The freshest gelato you can buy in Hyderabad. The place is super clean, staff are kind and helpful. The owner is a fantastic mind knowing exactly how to provide a perfect gelato experience; fresh gelato, a variety of flavours and high quality ingredients. Gelato is made in house right in front of your eyes. It’s so good, I ordered two. I had the baklava because it was just made and the cheesecake. Espresso is freshly pressed. Coffee is strong :) I’ve requested lemon ricotta to be made. Fingers crossed they can get the recipe. Def coming back here again.

Buona Dolce (which means Good Desert in Italian) a new gelato store situated at the curve of rd no36 Jubilee hills (beside Apsara icecream) started serving some fine gelatos, waffles and shakes. It is a 20-30 seating place and the best part is to pay for how much you eat (1gm-1/1.1rs). Coming to what I enjoyed relishing here and flavours that impressed me, Definitely I am going back for their soft yet a little crunchy freshly made Waffles topped with gelatos of your choice. Coming to gelato flavours among all I tasted the best I could say is Baklava, Lemon sorbet, Nappirock, Amrena Crock, Seven dreams, Kala Jamun. They did have a variant from cheesecake but it didn’t impress me much due to the fact it’s made with normal cheese and it lacks the smoothness. Besides these from shakes, Alphonso and Ferro Rocher were on par. So what I liked are the gourmet quality ingredients and fineness & What I would like to see improved is the staff attentiveness and awareness of the product. I ordered ice cream Cake on 3rd Aug, loved the taste and service. Cake was delivered before the time committed time and was in fresh state until 7hrs. I also appreciate the ownership and professionalism displayed by Mr Srinivasa as he only closed the Deal after his customers were happy with overall experience!!!

Just before one year, there were no icecream stores which serves many flavors other than naturals. But,today I feel great that there are around 10-12 new & nice Icecream-parlours opened in hyderabad. Buona dolce is the very first gelato store opened in Hyderabad. The owner of this place has bought famous italian flavoured icecreams to hyderabad. This place has over 35 + flavours with them. They don't just serve gelatos, but also coffee & shakes as well. . They prepare every single ingredient in their store which makes them special from other icecreamparlours in hyderabad. Every item they make was fresh and great in quality . This place has got some decent ambiance with fairly painted walls and lights placed inside the thin cylindrical shaped glass. And the most important and interesting thing here is, They price is based on how much quantity of gelato you are having. They sell "ONE GRAM FOR ONE RUPEE" . This store have a seating capacity of 15-20 people. Though, it is a small store ...but they have wide range of varieties of gelatos. . I started with kitkat shake in which kitkat chocolate is mixed in the milk and topped with whip cream and few toppings were added to it. This shake was very thick . This is how every customer needs the shake. . The most loved gelato here is tiramisu . Generally, it is a mix of gelato and coffee. The one which i had brings the nice aroma of coffee . This has stolen my heart, literally. And the ladyfinger(baked biscuit) was placed on it. It really tasted good with the chocolaate sauce. This is a must try option here when you are at buona dolce. . The next one which i tried is Nappirock . This is basically a chocolate flavoured gelato which is topped with the most loved ferrero rocher chocolte and a small & cute ice-cream cone . I must say it's a sin, if you don't taste this chocolate based gelato here . . The milk based gelato here is a special item of them. Do try it by having in a chocolate cone.. . Mrs.ramani, who is the owner of this place has shown  a nice hospitality  towards us. She made sure that, every item they serve should have nice presentation and quality as well. The number of options here are equal to the number of stars in the sky.. and they're all good which makes it difficult to choose from. I ended up having two of them all by myself. One was Ferrero rocher and the other was called 'Signature'. ‘Out of the box’<br/>Giving a different touch to the ice cream is the most toughest thing, which you can only find at duona , tasted all the flavors as they sound really unique and taste as well. Had a sandwich and coffee too, do visit to find a new variety to the world of ice creams!

Invited by the management for a foodie meetup and understand their new varieties of gelatos, it is very interesting to hear that almost all of the ingredients used are imported from Italy and the taste of the desserts is very much close to being authentic. What I liked the most is the quality of ingredients which is very much evident while we relish the fantasting stuff here. <br/><br/>While some of the fusion gelatos have new names which we(I) have not heard of, I would recommend new visitors to ask the combination of ingredients or taste a sample before placing the order. <br/><br/>Among the gelatos, we tasted the chocolate and strawberry scoops of gelatos on a fresh waffle and garnished with chocolate sauce. The yum taste of the gelatos with fresh waffle was amazing for the palate. For coffee lovers, the coffee based gelato topped with chocolate sauce & cashews was good. Few of them that are must try are the Bakhlawa Gelato (Arabian Delight), Oreo Gelato, Choco Hazelnut. One such place - Buona Dolce has started its operations recently in Jubilee Hills with number of variants that will give you a tough to choose from. With an urabane setup which can accomodate about 30 people seated, this place not just serves Gelatos but Waffles,shakes and sorbets too.<br/><br/>Dessert parlors were never about space anyway. People never hesitated standing in queue or eating this heavenly dish standing out and chilling with family/friends.<br/>Well, speaking about their varieties - they have close to 100 variants which change on rotational basis with about 30-40 varities on display. What did I like? Richness of their gelato can be felt in every flavor (whether the flavor did justice, is secondary) and is priced per gram ( with min of 1 rupee per gram and max of 1.1). Seven dreams - a new variant that I havent come across at any other Gelato places is made up of 7 layers which has nocciolissima ( a strong extract of hazelnut spread) and litle version of hazelnut too. One who enjoys hazelnut would love this. Their bestseller Amarena Crock ( Amarena is a bitter cherry available in Italy ) , again a new flavor you wouldn't come across in any other Gelato outlets, is an absolute winner in taste and richness. Baklava came out as a pick for me, if I have to eat a whole scoop of it - that good it was, another winning pick in their lengthy list. Kala jamoon and lemon in sorbets did justice to flavor and were good. Quality of waffle was real good and went very well with their gelatos.<br/><br/>There are couple of variants that dint do justice to their name of the lot that I have tried - wild berry cheesecake, neither the texture nor the taste is close to it, reason? They had to use local cheese due to unavailability of philadelphia cheese at the time of prepartion of the lot we tried. Their Pistachio was very mild and wasnt any great.<br/>This place definitely has a potential to be one of the best in the market with the quality they offer, given they maintain the consistency and their serving staff knows what they are serving (given the extensive range and few different names , customers tend to ask what is best and what is what).<br/><br/>

