Had an amazing experience. Ambience is good.Staff is professional and aware of their job. Had ordered Chicken dum Biryani , chicken 65. Both were super delicious. It does feel a little suffocating being in a busy area . But overall a good restaurant.

Mutton biryani is just wow. Mutton pieces are so juicy and tender. I would go again for mutton biryani.

Penne pasta was good. The chicken steak was too dry ..not so great ... can do better. Veg in garlic sauce and noodles was good... so was the chicken shaslik .. a little sweet sour taste.

The senior staff act very smart talking to each other cracking jokes giving a poor experience of fine dine..there is a clear differentiation between a single guest and a group in seating, service and overall treatment.

Blue Fox, Himayatnagar always has a special place and memories... Of all the branches this is always the best from Ambience, Hospitality and Taste of food... Chinese is what I enjoy the most here... Was pleasently taken for a surprise to see continental menu as well... Must say they did the best... We enjoyed the food as always... While the place was very crowded, it was really good to see they followed all COVID Standards...

Had lunch after a decade. Ordered my favourite dishes - Egg fried rice and Ginger Chicken. Awesome. Almost the same taste.

Centally located and affirdable. Valet parking is avaliable. Food is just average.

The banquet hall accommodates about 50 to 75 people. No elevator. Old people would find it difficult. The food quality was very good.

Almost forty years (since 1983) yet the taste and ambience is beautifully maintained. The same familiar welcoming courteous treatment from the staff makes you feel real comfortable. On weekends, you would be lucky if you get reservation or a table to sit. But it's worth waiting for.

Blue fox located in himayatnagar is exactly above Minerva. It’s a restaurant and a bar, a perfect place to chill with your friends and family with really good food, drinks and vibe.<br/><br/>It’s a good place to visit during night’s, as the place is dark and little cosy during nights. <br/><br/>They serve both Chinese and North Indian food. I’ve tried both their cuisines and I’m a great fan of American chopsuey and this place is one of my favourite and go to place if I’m craving for some chopsuey.<br/><br/>Overall food rating 4/5<br/>Ambiance 4/5

Last saturday I had been to this restaurant with my friends and the food was good but delay in service.we saw that sizzler were being served(on a Saturday) and decided to try sizzlers but when enquired the manager straight away denied that sizzlers are not served on Saturday and sunday.when i explained the manager that we had been here last week he again stated that they stopped serving sizzlers on weekends since 6 months and was rude.very disappointed with such unprofessional behavior and false information being provided as it was not expected from one of the old and we'll known restaurant's

Went here for lunch and i was satisfied with food items ordered. Prawns were cooked well and loved the taste.Nd we ordered veg noodles for kid and it was good with less spice.and chicken fried rice was also yumm.little bit rush by 1pm.

The food over here is avg & slightly over priced for it's taste. The ambience is great and the crowd pours in during weekends. There is a parking problem if you visit this place by car.

Absolutely love this place. Though I lived very close to this place for decades, never tried it till a couple of years ago. And now, we call it our "branch office". The atmosphere is so peaceful that our best ideas come when we visit this place. The food is incredible. The staff is very friendly and considerate. The ambience is just right. Highly recommended. A good place to dine-in in the evenings. We ordered Tomato soup , Methi Chaman, Panneer Chatpat, Tandoori Roti, Butter Naan and Masala Kulcha. Tomato soup was not up to the mark. There was a lot of egg smell and taste in it. Both the curries tasted good. Methi Chaman was very delicious, rich and creamy with lot of panneer grated in it. Masala Kulcha tasted great! Tandoori Roti was crispy and Butter Naan was little thick.

One of the oldest restaurants. It was very famous in the 90s. As a kid, I used to visit this place with my parents and was a big fan of their apollo fish and chicken biryani. Over the past years taste did not change much. However the restaurant seems crammed with tables placed at close proximity.

I have been here to this place because of its reputation. But I’m pretty much disappointed by the flavours of the food. I ordered two food items,<br/>Chilly Prawns: which was too crispy, might be because I do not prefer crispy food a lot.<br/>Chicken Biryani: the rice is really soft and but there wasn’t enough masala and also the chicken is not too edible.<br/><br/>However I’m impressed by the ambience, prompt service and courteous staff. I hope I have a good time and enjoy my food on my next visit.

One of the Old, standard and beautiful food served place in Hyderabad is BlueFox. I have been a patent Foodie to this place because of their food and the quality. My Favorite being their Mixed Noodles. They have 7 branches in all.parts of Hyderabad and Vijayawada a must Visit place if you want to.enjoy Food and drinks with family. Especially the Himayathnagar Branch.

My friends and I went there to have lunch.<br/>The moment they got us normal water it was pathetic tap water. On asking about the same, they asked us to buy water if we don't find it good enough to drink. We were forced to buy Water Bottles. Other than that, food was amazing and service was decent.

One of the oldest players. Bluefox used to be one of fine dine restaurants in early 2000’s. Place is good and can be visited with family. Liquor is available at this outlet. Taste of food is pretty good. Service was polite and prompt.

