Well, the sweets are fine but the people working there are not and far from hospitable!!<br/><br/>I'll keep it short and crisp. Most of the staff look disinterested, have trouble smiling and do not even have a pen or a marker if you need one to write on a gift card. It is pretty obvious that they are doing the world a big favor by just standing there and looking at the customers walk by! The security guy has the demeanor as if he's working for the Presidential Bodyguards!!<br/><br/>What an amazingly sick staff they have hired! Will not bother to step in ever!!

Kaju kathli is very good , G. Pulla Reddy Sweets is one of biggest sweet shop in India and supply abroad too. It is very famous for Pure Ghee Sweets and for its quality .

Its a very very bad experience for me with g.pulla reddy sweets.Iam a big fan of kova puri at pulla reddy sweets its been 10+ yrs iam eating the same item with pulla reddy sweets only .Toady as usual i ordered it again by expecting the same taste.but,i opened the box and find that the kova poori is looking toomuch fried and the taste is very very.. bad.I haven't eat these type of sweet in my 30 years experience.<br/><br/>Requesting them pls take care about the taste and quality of the sweet.<br/>

Had tried their milk kova, motichor, paper sweet, kaju katli, kalakand, bandaru halwa and it's good. Service is quick. Tried their jalebi also but it had a different taste May be becoz of too much ghee. Amla pickle was not upto my taste. Snacks are just ok.
