Nimrah cafe a popular Irani cafe just infront of Charminar make the ambience more beautiful. Though it’s a very small and crowded area but the famous Irani chai is to die for. You must try their amazing Osmania biscuit. If you are in Hyderabad and you want to try Irani tea then this is your place. The service was also very good.

Perfect place to have outdoor tea in front of charminar..the irani tea is really nice and creamy plus the osmania biscuit dipped into tea.<br/>

One of the must try places in Hyderabad. If you are a fan of Chai and want to try it with some twist then this place serves authentic Irani Chai and Osamania Biscuit to go with the Chai. "Nimrah cafe and bakery" is a classic irani cafe, located almost underneath the arches of Charminar, Hyderabad. It was opened in 1993 for all the biscuit and chai lovers. It is always crowded, and is famous for Irani chai and osmania biscuits. Cookies are baked daily, each day, every day. The place is quite aromatic with the fragrance of boiling tea and freshly baked cookies. We ordered Irani chai and coconut cookies, and tasted them in their outside seating, gazing at the beauty of Charminar. A great experience it was. Will visit this place once we reach there again, to try different cookies such as osmania, cherry coconut, star cashew.

First visited this cafe as a tourist, was recommended by many. I was mesmerised with the varieties of cakes and cookies. Iranian chai is a must.

This place is always hustling-bustling with crazy crowds. I visited this place which is located quite near to the backside of Charminar near the Dargah. I mean you can quench your thirst with their delicious Iranian chai and amazing freshly baked biscuits while admiring the beauty of Charminar. All the biscuits are too crunchy fresh and way too different in taste from each other. Each biscuit will give you a different texture and flavour to taste. Just be quick enough to find a table and the rest who would be taken care of by the super fast service providing staff. NBC is one of the must in Hyderabad.

Make sure you head to Nimrah cafe for some good Irani chai and biscuits. They have a variety of biscuits which tastes really nice.

I liked the way owner and staff<br/>welcomed us and offered<br/>different items from the cafe to<br/>try. All the cookies were<br/>awesome but the most mind<br/>blowing one was the coconut<br/>one, we got a chance to try few<br/>cookies just out from the oven,<br/>it was delicious. I've been there couple of times to have irani chai with some fresh biscuits 🍪.<br/>Actually do have many varieties of biscuits, puffs and cakes. I like Osmania, fruit biscuits.<br/>Plum cake is love. Must give a try and prices are very less.

Great selection of biscuits, always packed yet good service. Great location infront of charminar. The famous irani chai and osmania biscuit tasted good. Coconut biscuit is my personal favorite.

The only positive about this cafe is its location. Sipping tea outside you can have a nice view of the Charminar. The quality if Irani Chai served is poor, perhaps the worst in Hyderabad. The Osmania biscuits also taste stale. The service is poor and waiters are not courteous. The two managers managing cash also are not very friendly. We went with very high expectation but were highly disappointed

I am from Kolkata.. I have spent some significant time of my life in Kolkata's Coffee House at College Street.  This shop reminded me of that Coffee House obviously with some major differences like you can drink tea/coffee under the sky in the bazaar, or in the shop itself. The egg puff was exceptionally crispy and soft and fresh and cheap too. The biscuits and cake was delicious too. The set they are selling covers almost all the kinds of special biscuits they are selling. A must visit when visiting Charminar.

After being around Charminar or nearby areas, stopping by at this place for evening tea is always a good idea on any fine day. Their Irani Chai and Osmania Biscuits are iconic and definitely live up to the hype. Chai was creamy and properly brewed, Osmania biscuit has little salty taste with light sugar which makes it perfect to snack on with a cup of chai. Though they have other variety of biscuits too, there is no match to Osmania.<br/><br/>PS: They charged ₹12 for a cup of Irani Chai and ₹3 for an Osmania Biscuit

The name itself tells that how iconic this restaurant is. The osmnia biscuit is so soft that it shatters when you take a bite. The assorted biscuit's combo with Irani Chai is a perfect match. The chai is milky just the way it is supposed to be.

**BEST TEA IN HYD**<br/><br/>We visited this place during Charminar visit, place is jam packed and you wont even get a chance to enter inside during peak hours(like mornings & evenings). <br/><br/>Ordered chai &osmania biscuits, believe me that was the awesome and best chai I've ever had in my life. The strong Irani chai decoction and sweetness of milk will make the perfectness of chai.<br/><br/>Also, the owner took us inside the kitchen and explained us the process of making chai, we loved their humbleness and hospitality. Not a big fan of tea but decided to go there after hearing the buzz about their reputation in taste. after dipping the irani chai here,i felt this place should be framed as mecca for tea lovers.eating the mildly sweet and porous- inside Osmania biscuit which was sipped a bit longer in the irani chai is just every foodie's heaven.<br/>I also tried some of their biscuits.<br/>Pista biscuit : this is porous inside and just mealts in mouth.this is a bit sweeter side compared to other biscuits here.must try if you go there.(9/10)<br/>Rusk : should have been more crispier,but nonetheless cherries included inside the core of the rusk enhances it's taste.you could eat it all by it itself without dipping in any stews.(8/10).<br/>Dry fruit biscuit : very unique in taste.mildly sweet and rich in coconut flavour.(7/10)<br/>Cherry coconut : very rich in coconut flavour and almost tastes like coconut candy when it goes down your palate.this is highly recommended one(9/10).

We had Irani chai and Osmania biscuits this morning. The biscuits were very good, but the tea was fairly pedestrian. We didn't see what the hype was about. Anyway, I suppose its worth checking out just in case it tickles your tastebuds.

