The food is really good here. We had Chicken burger, Tiramisu, Choco truffle. The price is not too high. The pastries are at around 150 and the burger is 200. So for a place like this, it's reasonable. The burger was very fresh and was filled with tomato, onions and mayo. If you're looking for a snack near Kokapet, then this is definitely the place.

Any time want to visit a budget friendly dessert places, then this one is the best in town. It serves wonderful pastries and bakery items. Craving for desserts, we have ordered - -Honey nut which is pretty delicious and soft. -blueberry cheesecake which is my favorite among all of these but the base was hard to cut it. -caffe mocha had a panda face on its top which was cute and it had a coffee taste which was simply amazing. -mango pastry - since the season of mangoes is about to begin, we started with this and it had an excellent taste. - last but not least the strawberry cake, (forgot its name) but it was so soft that it directly goes into your tummy when eat. Overall, i would always say this place servers the best budget pastries and I would recommend everyone to try for sure.

I love this place especially their 🍔 & 🎂. Last time We ordered sandwich, burger & baileys mousse. Though taste was good, the burger was overloaded with mayonnaise. You won’t be able to eat the burger as you always do. Had to eat with spoon. 😄 Mousse cake was so tasty my son loved it.

Nice place with a plethora of options to eat. Felt a tad bit pricey, but food was tasty. Ambience is small but clean and peaceful. Serve time quick and staff is nice and polite. Located very well where crowd reach is good and word of mouth works well for this place and i could see why. Bombay burger is a must try here. Pastries are also nice and tasty.

What a place! What a beautiful outlet. Interiors are very unique and it has an amazing vibe. And the chicken burger was out of this world. Definitely try their pastries as well. Definitely recommend this place.

My favourite and best bakery in Hyderabad. I love their freshly handmade pizza. The base in thin crust and made from Fresh dough. It's taste awesome.. And puff and sandwich also awesome... Must try whenever you are in Hyderabad...

Tasty chicken burger and butter chicken pizza. Very delicious pastries. So many different types of cakes available for any event. A bit expensive compared any other bakeries. But worth buying it. During this COVID seating is not available.

Nice place to chill with family and friends...I have ordered red velvet and dry fruit pastries, red velvet was very delicious...I enjoyed eating it. There are many flavours and varieties of pastries...you can order for birthday parties also. Ambience is quite well and staff is very friendly. Taste is good and overall experience is quite well.

I've been having different snacks at Vacs for ages now and I've never had a complaint. This is my go to bakery for a quick bite❤️ Had the continental chicken burger (in pic) this time which tasted really good, the taste is a little close to the McChicken. Parking is usually available at the place. At the moment they don't have the dine-in option, only takeaway. This should be on your list of bakeries to try out in Hyderabad!!

A good big wine shop in Kondapur. They making a great big new shpwroom now. Just behind where it was earlier and is much bigger and lavish than earlier. Good collection of beer , whisky and wines. They have a new mezzanine floor for wines, arranged neatly ...

Loved the mango dessert, mango paradise cake and fruit pastry.Chocolate eclairs was a huge disappointment.But still I overrate Vacs due to the taste of the other desserts which was at next level.

We were looking for a specific fire engine cream icing cake, and looked at bakers in Hyderabad but they all were fondant based, while Vacs fulfilled exactly what we were thinking of. Just share a picture with them, and they will do fantastic job. Everyone including birthday boy were super happy. The cake finished in no time, that was so tasty. Only thing I like them is being able to deliver at right location, since we cannot go very close to function time and pick it up. It takes or eats up my time. Everything else is 5*.

Best place to get pastries. I ate chocolate eclairs pastry and it's worth the price. Bought some baked biscuits from here which are too good. Luved the interior.

We sent dunzo to pick food for us and they refused to let him inside. No reason given and others were allowed. Few days back they allowed dunzo and i really don't understand what is the problem today.

