Review Cafe Terazza - Indore

Beautiful ambience, comfortable seats and soothing emvironment. But the service is really bad. We ordered pasta, which they serve in 25 minutes. Same for other orders too. Also, the staff is not very cooperative. We used to shout to call waiter. Even the taste of dishes was not good as per the price.

This cafe has a work friendly atmosphere. The place is good but a bit expensive. Good to go with friends but only if you have budget. Food was super delicious and staff was really good. Most tables were occupied during my visit. The server informed us that seating was unavailable and we can choose to wait. The waiters do not hound you to empty the seats once done eating, hence it is a great option for relaxed working/ meeting space option.

This rooftop cafe has nice ambience. Place was giving warm n pleasant vibes at the time we visited. Food was super delicious and staff was really good. We'll maintained cafe would recommend to visit. Instagramable place too

One of the best rooftop cafes in Indore. The food here is delicious and the quantity is ample. Serves soo many options in Chinese, Italian along with Indian. Quote expensive but worth it. Best ro enjoy your evening with loved once. You can have the best view of Indore over here cause it's on top notch of the city.

Great service by the staff, from taking orders to serving everything made the experience good. They took appropriate breaks between each course, didn't simply put all the order at once, that was thoughtful and you don't find it at many places nowadays. Overall had a nice dinner with family. Taste was awesome too.

It is a fine place when it comes to roof top! It is one of the best Rooftop Cafe I have visited in Indore! The prices are not that high but yes it is a little expensive. But the vibes that place provides is totally worth it! You can see the whole Indore from there! Best time to visit is at night! If you are looking for a rooftop cafe for a date or an outing this might be the best place!

It was a nice setting on the roof top with live music (mostly cover of old Bollywood songs). The food was decent. Nothing was really bad and nothing was outstanding. A good place for a relaxing evening. One place for improvement would be the maintenance of the restroom.

Great Ambiance, best view of the city, good food, good service checks all the boxes for me. Menu has Indian, Italian & Chinese dishes. All reasonably priced given the experience. They have rooftop sitting for evenings and indoor sitting for the afternoon, it is open late night till 12 which is a big plus in this location

Pretty nice place, Awesome taste and not so late process. Took amazing photos there and enjoyed there. Price was quite high (though we 4 ate in around 700rs as we ordered 2 meals) it was reasonable!! Loved it

It is very nice place. this is one of the best rooftop places to hang out.Amazing ambiance with good interior. Food quality is fantastic and tastes also mind blowing. Service is very fast and good. This is the best roof top cafe in town..(y) The view from the 10th floor is admirable. Usually we does not repeat places, but this is the only place where i wanna go every time i am searching to chill out. Ambience is superb, nice property with peaceful atmosphere. Pizza sauces needs improvement. Sizzlers are good. White sauce Pasta was not tasty. Enchiladas was good.

Minestrone soup that was green and tasted pathetic. cComplained the staff but turned a deaf ear to our complaint and said that it is supposed to be like that. Please train your staff and chef to handle such situations and not treat the customers so rudely. P.S. The soup was barely edible.

I have it a 3 star due to 2 reasons. Firstly, it has a very limited menu that does not interest me anymore and Secondly, they take he'll lot of time in serving the order. Even during weekdays and evenings when they is no crowd they are not able to serve on time.

An amazing place at the perfect location. Roof top with nice food to offer. The menu have although less options, but that are enough too. We really liked the pasta the preparation was good taste was nice. We ordered an Indian pizza which actually very spicy but taste was fine.

Oh I just go here because I like the ambiance here. The food is a big let down so if you’re thinking of having a proper meal here then I would suggest you that don’t. The service is also quite bad as you would have to get up from your seat and look for a waiter and would have to call him every time. The view is nice as it is situated on the rooftop, so go during the evening time

This rooftop Cafe is located in the heart of the city's happening zone. It has a nice natural ambience being a rooftop place. Yet, the food and the service can have some improvements. Hope to revisit the place soon as the reviews go up.

The ambience and the location is perfect for an evening get together or for hanging out with friends but the staff is not like what you expect in a good cafe. I used my zomato gold here and had to visit the billing counter thrice to get it unlocked. Pizza and alfredo pasta is good here.