We Have been visiting Blue fox hotel from my childhood so after a long time went with my family to have Dinner ordered Tomato soup, Chicken 65, Mutton Roganjosh with Butter Naan and ordered Chicken Noodles, Butter chicken and mix veg curry for take away the food was decent and pricing was decent

Few of my friends came from abroad and we decided to go here for dinner. This place was on my bucket list since a long time as my friends used to praise about this place alot. I found all that as exaggeration and the place didn't reach my expectations.<br/><br/>Coming to location, this is pretty famous and known by almost everyone in the vicinity.<br/><br/>The most irritating thing here was service. I don't know if it was for only us or others too but that day, the person who was attending us was quite annoying. He wouldn't let us mind our business peacefully. They didn't serve us properly and everyone of us didn't like his attitude.<br/><br/>In starters we had ordered Chicken Majestic and Babycorn Manchuria. The quality and quantity of both the dishes was good. Chicken majestic tasted good also the Babycorn Manchuria.<br/><br/>In the main course we had ordered Chicken Kandhari and Paneer butter masala. The taste of the Chicken dish was dominated by cream mostly. However the pieces were good. The Paneer butter masala also tasted average. Rotis were ok. We didn't order any desserts. This is an ordinary Restaurant like any other in the city!<br/>They have descent ambience with descent staff working there.<br/><br/>Highlights<br/>- It's been so long established in 1982 and got good name in the city.<br/>- A place for family, office parties and get togethers.<br/>- They serves good quality of tasty food all the time.<br/>- In weekends you may find long waiting time as it is in the centre of the city many people would prefer this.<br/><br/>

I would only give it 2.5 stars cause of the ambience. The staff is careless and unresponsive. We had to keep looking out for someone serve and take order. When it comes to food, there is a big list of items in the menu but taste isn’t that good.<br/>Even after trying different items from menu didn’t find any thing tasting better.<br/>Plus they do not have a parking of their own valet parking takes forever to get the car in the crowdy and rushy area.<br/>

Very pathetic service. I have never seen in bluefox in the last 20 year. No steward or manager bothered to serve the starters. When I called twice then only they came to me. We left the place in between of food n left for hiking restaurant. Hiking service n quality of food was simply superb.<br/>

Platter is not sufficient even for 2. Taste was good. Ordered soup starters and biryani all were good except the quantity of platter need to improve the size of the platter

One of My Childhood Favourite Spot.<br/>Blue Fox is the Oldest Legendary Restaurant .<br/><br/>Chicken Sweet Corn Soup ,<br/>Vegetable Shanghai Rolls ,<br/>Chicken 65 ,<br/>Vegetable Manchurian ,<br/>Vegetable Stir Fried Soft Noodles,<br/>Butter Naan ,<br/>Ginger Chicken & Butter Chicken in Main Course.<br/>Chicken Biryani .<br/>Egg Fried Rice & Schezwan Chicken<br/>All these items have Extraordinary Taste.

So we had an opportunity to go this hotel while we were in Hyderabad on tour. It is very famous place so we decided to go there. We ordered Vegetable Spring rolls which were served with Chinese chutney. The rolls were good in taste and it was also appropriately balanced by the spicy chutney.<br/>Then in mains we ordered Wheat roti and Kadai Subz which was good in taste.<br/>The highlight of the dinner was the classic Hyderabadi dessert Khubani ka Meetha. It was served with Ice cream. The dessert was absolutely magical in taste and was the perfect ending of our eating journey in Hyderabad.

Disappointed ! got chicken Biryani parcel n it wasn't looking like Biryani. Rice was ordinary not basmati rice.. chicken was bit hard.. no flavours. Bland Biryani..this is for the 3rd consecutive time.

The wait time at this hotel is way too much. Chicken dum biryani rice is mix of basic rice and very little basmati rice. This used to be one of the better hotels in town but not anymore.

Nowadays i feel that blue fox is loosing its charm as i see that food is most of the time saltless and mostly attractive for patients.

Nice place and ambience i ordered a masala dosa, uttpam and idli all were nicely prepared and the sambhar was too good.They serve the idly in leaf at the base.

This place is to alcohol and chicken 65.. what chutneys is to idly and sambar. No nonsense bar and a consistent kitchen that serves decent starters with your beer and good biryani after you are done. However, would be nice if they can keep it a little more clean, it ain't bad but I feel it has started to stick. Just needs a little degreasing and some new upholstery. Otherwise always a good option if you are around.

Love this restaurant, been here many times with friends & with parents too. I like chicken fried rice & chicken 65. I highly recommend this place

Great place, Ginger prawns were amazing. Try the boneless butter chicken as well. Ambience is good, price is little on the higher side but the food is absolutely worth it!

Been here for dinner. Had to wait for 20 minutes for the table! That was disappointing for us. Apart from that, the food was decent enough. Had Pepper Chicken, Fish Fingers and Chilli Chicken for the starters and Mutton curry Andhra style along with butter naan's and Mutton Biryani for main course. The curry was good though. Biryani had disappointed us totally!! Couldn't click pictures because the lighting was so dim!

