Review Heart Cup Coffee - Hyderabad

Could have been a bit better, I felt the place needs to be maintained a bit. But food was ok and I tried the chicken chilli, veg fried rice, chicken tangdi.. But the dish that won my heart was white sauce pasta. I loved it. Pina colada was great too. Amazing place to work & chill with friends.

Good ambience and a wide variety of desi food!! The food was good.. Liked the street style chicken lollipop! But the menu is different from what is shown in dineout or other websites, the pricing completely varies. Make sure you check that before you visit.

The place still maintains an oldish charm. It's nice and open, especially during the cooler months of the year. Food was good. The pizza came from Zozos. It was nice. Nachos were decent. The cheese on top wasn't the typical melted cheese used for nachos but regular processed pizza cheese. Veg arabiatta was good, we enjoyed it. Paneer butter masala and rotis were good as well. Mocktails were average, selection is limited and the bar guy was also serving and taking orders. Service was slow as they seemed less on staff. Basics like water and cutlery were missing. No condiments served with food like pizza. Getting the attention of the servers was tough too. However once they came to the table, the servers were nice and friendly.

The place is nice and decent.. we have ordered. 1. Chicken malai kabab 2. Hong Kong Chilli Prawns 3. Peshawer Fish 4. Fried Rice Burnt Garlic 5. Virgin mojito All the items ordered were amazing.. the Hong kong chilli Prawns was really amazing. Would definitely recommend this place for friends hangout.

It's very good place to visit...,...... There are alot of options of food and beverages over there ......... We can eat and drink anything we want by its ordering 😉🤪and when we come to drinks so many are there for us .......... And mocktails and cocktails are also available there ...... And starters are very nice here to eat and there are few options for main course ...... But noodles and fried are available ....... And there is good ambience over there to chill with some music and finally you can some good time with your friends..........

We were in Hyderabad for a few days and it was for the new year celebration and we were looking for some nice places to spend on time and have a good dinner. We went to a few cafes, restaurants and pubs but I think this is the best café I came across. It is a very spacious place with a lot of sitting areas. The interiors were open and were very relaxing. The DJ played very nice songs and it was really nice. The food was also good. We went very late to have dinner at around 10 pm, but still, they stretched the closing time of the kitchen as we were around 9 people. The service was really good. Nice parking space and was near to the city so no problem of transport. Cons- The washrooms were dirty as somebody just vomited all over the place, and there was nobody to clean it. Handwash was also missing from the washroom.

Delicious taste and good ambience. Smoking and drinking is a common thing so non smokers may feel some discomfort here. Parking is also an issue on weekends mostly The standup hall is also good. taste is really good of food we tried i.e. Garden Paradise Pizza and Mocha Frappe.

Nice place. Food is good. Ambience is good but cleanliness needs to improve. Waiting time is reasonable. Accessible from road. They don't have parking space but there are parking spaces nearby.

It was a great place to sit, relax and have an evening beer. The ambiance grows to be a little dull towards the evening. The staff are not very responsive. Place can do a lot better!

This is our own *central perk* actually 🙂😍. This place is our go-to place for any type of celebration or misery. The brewery is something which amazed me the most. Please do try their homemade beers which you can get at cheap prices during happy hours. The ambiance, music and barbecued chicken wings are to die for . Their white sauce penne pasta is delicious. This place has both indoor & outdoor seatings with a ramp, perfect for brunch or parties. The prices are not cheap though justified according to the taste, portion & services.

Went out twice with my friend once and with my office colleagues. On a weekend would suggest to pre book as getting a table is tough. Ordered alfredo pasta, paturi fish, a veg pizza, corn kernels and chicken tikka. Fish was amazing. Everything else was also good. But Pizza was ok..the crust was thin and crisp and not the way I like it. Overall outside sitting is good. Inside is ok.

This place used to be like a second home for me and my husband. With a nice ambience, decent food and affordable prices this place is ideal for both lunch or dinner. Specially i like their Thin crust pizzas and barbeque chicken 😋👌.<br/>Also if you want to have some good caffe Latte this is the right place for you

I have been here for the first time and it is definitely one of the happening places around. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They usually have a live band playing outdoor. I absolutely loved the indo Chinese food here. For starters we had chicken 65, peanut masala, ajwaini fish and everything was delicious. They do make some good egg fried rice. They have a nice collection of brewed beers. I highly recommend this place. They have limited options for drinks during the happy hours.

The management is deciding the Zomato Gold terms and conditions on itself

Absolutely against continental cuisine what u specifically request for you don’t get it! Only hype n fleecing money from public with jazzy interiors

Please delist yourself as a micro brewery and remove the menu...this is misleading when you say you are microbrewery on zomato and you are not anymore... People may visit you for that purpose and anyways end up having their meal there... This is unfair.

