My 1st visit to the restaurant and it was totally unplanned..approach was a small road reaching to the restaurant from main road. I visited on a time when there was no crowd. But it was a nice experience..food quality was good. Cutlery and dishes were clean. Good staff. Taste was good and they had play area that was really very nice to have so kids can be busy and adults can have food in peace. Overall, I would suggest a visit. People will enjoy the evening atmosphere...

Hi guys Visited the place, the place is situated around 2 or 3 km ahead of dewas naka... The place is huge and has a very good ambiance, comfortable sitting and a rich look to the place... They have outdoor and indoor sitting available... I went in the indoor sitting area in the day and i am sure the place will look more awesome in the evening.. Now talking about food, in starters i took masala papad, spagetti with balls and green salad, well i loved spagetti with balls though the paneer balls were less as per the quantity of spagetti a few more paneer balls would have made it taste better. Haka noodles which were good In main course, i ordered dal makhani, sikh kabab masala (suggested by the waiter), mix veg , garlic nan and lacha paratha, well everything was really tasty specially the dal makhani, very few hotels in indore serve a tasty dal makhani and they exceptionally served it at its best. sikh kabab masala was awesome too and garlic nan was quiet big and sufficient for 1 normal diet person. Overall the hospitality is nice... people their are good, didnt givr un necessary suggestions to us.. Even they specified the quantity is sufficient between two people. Price to quantity ratio is a bit less but price to quality ratio is perfect and they make sure thecfood serve stays hot till the end of lunch or dinner.. i will be visiting them for dinner in future. Note - The wait time is very high and then service is also very slow. Overall Recommended...

We celebrated our parents anniversary here, so we definately recommend this place to lunch and dinner. The place is big but gets crowd during night, so plan accordingly. Food is tasty and delicious, but they take time to serve. They also have some outdoor sports as well.

Its a great place, very well designed and has beautiful landscapes and gazebos. There's also a relatively good game zone for passing time while waiting I hope they had spent some time on other aspects of the restaurant though. The tables inside the gazebo ... lack even the slightest of thought to put it lightly. The table is too far from the seats and there is no back support which essentially means you are eating seating on the edge of your seats. Next up, the food. It's pretty good.

Though the food is palatable, the service take one's time . Sometimes you gotta keep sitting and wait so long for a next dish to arrive. Ambience is cool , they also have dance floor where you can shake a leg on your fav music. There is ample of space in parking lot , also there is a play area where you can play cricket, table tennis, chess etc.

The atmosphere here is very good and the quality and taste of the food is also very very good there is also a separate game zone or you know a playground for kids and there is also a bakery inside the restaurant which is also hundred percent pure vegetarian the food here is quite expensive but the price according to quality and quantity of the food is good we have ordered laccha paratha and the paratha was awesome soft and was top with desi ghee the malai kofta here is also very creamy and good.

One of my favourite food joints in indore. Pure veg, best ambience experience, good place to spend family time. Appreciation for both the owner and management for making such a lovely place, fair priced. Already given 5 stars, then you can imagine how good this place is to be. Just a suggestion to management, services need to be a bit quick.

Good place for a change. Sporting activities are cool. Ambience is good. Food quality gets a plus as it is different than many other such places. I suggest to add a little more Delhi taste to the food. There are lots of pros that can't be mentioned here so I would just like to add two cons: 1. They don't accept advance table booking. 2. We got in and while trying to settle down for 10-15 minutes, the waiter comes and says "we don't allow waiting". Don't think that's a fair comment for a hospitality industry.

Indore is known for Good and different food and tastes. If anyone tries to offer a taste which is just average then it will not going to survive much in this city. But Fagun stands out and serves cuisines hot and fresh by their friendly and pleasing staff. Fagun is having Good ambience coupled with good service, play area for children … Sports activities like cricket, badminton, archery, basketball etc can be tried hands on... A disc for youngsters… and an awesome food is what this place is all about. Great place to have a nice evening with friends and family. I think it is a excellent restaurant and all must visit it.

Preparation and entertainment was nice but there is no arrangement for indoor games. Wind was blowing, you can't even play Badminton or Archery. Table tennis balls were supplied after 7 p. m. means either book the dinner and leave the game or complete the game and wait for food till 9 p. m. onwards. Although parking is sufficient.

