Excellent store with good variety of collections. Staff is very friendly, supportive and mainly they are too patient enough to address all customer queries.

Easily the best electronic store in Nallakunta- Vidyasagar-Amberpet area . They not only sell large appliances like Television, home theatre system, computers, laptops, gaming consoles etc but also small peripherals like headsets, headphones and other accessories. The only negative is that the staff can be a bit over zealous and hound customers which can be annoying especially while trying to make a purchasing decision.

I could have given more star's if option was available. This store is good and the staff are really trained and professional. I was received by Mr. Junaid and from the time we walked in and walked out he gave us the gr8 purchase experience. More over the after sales follow up is also excellent.

Purchased a HP laptop for 50,000/- that stopped working in 20 days. Directed to HP service center near paradise circle managed by ICOR to get DOA for repalcement of the laptop. ICOR says after 24 hours of keeping the laptop with them that the laptop has water slippage in it and need to repair if I bear the expenses. This store is maintaining that it is only a selling point and cannot help about service. While selling the product, reps line up to sell the product with all false claims that we are responsible if anything happens to the product. The laptop was reviewed by reliance & Icor before submitting the product. Water slippage was never discussed. I would rate worst if the ratings were in minus too. Very bad experience for visiting this store!
