Lively place with good rock songs.. food compliments the drinks u consume. The ambience is wow which turns the party mode on immediately when you enter the bar.

Food is amazing. Don't expect any Italian or Continental dishes, this places serves hardcore Indian cuisines . The alcohol is dirt cheap and the ambiance is awesome.

Irish bar, visited multiple times with colleagues for chill. One of the best place to hangout with snooker, dance floor.. but food doesn't meet 5 stars.

Really enjoyed this place. Had drinks along the waterfront. Live music on the inside, but small acousticy stuff that doesn't drown out a conversation

Been here with my friends. I don't drink but i went there to hangout with my friends. On Fridays there is ladies night here where you get unlimited rum whisky vodka for free. The gents accompanying them have to pay for themselves though! The ambience is party environment. There's a small dance floor. There's a pool game. The waiters are very friendly. Dim light with disco lights and awesome music. Perfect for friday evening. <br/>If you want to have food, its too costly.

First time visited Shamroch - The Irish Bar Madhapur, Hi-Tech city. The drinks and food are superb and very reasonable price. Friendly service. Clean washrooms. They have good variety of food and drinks. Starters are yummy. Excellent live DJ and IPL live streaming.

A good place to party....budgetfriendly ....nd the best packages ever given...totally in love with it. Grate ambiance with a good dance floor nd tasty food. This place is great for alcoholic peeps, one plus one offer makes this place a pocket friendly one. Food was nice.. Ambience had different variations.. But the only thing disappointing thing is DJ.. They only play desi ones.. If this place gets a low rating or a bad review I believe it is coz of DJ..

Went there one Sunday afternoon with a friend. Location is perfect - right in the center of IT district of the city. Drinks are one-plus-one all day long - so don't let the prices you see on the menu discourage you from going there. <br/><br/>We started with an Irish grilled chicken snack (don't remember - was either Bourbon Chicken or Boxtry). The chicken was cooked soft and had very mild mix of spices. Indian food is also good compared to the price. Tandoori items are great, though most of them are unavailable during the day.<br/><br/>Drinks are just ok. <br/><br/>The entrance to the building isn't flattering, but the interiors are good. The lights are usually dim, thus giving a pure rock bar feel to it. For this price range, the place is quite good.<br/> <br/><br/>However my review and ratings are subjected to change based on my next visit, which I'll make during weekend nights to get the typical Friday feel.

I have been here with few of my friends , I felt this place is not happening at all , This bar didn't meet the expectations at all, poorly lit , very less crowd, I'm talking about a Sunday evening, service and food was ok! If some one loves a peaceful atmosphere will dimly lit environment, this should be the place to be. Party lovers stay away.

We found the place on Zomato. I went with a friend, She initially found the place dark and shady, but I liked the calm, smoky atmosphere - Alas, that was soon offset by the loud, blaring music. Food was good. But then again we saw a rat scampering around. We pointed it out to the servers. They were kind of shabby and uninspired :P. But they were polite enough. See, they have lots of space and they are located in a prime locale - They can do so much more - It is one of the most spacious bars I have seen. Wish they work towards this.

I wish I read reviews before I checked into this stupid place called Shamrock. I walked in at 10:30 pm and at the entrance was asked to pay Rs.1000 as cover charge to which I obliged. As I walked in I was not pleased with the ambience. But as I had already paid cover charges I thought I will use that. As most of the tables were unoccupied I chose to take a corner table but was asked by a waiter to take another one as those tables were already reserved (with no reserved note and remained unoccupied till I left). I was given the menu card at 10:45 and waiter returned around 11:10 to take my first order. By the time I finished my first drink; waiter came and informed that it was already the time for last order. Before I place the order I asked about the closing time and was informed that I can order as much as I want at once as they have to close the billing by 11:30 and will not be disturbed till I finish. At 11:40 I got my last order (2 large) followed by the bill. As soon as I paid the bill a bouncer came and asked me to finish 2 large in 5 minutes and as 11:45 PM was the closing time. Though I can consume huge amount of alcohol but not capable of finishing 2 large pegs in 5 minutes. I had to spill remaining drink on the floor.<br/><br/>No wonder why the place was half vacate during weekend. I guess next time I would choose MadhuShala on 3rd floor. At least their boys are more courteous.