We saw rats running on the puffs <br/> and buns. When we asked they were saying it as cockroaches. They removed the tray after i asked to remove it When I moved to counter they had put back tray in display. This is not expected from reputed brand in city. This happened before lockdown <br/>

The cakes are awesome here, especially chocolate flavoured ones. They always have stock of 1kg cakes which makes it a go to place for delicious cakes. Haven’t tried the other stuff here... would like to visit soon<br/>

This is in reference to the snacks (chicken burgers,choco pastry ,chocolate mousse) that I had with my family on 15th Aug evening between 6pm-8pm at VACS.               A few hrs after,my daughter,son & my sis-in-law started showing symtoms of food poisoning,fever,vomiting,loose motions,cramps. Incidentally these 3 had the same chicken burgers.They had to be admitted,treated aggressively by I/V fluids,antibiotics & supportive treatment.My children & myself are spending sleepless nights since that fateful evening.The agony ,suffering & mental trauma experienced by all of us cannot be expressed in words.This cannot be expected from a reputed place of your stature.It surprised & pained me simultaneously.<br/><br/>We have been traumatised to no end by this bad experience..I wud appeal to all to whosoever reads this post to avoid going to this particular place .This reflects very poorly on the hygiene & cleanliness & sanitary measures observed by this place.It amounts to literally playing with the health of society at large

On 15 th August 2019, in between 2-3pm, I was with my family and friends when we ordered the soft rolls. After consuming it, within few hours all of us complained of acute stomach ache. On 16 th morning we all developed severe diarrhoea along with 101- 102 fever. Our doctor confirmed that it was a case of food poisoning. For next 3 days we were in and out of fever, diarrhoea, stomach cramps,body ache and headache in spite of all the medicines.<br/><br/>It is a request for the management to look into the matter of hygiene and utmost qualty control of the food prepared there. It is a shame that one of the most renowned bakery gave us a sickness that is expected from dirty roadside outlets.<br/>We would like the manager of vac in( location) to look into this matter personally and check for hygiene of the kitchen as well as that of the staff handling the food. This is in the interest of the uninformed customers thinking of snacking at your place.<br/>P.S. A genuine apology is needed for all of us who went through hellish weekend from the vac store.

One of the worst experiences ever in Hyderabad.. I visited this place on 15th August with complete family reading the reviews about this place, We ordered Chicken burgers, fries, chocolate mouse, chocolate pastry, egg puffs.. While the service was okay, we ate at the bakery and left.. To our surprise next day me and my entire family suffered the worse food poisoning ever.. We 4 were admitted to hospital and given IV due to the impact of the food poisoning all because of the stale chicken burger.. This was very unexpected from a place like Vacs that has been popular for so many years.. I need a strict action to be taken by Zomato against Vacs bakery and also a food commission MUST inspect the food at this place.. For all readers please be VERY VERY CAREFUL ! Giving 1 star as there is no option to give negative rating...

A local bakery serves better food!!! Such a horrific experience. The least you expect is fresh food. The veg continental burger had a stale patty, the pizza was tasteless and dun even get me started on the fries.<br/><br/>Avoid this place unless u want a sick leave from work due to stomach upset the next day!!!!!

Not really worth the hype. I'd heard a lot about Vacs, so we decided to go there today. But I'm quite disappointed. We ordered Paneer Snack and the Veg Dizzy Dog and they were both average. I also asked them to pack Chocolate Éclair, Choco Almond and Mocha Square pastry. But they packed Tiramisu instead of the Mocha Square.<br/>I wouldn't visit this place again.

The cottage cheese burger here is so frickin good. Burger is cheesy but so yummy. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had in Hyderabad. Vacs holds my heart in burgers. Sauce to filling ratio, seasonings are really good too. It’s like a pick me up burger from a bad mood. The paneer cheese roll was also really good. I love that even though they drizzle cheese, they make sure the taste isn’t compromised.

I have been a customer of Vacs from a long time and have enjoyed their cakes and bakes. However yesterday was the most disappointing experience of all time.. The red velvet birthday cake was the reason!! The cake was just a huge roll of cream and a very thin layer of cake. This was absolutely an eye wash with nothing to eat but layers and layers of cream. The red cream on the top was awfull and bitter in taste... And there was nothing that I could taste to call it a red velvet cake from an establishment such as Vacs<br/><br/>Vacs has improved in the way the restaurants are... We ordered red velvet and butter Scotch cake from there. The cake design was really good. Red velvet has nice layers and was creamy. Butterscotch was nicely decorated

Vacs is a household name in Jubilee hills area, but with so many bakeries coming up, I personally feel Vacs has lost its charm. There was a time when it was in its glory, but now many bakeries have taken its place. They have a decent enough selection of pastries and cookies which serve the purpose of satisfying sweet tooth. Parking has always been a big trouble

I seriously have very bad experience with this place.. I ordered cake and asked whether we can cut it inside bakery but they said no it is not allowed.. Then later as I opened the box i can see that there is spelling mistake( I asked to write “I will miss you” but instead they wrote “I will mill you” ). And inside the cake I can only see cream. I called the store to ask why is it happened but they cut my call on face!! Not expected this

The quality of cakes baked by VACS is deteriorating year by year. They used to be the best cake shop in Hyderabad. They have spent lot of money on aesthetics of their outlet,but cake taste and quality has taken a big dip. Yesterday we ordered fresh fruit cake priced at 1400 bucks, the cake was full of synthetic cream and only few pieces of fresh fruit on the top. The taste was horrible.

