Loved this place.Cozy,peaceful and customer-friendly.

Good. But they try to extra food. Like i ordered 2 cups they got three. And after all the pricess i got the bill again of 3. I have to go again to take my money back

Paradise for cold coffee lovers .. Me and my friend frequently visits this place to have our best coffee delights - Devil’s own .. we’d love to spend some time sharing our moments enjoying cream whip, coffee beans and ice cream as toppings .. one must try for sure .. ❣️

I ordered a sizzle chocolate brownie and a blue current . The taste was good and the blue current is the best drink and you gotta try it out .

It's a very good place for coffee and other stuff. It also provides free wifi which is better than anything else.

A nice CCD branch in west marredpally. A typical one, nothing which makes it stands out but car parking is a bit hard to find here.

Nice place for small breaks, always crowded frequented by locals and visitors also. Tea/Coffee snacks are available from morning to night.

Nice place for youngsters to hangout.. they have good variety of hot and cold coffees and snacks..

I always prefer sizzling chocolate brownie when I visit this place and it doesn't change at all . As amazing as it was when I first ate it and who doesn't like deserts

I like cafe coffee day.I remember trying coffee for the first time in my life when I had passed out my 10th board exams and I had been there with my friends.I had ordered tropical iceburg which is my only drink that i have tasted from CCD. It's not less than an addiction for me. My day isn't complete without my tropical iceburg. It's an ice crushed drink with the option of add on.

The coffee is fine but the sandwiches are not. The AC does not work here most of the times, the staff seems a bit lost all the time. <br/><br/>Would not recommend especially when so many options in Marredpally are ow coming up.

This place is just ok, with limited options and they force the customer to take up additional options and download app and some manipulation. Can’t you’ll just serve what is asked for.

Please save yourself from the horror and do not visit this place! I stopped going there when i came across a piece of plastic in my coffee and to my surprise when I reported it to the manager, he outrightly denied it. Worst customer service as they choose to live in state of denial without being bothered about the needs of the customer. If this reason is not enough then please watch out for the cockroaches in that store. To sum up-Bad customer service, bad food, puke worthy coffee and unhygienic atmosphere.<br/>

Worst service ever... They were busy in discussion of accounts... I got my order after 25mins and it suck ..the new summer chiller almond frappe sucks...

Worsest coffee day branch I've ever visited. As I'm a cold coffee lover,I've been to this place on a evening for cold choco latte walnut brownie..but it has completely disappointed me. Totally thumbs down for this worthless place!!its just waste of money and time as well..need not wonder even if u fall sick.the person whoever makes the coffees doesn't even have an idea on how to actually make one. All he does is just crush the ice in a blender adds slight chocolate syrup to it and serves it in a glass and zero serving sense.for a scoop of icecream or chocolate sauce topping we are again charged 50 or 60 extra and top of that service charges taxes bullshit.the things over here are so tasteless unworthy and yuck. I suggest not even to take risk go to this place and waste your money.

Bad! If you like crushed ice, this is the place to go. I had ordered some strawberry shake a few months ago, and it was just BAD. Not to mention that the sandwiches are very bad, although I do like the chocolate fantasy.

One more visit....the Choco frappe just had some chocolate syrup drizzled! Cappuccino too was very very light...almost like milk :)<br/><br/>------------------------------------------------<br/><br/>Been to this location of CCD many times. Usually there is just one person taking the order, preparing serving :). So if it's crowded the service slows down a bit. The seating capacity is about 15-20. <br/><br/>In the latest visit had cold Choco latte and strawberry slush. The latte had too much cocoa and not even a hint of coffee flavor. I could easily pass it to my kids as bournvita. The strawberry crush was ice and sugar with hardly any taste of strawberry. <br/><br/>Being the only coffee shop in this location we will probably still continue going here :)

Garma garam darjeeling chai... In this thanda thanda weather... With a chocolate fantasy cake ... what else u want.. ccd all time fav for the regular coffee fanatics.. :)
