Review Cafe Coffee Day - Hyderabad

We had a good time and not very crowded. Has a good view to the outside garden area at Inorbit mall. The staff is pleasant . The coffee and eatables are on the little expensive side. Best if you are looking for a peaceful place .

Good place. Prices are on the higher end. But no price is more for an amazing cup of coffee ☕.

An amazing view n free air atmosphere with good space n service.... Also an astonishing food n brews with delicious make over.... Ready to take orders at heavy crowd time too....

If you just want to sip on coffee and spend hours doing your own thing, this place is amazing. For me, almost everything except the cakes and coffee are disappointing in any Café Coffee Days. This is no exception. However, the coffee is good. The seating is good. There is a decent view. Bottom line: this is a decent place for a coffee date.

Coffee is very good here

Very similar to all other Café Coffee Day outlets, where the hot coffee is good and worth a part of the exorbitant price, but the rest of the menu is just by-the-way, and one just orders something to go with the coffee... Otherwise the decor and the ambience are pleasant and one can spend a quality half-hour to an hour working on a laptop or getting one's work done without any disturbance... Since it is located towards one side of the Inorbit Mall, the view from one side is across a well-landscaped lawn, so it's pleasing to the eye..

As people say it's an alternative to Starbucks. It's not. Both of them are totally different. Must try their cold coffee. Really good. Ambience is good too. Service is a bit slow.

This place is decent enough. Like in the inorbit mall you have lots and lots of options to eat. But if you don’t wanna try something new and go old school you can stick to Keventers or CCD. Shakes and drinks never fail to satisfy

Have been going to CCD since college days and loves the brewed coffee and toasties, this Inorbit CCD has been good in Service but by late hours, it runs of stock which is not that bad.... It's really good to be there, nice ambience and lawn view windows....

A great place to have a coffee after your tiring shopping spree. Must try: devil's own, kappi Nirvana and sizzling hot brownie 💯

Good place to hang out..... price for coffee here is a bit high....we paid 180 bucks for a regular size filter coffee that's horrible.....but ambience is good and staff are attentive and served well....

I went with my friend during evening to this place. We ordered a veg combo and a non veg combo. The non-veg burger was okay. The food was average overall.

Calm and peaceful place to have coffee and work at the same time. Located inside the mall but at a remote location which keeps you away from hush hush of the shoppers. There's a beautiful garden adjacent to it which has a very scenic view. You won't feel like leaving the place once you are in.

Please avoid this CCD.
I am writing this because of my 2nd visit which I made.
Like the first one this time as well the wait time is 30 mins+.
Your ordered food is suddenly out of stock.
Worst part the manager/billing offers you cash for the ordered food.
I told him to revert the transaction and generate a new bill.
There is something shabby going in this CCD.
The manager/billing person looks to be ignoring the customers as if we are just here to waist time.
Never visit this CCD if you do not want to leave with grief and anger.

Just bought a Cafe frappe in BOGO. & it came with just half a glass of coffee & the taste was also different from yesterday. (i know Coz I ordered the same thing.)
Zomato support chat says they take care of this next time.... Bullshit

Delighted to be here rather than the other one in forum mall. Not just only for the ambience or location, service and amenities are good enough to have a cup of coffee and spend some quality time.

Had chocolate milkshake and cappuccino in an air-conditioned room.

P.S: A.C really gave huge comfort here which we missed in forum outlet.

Must try: Frappies

Was craving for coffee when I was at Inorbit and I choose this over Starbucks due to some unknown reason!

I've ordered a cappuccino, a chocolate and Mango milkshake.

The chocolate milkshake was pretty good while the Mango one was okaish.

The cappuccino was good but not great.

However I was really disappointed about the wait time. I had to wait for 15 mins to get my hands on these..

Overall I would say it was an okaish experience!

On a rainy evening, Ordered a Brownie with icecream and was tasty ; Hot chocolate 🍫 was ok but had lot of cocoa powder flavour , chocolate mousse shot .

The capuccino was better than the ones I had recently at their other outlets (Gacchibowli outlet).

Food is average and not quite fresh. The cheese toast was mediocre and apart from how they run the place, service and ambience. The quality of the food and beverages has taken a bit of a downslide in recent times. Hope they start doing something about it.

Food & beverages: 3/5
Service: 3/5
Ambience: 3.5/5

B.Prashna Ghosh

Loved the hot Vanilla cappuccino. Lovely ambience and friendly staff. Service was quite quick. Good enough music. A good place to wait for someone ;)

Perhaps the worst CCD outlet, I have ever visited. The cold coffee was only filled with ice. The Chicken Tandoori sandwich was packed with sauce, and it was cold. The place was extremely untidy. The staff was unprofessional. To add salt to the injury, this is the first outlet, where the staff at the counter used "mentos" in lieu of one rupee coins.

Nice people here.
Very helpful

Ccd maintains standards and they have worlds second best coffee:p

I always a enjoy their combos.
Have tried using their app. It is just ok . Loyalty benefits are much more at Starbucks

Coffees are alright but the snacks are quite substandard and appear to be stale at times. Also, the food could do with a little more flavor.
The people behind the coffee machine should aim to serve the whole order at once and not piecemeal.

My friend and I went to cafe coffee day at inorbit mall and it was a very disappointing experience. Firstly, even though they are situated in a big mall like inorbit, they did not have change for rs. 2000 when I gave it to them. Secondly, when I tried to pay via paytm, the scanner containing the barcode ( next to the cash register )did not register in my phone or for the next person in line. The woman at the counter was also not very friendly or helpful.