Not a good place to bet your Horse. You start hating the place, by the moment you enter here. <br/><br/>I went along with 2 of my friends last Saturday, and turned a fool out of myself. The menu does not say, what is shows.  order 5 different liquors, but they were out of stock. Adding to that, it failed to provide food as well. So had to just end up eating Baby Corn.<br/><br/>Closes by 11.30, so need to manage it accordingly. <br/><br/>DJ is worst ever I have came across. In all, Bad experience.

The worst place to go! The crowd is of old people n the bar tenders don't know about the drinks. The food is also average. The show was good but no point because there is no crowd.

I really like the lighting at this place. It's located quite strategic almost in the heart of hi-tech city. This place had got some good seating space. It's supposed to have an Irish bar theme. The prices of beverages are ok. The service is just ok. People who want to play some snooker can do that as well. The food isn't the best and the music too. You most likely wouldnt find a lot of people during evenings. Iam giving it a 3 out of 5 rating just for the looks. They can definitely improve on the music, the food, the service and not to forget the washrooms.

This is a pub which once upon a time raised people's expectations so high that they couldn't cope up with the same,reasons the place is dull,no offers as such,hukkah has been stopped recently,no option at all for mocktails and the worst part is both the taste and quantity of their food...the moment they serve it on the table,your jaws will drop looking at the quantity which is not even sufficient for one person...sadly true! This place had a lot of potential to become one od the best pubs in Hyderabad but they have ruined everything on their own. I do visit the place at time because I like Irish Need and food which is a specialty this place serves and also with the hope that one day they will attest show sone effort to work on people's feedback and renovate the place.

I found this place very shady, especially the lighting and the atmosphere. I assume they allow smoking or hookah indoors (not sure of this) since the place smells of a tobacco. The food is not good at all, anything you order is just deep fried. The drinks are reasonably priced which makes it okay if you just want to drink. Don't think I d return to this place.

The worst food I have ever had, ambience is good, after entering we ordered beer n fried chicken, guess these guyz are very poor in service they crawl like snail.... Never mind!!! As our starter arrived we were shocked seeing it, as it wasn't looking like chicken, it's like bread omelette which was nicely dressed up with cherries, I really don't understand what he had given, me n my friends without second thought just moved out , oh god I never tasted such a horrible food, we don't have guts even to order the next item

It's like a seedy bar with music so loud u can't hear urself and drinks so watered down there is barely any alcohol. Its dark and unsafe to be in. The food is unremarkable.

I applaud d setting of this bar. A bit surprised that there were bengali speaking people inside attending d tables. Price is equal to kix lounge but u get a pool table and a 45" tv to watch anything u want. Drinks r d same evrywhere but d added bonus is its right beside starbucks.(actually its a bonus fr me)

Went here for a visit with some old colleagues who now live in the vicinity. On their recommendation, we trooped in for a lunch there.<br/><br/>Golden fried prawns were a bit oily but otherwise pretty tasty. We wolfed it down with beer.<br/><br/>Service was particularly slow but then it was a weekday so to be expected.

Ah yes...if you are a fan of loud music perfect ambiance and a whole lot of booze at an affordable rate, you will find yourself in Shamrock. A very well decorated and ambient pub which will give you all the necessary reason to have a small gathering of sorts. But only one thing that will put you off while entering is the entry fee, which by the way is redeemable once you are inside but everyone judges a place when they enter. But once you are inside you won't be bothered by this in any way. In my opinion, if I get a chance I will definately come back for a second innings.

The place is extremely bad. Crowd here is very cheap, even staff is extremely ill mannered. I will strongly suggest not to visit this place and spoil your evening.

Happy hours all day, every day!!! ( one of the best part) A close place to IT hub. A great pocket friendly place for treating.<br/><br/>Well they don't have much on the food category ,  but common the veg biryani and pasta (only things available) are killer + few non veg starters .<br/><br/>They got some cool friendly bouncers and management. A second Home I say !! aye aye!

While the way you get to the door from parking is not the best experience, once you are in, you would feel a good Irish pub. There are couches to hangout with friends, a couple of pool tables too are available on the side. At the center of the space, the high chairs set up is good . The DJ does a decent job. <br/><br/>The bar snacks taste good. I usually enjoy this place on a game night. Whenever a bunch of our college friends get together, this was the choice due to a great location. <br/><br/>I recommend this for a nice mid week evening fun. It is close to work for IT guys and two quick drinks can still land you at home for dinner time.

