Not as over priced as other cafes, But not as tasty either. The seating is mostly outdoor so the weather and time of the day matters, on a sunny day around 1 p.m it was peaceful and warm. But food was not extraordinary. The ambience was very good. We tried their signature pizza, hummus and pasta, peri peri fries(were very good) with varieties of cold and hot coffees.

Best ambience and peaceful place, nice space to hangout with friends and chill for sometime. Prefer visiting evenings or mornings before 12 noon if you want to sit outside. Sitting outside is a vibe, so i suggest visiting in the evening. Food: Peri Peri fries are so soft and delicious, but not as spicy as Peri peri fries usually be. But, they are delicious and so soft. Veg Alfredo Pasta is cheesy and tasty but, I had better pastas so i would rate pasta AVG over here but nothing to take away it is delicious too. Brownie ice cream, must have I would say if you have a sweet tooth, brownie is so good. I would plan to again and again for it. Overall I would rate it 4.25/5 for food And for ambience 5/5

Our culinary journey kicked off with crispy honey potatoes, a delightful starter that set the tone for the evening. The golden brown potato wedges provided a delightful mix of sweetness and crispiness. The margherita pizza fell slightly short of expectations. It wasn't bad but it could have been elevated with a more robust sauce. The caffeinated climax of our evening was the latte, a masterful crafted cup of coffee that warmed our palates. The ambiance was true highlight of our experience.The attentive staff added to the overall positive vibe, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Overall it was a memorable culinary journey. I loved the ambiance. Food was good but not great. Prices are resonable as well. Overall good experience. we were able to try only 3 dishes, a pizza, a sandwich and 5 spice paneer. Not enough parking space. We were able to find a spot but it's little difficult to find a spot.

I am absolutely impressed with the atmosphere and the food. It has outdoor and indoor seatings. It's interior is really charming and calming. Every dishes we ordered are upto the mark. It is a definite value-for-money experience. This is my second visit and I like the same as much as I did first time.

It was a rainy evening, and the ambiance under the trees was perfect. They have props for good pictures and everyone enjoys these to share on social media. I had my regular Lemon iced tea while there was pasta with garlic bread. Except, for people smoking at the next table everything was good.

Overall experience was Good. Food taste was amazing. After long I have found the real honey chilli potato. Brownie shake & Ironihill delight pizza was also amazing. They have open air space for sitting, where you can work!

Tbh, i loved the way this cafe was decorated. If you are visiting it at night I would suggest you to sit outside and enjoy the serene view with all the lighting over the trees. It is really beautiful and the vibe is really catchy. The food and the drinks were really appealing and tasty. The service is good and the quantity served is sufficient for one person. Prices are like any other cafe neither costly nor cost effective. So, if you want to go on a date it is a perfect place to visit. I ordered butter garlic prawns (8.5/10) Hummus- pita platter- (8/10) Green apple mojito -(9/10)

Ironhill is a good cafe with a nice ambiance. It has both outdoor and indoor seating; choose outdoor seating if you like being around plants. We tried Sinful Strawberries and Royal Passion. Both are excellent drinks, with a rating of 4/5. And 2.5/5 for ghee-roasted chicken.

The best place to spend some quality time with your friends. The prices in menu are very very low as compared to other cafes. It'll be 1000/- -1200/- for 2 persons.

I liked the place, food and service of this cafe. Amibence is very good. There are 5-6 car parking available outside. My only suggestion to the owner is if they could isolate a smoking zone for outside sitting, that would be great. Because non smoker also could sit outside without bearing the smoke.

Considering the aesthetic Italian cafe vibe, Iron hill cafe stands out as one of the few resto's in Hyderabad that aces the ambience especially during the nights with their bright little lightings. Although indoor seating is available there is good enough outdoor seating. Its pleasant environment in the nights sets the mood for open dining. Though there are some books/puzzles freely available I personally felt having a dim music in the background would add more color to the ambience. The service was quick but I guess the waiters could be more active in suggesting the best items in the menu. Coming to food, the items were really good and not at all disappointing. There were a good amount of veg friendly options available and I liked veg items more than Non-veg. Although the portion served was a bit less than expected for the cost we can say the Taste complements it. Thai Chilli Honey Potato - 4.5/5 - Recommended. Must Try Peri Peri Paneer - 4.1/5 - Little bit spicy and less quantity Peri Peri French Fries - 4.2/5 Gun Powder Chicken Roast - 3.7/5 - Normal Taste with a bit spice Butter Garlic Prawns - 4/5 - Smooth texture with creamy taste. Will recommend Penne Alfredo Veg Pasta - 4.4/5 - Recommended. Must Try Iron Hill Cafe delight Puff Pizza - 4.3/5 - Newly added puff pizzas in the menu. Good taste. Recommended if u want to try anything new. Bake Cheese Cake - 3.9/5 Brownie with Icecream - 4/5 Over-all the food can be rated 4.2/5 The only cons are parking availablity and mosquitoes since its outdoor

Food was great. We ordered lemon coriander chicken soup, pizza and cilantro rice with Grilled chicken. All of them were very tasty and the presentation was also nice. Just the service was not great. The order came very late. The took 20 min just to bring the soup and then subsequently brought all our orders at once even before we touched our soup. Only visit this place when you have enough time in hand.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming, It left the best impressions! It has both indoor & outdoor seating, delicious dishes, and beautiful presentation. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. I will recommend this place to those who look for a cafe in Madhapur! I would like to come back here again.

Was here for the breakfast with my friends and here are my thoughts. Ambience: it has a quite, open and refreshing vibes. You can come down to work or meet friends. Food: Started off with Cesar Salad: Well dressed & fresh Hummus: Well drenched in Olive oil, goes well with the pita Shredded Chicken Omlette: Cannot miss it (so good) Burger: Nice & juicy As it was getting late in the afternoon got some chicken & fish starter. They were spicy and flavorful Overall I like the food & ambience. Definitely can give it a try if you are in the neighborhood. PandaMeter 4

The cafe has a nice ambience and good tasty foods. A wide variety of food options are available. We had only the veg items and all were good. The service is bit slow.