I have ordered Red Velvet Cheese Cake. In general I don't like pastries or bun based cakes but this was so amazing & tasted very delicious. I myself have consumed 3 to 4 pieces of cake. That cheesy taste can be identified well.<br/>I loved that RED VELVET CHEESE CAKE ❤

I spent 1470 rs on this cake. We wanted to celebrate grand birthday of my brother. When he did the cake cutting very bad smell started coming out of cake. My mother who had a bite of this cake is admitted in hospital now. The cake is expired, still they sold the cake. VACS is selling expired cakes. The staff was very rude. Visited this place after reading great reviews about this place but sadly it was very disappointing and did not lived up to the hype. I have tried chocolate log and mocha delight pastries. The cake was not very spongy and the quality of chocolate was not that great. It tasted more like diluted cream with some flavor added.

This is one of the best bakery shops in hyderabad. There is Niloufer also. The pasteries here are fresh and the puff was also great in taste and the price is also reasonable. Loved the visit here.

One of the best ever Patisserie I've found in HYD. It's very old and the complete building is bakery only. Simple ambience and taste is awesome here. Have tried Cottage cheese burger and pastries and those were yummy. Prices too worthy and lot of varieties of pastries we can find here. Especially birthday/party cakes, we can find lot more flavors. It's really a nice experience for me.

A small eatery on road number 10 in jubilee hills, this place is a Hobbit among pastry shops in the city and parking is left to God almighty!<br/><br/>It's got a good collection of snacks and cakes but the cakes especially are expensive compared to it's peers and are not worth the money they quote. Had ordered the chocolate almond cake (eggless) and at 1575, it definitely costs a bomb. It was richly endowed with almonds but I was disappointed with the cake overall as there was a big crack running along the cake after keeping it in the refrigerator just for a couple of hours before the cake cutting ceremony for Christmas.<br/><br/>I had taken some dry cakes and snacks too and they were delectable however I was not really happy with my Christmas cake. I'll try other options before firming up a decisive opinion. The service though prompt is nonchalant and the people look largely disinterested.

I got a cake from here for my friends birthday. Everyone absolutely loved the cake with both the design and the taste. I received a lot of compliments as well! I would recommend Vac's Pastries to anyone, and I can't wait to come up with another event to get our next cake.

Hunger killer on our way to TOT. As we reached on Sunday’s Sensation party, it was pretty early to pop in dance. We had plenty of good time in hand to walk around and found Vac’s right outside. <br/>It’s a big and beautiful bakery, have heard a lot about this place. Just before a dance we needed a quick bite and keep ourselves energetic. Got our hands on chicken calzone and chicken cheese sandwich for a quick bite! I would recommend black forest here. Definitely avoid 'chocolate total' here. If you like chocolate do try chocolate oreo. Ambience is good.

Even though Karachi Bakery is very near to our office, We take time to go and purchase cakes only from Vacs for our office parties. Their cakes are really good in taste and design.

Many moons ago this was the go to place for pastries and snacks. I’ve realised the only thing that’s gone up is the price and the quality has definitely gone down. Ironically it’s supposed to be the other way around. My affinity towards vacs ended as of yesterday when they charged me 1260/- for a cake with such poor quality which I could have got from any run of the mill Bakery in Hyd. This rating is purely from a Cake to Price standpoint.

Their burgers are good no doubt. I liked their veg burger more than the chicken one. Oreo shake was good. Chicken grilled sandwich was ok-ish. Had a pastry which was also OK. Not bad actually but nothing out of the ordinary that you can't get in your local bakery. Prices are affordable. As far as ambience goes just a simple place with no frills. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful though. We insisted on sitting upstairs which they didn't seem to like that much. Overall, a one time place if you're not living across the street.

I guess this place needs no intro! love it here 😁<br/>Especially, their almond honey walnut pastry and californian grape. Also , chicken hotpot. This place is all time favourite for desserts. Can never be bored of this.

I have been going to vacs since 6 years, they maintain the consistency of taste , specially Chicken Burger being my favourite one here, It has no change in its taste. It’s my quick snack place forever.