I ordered the samosa and coffee combo. The coffee tasted as if it was burned, and the samosa was heated in a microwave instead of an oven and hence became very soggy to eat. Furthermore, usually anywhere you go in India, it is generally a tradition to offer ketchup or Chutney as a supplement to samosas, which was not provided.

The ambience was very bad too. The music was very loud and it was difficult for me to converse with my friend. They should really try lowering the volume to make the place more pleasing.

Overall, this is one of those places where they overcharge you for poor quality products. I definitely do not wish to come here again.

CCD is always a nice place to have coffee.. I love it... Bt here in this outlet.. there was only one person to serve... He was totally messed up... But.. at last... Coffee was as usual.. awesome...
Manish Parmar
This one is our regular hangout for coffee and sandwich. They have renovated the outlet, it looks so much better than the old one. Staff is good and helpful.

My friend said I had to try the "sizzlin drizzlin brownie" knowing that I love desserts and sweet things. Why have I not had this anywhere before? Rich gooey brownie comes on a sizzling hot plate with bubbling chocolate sauce all topped off with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Theatrics and pure decadence! I must eat this again.

The coffees were great but the service kind of sucked, haven't placed a cappuccino in my order but they charged for it. After a bit of argument then they changed it.

Coffee days are awesome where ever they are. We get a choice of colorful drinks and food................................................
......... ............... ..... . ... .....

I went here with Lushmita Acharya and we suggest don't go here if you don't have cash as they don't accept cards and mentos cost RS 2 here. Seriously they are taking advantage of customer for not keeping change with them

Tried the recently introduced coolers (mocktails?).
You all know about the ccd ambience.

The drinks, took quite a time to be served. The two coolers, the mint green cooler and the watermelon lychee punch were served in a big glass on the rocks.

The too drinks were quite refreshing and had strong flavors to soothe the taste buds in the beginning. But it fade away as the level of the juice in the glass decreased.

At some point, it was like drinking ice water. The way too much quantity of ice and not mixing the drink properly and less quantity of flavored liquid resulted in this.

The bill was on pricier side.

Okayish to try.

After some serious shopping, I thought of taking a break to recharge my soul, but alas, there was not a drop of water to drink. As far as I know other CCD outlets serve you glasses (plastic ones) of water, at least when you ask for it. They didn't give us any water, so I didn't think it was worth spending money on any coffee. I went to some other place in the food court. Thank you!

My Fav place when I visit inorbit , We always order two smoked chicken sandwiches , cappuccino and mocha...our day is incomplete , if we go to inorbit and did not visit CCD....

After a disastrous lunch at mad about China i headed into CCD to redeem myself in energy. I ordered veg somasa and my fav hazelnut latte coffee. Service was swift and on par with other CCDs. They never go wrong on coffee do they ? It was fresh hot and aptly made just for me and it soothened my madness and wow it made me normal now. Samosas could have been bit bigger in size but didn't had appetite as well so they sufficed my need. CCD recharged me as usual :)

This was a terrible experience in terms of Service and dignity ( of people working there )
I visited this place yesterday and ordered for 3 cafe frappe, which is usually a good cold coffee.
The order took about 30 mins, with only 2 other people in the whole cafe.\
The waiter was a deaf person, who was really polite. But the one on the counter was very derogatory in the way he was treating the waiter.
Moreover, the coffee was not even close to what we had expected. we gave some instructions about our coffee, none of which were followed.
I request the Manager to look into this.
Shubham Jaiswal
I used to visit CCD for coffee and snacks, as it was one of my favourite coffee destinations, until I hit Starbucks. The coffee is good here with a good ambiance. I would like to suggest that they should bring up their coffee taste to compete in the market, else they lose their charm.

A cup of coffee can make a day better. If its a meet or a talk over a coffee many prefer these place.
Nice Ambiance with cozy seating area.

I love their cappuccino which keep me away from sleep.
In snacks they have samosa, garlic bread which are very tasty and really a value for money.
Coming to desserts I love there Choco Hola Which is serve with a hot brownie, dark chocolate and cool cool vanila icecream which is very tasty and always love to have it and is recommended.
Devil own is another a type of cold coffee but I didn't liked it because was too bitter.
Nice place to hang out.

Cheers!!!
Amir
One of the amazing Indian coffee shops I have been in CCD in Vizag chennai and now in Hyderabad too they maintain a great quality in the coffees and my favorites are frapees these one of the best items in their menu
Divya P.S
Decent place to hang out with friends, especially after a busy shopping day! Service is not very good and item has limited options on the menu.coffee is pretty good.

Nothing really to be excited about. The coffee is same and ambience is decent. The free WiFi is too slow and not many options in Snacks. You may want to enjoy your coffee outside in open where seating arrangements have been made but be prepared for the Mosquitos.

Ok, I get it. It's a Coffee Day. I'm not expecting great food, or great service, or, well, anything really.

But it's pretty hard not to get annoyed when the manager informs you that it's policy to serve only one glass of water PER TABLE, regardless of how many people are there. Is that even legal?

Even if it is, how's it good business sense to not just serve water to the people who've been paying for multiple drinks at your outlet for the last four hours? (I don't even want to mention how many reminders it took to get those drinks, despite being the only customers in the place).

Terrible even by chain store standards.

... Incidentally if you're looking for a 'good' Coffee Day, try the one near the Kavuri Hills signal. Much friendlier service, cooler decor, and a staff that doesn't need to be reminded ten times before they bring over your order.
