Review Sai Ganesh Fruit Juice - Hyderabad

I have visited the branch for activation of my fathers Dormant account. Just to tell the procedure to make it active they took two days and even after that they didn't respond. Waste bank is icici bank and their staff also. While talking they are polite unlike SBI staff but No proper service. I have taken my mother who is old age and wasted more than one hour in bank and even after two days the Bank official who is supposed to tell the procedure not responding and no answer. What a stupid bank is icici where employees doesn't know the process. Edited Response: I had a pleasant experience when Jyothi Thummala, the Branch Manager at ICICI JNTU, personally reached out to me. Her courteous manner and prompt attention to my concern were highly commendable. I am grateful that she took the time to call me and efficiently resolve the problem I was facing. Her assistance was truly valuable and greatly appreciated.

Excellent service by entire staff. However I would like to convey my special thanks to two ladies...Jyothi (she sits on 1st floor) and the lady branch manager. Very happy with their quick services and welcoming manners.

My recent visit was quite productive. The staff co-operated. But they are following some repeated works like fill form first then fill same thing on kiosk and note the number on form and then stay in queue to handover form with other required docs. Dear manager, please improve your COVID safety checks. No temperature check, no sanitizer. No social distancing, no masks. Frankly speaking I spent nearly 30 minutes but I felt very uncomfortable visit.

Jntu icici branch is very good in the matter of services and employes In that branch manager also very good dynamic leaded in kukatpally region he will give more respect of his employes and at the same time he will overcome each and every problem in simple manner. He knows wery well how to deal customers and how to contact to customers and how to clear escalations also.

Bank officials here are so helpful to the customers.. They will clear your doubts with patience but sometimes there will be more customers here.. only sometimes other than that everything is fine

Good service but some staff is little uncooperative. However most of them are helpful and costomer friendly helping to solve all queries and help in good banking. There are more than one staff for all jobs here which help in faster banking and saving time of coustomer.

Good service from the bank, it's easy for banking in this branch because it is very near to the main road towards hi tech city, near to JNTU college near to bus stop so that any body can go to the bank in less time and complete their work in bank and also service from the bank side is good

Staff are Co operative but they speak among themselves. They are spending more time on conversations