Visited last month for a team dinner, It's a very spacious place with a indoor and outdoor activities section for every one. Outdoor section for dinner is spacious with different type of sitting. As for the food, presentation, taste and portion size is good. A good place to visit for family and group dinner.

finally i visited this place after hearing alott of good things about it from my friends and well no surprise it lives up to the hype . the place gets real crowdy really fast but the ambiance is real nice and decor really suits the feel they are going for which is a family friendly restaurant . i really like the service here it was quick and the waiter serving us was humble and delivered great service to us . so staff here is quite nice kudos 🎉👍🏼 now coming to the seats which can be a tad bit more comfy but served their purpose allright . finally the food . we ordered two starters here the first one was cigar rolls which i really loved and second starter too was great in taste 😋 the main course was good . the kofta vegetable which we had was super yummy and naan and paratha all were cooked nicely and served to us hot . the only complain i have here with food was the dal makhni which tasted bland . nobody touched it for the entire meal i would suggest you to go for some other dal options here . this is one of the few places left in indore which serves only vegetarian food which is a plus point too for family looking to dine out . overall my experience here was very good and i will soon return to this place to try more of their offerings . HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL FOODIES !!!! dont miss out on this place .

Pathetic service and impolite staff . The managers at fagun are not trained on how to treat a customer. They think the food is served for free to everyone and so we can say anything to customers . Please keep professional trained staff who are qualified enough and have some manners . The managers are so rude for them it does not matter if 40 members who visited for a celebration leaves the restaurant . They dont know how to speak softly . Went there to have dinner ... made to wait there for 1.5 hr ... then when we reached from play area within 2 mins... they gave table to some other person ... when argues they provided us the table .. coming to order , mr sukbhir singh rajput( name as told by their staff) took out order and then suggested most pathetic dish ... then we asked for non spicy food , still they served us spicy food . When argued they didnt bother and turned away ... didnt even bother to at least pay some regard . For the desserts they said we are closed despite informing them to let us know their closing time for desserts .. again everyone turned away in their casual attitude .. guys .. come to delhi or some other indore restaurant and learn hospitality ... Please dont spoil your time here ... go to any other restaurant ... dont get caught in their ambienece ...

This place is situated at dewas naka which is far away from my home. You can go there for birthday parties and family get together . There is separate play zone so that you can't get bored. And specially kids found this very cool and have fun there . Also they have chairs for kids . The ambiance of this place is very nice . They have gazibo sitting and open outdoor sitting . If you visit this place for dinner mosquitoes bothers you much . They have disc also . Good for get togethers . Food is also tasty and affordable . I missed to review this place. Reviewing it after 3 visits but it's my top fav from first visit only. What i loved max was the cleanliness, the concept and the day as well as night ambiance. The area is huge, ideal for everyone, play zone is for every age group and so as the sittings. You can happily spend entire day here. I loved the open sky area having sand down to you and trees above you, a perfect place to date(now it is covered bt is equally pleasant) as well as that cute huts but they don't allow you to dine in huts if you are less thn 5 or so which is disappointing, even in a nuclear family thr r four members. A hut on the top is yet another attraction and thr is one AC hall too. A disco thec is also thr but i don;t like the music thr, it doesn't make your legs move much. Coming to food, a good restaurant with 3-4 pages of veg starters is hard to find, i am very much impressed by the varieties in veg they are serving. Kitchen is half open and half closed kind. Service is not too fast which makes one to enjoy the surroundings with meal. i had lots dishes in these visits, some were good, some were ok but none of them was bad. I first had chur chur naan here only, it is spicy else good. The quantities were sufficient and the rates were satisfying. What i am expecting is more good food, good to delicious taste and the management system need to be improved, they have certain rules which sometimes are irritating and they don't care if the guests are disappointed.

Fagun is one of those places where one can go with family or friends and enjoy a weekend day. Place is surrounded by greens. They have games section and good thing about this section is they have games 90's kids used to play. Reminds one about their childhood! The food is good and hygienic. Service is something they still need to work on. And place is beautiful.

It was really horrible these time when i went in fagun, first table issue and then second they made DJ hall as sitting place, so no more dj available. I asked for hut, person told me 45 mins then he told me we do not allow less than 8 people in hut. Lied in front of me. Terrible would not recommend now anyone.

Situated near dewas naka, this restaurant has an amazing ambience. Its has open to sky seating. The area of the restaurant is just huge with ample open space which has gardens and lush green grass. The tables are arranged below trees and small led lights hang from it. Its makes the whole experience more soothing. The staff is well mannered and service is prompt. We ordered masala papad, peanut chat, spider roll for starters. For main course we ordered chur chur naan, butter roti, tandoori roti, yellow dal tadka and paneer angara. The quantity was nice. For drinks we ordered coconut delight, fresh lime soda and fresh lime water. The place was crowded coz of sunday eve, but it was well managed. p.s- pure veg restaurant. Vallet parking available and even has small a disco.

