The food and the service was absolutely excellent! Every dish that we ordered had us liking our fingers. We went with a big group and the servers were around us at all times, asking us if we need anything. The delicious food and kind service made our evening beautiful. Thank you to all the servers and cooks!

A very nice hotel. The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff were very kind. I forgot my mobile charger while checking out, they were so kind to find it out for me. I really enjoyed my stay. Will definitely stay here whenever I come to Secunderabad.

I am a Tour operator from Mumbai this was our first Tour to Hyderabad one month before the Tour I was searching for the best hotel for our Tour after going through the reviews I decided to book this hotel. We were 16 persons and booked 8 double occupancy rooms here. The rooms were neat and clean 24 hrs hot water is available the room service was excellent. All our group members enjoyed the daily breakfast and dinner. It's really worth for your money here. For our next Tour here we are going to keep the same hotel again. A special thanks to Mr Nayak manager of Annapoorna residency from day one he was available all the time and gave his best service to us. Thanks once again to Team Annapoorna

Even though I had stayed only at few hotels this was my first time alone and I am happy to say that it is the best one yet. The rooms were so comfy and very much spacious for me as a single guest but there won't be much of a difference for two or three people. There was no issues for cleanliness or hygiene and the service was also top notch. The most favourite Part of my stay was the breakfast which was complimentary. I do suggest to try it out and you won't be disappointed. We will get almost all of south Indian dishes for our choice. As for the staff, at reception there was a ma'am who was very friendly and we can basically reach out for anything to her. She was very helpful. And rest of the staff would also never hesitate to hear you out. Apart from these you also get 1. I guess some ventilation which keeps the room cool despite the hot temperature outside( I never had to turn on the ac) 2. Sanitized toilets 3. TV and free wifi 4. 24 hrs hot water 5. The metro is easily accessible 6. World famous paradise hotel is just a 5 minutes walk from here Here are some photos of room 201 for your reference

Hotel Annapoorna, we three families stayed three days and we are totally satisfied in all respects 1. Very very reasonable price with free breakfast 2. Rooms are neat and clean, particularly bathroom with shower are well maintained. 3. All three rooms AC is working with best cooling effect, could able to manage this hot summer 4. Housekeeping was done every day as per our request time and towel , free water bottles were provided every day. 5. Room service the best one. Staffs attended on call and did best service. 6. Hotel arranged cab for airport with very reasonable price ( when compared to outside) 7. Hotel reception front desk staffs are very polite, supportive and especially Sunitha madam did her best , check in and check out was smooth and fast, Over all we entire family enjoyed our stay at Hotel Annapoorna Residency. I will recommend for people with family to stay in Hotel Annapoorna Residency.

Our experience is good. staff is cooperative. They also provide jain food. Near by area is good. Paradise metro station is at walking distance. Near by food options are also good... Fulka JiVika's food is very homely must try.

This two-star motel is conveniently placed near the Paradise Metro Station. The Service was excellent. The ambiance was perfect. The rooms were pleasant, although they were poorly ventilated and felt cramped. The meal in the restaurant was delicious. My Report card: Rooms: 3/5, Amenities: 3/5, Service & Hospitality: 4/5, Location: 4/5 Value for Money: 4/5

The worst packaging in my experience. In all the food apps and restaurants I ordered from in the past couple of years. Thanks Zomato for the worst food experience.

Remember the Santosh dhaba of begumbazar? how lip-smacking every snack there is? This restaurant is a level above that for me. Pure veg but whenever you want to have some desi food must go here. Normal ambience but the tasty food covers it up for everything else.

MUST TRY:
- Chilli Panneer
- Baby corn manchuria
- Aaloo 65

I ate many times at this place.it was good experiences But whenever I placed order using zomato, the curry was toooo oily to eat. Bad experience. Very bad 👎.

Has potential and could have been an other Santosh dhaba kind of chain..but service and and the management are a let down. Also very recently I stopped by to cure a roti paneer craving. The paneer was fresh but was just mixed then and there in some other gravy. Can get better.

