The best part I like about TGI Friday is happy hour ends at 9pm. So you can go before 9 and grab the happy hour menu. Ambience is okay. Food is also nice . But cocktails here are awesome. Must try cocktails of this place. Overall nice place to visit with friends

Good to have an international food chain restaurant in my city. Initially it started in Banjara hills but another outlet opened in Kukatpally. This place is good combination of food and alcoholic beverages. This is located in first level RK Cineplex mall. Most of the evenings they have happy hours (1+1 on drinks). They got a quiet a good options of snacks to go with your drink. My favourite ones are red hot wings and Chicken Quesadillas. This mall has good parking capacity, which is one good thing to worry in Hyderabad city. You can see a good environment on any live sports events.

Awesome food...great ambiance. Tried some different dishes..all of them were equally good..very supportive staff..had patience to explain the dish in details..and allowed some tweaking to our taste..

I have been a regular diner at TGI fridays over several dozens of times. Mostly in the Middle East. Have assessed and criticized the quality of several branches. The Branch located in Hyderabad at Cineplex Banjara hills is a 4 star max. The bar menu is big and happy hours end at 9pm. There is 1 plus 1 on everything at happy hours. The steak was finely made by the chef who made a perfect medium as per my requirements. It was juicy and delectable, served with chopped vegetables and your choice of sauce. I think better fatty and choice cuts of steaks could be a positive change to improve its quality further. The mash potato could be improved as there was not much significant taste of cheddar or butter in it. The seafood platter had a good serving size. However, the basa was wayyy overcooked melt in your mouth. The prawns would look better if done in a fine dining presentation in my opinion. The calamari rings were way too tiny and not enjoyable. Choice of ingredients and presentation needs to be improved on that dish. The place has a fully functioning and clean washroom. The staff are polite and helpful.

Ordered meat lovers pizza 🍕 which tastes soo good! And one Tennessee burger which is not up to the mark. blue raspberry tastes good

Visited today TGIF @Banjara Hills, it was a pathetic experience.<br/>Pasta was not cooked properly, there was very less cheese in it, smell of Amul milk was coming out of it. Also quantity of the dish was very less, as compared to my previous visit at TGIF at Forum Mall, Kukatpally. <br/>We took two plates of pasta and since it was dineout GIRF coupon which we purchased and visited the store, it appeared that they made one dish and just distributed in two plates.<br/>Quesidilla was not good at all, the tomato salads that came along with it was pathetic.<br/>In Desserts section, the thick shakes was not available, they finally gave only two glasses of chocolate one saying that chocolate fudge or the chocolate mint are not available. <br/>Stores Manager was not available as well, when asked for him, the person who appeared to me Bartender came along.<br/>Initially it took a lot of time to take the order and when the food was given, entries, main course and the dessert all came together.<br/>Restaurant also looked to be very dirty.<br/>Its been a very poor experience at TGIF Banjara Hills, having travelled for 25+ kms from my residence just for the TGIF name and it turned out to be a extremely pathetic experience.

This place was the best, I loved their pizza wedges, but recently they removed their happy hour menu, which was their best part according to me, please bring it back!!!

I have been there yesterday.....they received us well ..ambience was good...food is average... only thing that bothered me was....they charged us ...food service tax around 100rs...and alcohol service tax around 90 rs...and they charged gst separately... overall experience was below average

They serve the best beef steak in the city. I also loved the seafood platter with Norwegian Salmon. This is one of the restaurants I love to visit frequently.

This place is good to visit in happy hours only. The pizza was delicious with chicken. The mojito's were well prepared. The ambience was excellent with great music.  And the service was quick. Value for money in happy hours- 5/5.

TGIF is one place which is just too good... great music... I just love to go there and unwind... beer and nachos is my favorite combination... they serve nachos which is fully loaded with veggies and cheese... Overall rating 3.5/5

Best place to go in happy hours. I have been going there from several years and didn’t get a chance to review it. Happy hour menu is good with several options. Service has become slow and also crowd was not as good as earlier. I think the restaurant shutdown for an year or two is the reason for change in crowd