These guys took half an hour to give menu card, no one came to take order from us, ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️. Live music is good 👌

Sounds great indoor

It's a hugeee place with choice of seating ranging from indoor to outdoor. They've decked it up pretty well. But what we ordered to eat was extremely disappointing.<br/>1 . Paneer as a starter.<br/>2. Chicken 65 gravy to go with the rice<br/>3. Sea food fried rice<br/>4. Malai broccoli, because all the above were not upto the mark.<br/>Service was good though.

The review i am giving on the basis of the 33 group of people went to have buffet today afternoon.<br/>The service was so horrible that all the dish containers were empty for most of the time. Won't recommend to anyone. Few Staff members are so rude, when you ask them sir there is no food in the buffet table they said it's only from the last 5 minutes. So thumbs down.

Good food and ambience. But the service was so pathetic that it ruined the complete experience. The waiting staff was rude and ignorant. I would prefer having food at home than come to this place where I had to get my forks and ketchup from the other table. Had other horrible experiences too.

Had been to this place with family. And it was a much awaited visit. I must say the crowd and ambience was great. Service is a little late owing to the number of guests. But the food - quantity and quality was excellent. Things I ordered:<br/>1. BIRA<br/>2. Virgin Mojito<br/>3. Chicken Manchow soup<br/>4. Achari Murgh Tikka<br/>5. Chicken Tikka masala<br/>6. Assorted roti basket<br/>Overall, I loved each and every item. Just that I had ordered another starter which the waiter forgot to place an order. After really long when v asked about it he said order wasn't placed. So v cancelled it and skipped to main course. A lil more work on service and I would give it a 5 star rating.

Don't go ...we opted for 2+2 in cocktails. The second drink is a waste. Ice added more and very less cocktail taste. The above has happened because of unlocking 2+2 in Zomato.

Happening night life!! Good Ambience except the smell of smoke on dance floor. A bit expensive but money worthy place. Allowing stag entry on dance floor would be appreciated

Not a value for money except for the live band, ambience and choice of liquor. Everything else was out of place service was poor, one has to keep on requesting the crew till one gets glass and water to drink, buffet was served cold and no one was refilling the what was finished.<br/>Overall rating for experience is poor, not worth the money.

Have been a regular to this eatery for quite sometime now. But now the place has lost its charm. Used to be quite happening but now has become quite mundane and ordinary. Used to get good food along with good crowd. Not the case anymore. Went there today hoping for a Christmasy or festive vibe. Nada! Nothing! Was quite boring and the singer was even worse. It was as if she was getting paid for the number of tracks she was covering. Initially it was ok but later it was just too much. Music and ambience are something that i look upto when i eat out. But today it was quite disappointing. Delayed Service was not a big deal earlier as other things used to make up for it. But today nothing helped and we felt like we could have enjoyed better in a house party. I am a greedy gut for Italian food and was highly disappointed with the food. With the growing numbers of eateries in the city it would not be wrong to say that Heartcup is resting on its laurels now apparently.

Was a bad experience

As soon as I reached I gave my order which was 2 Cappuccino and Garlic bread. I thought it will take hardly 20 mins for my order but when it was 1 hr. I asked the waiter responsible for my table (C5) where is my order on which he said, yes sir, please give me your order. He forgot to place my order even thou he was standing there for almost 30min. After 1hr they gave me 2 poorly prepared Cappuccino whose Coffee art was not even made properly.<br/>On top of it the waiter came and ask Sir, did you get garlic bread. (Can't he see on the table). Later, when I asked for bill they added garlic bread (still waiting for arrival).

This place no longer serves craft beers and food taste has deteriorated. You’re better off going somewhere else.

My first visit to HCC, Kondapur.<br/>Their microbrewery is closed. Beware if you are headed there for fresh beer.<br/>They didn't have draught beer but it magically became available when I started to walk out. Looks like they want to promote only bottled beers.<br/>They had stopped serving pizza by the time I decided to order one, it seems earlier customers from different tables had returned pizza as they were not baked propoerly.<br/>They do not serve drinking water. It is compulsory to buy bottled water.<br/>Food was very spicy. Pretty average taste.<br/>I understand that they have closed down Begumpet branch.<br/>Looks like HCC is on a downhill. Sad.

One of the best restaurant in twin cities but these days it becomes worst we went to the lunch buffet no proper management, no cleanness, no plates, no spoons, nothing was their guys at least justify for people money and time.

We went to a buffet for lunch the food was cold.  For a refill of the food, had to wait more than 30mins and after that, he got cold food. No one was attending tables. The service was bad. There was no spoon in one of the rice items, I asked the waiter to get a spoon he told me to use the spoon in another rice item. Overall we had a bad experience. this is the second time I had a bad experience. I don't know how this place is running.<br/> <br/><br/>I think only if you order food with drinks they take care of the food. Had a really bad experience..