This is a small place located at pg road in Secunderabad. It serves vegetarian food only. The food here is good. The service is good but it lacks on ambience. If you are in Secunderabad and want a quick lunch or dinner do try this place....

Been to Vasudo Dhaba for a lunch as this place is near to KIMS, Secunderabad. There are no restaurants in the vicinity of KIMS and this place was one of the few.

Ordered tomato soup and roasted papad for starter. Both were okayish. The service is very slow, maybe due to the reason that we occupied the table in family section. Firstly it seemed to be air conditioned, then I thought it is air cooled but finally I came to know that it was neither. The waiters were chatting among themselves outside but were not even coming to provide drinking water on table.

For main course, we ordered roti, paneer butter masala & daal fry. Only daal fry and roti were eatable and none of us liked paneer. We won't be preferring this place until unless food is not a priority and we just want to have something.

Food: 2/5
Service: 1/5
Ambience: 2.5/5

Thanks!

Super duper food for all the veggies. This place is small, there is an family room witb AC, but the AC works once in a while for sure :p. But the food is just amazing, can't say no to any dish. The quality is so perfect too. This should be a pakka visit place.
Kura Santhosh
Great food and the ambiance is also good. I will recommend you to visit this place if you are searching for vegetarian dhaba. Reasonable prices.
Hyderabadfoodexplorer (sanchay Gumidelli)
This is a vegetarian place. Though it says a dhaba unlike the actual ones it's a small restaurant. It serves good vegetarian food. Sometimes you may feel low due to the service. He also has got an A/C section.

I usually don't prefer veg dhabas... This time on our friends request we went to Vasudo for lunch.
We were 15 and we ordered many starters, curries, rotis and biryanis. All were tasted very nice, they were sooo yumm .. especially chilli pander and veg Manchuria tasted super.
Rishab Arcot
A nice and small cozy place to visit when your pockets light. The food here is pretty good. Its like one off those places with extra butter on the naan and extremely delicious pander butter masala. Small place with not such a great ambience as such. Just one of those places for your sudden hunger pangs ! And also, snacks and noodles are good too !!
Anvesh
bad ambiance. super food great pricing makes its a mix and match but paneer butter masala and dal makhani were the super items with rotis must try here
Anirudh Mudam
good place for a simple veggie meal, their buttermilk was great, masala papdad and paneer dishes were nice, dal tadka was good too. other vegetarian dishes have a taste that is typical of road side dhabas. some times they dont have consistency in the taste though, very basic ambiance too, pretty pocket friendly

There was a time when this place was awesome and served awesome food too but because of me recent experiences I just don't want anyone to visit it . Two weeks ago we picked a parcel of jhil mil panner the taste was too bad +the quality of panner has gone down too the handi biryani was also not good as before the quality of basmati rice was bad and the taste was also bad . Too dissatisfied with this place . But before it use to serve amazing tasty food don't know may be charge in ownership or the staff this place has lost the taste and quality. I would not suggest any one to visit this place . Bhen chod these ppl don't have manners to talk to a Customer, never go to this cheap place
Been here quite a number of times and I never really get bored of it. Every time it seems like new. If you are tight on budget but doesn't want to compromise on good food then this is the place for you. The food here is just fantastic and the quantity is not bad either.

The ambience too is quite nice and the best part is you don't have to pay any luxury tax as it is non air-conditioned.

The service is good with friendly staff. Got the chance to know and converse with a few them Every time I went there.

It's purely vegetarian but then I promise you will enjoy it nevertheless. Try having the specialty that is on for each day of the week. They tend to make it better than the other days. If you want it more spicy don't hesitate to ask. They will comply.

Overall a good place that compromises on nothing in spite of less prices. Happy hogging..!
Light on pocket. Any order comes in 5 mins flat. Wonder how. Standard maintained. I only can vouch for veg. It's good here. Nice spread . Minimal ambience and decent food

They've changed the name of this eatery. But this still remains a favourite vegetarian take away place for us. I love their variety of Paneer dishes and their rotis and unbelievably soft and yummy. The prices are reasonable. But their portion size is somewhat less which is my only complaint! Still, would recommend it.