TGIF has always been my favorite for its Mexican and American food menu. My recent visit to this place was to have the executive lunch meal platters which were so tempting at the price of only 295/- each available Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 5 pm.<br/>There were great variants in the menu and each platter would be sufficient for one. The platters consisted of both veg and nonveg. Fish , fried chicken, chicken breasts , shrimp dishes were served in the nonveg section with amazing sides such as greens, baby potatoes, corn, Bruschetta cheese bread, crispy onion rings and dips. In veg we had the eggplant salad , cottage cheese rubbed mushroom dishes served again with sides such as cheesy potato skins. There were a platter of pizza and also Slider.<br/>My personal favorite platter was GARDEN chicken spaghetti which had the softest noodles served with chicken breasts. Apart from the executive meal platters we also had the Caribbean island platter and the Premium Veggie platter which were pricy as these were huge platters. The food tasted great especially the chicken items. The quantity and quality were awesome.<br/>We also had the Ultimate Friday Nachos which was one of the best nachos served with Mayo and greens I had by far.<br/>The mocktails served were highly refreshing with my personal favorites being Blue Iced Tea 👌 and the Gold medalist. In the end we had the sizzling chocolate brownie with vanilla icecream which was just soo good. 💛<br/>Taste wise i would give 4.5/5<br/>Price wise (for the lunch platter executive) - 5/5

I went with a group of 5 people, the serving and food quality/Taste is amazing. special mention @Nagireddy one of the manager from TGIF is so cool.

I had heard about this place a lot of time so I thought to give it a try. We went there a week ago around 12pm (we booked table via Dineout) but the restaurant was not Open and the waiter asked us to wait after discussing with manager. We were offered chips and salsa till we can order something (hungry 🙃). In meantime we clicked some pics. Ambience was good though I felt it needs a little renovation else all good, those big red lamps were wowww!!<br/><br/>Ok so finally by 1pm they were ready and we order Vegetarian Platter - it had crispy onion rings, cheesy nachos, veg stick and crispy fried Quesadillas served with salsa and hot garlic sauce. The taste was good and we liked it a lot. Those Quesadillas felt like we are eating wings (not really but just because of its outer layer 😜)<br/><br/>Next we had Cottage Cheese Tchoupatolis<br/>Big paneer slices were served cooked with little tangy and spicy veggies on the bed of Spanish rice, served with exotic vegetables.<br/>The dish looked so delicious but it came out to be a disappointment.. it didn't tasted what we expected also the flavour were very down to eat them. I didn't liked it at all.<br/><br/>We ordered mocktails to get a better taste (thinking this place might have good in drinks if not in food). We had Gold Mango Margarita and Tropical Vacation smoothie .. both were again a big disappointment. The smoothie has crushed ice rather than the actually puree, the puree was less than the amount of ice. Like really!!!<br/><br/>Lastly, being a big fan of Italian food we thought to have pasta because even after having these we were hungry (due to disappointment). So we order Pasta Alfredo, and when it arrived, the pasta presentation was dull rather I would say no presentation at all. The taste of white sauce was ok and pasta was cooked properly but still I would say it was average. I had tasted far better Pasta at lower prices and good presentation.<br/><br/>It's time to bid bye to this place. TGI Fridays is a place to go for if you looking at American & Mexican cuisine... Ambience is decent and the service is good...they serve pork and steak too....but the prices here are on a higher end... chicken quesadilla is a must try....their Pizza's are great...

I guess we jave Visited TGIF on all days of the week and the service, food and liqour standard has always been uniform.<br/>Though they have stopped catering zomato gold customers, you cannot stop yourself from the presidente margarita! When we entered the place, we were given a very nice table as we went on weekday the place was not so much crowded. <br/> Slow music playing the ambiance was something I liked very much. So it was the time to order, I am being a non vegetarian I ordered One Chicken Steak Marinated with Jack Daniels and Shrimps. The Chicken Steak with Shrimps were very tasty and the mash potatoes were complementing the chicken just perfect. The shrimps were to crunchy and mouth-watering. We ordered Pizza as well. I wanted to visit this place from a long time and as the name said it all I have finally visited it on a Friday . <br/>The place has got very minimal ambience with a road view for the side tables . It serves amazing dishes from appetisers to desserts with a unique flavour of American and Mexican , you can literally feel it . I love the combinations that they have made . And each plate of main course can actually fill your stomach .<br/>We have ordered Caribbean seafood and chicken rice ,pepper roasted chicken . Both were tasting heavenly perfectly cooked with that crisp tastes . We have even tried classic signature mojito which was nicely mixed and served . <br/>. <br/>Overall it was an awesome experience and got to taste something beyond the regular flavours . We went here for one of our friend’s birthday. The lunch was a sumptuous with the chicken being cooked very well. The Parmesan Crust Chicken was well balanced with the pasta and the white sauce . The chicken Veracruz was a big hit. The tap beer was served well and the staff helped us setting up a birthday cake for our friend. So, I’d totally recommend this renewed TGIF :)

There's this sweet professional staff named "samyukta" she our made the visit worth remembering just by doing what she is suppose to do but in a manner which is way more polite and friendly than anyone anywhere..<br/><br/>Prices are a bit on the higher side but if you're getting such a host , it's worth visiting again.