These people straightaway refuse to take phone booking. And when you reach the place, they tell you it's almost 1.5 hours waiting. It seems they want the customers to suffer waiting, along with the mosquitoes for which they don't take responsibility either. Pathetic management at work. They don't take online booking either. You're really in for a jackpot if you get a table without an hour of waiting. Either way, wouldn't recommend unless they start taking prior bookings.

i visited this restaurant with my family... i loved the ambiance. lots of activities to do untill you get your table ( like games and sports activities ) i had waiting time of an hour but got table in just 35 mins. I rated 3 star iust because of too spicy food. i dont know whats wrong with chefs of indore they believe good food means too much spicy food. whole time i sat there after eating my starters i had wet eyes and burning mouth despite of drinking of mocktails. sadly i was disappointed for too much of spicy food even in simplest dishes. even in continental food they added too much of chillies. Even i told waiter before placing order to keep spices very low on our order, despite of that they served too much spicy food.

One of the restaurant jewels in Indore. Wonderful service, great food and one of its kind ambiance. A must visit. I just felt they could add some local favourites in their menu. I have been to this place half a dozen times and I always feel to visit again. Adding to the attractions, this place has a play zone which offers activities for all ages. I would recommend to spend atleast an hour in the play zone before heading for food. A great place to spend fun evenings with family.

To hell with the good ambience but the behaviour of waiters and manager are like a chai ki tapri wala's or more worst then them also . They all need coaching how to stand , how to treat there guest and most importantly how to speak with their guest and what to speak with them no no no most importantlywhat NOT TO SPEAK . They will not receive their salary after some days if they start misbehaving in the same way with theirs guest as they are doing today . Just few days more and the restuarant will be locked out. I had high expectation from this restaurent, especially when catering to a 8 year old’s borthday party. I had been here before and at that time did not recieve such a negetive reaction from the staff. And the worst part was that i did not get the table even with a confirmed reservation. The attitude of the staff was very unprofessional and for the first time I felt that the customer had no importance for the hotel. 10 persons from a party of 20 had arrived and the rest were on the way but still we were not allowed to sit at the table. We were given a condition that we can sit only if we order food for all the twenty people or that they arrive in the next 5 minutes. So much attitude that they said that they do not care about a customer as “ unke pass bohot customer hai ek se farak nahi padega”. I know negetive is not the right way but when you have high expectations from a restaurent on your child’s bday and the personnel behave like this. You have to tell. Very disappointed.

We had been to Fagun today with family for a small celebration but the staff at the front desk mr Sandeep was such an rude and arrogant person to answer us about the table reservation. We still waited there for our turn n had our dinner ,which was good . But when we were ask for feed back and we mentioned about our unpleasant encounter with Mr Sandeep at the front desk , mr Sandeep himself told us that it doesn't matters whatever we write about his behaviour he is not bothered. What annoyed us further was the way he was shamelessly and very arrongantly answering us back n saying that it doesn't matters how does we the customers feel. Fagun restaurant might have many customers n which is why they are not bothered on loosing some customers like us. But we would certainly not like visiting again n would not even refer anyone about this place . Highly disappointed

The only star is for Ambience of the Restaurant. The most improfessional staff who doesn’t know how to treat their guests. They want you to order food in one go for the entire dinner. Why have they kept the play area then? Families will definitely come to enjoy full evening as an outing. They are not ready to give you tables on weekdays when it’s totally empty also until you immediately do not order food. Very Strange! The food is ok and no dish is wow. It's like an outing for us..Long drive and beautiful place gives you enjoyment.. Both indoor and outdoor seating is well managed and wonderful.. Feels like you are connected with nature.. that hut shape tables with beautiful curtains are amazing at nights.. Place for photography also.. Food is very very delightful! I tried masala papad, panner zafrani, veg kofta, pineapple raita and tawa roti.. The taste was upto the mark.. Service is prompt! Much visiting place in indore, because fagun is still trend.. Out of the city, peaceful location and great food is what describes this place. Fagun has a separate playing section, which entertains you till you get your table as they have a long waiting queue almost everyday. Visited here with few friends on a weekend, and was told to wait for around 45min. But inquired and found that it has waiting on weekdays too. The place is large and offers you multiple options for seating, ranging from open, tent and closed. They also have a disco area inside. Ambience is good with nice lighting. The only disturbance is the sound of disco, otherwise it's good. Food is good, and greatly served. The prices may seem a little bit high, but the place totally justifies it. Quantity of the main course is also nice nd can properly serve 3-4ppl if 1 dal and 1 sabji is ordered. We ordered paneer achari which was nice and dal makhni was also good in taste. The breads were properly cooked, but the 2nd time the butter naan wad ordered it seemed little bit undercooked. The platter is also nice with variety of options. Overall it was a nice experience. Service is good and prompt, with smiling waiters. Tip: they don't book over the phone, so try to reach early and book your table and till you get table enjoy the games.

