I tried their chocolate fudge cake, and it was incredibly moist and rich... The staff was friendly, and the presentation of the cakes was impeccable.... I'll definitely be back for more!"

Ordered a 2Kg Vanilla cake for my mom's 60th birthday. It's was tasty and good. Happy with the baking & the icing on the cake. I ordered it a day before the event & collected it couple of hours before the event.

It was nice. But the engagement cake was close to good. Due to heavy cream, not many people liked it but the looks and design wise it was good. Other than that, there other products are amazing.

Delivers based on our requirements such as specifications of preparing cake such as eggless cake 🎂 made up of 3-5kgs depends on the party and function and it is made up of vanilla flavour and so on. Good taste also. Superb maintenance and services provided here.

No skilled persons at Bakery. Its about sindhi Colony Swiss Castel. other branches i dont know. <br/><br/>and minimum tools are not available to do patch up for the cakes if distrubed due to transport(bringing from their workshop to showroom(bakery).Worst experience.

‘Snacks Castle’<br/><br/>A nice place not just for cakes but you can also get your hands on some of their quick snacks. You get pizza bread and onion cheese pizza, varities of samosas, veg cutlet, hotdog, of course different types of cakes/pastries. Red velvet/chocolate biscuits, Khari, their made mixtures, etc., You can take parcel or have it there itself where he will heat them and serve you!<br/><br/>Few items are slightly pricey but again the packaging and taste is what it marks upto.<br/><br/>Small and neat place, no seating arrangement is the only turn off.

It had high standards, and lowered it once there was a pool of customers coming in. It just turned out to be a another normal cake shop, which we can find in every corner of street. Quality is good!

Very bad service. Ordered a wedding cake. Delivery was an hour late and that too after calling them continuously... the delivery guy dropped the cake and did not bother to give the knife and candles. Had to go elsewhere and buy a knife. Cake was made well.

I paid for 4 pastries and for some couple of snacks but these pp deceived me and send me only 3 pastries. I am cheated by this pg road swisscastle.

This is the first time I've ordered a cake from Swiss Castle online. Although I knew about their amazing quality and quantity of food. I usually prefer going to store and pick up the cake. I was honestly a little apprehensive about the delivery and delay as it was raining too. But hands down Swiss Castle, you never fail to amaze me. Brilliant and absolute safe packing of cake and nonetheless beautiful chocolate toppings. You'll now get a lot of cake orders online. I've a lot of friends and family members birthday's lines up. Dear friends<br/><br/>This is not our first experience with Swiss Castle Pg Road Outlet two years down the line we bought a cake on my daughter's birthday and two of my family members were admitted in hospital because of food poisoning and this is again the second time we bought two choco chips, one red velvet and one pineapple pastry from the same branch and the same thing happened again and this time we went to the hospital outlet and showed the bad pastry's to the person at the store and he spoke to us in a very ill manner and later we contacted Mr. Ashwin the owner, told him the whole matter and he is not accepting his mistake without even seeing anything and claiming to be the best. A experience which is bad can happen by mistake but not twice. We have also sent the sample to the food department and shall be taking severe action against the same as it's the question of life and not about money. We believe in such outlets because of their good name and brand value but ultimately get cheated.<br/><br/>Be Aware before you risk your life with good and big brand names which don't value their customers but value only money.<br/><br/>Jago Grahak Jago.

Best Bakery for Eggless cakes in Secunderabad area. Cakes are Fresh.<br/><br/>My personal Favourite --> Red Velvet and Chocolate cake. Both are Yummy. Tastes Fantastic. Soft and Fresh.<br/><br/>Fruit cake & Blueberry cake are kinda ok. Not that Great or exceptional.<br/><br/>Swiss Castle is Good only for Pasteries and Cakes. One should opt for Red velvet and chocolate cakes for B'day or occasions. These two are its speciality<br/><br/>Snack items are not fresh and they taste bad.<br/>

It's quite a famous bakery at pg road... it's a completely vegetarian bakery which has a good variety of cakes... the cakes are not exotic but very good in taste ...the other snacks especially the onion samosa is very nice n a must try...

This is a good vegetarian bakery they have a wide range of cake flavours and designs even the designs shown by them are age wise . I had placed a order for my sister's birthday the cake was weighing 2 kg and looked tasty we picked the cake from here in the night cause we were going to cut it in the night. This is been on fav place for my entire office & we are all huge fans of the chocolate cake due to the freshness hygenie .Chocolate is so thick & dark when it starts melting you can not explain that in words only a true chocolate lover can undstnd the feeling . This bakery has two USPs - its 100% vegetarian (eggless) and the snacks are made from whole wheat. I've been here a few times and tried most of their pastries and some of the snacks.<br/>The pastries are pretty good considering they're eggless and their chocolate isn't chalky. The snacks maybe made from whole wheat flour but don't think they're healthy. The stuffing inside is still as oily as anywhere else.<br/>It's a good bakery option for people not wanting to eat eggs but other than that its not really anything special.