After a late movie we headed to sindhi colony just before midnight for some good food. This place had a good number of diners even at this this which is a good sign. We quickly called for tandoori n kotmir rotis with dal tadka and their special paneer curry. The food was served within 5minutes and that too piping hot. Loved the soft rotis. The paneer curry was well made, loaded with capsicum and cashews. Overall- fast service, good hot food and VFM.
I have been to this place multiple times and I must say the food here is awesome, if you are planning to have veg this is one of the best option you can consider ☺

So this is supposed to be one of my regular place to eat whenever I am hungry and craving for some tasty vegetarian food at very reasonable price.
Gobi Manchuria, Babycorn paneer masala, Paneer tikka masala, Kaju paneer masala are some of the tasty dishes here.
Here Ambience is not the main criteria, The Food is.
But it's a decent place to visit with family or girls because of the well behaved staff

Vaasudev Dhaba. One of my regular places at PG road. Ambience is the only low of this place. But still not thaat baad. But, the food is heavenly. Vegetarian food at it's best. Everything on the menu would be way too awesome. Prices are fairly good to. Would have my 5.0 if the ambience was a little better. If you are desi Hyderabadi kinda guy who loves roadside food you would never bother about the ambience. A must place for the Veggies.

MyReportCard

Taste : 9/10
Value for money : 8/10
Service : 8/10
Ambience : 5/10

Being veggie after visiting santosh dhaba n no of times planned to visit different one nd was looking for that in Sindhi colony then spotted this. Its small hall filled up with tables nd a TV at one corner. It's chilled but too congested with lesser space between tables. Tried Manchurian malai kofta roti butter naan fried rice. All are nice nd tasty nd were reminding Santosh dhaba. Malai kofta is nice soft nd roti too. Total bill less than 300 nd vfm.
Food 3.5/5
Ambience 2.5/5
VFM 3/5

AMBIENCE
Vasudhev Dhaba is located in Sindhi colony, Secuderabad. It is a very small pure-veg restaurant with a simple setup. The dining area is divided into two sections. The smaller section has AC and is usually preferred by families. The bigger section is more spacious. The prices are the same irrespective of which section you dine in. Though the ambiance is nothing to talk of, one aspect that distinguishes this place from other small joints is the cleanliness.

FOOD
The strength of this place is its simplicity. The food they serve is very simple dhaba style food. Though they do have a big menu, almost all the curries have two distinct bases, the spicer red gravy or the milder brown gravy. Based on your order they add either paneer/kofta or vegetables. I cannot call any of their dishes authentic, yet I find the lack of authenticity their strength. Be it paneer butter masala or malai kofta or any curry, they are pleasantly different from the rich stuff you get in most restaurants and yet delicious. Moving on to Rotis/kulchas, they serve absolutely amazing Tandoor rotis that are served hot and just melt in your mouth with any curry. I believe rotis are their USP and I have not had better rotis in Hyderabad in any restaurant. They also do serve some great stuffed kulchas. The lassis here are decent and I always end up ordering them with my food.

Regarding what to avoid, I would recommend staying away from rice items, soups, starters, etc. These are below average and definitely not worth trying. My advise is to stick to simple dhaba food like rotis+curries.

SERVICE
This being a small place, the service is very fast. The rotis are served within a couple of minutes of ordering and the turn around time for curries is pretty quick. The staff are surprisingly well trained and friendly for a dhaba.

VALUE FOR MONEY
This place really scores on this front. They give you the option to order half portion curries. They are really easy on your pocket. When I use to work in my old office near Sindhi Colony, I would end up going there at least a couple of times a week purely because they are so affordable and yet very delicious. Very few places in town have both these traits of affordability+taste. This usually has been my go to place (at my previous work) to treat friends/colleagues)

My category ratings for this place.
Food - 4.5/5
Service - 4/5
Ambience - 3/5
Value for Money - 5/5

I would definitely recommend this place for affordable and yummy food and my recommendation would be to stick to just rotis+curries.