Have been there on a couple of occasions for lunch on weekdays and the only thing that comes to my mind about this place is 'dead'.<br/>Everything from the music, the staff, the ambience seems to move at a snail's pace which might be good if you want to while away time but extremely irritating when you're out for a quick lunch during work hours.<br/>The interiors are too dark, the place ill maintained (the couches we sat on had holes) and it had a stale musty smell all around.<br/>Summing up both of my visits, I have had their kung pao chicken (quite decent) , drums of heaven (had barely any meat), ginger chicken (dry and lacking flavour) and their paneer tikka masala (pretty average).<br/>For a lounge maintained as thus, the alcohol is quite over priced and visiting it out of happy hours is absolutely out of question.<br/>Some of my friends tried their buffet, which had both indian and Italian items. The buffet is moderately priced and the taste is decent for the price.<br/>I'd suggest this place to someone only if he /she works near cyber towers and wants a quick lunch, also because they have happy hours during lunch :)

This is a dark place which had very loud music. Very shady place. Perfect for bachelors to party hard. Well I had been here with my team and for a gathering like that it was not a bad choice we had made. We got sloshed and ate hard. Prices are more on the dearer side considering the ambiance and music. It has a dance floor as well. Thing that I hate most about this place is that smoking is allowed inside which makes this place suffocating.

Shamrock Irish Pub: I was there today 25th June: If any Irish guy enters, he will faint and sue them for using name Irish Pub. As I entered they asked me to pay INR 1,000 cover charge. OK as I entered I was alone on Saturday 09.00 PM. <br/><br/>Being alone I went to Bar stool. I was told to sit on table with other 3 chairs, I don’t know why??? The ambiance and decor is as dark as some underworld Den or pick up joint. <br/><br/>I asked for Draught Beer..not available. King Fisher Ultra it was not cold. Finally I got cold foster. I ordered Cheese Chilly Toast. It was like a Pizza on thin bread slice. By that time a gang on bachelors came.<br/><br/>The Music was better in the beginning but as this gang came in Bollywood Music started. The entire gang started dancing as if they are in Ganesh Immersion procession. I thought I am on Road watching the procession. I decided to have some food and slip away therefore ordered Grilled Fish. After lots of deliberation they agreed. I am not sure what I got.. was it fish or Chicken..??

Been there on a Saturday night.. Good Bollywood music and the crowd was crazy. Just had few starters which were average. Being a ladies night the party scene was great and so are the drinks!

I visited with my friends in the happy hours on a Sunday. Liquor rates are comparatively cheap and in happy hours it was a complete 50% off. <br/>Ambience is good, the place is little lighted up with perfect environment. Heavy sounds will irritate you a bit if you don't like it making you to shout in your friends ear ( I faced that problem).<br/>Food is not good.

If my memory serves me correctly then came here late afternoon with a friend while waiting for others to arrive. More like a stopover. It was dead empty and we thought we were in Saw sequel or something. On top of it, the pool table was wrapped. Not a good start!<br/><br/>Us both ordered a couple of cold and those tried and tested Chinese starters. Finally, saw other people trickling in. Crowd seemed decent and we were able to kill time. Rates are decent. One cheat code that we found was that, if you are an early bird then entry is free otherwise as soon as the sun sets, a bouncer stands between you and the door asking for stag entry - our poor friend find it out the hard way. Haha.<br/><br/>Overall nothing that stands out. You would expect the food menu dedicated to only Irish stuff and the bar menu to have atleast Guinness or other stout beers but sadly no.

Just terrible, went there on a recommendation. Ordered a beer of choice which they had but refused to serve. On questioning they said either have the brand they offer or leave...I just can't believe, so much for customer service.....Will never go back even if it's the last place open for a drink. .

Well it's a PERFECT place to get relaxed and laid back after a hectic day at work.. Located at hi-tech city surrounded by the BIG IT giants.. You will see a lot of crowd from mnc. Booze & food with some loud music..

Visited the place on Friday as we were sure the crowd will be less. Except for the beer/breezer, everything else is way below average (Except beer bcoz, well because it is beer anywhere). In case you want to sit and just booze, then you may think about this place. If not, please avoid.

