A nice and well maintained McDonald's outlet near Dilsukhnagar Metro Station. It is at walkable distance from metro station. The staff is friendly and courteous. The order was served quickly. They also have more seating space upstairs

Hey McD fans! So it's another day of mine enjoying my favourite fast food here in Hyderabad. Firstly this McDonalds doesn't have a self ordering kiosk which bummed me as I was curious to understand why but the staff wasn't answering and gave me a smile. Secondly this McD had a limited staff I wasn't able to find a coffee section like every other McD. I went forward and placed my order manually. Service was good. Ambience is good. Burger buns tasted fresh and were well prepared. Fries were bland which might have happened due to inconsistency in mixing which happens sometimes but they were served hot so acceptable. Visit and enjoy the seating on the first floor if you would like to spend sometime talking to your friends and family.
Phani the manager is lovely, he is very responsible person…! He should be the genuine person for the store and blindly we can believe him…! Because I’m also from hospitality industry!…! Such a sweet and genuine person..!
Extremely satisfied with Suresh’s service. We placed take-away order and he made sure to call us and check our ETA so the order can be given hot. His communication is very polite and Suresh cared 200% for customer satisfaction.
Great deals through McDonald's app. The quality of the food is good. Only the down side is inadequate parking space.

The combo meal was very good, the hot corn with butter tastes very yummy. The service is also fast. Overall a good experience.
This place is very hygienic and neat but again when I visited the washroom it was not that great the dryer was not working after I washed my hands but over all the service was good.
Food was great, cold drinks are always the best. I order meals and always enjoy them.
