Mushroom sukka dosa - 2/5 cheese used in dosa, people should understand cheese in every is not good. 4. Onion tomato uttapam - 4/5 5. Puri bhaji - 4/5 6. We went over here for lunch on weekend. It was rush hour, so we had to wait for 15-20 minutes, however there wasn’t any waiting area and neither they have their own restroom. Coming back to the food, we ordered a Mysore Masala Dosa, South Indian Thali and Pineapple Juice. The food was good, the service was fast, the staff weren’t completely polite. It's a pure veg authentic south indian restaurant. Recommended for families, couple, kids all age group. Ambience:- decent neither too loud just perfect for that food you want to eat. ‍Staff :- well behaved, willing to help from managers to server. No shabby clothes or spot/stains on server boys dress!! Food :-This is interesting part as they serve food on banana leaf placed on top of your plate giving you feel of true south indian anna like style. In dosa liked the CHETTINADU SPICY MASALA, panner burji (only if you are big paneer lover). Tried CHETTINAD BIRYANI (recommended for jain food too) and this turn out to be awesome took almost 20-25 mins of preparation but was upto the mark in terms of spices, taste Payment modes all credit card even amex too is accepted although didn't saw any option of mobile wallet.

Calm place.This place served one of the best authentic vegetarian south Indian cuisines in an authentic way on banana leaves, as the name suggests, with unlimited delicious chutney and sambhar. The place is situated in one of the modi crowded mall of Indore. Inspite of being in the mall area they run there places very smoothly. They have a very beautiful south indian ambiance. Hello friends my new review for banana leaf I visited this place with my office staff and I will start with the service I have already call them and book the table but when I reach there they said mam it is already full and we wait around 30 min for the table and after that around 20 min for the order do let's come to the dosa so that gud and O ordered custurd as well so that was also tasty. Now come to the ambience so that was ok ok ok normal restaurant so overall experience was good

For the meals though we were charged full price we weren't served one vegetable. While leaving when we noticed others being served an extra vegetable for the same price, we asked the waiter and he dint bother to answer. The take away idly and dosa was served without chutney. One of the best South Indian place in Indore. If you're looking for good dosas and authentic south Indian meals then this place has everything that you need. One definite recommendation is quick gun mururgan dosa. It's not on their menu but ask for it. It's ghee roast with generous amount of podi- crispy! Also try cheese chilli garlic dosa, rice idli, malabar curry and appam. The chutneys and sambhar are delicious and unlimited. Oh, and don't forget "gadbad" the dessert! Perfect to address your cravings.

i visited this place after such a long time and damn it def holds up 👌 the selection of place could have been better than a mall but its fine . seating here is huge it can hold large crowd with ease . the seats were comfy and the service was prompt and prep time too was very quick too 👍🏼 as soon as you enter the ambiance starts speaking for itself and you realise they aint joking about south indian food . both the dosa i tried here were excellent . highlight was that the corn dosa which didnt just had corn sprinkled outside and in the stuffing like many places do to make the dosa fancy but the batter itself was infused with the corn which gave the it a unique and unforgettable taste 😋 . this place is all types of awesome and i will keep returning here to try more of the awesome food . thoroughly recommended to all !!!

I happen to visit this place quite a number of times and have ordered for delivery also. For me its a mixed bag of feelings. On one hand it serves an authentic South indian food you can relish to the core in a soothing ambience. But to my dismay the food delivered at home was stale. The chutney was smelling, there was no bill and a paid chutney was also missing! I realised that sitting I could do nothing except making a call. And for sure this place is off my list now.

I am a big fan of south indian cuisine and this restaurant is one of the best ones to serve some good south indian food. They have a great variety. You would also see names of south Indian dishes in the menu which are generally not available in streets of indore. Dosa were good and the services also fine. They would offer some cliche north Indian dishes as well like pav bhaji. Average in the taste. If you are not very familiar with the dishes, you could ask the waiters for the recommendation and they will serve you the best. The decor, ambience that they have will surely make you travel to some Southern parts. Also they would serve food on the banana leaf.

Banana leaf is famous for it authentic south indian cousine. I tried the following here- 1. Achari Idli 2. Taco karmana dosa 3. Rajni dosa 4. Rasam & one more dish which name i forgot. The best among all is Rasam, Achari Idli & Taco karmana dosa. Rajni dosa was just a usual masala dosa with chesse grated over it. They served pan as a mouth freshner at the end of your meal. Food- 4.5/5 Ambience- 4/5 Staff & service- 4.5/5 If you love south indian food, do check out this place for sure.

Easily one of the best places in Indore for South Indian cuisine. They are exquisitely South Indian and are proud about it! Right from the music, the ambience , the staff and their food transports you directly to Chennai and trust me I wouldn’t say it so easily. I had their famous “Rajini Dosa” and “Paneer dosa” and both were delicious. I loved their Paneer dosa a little bit more I must admit. The service is quick and they make sure they ask you if you need extra sambar and that’s so considerate! They even give you a meetha paan to end this perfect experience! Overall a great experience! P. S they accept zomato gold. Only con was that they did not accept cards yesterday and that caused a tiny hassle by the end of the meal. Would I go again?