The service is not good . The waiters don't attend customers. And yes we dint visit at peak hrs the restaurant had minimal customers. Need to improve management service

A decent restaurant in himayathnagar for proper lunch or dinner. I've been here 4-5 times and I felt this place is good. The food is good and so is the ambience. I recommend you to try biryani for sure. I also feel this place is a bit over priced,the starters especially.

For crowd I'll give place 3 stars, seating arrangements are very close to each other so you will hardly get any space to talk to each other. I have observed many people were laughing by hearing side table talks. No privacy left. Food is average.

I had the worst experience ever! The service is horrible! Today we ordered vegetable stir soft noodles. The noodles was stale and gross. Just the taste of the noodles prepared in the night and heating it in an oven for the next afternoon. And when we complained, the management didn't even defend it and just said we will replace. We refused for the noodles and just walked out.😑

Went to this place after a movie at about 11pm as this place is open till midnight....the place was still more or less full even so late....the service initially was not good as we literally stood for a table for 5minutes with no one to attend....we ordered noodles soup, chicken majestic, fried rice and chilli chicken. My god the waiting time to get the table is very very long even if it is 10 in the night. I think irrespective of any day, the restaurant will be full.<br/><br/>As the waiting time for Minerva is longer than blue fox, we had to visit blue fox. Ambience is quiet good and silent. Service is good here. Food tastes quiet good here.

Visited this place after a while (been visiting this for around 22 years now) - nice place, good ambience and more of a silent types restaurant. Was surprised to find it full on a weekday.<br/><br/>Coming to food - the usual and the best in here - ordered Chicken 65 and Apollo Fish - absolutely yummy - tender pieces and one of the best I have had in a while.(a point less for chicken 65 was not its usual best on the day)<br/><br/>Biryani was okiesh and could pass by.<br/><br/>The staff is extremely polite and give you your space and at the same time super attentive too.<br/><br/>A bit on an expensive side but certainly visit again just for the quality of appetisers and its a ritual as well ;-)

I've been eyeballing this place for a while and finally managed to check it out.<br/><br/>My order included Chicken sweet corn soup, Chilli prawns, Chicken spring rolls, Vegetable fried rice, Schezwan fish wet, Chicken American chopsuey.<br/><br/>The prawns were a little overpowering and so was the fish due to which the flavor of the fish was masked completely. The other dishes were good.<br/><br/>I do have to mention that the service of this place needs to be drastically improved.<br/><br/>The ambience feels a little cramped up but is nice on the whole.<br/><br/>Conclusion: It is budget friendly place with above average food.

This is the first branch of Blue Fox and it is sad to see the quality of Food, Ambience and courtesy is not like it has been before. The waiter takes a long time to come get the order and then placing it on the table is a different story altogether. the attitude that the servers display is skyrocketing and they give us a feeling of serving free of cost food. it is disheartening to see that's such a fine establishment is not so fine anymore.

The place is good to hangout food is okay,its a classic wine and dine restaurant,if you’re planning to take your girl out this is not recommended because after 7 pm people keep thronging in,no private space.

Been here on 28th of Jan at 12pm n no one has come to take order after waiting for 10min and while leaving the restaurant the accountants noticed us and the manager also looking at us but they gave dan F**k about us.<br/>This was the first time I have ever seen a restaurant who gives a dam f**k about customers really disappointed screw this guys and who ever the owner is please take a action against your staff

One of the best restaurants in Himayatnagar. Service is pretty average but love the food here. Drinks although lacking in variety are moderately priced.

Mediocre food and average service for the bucks they charge. This place used to be quite good, it's sad that the standard has dipped so much.

The restaurant is quite class, the tomato soup was fabulous in taste and quantity as well. The starter paneer majestic was superb and coming to the main course, butter naan was a bit cool and the veg. Kofta was good and spicy. Veg. Biryani was not as expected in its taste. Finally, it is an average experience here.

Get together party and we decided to do it here. Ordered food and it was bit late in serving. Salad was different when compared to other restaurents it was small onions with chopping into pieces ans taste was different. Rates and the quality are not matching. Only thing which I request is please do check on price.

We had a pathetic experience with Blue fox at the time of Diwali. It's sad to see that they behave an Ill mannered way with their clients, clearly spoiling the name of their so called reputation and chain of hotels. <br/><br/>To start off with, we ordered Paneer Majestic, served with Chinese garlic sauce, stale and how. After not such a pleasing experience we went ahead and finished our main course. We had a few coupons that we had received prior to the visit, us being the shareholders of the group. When the bill was issued to us, we handed the coupons which were worth 30%. <br/><br/>They took more than a decade to get back to us, finally we got up and moved to the counter. They said they will not accept it and were not able to understand the whole coupon system. They were highly confused and weren't prompt with their reasons. They rejected it and were not at all co-operative. We have issued these coupons a couple of times to other restaurants under the same group and the coupons clearly stated no ambiguity or chance of rejection. Pathetic is an understatement for the staff, service and quality of food.