I will not comment on the food because they didn't serve me. The service of this restaurant is so poor that we waited for an hour and still our meal wasn't even started to be prepared. We reminded them several times for the simple orders of starters we placed. Absolutely disgusting behavior by staff. When we got up to leave, there was no sorry or anything from the staff.<br/>I hope the owner of the restaurant is reading this. Your manager is such a shameless man that he has no regards for the customer. There won't be long when your rent will cost you more than what you're earning.

The place has just good interior & view from rooftop. The food wasn't good. The taste was not good. The sizzler they gave wasn't like sizzler. Should improve their food & taste.

Okay, so this is a late feedback actually. But had been there couple of month back. Got a very good ambience. Its a rooftop cafe and gives a super view of Indore. We ordered a lot of variety. Starting with pizza, burnt garlic noodles, lasange etc. Of which lasange wasnt upto to the mark. Rest of the food was fair enough. What we dint like was, we were made to wait for over an hour to get our bill. Yes, thats correct. Since we were there past 12.00am in night and due sone glitch they couldnt generate a system bill. But they made us wait and couldnt even give us electrinic bill and hand written bill was superr unclear. Service was a little slow. So if you are okay spending your time leisurely you can check out this place ✌

Food was not good charged extra for the cheese still not met with the expectations. And service is also very poor and late. Self water bottles are forced to have which costs more.

This is a very honest review. Not at all exaggerating and I will never ever recommend anyone to come here. Ordered 4 things,none of them were good. Hazelnut cold coffee had a bitter taste. Chicken sizzler had old and weird sauce with rubbery chicken. Basic alfredo pasta was as worst as it could be, the mushroom in pasta had a weird smell and the white sauce was watery. Pizza base was so hard that biting it was difficult and felt like I am eating fafda which is a local snack available at sarafa,Indore! Bad bad food experience.

The food is awesome. The ambience is awesome too. You can have a really good time with your bae or with your group of friends. The staff is polite and warm. Although their system of calculating tax and service charges was a bit weird.

We have ordered a Veg Lasagna, Potato Bites, Mango Smoothie and a Fruit Punch! Giving three stars just because of location. Overall the food was just alright.. nothing special.. But yeah.. the Mango Smoothie was worth every penny!

Everything right from the ambience to food is really nice but the different take on conditions for accepting gold membership is what I found an issue there. They don't have a bill format for gold, they simply add all the food items, charge tax on it and then manually subtract the amount of food item from the total. Which means the tax on the free item is borne by the customers. Usually that's not the case elsewhere while availing gold benefit.

So I was in town and decided to come here with my sister and we had great time bonding over great food and amazing drinks they serve. The setting is quite and peaceful. Love what they have done with the place.

This is one of my absolute favourite places. I used to visit once every month at least! They serve delicious lasagna and droolworthy crispy corn. Honey chilli potatoes is a must try. They have amazing shakes and coolers too! And to top it off, this place is extremely pocket friendly and the best part is that it has rooftop dining! A must visit in Indore!

Been here couple of times in 2015. Such a ravishing place I tell you, Honey chilli potato and pasta is good to have. Ambiance is apt for chilling, however, it could be pretty disturbing if you find yourself with a crowd. Terazza is a rooftop cafe in Vijay Nagar with great ambience n good food!! The reason for low rating is that the place is listed on Zomato gold, but doesn't take it after 6pm on Sundays and shows as closed on Zomato though it's open n functional!!<br/>The staff gets rude while not explaining this!! On the other fronts, the service is quite quick n the ambience is good as well!! Shakes and lasagne are a must try here!!

Let me start with the good parts- the ambience is lovely with rooftop and outdoor settings. The seating is cozy and you'd just want to linger around.<br/>Nachos here are quite good, but I didn't like rest of my food which included bbq chicken pizza and baked pasta. I had also ordered cappuccino and fruit punch which didn't taste good.<br/>Service was also very slow. We had to wait for really long to place the order and even to pay the bill. But it could be a one-time thing going by the manager's words.

Ambience is amazing! It's on the rooftop and the place looks spectacular. Ideal for both dates and parties. Food was decent. Nothing spectacular. Simple menu and the dishes are also simple and optimum tastes. Looks like they've played it safe. When I visited, it was very understaffed. There were hardly any servers. We ordered Baked cheese pasta , Barbeque Pizza, Nachos , coffee and fruit punch! Fruit punch tasted like cough syrup! Rest was fine

The ambience is everything here. It's so calming and cozy that you can spend hours and hours with your friends and loved ones. You can have a view of full indore city here. I tried Del brown pasta here which is mix of various sauces and is delicious and cheesy. It has a smooth texture which melts in you mouth like magic. I had also tried Sizzling Brownie which was also really good. The prices are not that high. I have given it a 4 Star because everything was really good but the service was bad. We waited for 20 min despite that no one has come to take our order and they also bring food late. Otherwise everything was good.