Nothing really major to call out on that one visit (guess that's why I never went back). With folks taking to the dance floor on one portion of the <br/><br/>place, I'm not sure if this is how Irish Pubs are supposed to be. My guess would be no. On my experience there, the service was no biggie and the place was over crowded on that specific night. Hence did not decide to stay back and taste the food. <br/><br/>I've not really seen anyone calling out this place for any Irish delicacy like Sausage, Bacon, Onion & Potato Hot Pot (a.k.a Dublin Coddle) or Irish Colcannon (Vegetable Casserole), Irish Lamb or Beef Stew or for that matter the traditional Irish <br/><br/>Shepherd's Pie.<br/><br/>There may be others who have had a better experience than me and hence they are getting footfalls. The only possible ‘Irish’ thing about this place is the word Irish in it’s name. There are no clovers, no green binge drinking hats or absolutely none of the good Irish lager. I don’t understand completely why do they have to project a place as Irish when it has all the normal bar food on it’s menu.<br/><br/>There is the usual chicken fingers and veg fritters. I remember they had started a corporate menu once upon a time which had the Biryani and Curd Rice on the menu at a measly sum. Soon upon entering, it is literally what you can expect of a proper BAR. The smoke filled room, the lazy over the top waiters who’ll want to come over to serve when they want and the callous attitude of the management.<br/><br/>The DJ has some tracks on a rotate and that’s about it. Food is decent as can be expected of Bar food and considering that they are located in prime Hitech City area, they should have capitalized on the positioning. But they don’t do so and have absolutely nothing about it to make it stand out. A hit and miss experience, but for me I’d take my money elsewhere.

Visited this place few days back with couple of my friends. They charge 500 rs as cover charges for guys..which we later realized was a waste of money. The moment we entered the place.... It was too shady...all guys...no separate smoking zone. So when we asked the manager that we didn't like the place...he just walked away saying....its not refundable.... The manager himself seemed high and talked rudely.... <br/><br/>So for me its a big no no for me especially being a girl....

Been there once and had really bad experience. I went there with my few friends, as soon as we entered the place was full of cigarette smoke, and one of my friend got allergic, and she came out. When she asked for refund, as we dint like the place, they called the manager, who was busy smoking himself, and he talked very rudely and dint listen and said" we wont refund, either you go or drink inside" as we paid cover charges.<br/>I will suggest not to go if you have girls with you.

Been there only once on giving my birthday treat to friends. The ambiance was good so were the rate of drinks. It gives a feel of old, antique irish bar with good couches and dark shades - as if you are in a bar in the times of Michael Corleone.<br/><br/>It was a good party, why not the bill was 18K for 8 persons !

The place is located in hi tech. Bar area is not that big.offers private compartments to catch up with friends. Has small disc as well. Dj will start after 10. I visited this place on my friends birthday. Ambiance is nice. We really enjoyed alot here. Service is nice and food taste is also nice.

Been here yesterday for the Halloween ???? night.., worst experience ever i had in hyderabad pubs/ bar's. Shamrock is an ideal place to visit before the peak hours....the cocktails are great, while the look and feel of the bar is classy, with good music adding to the experience.

The Irish bar, I am not too fond of Irish cafe's and bars but despite that I visited the place. To begin with the ambience was great ,crispy vegetable though it was not in the menu was available and were delicious.Later we ordered green apple martini which absolutely tasted ughh I don't know what the bartender mixed in it.. The worst behavior without basic sense from the employees. Seems everyone is the boss there and manager will never be available. People were allowed as per the entry decided by them as they wish. <br/><br/>Instead of being there its better to be in better places nearby.

Welcome to an Irish bar where the closest resemblance to Ireland is the toilet. Even the booze here isn't Irish. A place which I was actually fond of at first but now has been horrifically turned into a bihari dance bar, a complete sausage fest. A horrible crowd, ridiculous food and horrible service. Not exaggerating when I say this that the service here is so bad they can actually replace it with self service. To top it off, the music is perhaps the worst ever abd I come from a place where bhojpuri songs are played on loudspeakers 24*7 in the backgrounds.<br/><br/>Save yourself the experience, spend a few more hundred bucks and go somewhere else. You're welcome.

Been there had fun...<br/><br/>Pros:<br/>Ambience is cool, Pool table 200 per hour nice one, Food is ok ok not very great of what we got from other reviews. Happy hours keeps your pocket healthy.<br/>Service was pretty ok. Maybe coz we were the only guests to this place as we went on the weekday.<br/><br/>Serious Cons:<br/>Attitude of DJ. These guys are there 2 argue with the guests. You ask for a song they don't have it. Instead of hearing for request they are enjoying the pool themselves. Most irritating DJ have ever met. We're there for some enjoyment and we being the only guest we hoped for some courtesy for the sake of bill. When we complained to manager then the songs were played which were not in his collections. Don't know from nowhere it appeared in his playlist.<br/>Our party was spoiled by the attitude and we need to get out early of that place.<br/>Overall conclusion good place for alcohol and ok food. Forget entertainment.