Over all a good experience. Good food and nice service. Apparently the have different music playing at 3 different zones and the dance floor is reserved for couples only. The staff inside (where dance floor is located) is xtremely rude and won't let you even stand at bar and enjoy the music for 5 minutes even if you are seated outside. We were seated outside for 2 hours (with a couple) and just went inside to enjoy the bollywood music but the staff inside (3 people) came tonus one by one and each of them insisted that we leave the premises immediately. That's extremely rude when we spent atleast INR 10K, we do expect decent music and courteous staff.

Hopeless place to be..... No brewery No draught(says we stopped from last week and do not when we shall open) beer pathetic cocktails, served beer hot....Non veg starters were served after 40 mins.....when reviewed the bartender with cocktails, he added more neutralizer and our drinks ended up tasting benadryl. Service was very slow. The staff was not very responsive either. This is the only shitty place where you order a pitcher and instead you get four glasses. We ordered a Margarita pitcher and were presented with 4 glasses of it instead and when questioned the staff said that this is how they serve. Well, the services should be properly mentioned on their Menu as well. <br/>Attached picture is of Margarita Pitcher.

Good evening All heart cup coffee team . we had a good experience with heart cup cafe in Kondapur . all staff is good and friendly . but one of the staff Mr akram, Mr Aditya manager and Mr sambit very punchualty and good service . we are really happy also manager Aditya . next time definitely we came back in heart cup caffe Kondapur. Food 100% , service 100% , service % , . we had out side area also god and indoor good live music. But we miss Mr sagar manager .

Having heard a lot about this place, I definitely felt it is over-rated. We ordered stout and IPA, but the sheer mediocrity of it left me dissatisfied. Food wasn't better either, we tried salmon pesto pizza and some other non-vegetarian entre but they were equally banal. The higher than average prices didn't help either. <br/>Could be a one-time visit, if you want to cross it off your bucketlist.

Debakar was our highlight for sure. He was awesome. Although it was a crowded time he attended us with a smile and helped us through the menu and took our order as and when we were ready! He is a star!

This guy Debakar was amazingly well in terms of service and presence. He's an asset and you should never let that go away!

The place is very good to hang out with friends, but the delivery time is tooooooo long and also the food is not worth what we pay for... I feel it is quite costly

Food is just Yum, we ordered around 6 to 7 appetizers and wasn't disappointed with any of it. Craft beer is awesome. The stout is really good if you are into it. Nice ambience, you can have indoor seating with live music or outdoor which has sofas and high tables as well. Highly recommended if you are looking for some place non happening family place to hangout for few hours. Rice main course could be improved. Staff is really good.

I'm in Hyderabad from work and have read some reviews about this place. But like always after travelling one and half an hour in the mess traffic of this city to eat and drink something here along with my work, I have to realize that they refuse with the excuse of ''Wi-Fi'' is not working such in many so called ''fancy'' places but in a technological sense and behaviour, not even arrived in 15th century. So the whole way here in Hyderabad in any place can be for ''nothing'' be careful, you can travel one hour to realise that they don't want to give you Wi-Fi, have not the exact food what is written on the page or menu, worst of worst cities in India with the most backward cafes and restaurants and with working staff who never smiles a bit. Agan a wasted day and money, thanks, keep the underdeveloped service.

Most pathetic food...who add chilli powder in pasta. This has become local retro on terms of food and customer service. They are not aware any different modes of pay....pathetic service.<br/>Thanks for giving such a wrist service.

Worst ever experience at Heart cup kondapur.<br/>Understand that you guys have larger customer base from IT company, then what about Non-It people.<br/>Staff has denied to provide seating space or let us go inside at 04:00PM, reason is they have corporate booking by Amazon from 05:00 PM onwards.<br/>Common guys be professional and have some courtesy towards your walk-in customers.<br/>In last three month I have been to your place atleast 7 times, but look that doesn't matter with you guys.<br/>Horrible experience, pathetic customer service.

This place was picked for a friend's birthday celebrations and it was totally worth it. Recently I was there with my friends for a fun evening.on the food, heart cup coffee serves typical cafe food with continental, Indian & Chinese, The experience I had with the food that evening was decent.<br/><br/>From the drinks menu I noticed that the prices aren't very steep but decently priced for the place.<br/>Overall good experience....

I went here with a friend. Ordered a chicken Tikka pizza, baked nachos, and drinks. The drinks were nice. Pizza and nachos didn't taste great. Specially for the price that they charged, it was not worth it. The staff wasn't courteous either. If you're looking for a budget friendly place with nice food, this is not the place for you.

This place serves great food and alcohol at a good price. The only thing I didnot like about this place, is its too overcrowded. That doesnot serve for the ambience and the waiters get messy, dropping drinks or food.
