I had a wonderful time at the Jasmine banquet hall in hotel Kinnara Grand. The hall was spacious, elegant and well-decorated. The staff were courteous, attentive and helpful but AC was sufficient for few minutes. The food was delicious, varied and plentiful. The service was prompt, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this place for any occasion, whether it is a wedding, a birthday, a conference or a reunion. Good experience, the eating area space was very good and the service was also very good and the staffs behaviour was excellent.
The only issue was that 2 separate room was there dividing non veg eating people from veg eatting people . All veg and non veg eating people could have been accommodated in same room with different serving area.

Nice Restaurant and Banquet hall too. We have visited for reception. Mutton was well cooked and tasty, Tandoori Roti and vegetable biriyani was not as expected, chicken dum Biryani was good but lack of service ,not ready stock available , every time they took minimum 15 mins to refill the food.
The ambiance was nice and there were plenty of A/C in Banquet hall.
Parking available at the cellar, don't park the vehicle in front of the hotel.
Depending on the food item from the range of 600 to 700 per plate at the banquet hall.

Although the biryani and paneer tasted equally good, chicken tikka stole the show. Kinara Grand earlier used to be Swagath Grand, I loved the super delicious biryani which was prepared in Dum Biryani style. Since the change, it seems the cook and preparation style has changed. The biryani, chicken item dishes are too spicy for the taste buds. Chicken isn't as tender as it used to be...<br/>I would really appreciate they could bring back the Swagath grand taste...

I hate zomato, I felt happy with zomato at the beginning, but when I placed my last order I came across a very bad experience, delivery boy call me and told he couldn't find my address and asked me to pick the order from where he was, when I resisted he spoke very rudely, later when I approached online support even they also did not help me, this happened on 30 days back and till now I neither got my order delivered nor my money back..... :( , Still waiting for the proper response from ZOMATO.

This restaurant has literally become our "sukh dukh ka saathi". No doubt, my family is one of their regular in terms of online ordering. Taste wise we are satisfied with all the items that we have tried till now. The fried rice and soft noodles alongwith chicken Manchurian/chilli are the finest in the locality. Love their Chinese chopsuey as well.Only complain is with the packaging and the quantity of oil used. We have observed this in the last 2 deliveries and the starters namely chilly chicken and Manchurian are found to be too oily. Would be great if the restaurant pays attention to this.

Been to this place on a Saturday afternoon with my family. We ordered 2 Chinese starters, Paneer lababdar curry, Rotis and rice.<br/><br/>The service was bad,<br/>The first thing that spoiled the mood was that, they were serving the starters in quarter plates instead of the main course plate.<br/><br/>Secondly, the quality of paneer they use in the Paneer Lababdar is like an Eraser, hard and difficult to chew , swallow.<br/><br/>On complaining, the attendant's response was unpleasant. He denied to accept that the Paneer quality was bad.<br/><br/>Overall, I wouldn't recommend this branch of Swagath Grand due to sub-standard service and sub-standard quality of food served here.<br/>The staff was busy chit-chatting.<br/><br/>Ambience is probably the only good thing about this restaurant.

During my visit in Hyderabad, after having heard so many positive reviews of the famous Paradise restaurant, I tried the veg. Biryani (yes, I'm a vegetarian) over there. After that I lost my faith in veg biryani. Few days later, a local friend recommended me this restaurant. When I tried its Manchurian biryani, it felt like heavens! My name is Mukesh Sagare I had ordered 1 paneer butter masala , 6 roti, 1 zeera rice, 1 veg biryani . But when my ordered arrived I got 1 veg kofta which nobody eats at my home 1 veg biryani which has only uncooked carrots , 2 rotis and gobi Manchurian. This is redicuius we had to feel ashamed in front of our relatives. I never recommend this ever to people .Please refund my money back. I'm regular to this place and the previous experiences have been quite good. But today I ordered veg biryani for delivery which was very disappointing. There's only rice and no masala/gravy in the biryani. I also requested for an extra mirchi ka salan but didn't get it. I guess the restaurant is neglecting it's delivery customers.

Took more than one hour to prepare food. Delivery agent told me staff are very negligent and not professional. Initially they declined the order. Later after few minutes accepted the order.