Nice place for boozing and spending some buddy tym with friends at this place.<br/>Really had a good time. <br/>Service was good and loved the ambience. Even though it is little bit crowded can have a nice time if we go wid a wolf pack of around 4-6 members.<br/><br/>The food was also ok. I visited this place just once. We went to celebrate our manager's promotion. he asked us to spot a place and few of my colleagues suggested this place as they never visited. We went on a friday night if I could recollect correctly. Before I forget let me tell you, they prepare amazing Pasta in the town - Ah! simply awesome. We had few chicken starter and corn stuff - they're also good. On drinks, we ordered black label, vodka, Takila shots and few cocktails as well. The DJ was ok. We're high, so enjoyed it - you can understand :P Pricing is little on higher side - you can't expect lower price at Hitech City Bar.<br/>Plan and pay a visit on a weekend, You will enjoy!

I went here to hangout with friends and have some drinks. Also went there before peak time. It seems like a decent establishment. Had a couple of beers and some usual snacks which were good enough. It appeared little low on hospitality as waiters weren't quite responsive. There is no dance floor persey but have some open area so I guess guests can dance there. Ambiance is good just like any other pub. Will surely give it a try once more and will go at right time. The crowd was pretty good. I saw some foreigners hanging out so seems like uptown place.

I landed up at d place after having a sudden plan wid my girlfriends over dinner for drinks n dance... On reaching dere v came to knw its ladies nyt v wer delighted... Bt anyway I went thru d menu n drinks wer at a decent rate... V reached at arnd 10:15 hence v didn hav luck wid tables... Bt sum guys let us share table wid dem... <br/>D music was good n d dance floor was ok... Gals.. dnt think of letting ur hair down on a ladies nyt!! D ambience is good enuf... Bt d biggest dissapointment is... D bar closed at 10:30... So v culd hardly get drunk... <br/>No comments abt d food as v wer already full... N 1 good part is d club us situated at 2nd floor so wen d club closes u needn't get help up wid d crowd for d lift...u can take d stairs down.<br/><br/>Overall it is a good place to hav fun wid a good bunch of frnds!!

Horrible place, I placed an order for Veg Tikka amongst a lot of chicken, and i was served Chicken. And the staff was putting it on me for the treachery, not to mention hourly delays in getting the order, or even water. I'll never go back there.

I am disappointed by the overall rating for this place as I think it is better than that.I went to this place during the happy hours.It was moderately crowded and the experience was good as we got exclusive treatment.I really liked their irish dishes and since it's an irish bar I would rate it according to that.The ambiance was good and tried to reflect an irish pub.Now I havent been to an irish pub before but I am sure they did a good job with their design.Overall its a new and refreshing experience and worth a visit.

The Irish bar, I am not too fond of Irish cafe's and bars but despite that I visited the place. To begin with the ambience was great , we friends sat in a sofa in front of the projector screen the view was great. Next we ordered crispy corn and crispy vegetable though it was not in the menu was available and were delicious.Later we ordered green apple martini which absolutely tasted ughh I don't know what the bartender mixed in it.. To make our visit worse the absolut vodka was a let down.. To top it up this place isn't great for cocktails and it is definitely not a value for money...

Not even one Irish drink available. Half the items in the menu were not available. Crazy expensive. Dull ambiance. Wouldn't go there ever again.

I went on Sunday at 5 pm in happy hours and by that you must understand my delight. We were the only customers and it almost felt like we owned the place or had booked it in full for sometime till others arrived. I liked the ambiance and choice of music but sadly they insisted on not increasing the volume. <br/><br/>Drinks were on our minds and I was more than excited looking at their prices. We ordered an array of cocktails (almost all that were covered in happy hours). Long Island Iced Tea (coke as well as peach flavors), Apple and Blue & Chocolate Martinis, Strawberry and Green Apple Daiquiris, Green Apple and Peach Mojitos and White Lady. The three of us were sufficiently high and extremely happy with the quality of the drinks. We also ordered Honey Crispy Vegetables and Stuffed Mushrooms for starters that had nothing to remember. <br/><br/>Now, What did this whole affair cost us? 1960AI!! Need I say more if the service was also great? Did the food quality matter that much? <br/><br/>Just, Happy Drinking and Eating!!