After dinner, craving for something sweet we ended up here. They have a decent variety of flavours, but does leave you feeling underwhelmed. Had a couple of different flavours - Belgian chocolate, chocolade, cheesecake, biscotta, ferrorocher. There is a rich taste of hazelnut from most of the chocolate flavours and if you are not that big of a fan of the nut like me, you might not like it too much. The other flavours were decent but the one I want to talk about it the Chocolade. They say it is KitKat but there is such a strong taste of hazelnut in it. Got served without even getting a chance to complete the order. Definitely would advise against it. Might as well try Apsara which is right next to it and offers real fruit flavours, if you are into that.

Though I am a foodie, I usually do not step into a new place unless I have checked its reviews online. However since my daughter had a class in this building, I had about 45 minutes to spare and was in desperate need of some caffeine. I tried some cold coffee here which was made like a thick shake and it was absolutely brilliant. I then noticed the Belgian chocolate ice cream. To give you a perspective, the last place I tried such good Belgian chocolate ice cream was at Ben & Jerry's in the USA over 8 years back. <br/><br/>The owner came out and greeted me by this time and showed me around. Apparently they have all the ingredients right in the back and make fresh ice cream every day right in their facility. So these are not frozen ice creams that are transported using dry ice over hundreds of kilometers. No wonder they taste so fresh. The hospitality of the staff gets you connected with this place instantly and you simply wonder why you keep going to the heavily crowded over hyped places and fail to notice so much love and good food around you. <br/><br/>I am so glad to have tried this place. Delightful taste, amazing variety, great ambiance, and wonderful service. I would say, the best dessert shop in the city.. Its difficult to choose from the many varieties of natural flavors.. my favorites are- Amarena, Coconut, Pingu, Pista and Biscotella. Most interesting piece of info .. all these are made by the owners within the shop and served. I haven't seen anything like this. Love it. Highly recommend going there with family & friends.

Perfect in the taste where it wasn't too sweet, the bitter notes fitted perfectly in the fresh churned gelato.<br/>What makes this place more appealing is the price point, they have the concept of Re.1/gm, which makes it quite pocket friendly.

Seldom do you get a callback from the Restaurant you have ordered food from let alone expect a call from the manager taking your feedback regarding both the delivery and taste of the products they serve. Well, I'm glad to say Buona Dolce was clearly an exception as Mr. Srinivas, the owner of the restaurant himself made the effort to know what my opinion was regarding the products and was genuinely interested whether I enjoyed them or not. Quality and quantity of the gelato served here is impeccable. I did try out a sample of all flavors and decided to settle for nutella gelato. It tasted exactly like nutella, nothing more and less. Will probably visit sometime soon. The ambience was really good. Do try it out and you won't regret it.

This place is easy to locate . Right on the main road. <br/><br/>Coming to the ambience they have a large counter displaying the variety of gelatos and sorbets on offer . Ample place to sit arnd 12-15 members.. the place is bright and comfortable.<br/><br/>The day we visited they had arnd 30 varieties of freshly churned gelatos and 4 varieties of sorbet . The best part about the place is the involvement of the owners in churning out gelatos and interacting with customers to offer them the best they have according to ones preference.<br/><br/>They also have a lot of stuff other than gelatos like shakes , waffles , cake etc.<br/><br/>Sorbets.. they had limone , strawberry , wildberry and watermelon . Buono Dolce is an ice creamery which is as fancy as it sounds. It has newly opened and the ice cream here is a must try. <br/>It is a small place but do not let that fool you. The variety here is insanely huge. They have over 30 different flavours of ice cream which you can have with milkshakes, coffee, waffle and crepes.<br/><br/>The flavours of gelato are really different and it is really smooth on the Palate. You pay based on the quantity you take. You can add your extra toppings as well.<br/>We had 100 grams of three different ice creams. <br/><br/>Firstly, we tried the Guava ice cream. Believe it or not, they top it with real red chilli powder. You will actually feel like you are having the fruit with a little bit of spice and not the Ice cream. A must have. Then, we had the coffee flavoured one. Good and not too strong. The last flavour we tried was a Buono Dolce special called Pingu. It is a mix of chocolate and various other things. Again, it was really good.<br/><br/>Overall, it is a new ice cream hub of the town. Go here after your meals and have a good time. They also give you take-aways.