ZOMATO PEOPLE BLAMED THIS ON RESTAURANT AND VICE VERSA! SHOWS GOLD MEMBER BEFORE VISITING BUT AFTER WE REACHED,IT WAS TURNED OFF!

Their billing policies are seriously wrong. They charge taxes on free products under Zomato Gold, then they charge "complusary" charge over items/free items and then they charge GST over the total amount that includes service charge along with the items. Then the guy at the billing counter says "Sir meri salary se kat jaayega aap nahi doge to".. Over and above, the owner is unreachable when called upon by the staff.<br/><br/>Highly unprofessional and unethical behavior.<br/><br/>Food : It was really good, the portion size was big and the taste was superb. We were having a great experience until it was all spoilt at the end at the time of billing.<br/><br/>Ambience : It's really nice comforting.. Full marks there.<br/><br/>P.S : What's wrong is wrong and what's right is right..!!

It is more of a local shop with a view and all items made here are not up to mark and sometimes its not even professional like who have maggiee in there menu of a restaurant that is like not a cafe but a shop with a roof top

Ambienc is good and maintained properly but food doesn't meet expectations..tastes need to be improved... staff is also unattentive regarding order and service..

One of my worst experiences here, they are very rude and not friendly, i’m extremely disappointed there food quality is also very poor, no taste at all, i will not recommend this place to anybody from now. Please get some brain and friendly attitude towards your customer otherwise you will loose healthy customers like me.<br/>Thanks

Perfect place for get-together or fir romantic date... The place has nice lovely ambience...<br/>We can sit outside as well as they have covered area<br/>Taste is very nice...<br/>Nachos, pasta and garlic bread is worth trying..<br/>The taxes are lil high otherwise overall it is a perfect place for chilling<br/>The best thing is you can avail zomato gold but for availing u have to give your physical ID i.e adhar card / driving license

The place is beautiful as it’s a roof top restaurant. Good place to sit and enjoy an evening coffee or a snack. Tit bits are good. Good vibes. The place needs to work a bit in the menu and taste as it doesn’t match the great ambience it has.

Lovely ambience. We ordered lasagne, bruschetta, Brownie Sunday & Indian spicy Pizza delight. Food was tasty Except Indian spicy Pizza delight. It was way too spicy. Service was also good.

Nice place. ambience and view were great. Service was good and taste was good too. however the pizza was too spicy and the crust was not that good too.

Worst food.. We ordered crispy corn and egg fried rice..<br/>Crispy was good.. Bt egg fried rice was pathetic.. Rice were smelling like hell.. N after complaining..staff were arguing..

I came here at 11:30 pm and they agreed to serve at that time , ambience is amazing, the view from the top is good . Coming at the food , we ordered exotic pizza and baked cheese pasta . Pasta was delicious but pizza was bit dry , i was expecting it to be juicy and spicy as the name said exotic , overall it is a nice cafe.

Being one of the oldest cafes of indore terazza gives you a very nice experience, I am enthralled by the food , chilli paner pizza is a must have , but chicken is something I would suggest you to pass . The ambience is better in the evening . It gives you a view as it is on the 10 Th floor

In Indore, Cafe Terazza offers an unmatchable roof top experience. However, the food quality is lacking. The best way to do it is to go there for sunset and have a coffee, which is decent.

Shake were really good and taste of food was also good.we ordered a kit kat smoothie & black currant so super tasty.the ambience there cool & service little bit slow but over all experience good.<br/>

Arrogant staff with no decency to handle public. This cafe is overrated & food quality is not good. Main part is if you don’t handle customers good then how can someone will prefer these kind of restro. Such a rude behaviour from the staff side is unacceptable & i totally believe such restros such be boycotted.

Best part is the the ambience and the staff,full marks for it,food was good,would suggest to add more desserts in menu,would suggest people to do visit if not for food at least a cup of coffee,worth going in evening.

Very bad experience. The guy who is handling billing system at the counter told me that we gave you complementary dish on the base price off but we added it on the final bill and applied tax on it.if something is there as complementary than why they applied tax on it. What kind of billing system they had or they are trying to make fool of the people who visited their. Too much disappointed.