After having heard a lot about this cafe i couldn't stop but visit to try the chai here. Had chai here that was definitely good and unlike the usual chai places. They are known for Iranian chai and Osmanian biscuits that's the best i have had.<br/><br/>Very reasonable prices and services is quick even thou it's super crowded.<br/>Would recommend to have chai and Osmanian biscuits.

The richest combination of aroma and taste that you would ever find in a tea is here! I m a tea addict and Nimrah is simply the best of all I came across. Tucked beside the Charminar where it can spotted very easily as huge crowd mooted outside the cafe by sipping tasty 😋 hot piping chai. We can get tea in paper cups as well. Flavour can be savoured but it’s not thick as expected

The hospitality here is killer. The gentlemen at the entrance very humble and does make you feel very warm.<br/>Chai was fantastic 5/5, Tasted almost all the biscuit will rate 3.5/ 5.<br/>Having said all this just go this place and experience the warmth of customer service. It's worth the hype. The best tea I have ever had. It is located near charminar and mecca masjid. A must try chai place in hyderabad. Those assorted biscuits goes very well with the tea. Just a cup of tea couldn't be enough. And the servers were kind enough.

I had been to charminar for a walk and site seeing early morning by 6am today(12th dec 2019) later drop in to Nimrah cafe with my dad for bun and chai. It was crowded and we did try to manage to get a table in few minutes. They hardly have some 15 to 16 seater capacity. And the service staff is pretty quick in taking orders and delivering too. At the same time they are good at cheating as well<br/>We ordered for one bun with malai, black forest pastry, chai, coffee and he charged me Rs 105 and did bother to give me bill. I hold a pic of the menu and does not cross more than rs. 80. Bun is huge and tasty, black forest is nothing great, my dad did like the chai and i just took one sip of coffee and didn't like it.

Never had biscuits that were as Melt-in-the-mouth as Nimrah’s Osmania biscuits. Simple, innocent looking cookies become magical as soon as you put them in your mouth. The Irani chai is really good but was a bit sugary for our palate. The owner, Aslam made it a memorable experience for us with his gracious hospitality. Taking the time and trouble to show how biscuits are made and making us taste each of them. Still Osmania biscuits were the best of the lot. The warmth of the man and the freshly baked biscuits will remain etched in our minds.

I was rolled over by their pricing.I Couldn't believe my ears when was asked to pay RS 18/- for a cup of super delicious tea and two Osmania biscuits.<br/>The biscuits were freshly baked and super crumbly!<br/>I bought from them Dum ki Roat,a super crumbly cookies which was baked for Muharram and still available as Muharram was just a week back.<br/>OH MAN THOSE WERE ABSOLUTELY DELISH! I have given this rating because this restraunt have some authenticity, which they kept from their inception. I may get better tea, or bun or biscuit from other side of the city. But the morning crowd around charming and who start their day by having breakfast here gave me something can't define......

The bakery is located right opposite Meccas masjid next to Charminar. The host/owner Aslam is simply amazing with such intimate hospitality and expertise that you will be blown away. He loaded us with samples and gave a really amazing experience. I really recommend you give Nimarh a visit, it will make for a memorable trip.

If you are in Hyderabad and you miss to visit this place you are missing out a lot . The taste is nothing you have tasted before and try every cookie they have in stock .. especially the pista cookies and the Khoya Puri ... is just our of this world .. i ended up buying 3 boxes of Mixed assorted cookies !! I had always heard of Ninrah and when I finally reached Charminar, Nimrah was a sure go to. And yes, this place did not disappoint me at all. This old bakery is always crowded with food enthusiasts and the smell of freshly baked traditional delicacies and strong Irani Chai lingers through the store. Though old and rustic, the bakery maintains its quality and serves each diner with a happy plateful of munchies. Loved the Irani Chai and Khari Biscuit! Pocket pinch? Well this is a place where you'll never end up spending too much. It's quite pocket friendly. For the price you pay, the food is really good! I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone and will myself visit there again!

Best Osmania Biscuits ever had. I bought 1 pack of multi flavoured buiscuits aroud 10-12 varieties and each one tastes so yummy and fresh. Bought veg puff too. Must visit place for Irani Chai and Osmania biscuits.

One of the old world charms of Hyderabad. Located just adjacent to Charminar, you cannot miss this place. Amongst the so many places which are old time bakeries in Hyderabad, Nimrah has its own place. You would get the usual osmania biscuit which is great, a small plum cake, rusk, khari etc etc and nothing will leave you disappointed. If you are a North Indian though you might not relish the chai. Between the old bakeries like Subhan, Niloufer, Nimrah etc you would find almost similar food stuff. Niloufer has a slightly better seating in the new place that they have opened up, Subhan has done up their old place and made it bigger but Nimrah has stuck to the no frills thing and have still managed a huge clientele all because of the quality and taste. My vote would still go to Subhan for being the best amongst all these places.

One of the best Irani chai I've had in Hyderabad accompanied with good Osmania biscuits.<br/>I have heard that date biscuits are a speciality here but didn't get to try it as it goes out of stock pretty soon.

Visited this place when I went to Charminar for shopping here during summer. Faluda was the best I ever had. It was purely made and was tasty. Cakes were also yummy. Lived the dessert part here.

It's not Irani Chai. Irani chai is more flavourful and served without milk. This is overbrewed decoction with lots of sugar. I stopped after first sip. Cookies are average.