Okay. So we ordered a non veg platter. And guess what? Nothing was good about it. They didn't have the quesdillas so we got it replaced with cheese strips. And trust me it was an absolute disaster. I was here to claim my big city experience voucher that I earned for my scullers brand shopping at Hyderabad central. So they have a separate menu of 6meal options & I have chosen Kung Pai chicken meal that came with spicy fresh veggies, corn cob & Cajun Blacked fish with crispy cajun onion rings , Parmesan baby potato. It was my first time in Hyderabad and I figured Banjara Hills and jubilee hills are the upscale pose kinda areas in Hyderabad. And a friend told me about this place and honestly I really loved!! Had come out with family for lunch, had got really fast and good service by Naggareddy (I apologise if I misspelt your name). The food was really filling and up to the mark. Really liked the Grilled Chicken Spaghetti and Kung Pao Chicken meals.

Been to this place last Saturday, there wasn't much crowd for a Saturday night.<br/>We ordered the triple chicken platter and the cottage cheese sizzler. Both the dishes were pretty decent though it took a while for them to bring the food.<br/>The chicken quesadillas were the best in the platter. So after that incident that took<br/>Place and TGIF shutdown, I think they lost interest in food business. So that’s the reason they’ve been serving extraordinarily worst food. I’ve tried it twice after it re-opened with a gap of 2months and trust me there is no change from the first time I visited after it go reopened. So I highly recommend you guys to try another place if you guys are planning to visit TGIF. I think they should change the name from TGIF to OGPBU (OhGodPleaseHelpUs). And I’d like to rate it a ‘0’ but unfortunately we can’t do that. Hence, I am forced to give it a 1.

A place to have good time with friends and chill out. Good food and cool ambience. Service is fine. Suggest to have more options in drinks as they were unavailable when we needes the most.

Been here for my friend’s birthday.Their 69menu is impressive but the drinks they provide with that menu are not so satisfying.Good evening place to hang out with friends.The quantity of the food was okayish.Friendly staff but late service.

Visited this on Wednesday, saw some good amount of crowd.<br/><br/>Ordered virgin mojito, crispy corn, veg and non veg platter which included chicken wings, chicken fry, non veg pizza.<br/><br/>Only crispy corn and chicken fry were little fine in taste. Chimichurri chicken wings were delicious . <br/><br/>Alfredo pasta chicken was also great but extremely cheesy. <br/><br/>Their service is quick and servers are polite.

Really great to visit them after a very long time. Have stepped up service (because of which I haven't visited for more than a year) to start with. Always loved the food and never disappoints me. Ordered my regular Baby pork ribs and they were literally melting of the bone. <br/>Going to go back again for sure.

Being the biggest fan of a huge and tasty burger i just couldn’t miss this place, I’ve been here for the first time and love each and everything of the place, ambiance was just amazing and the crew was the best! Tried the double patty beef burger which couldn’t be compared with any other! Definitely its a must try.

TGIF was an amazing place with delicious food. But after the whole incident and reopening of it, the taste of their dishes has dropped very steeply. Their pizza was bad and it is very expensive when compared to the taste of the food. Very disappointed with the food. Not worth the money.

I’ve had TGI Friday’s in multiple countries and this was my first visit in Hyderabad branch. The ambiance was nice although the music was a bit too loud. The service was quick and on time. The only issue I had was with the steak not being prepared “well done” as I had requested. Other than that I’d say that TGI Fridays is a good place to have American food.

The place and food is great as always.. Only one thing could pep up the reviews more.. More organised and larger space to be given.. The place is always on waiting which is a good thing.. But no one wants to wait too long.. There should also be systematic bookings to be taken on weekends to avoid delay..otherwise great hangout place

We went on a weekday and had one on one offer on drinks. Ordered their veg platter and absolutely loved mozzarella cheese cakes, Southwest rolls. The platter was quite filling. Alfredo pasta was creamy and had nice soft texture.Great service and ambience.