Though i was warned by a couple of friends not to visit Shamrock, i still went ahead and visited this place with utmost curiosity of what lies in store for me. <br/><br/>This place is situated opposite cyber gateway and is pretty easy to locate. As soon as i entered the place, i wasn't too happy with the crowd. I hardly found women around. I wasn't too sure if it was like that generally or it was like that on the day i went. I was there in the evening 7:30pm. Nevertheless, i continued to go ahead and sit and wait for my friends. I was pretty dissappointed with the group of guys smoking and using foul language and behaving wierd but the management didn't do much. I am not sure if there were the influential lot. And by the time i decided to change my mind and get out of the place, thank god my friends arrived. It was about time we ordered food. <br/><br/>An Irish pub with an indian menu - Ahem!!! That seemed wierd. But then, we needed food anyways!!! We ordered for cheese balls, fried zucchini, stuffed mushroom, fried chicken and some pasta's apart from beer, vodka and cocktails. While the service was super fast, the food was okay. Cocktails were not upto the mark and so were the pasta's. I am not a fan of their food as the taste was not upto the mark. I am sure they can do better in they quality of food. Their pricing isn't too high in comparision with the other places as well.<br/><br/>If you don't go here, you are not missing anything for sure!

Sucks big time... The pub only had cocktail glasses to serve beer in. It is filled with low lifes abd wanna be's... The waiter refrained from getting 3 of us more than 3 beers for the last order of the happy hours.. Pethetic!!!

It is a bar and bars are rated on the basis of the drinks they offer. But the food at this place is delicious. Dishes like Sabji biryani and Kadahi Paneer they offer are so amazing that you'd start coming here for food. <br/>Adding to the flavor is the music. There is a Bollywood night on every Friday, when all the latest bollywood dance tracks are played and the whole place turns into a big dance floor. Remaining days they play all time hit English songs of the bands like Coldplay, Pink Floyd etc.<br/>P.S. There is a pool table.

im a regular visitor to shamrock but this time i got a shock here i requested a song to dj asif he said he will play in 10mins but after 10mins again i requested but tht time dj srini was playing i asked him to play the song but to my shock his behavior was rude he was absuive i kept it quite i was dancing on dance floor tht time dj srini came to me & caught hold my collar and using bad langauge he insulted me in front of my colleagues & my M.D we were 15 members from a company & we all were enjoying music by dj asif it was too good but this guy srini spoilt our party such a good place like shamrock but due to these kind of people like srini its not good . i request management of shamrock to keep good people not these kind of cheap people like srini

The name sounded interesting and we thought we'll stop by to try this place out. We were pretty happy with the experience. The food was served quick and it tasted pretty good. The DJ was easy to talk to and he played some of what we requested. It was a great time we had.<br/><br/>The ambience was a little smoky and dim, the snacks were good and tasted fresh. I think we will be back and make this one of our usual watering holes for our group!

I've been to Shamrock quite a few times in the past few months and I have to say that the place is pretty good. <br/><br/>Location wise it's pretty convenient for the IT crowd because it's right there in the heart of Hi-tec city. <br/><br/>Ambience wise, It does have the colors to resemble an Irish pub. The place is otherwise cozy and pretty well spread out to accommodate large crowds. The lighting is perfect either for a elegant rendezvous or a crazy night out with friends. The dance floor is pretty huge and you can actually dance without the fear of bumping into anyone else. <br/><br/>The DJ console is beautifully set at a height, a concept that I have mostly seen in the US. The music is good, no matter which day of the week you go to Shamrock. The DJ is really good, he accommodates requests and usually sets his music to please the crowds. <br/><br/>The drinks are awesome and highly potent! I love their cocktails and shots. The Long Island Ice tea by far is the best according to me. The food is pretty good too. Not too much of Irish-ness in the food, but good none-the-less. <br/><br/>Overall, I really like the place. It's comfortable and secure. I have been there mostly with a German friend of mine to celebrate our ladies night out (ever week) and even though its just the two of us (women), we've never felt vulnerable or insecure about being in the pub. The staff, management and DJ are very friendly and hospitable and if anyone were to misbehave, they immediately take action and make sure everything is set right. <br/><br/>So, yes, if you want to go to a nice place for some good drinks, a quick bite and some good music, Shamrock is your place.

Average food. Really really high decibel levels. Decent alcohol. Bad staff - can't recommend drink and take orders, lousy service, rude (we were abruptly asked to leave the pool table alone after 15 minutes because some other people were waiting)