Love the burger!!! So delicious!!! Pastries are yummy. Black forest and red velvet yummy!!!! Lastly the ambiance is good!!! Kids love it!!!!

This super hyped place for burgers and pastries was a disappoinment for me not once but twice! First time I took a take away for veg burger and it tasted of egg. Second time was today, I thought of giving it a second chance. So I ordered veg puff which was good and soft unlike any other puffs I have had before and again I ordered veg burger. The veg burger was ok. Their bun is very soft and reminds us of old days of burger eating before McD was a thing but the burger is so full of Mayo that I could hardly taste the veg patty inside it. Mayo and all is good but the real thing in a burger is the patty /tikki inside the bun. Oodles of Mayo will not compensate for it. I just couldn't figure out any taste of the patty. Not to mention the burger was way too messy to eat. Haven't tried their pastry yet so won't comment on it.<br/>Overall 2 stars for the veg puff and the bun of the burger :p<br/><br/>PS: My husband loved their butter chicken puff which he ordered at the end.

The place is lit. Looks like a small joint but it's of a single story building. The cakes and the bakery items are fresh and tasty too . The Fruit forest was so superb looking and was juicy and fresh fruits too. The chocolate truffle cake needs to improve thought the chocolate consistency was good but overall state needs to improve. The chicken carlzone and the chicken tikka roll was good and it was fresh too. The bread was soft and chicken quantities needs to improve . Overall good place. Value for money too.

So I went to VAC’s traveling all the way from the outskirts of the city “Shankerpalli” to Jubliee Hills to eat their choco vanilla pastry with a few friends. We ordered a veg pizza, veg & non veg rolls, chocolate & a choco vanilla pastry. I’ll just rate what we ordered according to their taste:<br/>Veg Pizza: 1/5 (The toppings only had pickels)<br/>Veg Roll: 3/5 <br/>Non Veg Roll: 5/5 (RECOMMEND) the juiciest rolls ever<br/>Choco Vanilla Pastry: 3/5 <br/>Choco Pastry: 3/5 <br/>

Best burgers in town!!! hands down!!!! unlike the other joints who serve the burgers with fried patties...these ppl serve their own stuffing which tastes top notch... burger fans not to miss this place 👌

The cake was very good.Actually we ordered a different coloured cake,but the cake which they bought was slightly different.. But the taste of the cake was good ..

Everyone living in or near jubileehills have been to this place.The pastries are to die for,another all time favourite is the chicken burger.They also sell a wide range of bakery foods like puffs and rolls.A must try is the chocolate total pastry.

I am fond of cheesecake and love to try at every menu i come across. So i had blueberry cheesecake over here. To My surprise it was disappointing.<br/>The base was as hard as a rock, not like a cheesecake which melts in the mouth. Well the blueberry crushing on it was fairly good. You can try other pastries and bakery items here. Grilled chicken burger is worth the try!!

Burgers here are a must try!! <br/>Be it veg or non veg the burgers here are damn good. Also all the pastries are simply delicious. <br/>For takeaway the packaging is neat and classic and at the same time the ambience is also pretty good for having your order there.<br/>Do try it out as this bakery !!

Love the Veg Burger here. It tastes really good. Served hot with Crispy potato wafers. A must visit to the have the finest baked delicacies in the city.

Visited Several Times , Now Its Time To Review It With Smile Always.., There several Varieties of Cake Moulds.. the cake variations are Superb. I love all Taste here but mostly i choose Plum Cake Box always, I love sandwich & mango mousse😋

Been here to meet my friend and had a nice time with the catchy and delicious items. As a chocolate lover i tasted Chocolate Mousse which satisfied my chocolate greed and then Chicken continental Burger was also good . Finally to end up ordered Butterscotch Thick shake which was not as expected but can consider as average. On a whole with pocket friendly prices and decent ambience a good place to visit for quick snacks

Randomly visited this place, tried veg continental burger and chocolate pastry, taste was yummy. Rates are reasonable and will definitely visit again.

The best place to have various varieties of pastries at a reasonable price. They provide cakes and pastries for various occassions as well. Also, the chicken burger burger and the pizza is too yumm to missed !!!

The customer service was horrible. Received a smelly veg dizzy dog and veg spring roll. Upon asking the support staff about the smelly items, we got an indifferent attitude and a reply saying that it's not their responsibility that we didn't like the items.

Very nice bakery. Visited twice amazing taste. I have ordered pastries and snack satisfied all the go. Gobi puff been tasted here only rich in taste.
