Let us get straight this is not your posh restaurant where you get cozy seats, polished staffs. The AC section is ok for the family.
What matters is their food and chai- absolutely fantastic.
The biryani is sumptuous both beef and chicken. I used have extra chicken piece for a hundred bucks, it was so good.
Lassi and Faluda: You will absolutely love their special lassi and faluda after biryani in the summers after lunch.
Chai: What to say about their chai. My father used to get up in fajar prayers and head straight to rumman for their chai. And he is a chai connoisseur.
Khichdi: You canβt beat hyderabadi khichdi- qeema and chai for breakfast. The qeema they serve is beef.
The staff is polite, they listen you well. A busy place and sometimes take time to get your food but most of the time they serve you immediately. Worth every penny.

Undoubtedly one of the best Biryanis in Hyderabad. Chicken Biryani is THE specialty. Extremely pocket friendly. The best rice in Biryani. The aromas and the flavors are potent enough to give the biggies in the Biryani industry a tough run for their money. Isliye toh, "Biryani bole toh, sirf Rumaan" !

Biryani and talawa are a must try here. You will not find a more pocket friendly restaurant serving such amazing biryani in the neighborhood. Rumaan is famous for Chicken biryani and beef biryani but I feel they serve the best talawa in Hyderabad

The service is that great but the taste of food here, covers up for everything.
You must try chicken π biryani and mutton dishes. Whatever You must try their Talawa Gosht withYou must try their with whatever you're eating.
Everything tastes good. We had Biryanis, Naans, Rotis and curries and even a couple of starters which all tasted good. Service was fast. Ambience is meh. Prices are very reasonable. Just beware while ordering Mutton items.
CAUTION : Not recommended for ppl who do not eat beef or don't want to try it.
I like controlled crowd places, so it was nice for me, and the service was good too.
Mainly, there is value for money, the kichidi I ate (available from 5am to 11am only every day) was nice with kheema and katta as sides
Word of advise:-
1) get ur pocket soaps or liquids
2) parking available for 2 wheelers only
3) not recommended for OCDs
I had butter chicken and and biryani both are very tasty. But I really missed the tangy flavor of the butter chicken which is slightly missing. Rest everything was great.
After getting tired of searching for a perfect hyderabadi briyani. I landed here with the help of reviews.... after a heck of an experience the previous day with the (....)(the so called hyderabads best restaurants) was almost lost faith in finding the hyderabadi flvr's dominance in briyani.... mashallah.... i found this place, the thing that got me is the beef texture....wow....
But still my brother's briyani holds the gold medal....
Superb Beef Biryani, Point!. Finally, this place got well cooked meat and flavourful rice needed for a biryani. The chicken biryani was delicious too. They accept only cash and no mobile payments.

I had given it a go with the famous biryani and chicken 65.
The 65 was mouth watering and delicious. Wished to have ordered wice the quantity.
The biryani was better than average but not as spicy as I would prefer it to be.
I would certainly wish to try the other dishes on the menu soon.
This restaurant is placed in the heart of Tolichowki. It specializes in Chicken Biryani, the akhni is juicy and customizable to the level of Masala required.
Its beef Biryani is usually dry and average in taste.
You should visit Rumaan and try Chicken Biryani & Chicken 65 at least once.
Kebabs, Tandoori/Rumali Roti, Butter Naan, cold drinks are also available.
Rumaan is also famous for its Irani Chai.
Car parking is an issue.

I have visited this place multiple times, itβs best to eat here at rush hours.
Very testy food available here. One of he oldest Hotel in Tolichoki Hyderabad. Biryani is very famous from this Hotel
The food was great, the variety was adequate can be increased, overall if you are food lover and normal environment wouldnβt affect you then this is one of the best place for Hyderabadi Biryani.
Irani dum tea is also good, price adequate not very high.
