And boom… they oversell (this is all my guess). But this place is a ‘Khajana’ (Treasure) of taste. Every small thing tastes insanely great. Be is the different types of Sev, Namkeen mixtures, Dals and Pulses or even Baked items. Everything is super tasty. This is a small outlet, where not more than 3-4 families can experience shopping. But the place is full with variety of tasty items.

Best namkeen shop of the Indore. I've written best because of the authenticity of the taste based on self experience. I tasted one of the same type of namkeen of 03 different soaps but the taste and quality I found much better at Om's Namkeen. 300 Namkeen varieties available here. Staff behaviour was overall good. Regular namkeen price is ₹ 240/kg where as special kind of namkeen and frymes price goes on increasing based on their types.

They are senitizing every person entering there shop .. be it hand, shoes. And they are also checking the temperature of each and every person who is willing to enter in there shop. And all the samples are removed. So you cannot taste the items you wish to purchase. They are also sanitizing the cash by there sanitizing machine. and before delivering items to you they do sanitize those items as well by there sanitizing box.

Yesterday, I placed the order of 4 items that is 1.mini morocco 2. khatta meetha 3.moong dal and 4.masala tinon mathari. Out four one item is changed by Om Namkeen, I have received butter chakkli instead of mini morocco. Please take necessary action.

The staff is bad I went to buy chips as they are good and tasty but was disappointed with behaviour of staff . They treat you as if the customer is doing charity by visiting. I paid via card the guy servicing and took it and inserted into machine and asked me rudely to insert pin I did the same and he handed over the machine. I waited for machine to complete transaction and when remove card option came I took back my card. On that he replied what happened to the card in a rude tone I was like what is there to be rude; why did u take card out and I ha fro tell him the transaction got over I din get slip( rude tone) i was left surprise ; it seemed first he din know how to operate machine and second on the top of that he was rude ( god save ) <br/>also they have an outlet at airport what time it opens that guy was like straight in reply no idea as if I was asking some other restaurant; uhh I decided not to visit again

We had heard about this shop in Indore so went there to buy Namkeen. I don't know about the quality but the service is extremely pathetic. The sales men have a lot of attitude don't know for what. They will only entertain you if you are buying something in bulk otherwise they don't even answer your questions.<br/>A business is all about maintaining customersand word of mouth.
