Leaving a review for the exceptional customer service they have..well I’m not a coffee person so they always provide suggestions anytime I pop up looking for a drink and when my drink gets kinda bitter😂 they’re always willing to add more cream/toppings/ etc very helpful and kind❤️

Located on the ground floor of Forum Sujana mall, starbucks just had 2 servers sans much crowd on a sat evening. I tried the classic White Mocha frappe Venti and tasted heavenly as always! Though a bit overpriced, yet the coffee may be savoured once a while!

The place is very cozy and clean. they also take precautions related to Covid. They check temperature, check for mask and sanitise too. The coffee is good.. not extra-ordinary but good..

Starbucks should put some note for customers to dispose their trash themselves. Many tables had paper trash left
