine dim-sums and sushi's.Being an indian we like to have our food fully cooked with spices in that, but i must tell you guys the dimsums and sushi both were good.As most of us would not like the undercooked food,i enjoyed the crab and salmon sushi with prawn and chicken dim-sums. The main course consists of fish,B.chicken, mutton curry,M.Biryani.
The fish was delicious and there consistency of the fish was huge and couldn't eat more than 3-4 pieces.the other dishes were good could not try as i was fully loaded with starters and sushi. Now coming to desserts "yummmmmmmy" the hero of the dessert was the choclate pudding never ate anything like that before considering the taste in that i ate 3 bowls of that pudding, the other were strawberry mouse, mango cheesecake, chocie of ice cream(Vanilla, chicolate, strawberry,Mango),etc. All were at their top best. And a big thank to the management for their prompt service.I would like to visit again with my family.

Service:4.5
Taste:4.5
Ambience:4.5
Overall:Excellent

V Junction Global Eatery- The new Global Cuisine buffet place which came up at Banjara Hills right opp City Centre Mall.

Coming from a Ex Taj honcho, you can expect a Taj Hotels like 5* interiors and a neat and well managed Live Kitchen and regular kitchen area within the moderately spaced restaurant.

As part of a preset menu we were offered 2 Mocktails, 2 Soups, 9 starters (served on table), 6 Salads, 4 Sushi varieties, 19 Main course items, 4 Dimsum Varieties and 6 Desserts to finish off..

Coming from the chefs of Taj, all preparations are EXCELLENT, the meats used are so tender, fresh and Finger licking Yummy!! Being a nonveggie, I must confess their veg preparations are much better. Everything from Starters, Salads, Soups, Dimsums, Main course to Desserts are delicious, flavourful and MMP wala jaisa hain..

On the flip side, I love Sushi but I was very much disappointed they way they were prepared (Desi Sushi). Another let down are the rice preparations, particularly the mutton biryani wasnt like biryani but pulav.

What I liked? : Service, every meat & panner starters, Grilled Fish Lemon, Rara gosh and Butter chicken (both melted in mouth) and all Desserts are Yummilicious

Do I recommend? For a Buffet price of ₹750 +TAX is expensive given the Hyderabad food scape has lot of options at lesser price. But for the price comparison with any 5* hotels (given the fact it was from Taj Hotels managed people), for the kind of lavish spread (Non event Buffet has many options included) and the way each of the items are prepared its worth for a Sunday Brunch.

Been here for the sunday brunch organised by Taher Syed bhai who was generous enough to provide us seats.... Coming to the food the buffet was wide spread with different cuisines like north indian, mughlai, chinese,Japanese, asian etc... As i am not a lover of sushis it didn't make me go crazy over it like others but other dishes were good enough specially butter chicken, chicken tikka and mocktails were refreshing. Overall ambience was above average with great food at an affordable price.. A total vfm place.

One must understand, a global eatery producing so many cuisines, that too the famous cuisines, is a challenge. But however V steals the show by producing some of the greatest recipes. This is a must try for people in Hyderabad and people who travel to Hyderabad. The sushis and dimsums on the buffet are a comfort. The Indian cuisine is well curated, very subtle not at all overpowering to the taste buds. Ambience is casual yet fantastic. The employees are modest, helpful and engaging at all times. Overall a 10 star from my end. Cheers and all the very best.

It was a company party. The ambiance was cool. Visible from the general traffic. Food is decent and so we're the drinks. The golden yellow dessert which looks like a candy wrap is the best here. The restroom looks more beautiful than the actual ambiance 😁

Try and get a seat next to the window. Place is nice and clean and huge. There is a lot of breathing room. The north Indian food was very good. The butter chicken deserves a special mention as it was made exactly like how we get it in Delhi (a little on the sweeter side ).