Been to this restaurant couple of times in the past. This place attracts decent local crowd for a wide variety of north indian dishes. Best part if its often open til midnight.
Jaiveer Rao
This is an awesome place for typical dhaba type of food and not for soups and Chinese type of stuff to tell you the truth i freaked out on the rotis

One more good thing is if you are alone and you want to order more than one item you can choose to order half a portion
M.K Chaitanya
The soups served here, are quite bad. Tomato Soup, as in many other places, was sweet, seemed to have been diluted quite a bit & Manchow soup was bland to say the least (In other places, it is much more spicy, which is to my liking !!).Having stuck to the typical Roti, Subzi paid off as the taste was not too bad, nothing to write home about either. However, having ordered Sticking to Indian Breads, Curry would be a better option at this place.

The ambience of this place is not great either, with dark interiors, lack of proper ventilation & cramped seating arrangement & slow service.

Final Analysis, you can come to this place, if left with no other choice. There are much better options nearby, which you can try.

Don't read a book by seeing the cover and same way don't judge a restaurant by its appearance. This is one place you need to taste if you are a true veggie and wants pure taste.

I had been to this joint several times at lunch and dinner and all the time it was buzzing with foodies.....

I am a true hard core Non-veggiee but to me also the veggie food here was hmmmm..... no words to express my feelings..... its so good. Since then when ever during lunch time if I am in this area I make sure I visit this joint for true Veg delicacies...... My favorite is Veg Chapata and Hara bara Masala and Hot hot roties fresh from the oven..... what more you want.....

Now that negative part of the joint
1.Its hot inside.
2.Green salad is not fresh.
3.Seating is little cramped.

Visit this place if you luv food and not the ambiance.

Wanting to try a new place, me and couple of friends dropped by at Vasudev Dhaba in Sindhi Colony. It's a small place, easy to locate, not so exquisite to look at from the outside. We walked in, and the place was bloody hot. Though an AC restaurant, the place had none running, and no fans running either. We sat at a table in an enclosure, making sure he turned on the fan. It was a decent place, something similar to Santosh Dhabha.

It took about five minutes for the waiter to appear at our table. He was kinda sweet and helped us a lot with our order. We ordered Chilly Paneer for starters. For main course, we went for Punjabi Kofta and their day special Tiranga Paneer, along with a stuffed Naan and stuffed Kulcha. We also ordered a dum Biryani.

The Chilly Paneer was good, but the paneer was not so good. It had a mix of fresh and old paneer, and so few pieces were like eating rubber. The Punjabi Kofta looked scary, while the Tiranga Paneer was well presented, but both were oily like crazy. The Kofta tasted alright, but the Kofta was kinda hard. The gravy was well coocked though. The Tiranga Paneer had tons of gravy with very few paneer pieces were horrible. Again, unfresh. The oozing oil from both the dishes was scary to look at.

Both the Naan and Kulch tasted pretty much the same. We asked for the stuffed Naan and Kulcha without butter. But even then, they were oozing out oil. The portion of bread was quite small, and they were burnt towards the corners. The stuffing wasn't great either.

The only part of the meal which was good, was the dum biryani. The quantity served impressed us, and so did the taste. The dum/curry was well cooked, and the rice was perfect. Though again, it was oily.

Overall, we were kinda disappointed. Looking at the place from outset, we expected something similar to Santosh Dhaba, but it was not even close. The food, though prices nominally, lacked brilliant taste, and was very very oily. Roti Shhoti on the opposite side of the road was much better. Give it a try, but don't expect anything great.

Food: 6/10
Service: 7/10
Ambiance: 6.5/10
Meal for 3: Rs. 531/-

For pictures, and more reviews, please visit sasikanth.me :)
