The taste of the food was ok. Nothing unpalatable but not very impressive too. The service was good and the atmosphere is on the peaceful side.

Service is too slow here but trust me the one who goes here must try their Prawns Biryani, maaaannnnnnnn it’s too yummy I say, Crystal never disappointed me with their Prawns Biryani, I tried so many starters and Biryani’s here, but in so much love with their prawns Biryani why because for the price they charge and the locality they are, it’s damn worth. I’m a very big lover of sea food and I know how other people clean and cook badly, here the prawns are too good. There are other places too which are very good, but in and around this location, this place is the only one I could get such taste and the tender quality.

Crystal has been known to serve some good food in the area for many years. However, on recent visit I found the quality has declined. Biryani was too bland with mutton pieces remaining raw and Chicken 65 had absolutely no taste. Veg items were a bit okay.

Good place earlier it was very congested!! New location is spacious and well maintained !! Biryani is awesome and starters are tasty !! It's little bit pricy but it's worth !! We had a very good time ther and it has NON SMOKING zone for boozing!!! Overall.very good experience.

Ordered special chicken biryani and chicken biryani, everything was flavoured and nothing freshly made.<br/>Even fresh lime soda was made with lemon essence and not with fresh lime.<br/>Wouldn't recommend. Onions were the only item which was fresh.

This place is mostly for dineout with families.it had decent ambiance.<br/>We ordered hout and sour chicken soup which was good and spicy. I loved their chicken spring rolls and loose prawns.<br/>In main course masala kulcha was so yummy and Punjabi chicken was creamy and mouthwatering.<br/>Chicken schezwan rice was up to the mark.

Staff is rude. They don't listen to order correctly. Call it fine dining but they don't have basics clear. One person has the quarter plate but the other do not. Serving guy is talking to himself, looking at who's eating what on other tables, it's utterly stupid.

This place has incredible dishes. This place is good for both vegans and non vegetarians. Ambience is ok but not extraordinary . We had pepper chicken which is ok in taste. Baby corn manchuria which is excellent. Fried rice and paneer butter masala. Overall we had good experience but it could be much better

For others who are not aware, CRYSTAL has relocated to the other side of the road fully reloaded with very good ambience . You have a family section on the ground floor , 1st and 2nd floors have the bar section. Food is a usual at its best and staff has the required etiquette.<br/>Visit this place to have a feel of it .