Been here twice. Once for a friend’s birthday treat and once with a friend. Special mention for their signature dish paneer angaara which was really the best paneer i had. Abit disappointed with the staff. I asked for better table and they bluntly replied that we could go and sit in the closed hall. Also when i asked the staff to take a picture near the fountain he gave a very irritated look. Food was great thoh.

Worst place in indore. Ambience is good. And thats the only good thing here. Food's pathetic. Staff is arrogant. Poor service. Even if you ask for a glass of water they will point you to the water cooler. Never ever visiting this place again. They should really work on their hospitality. The way they treat their customers is really disappointing.

We went for dinner after new year. great place to hang out with the family, pure veg restaurant. Taste was good and had varieties of options with optimal spice level except for the soup. We asked for hot water and surprisingly they didn't serve hot water. There was multiple seating options, open, closed and even business meetings can be held. There was a good DJ though.

The food here is stupendously fantastic with quality and quantity more than you could ask for. May be that is why this restaurant has waiting time of hours. But to kill your waiting time it has huge play area filled with numerous activities for all age group. Coming to the service and hospitality, its a complete disappointment. Not because of delay in serving food, but the arrogance of staff. Not one of the staff member here appears to be friendly, each one filled with arrogance and they treat you as if they have given you some kind of favor by serving you food in their restaurant. All they want is you eat your food and leave the table as soon as possible. Rude behavior is the issue here & its been experienced by many of my other friends as well. Therefore my rating comes down to 3 which is only for food & ambiance.

They have a very pleasing ambiance but the taste is not good. I ordered aaloo paratha, manchurian, palak paneer, kadai paneer, garlic naan. Aaloo paratha was so dull and they replaced it thrice but still couldn't bring a taste as needed wasn't tasty at all. There was no tadka in paneer, they didn't use any of the spices. Overall it was bland in taste. It was not tasty.

Went to this place post diwali 2018, Set in a farmhouse sort of location, it's ambience is awesome! They have both indoor and outdoor sitting. Also have a play area where you will find cricket net / archery / carrom /Video games etc which will make you remember your childhood. Food - Taste is very good, panner angara, tava veg, both we're delicious. IMP - Be ready for a waiting time of minimum 45 minutes...

We reached there today at around 7.15 pm, and we were told the waiting time 1.5-2 hrs, as we couldn't wait for so long, we moved to other place, just after 20 mins we received a call, saying the table was ready, we were surprised, the waiting time told to us was 1.5-2 hrs and the table was ready in just 20 minutes, it's true that some extra time is always told by the hotel so that the customers do not argue afterwards, but saying 1.5-2 hrs instead of 20 minutes is really surprising. The management should see to this, as actually we were not happy leaving that place as the food and ambience is really good and we had reached other hotel by the time so we couldn't go there again, we really missed good food today...

Yesterday I went to Fagun with my family as they really love the restaurant. So, starting with the quality of the food which has been degrading with time (specially the veg kothe) but the remaining food we ordered was above average. But the real shit happened at the time we ordered for dessert, there was a small piece of GLASS found in it, the management was so busy that none of them could come out and apologise or give an explanation for the shit happened! Just a waiter came and asked me to write a review on the paper. Like really? This does not end here, I won’t suggest anyone for atleast the services at Fagun, as it was bull shitt! The waiters are pathetically illmannered and a bunch full of nincompoops. They didn’t have courtesy to ask a guest to shift while they were serving, they just came and pushed the chair and started serving. This didn’t happened just once but multiple times they misbehaved in some way or the other. Team, this is not a request, take it as a warning and better teach your pathetic waiter to behave well.

Gem of a restaurent, beautifully designed and passionately kept. Delicious food, Happy team with Smiling faces, huge play area ... everything seems perfect. But the Manager at reception Mr Sandeep is an odd duck here, he behaves as if you did a mistake by cming and now you at his wimps. Arrogant and rude. Every now and then guests have discussions with him, My frnds warned me abt this chap. Every one else is so good here, always smiling and welcoming. Feels bad so see that a place with so much potential looses bcos of a single person.

You can come with friends and family and can have fun and spend quality time. Ambience is also good and have a place for dance. Food is also good and economical. Its a great place, very well designed and has beautiful landscapes and gazebos. There's also a relatively good game zone for passing time while waiting. I hope they had spent some time on other aspects of the restaurant though. The tables inside the gazebo ... lack even the slightest of thought to put it lightly. The table is too far from the seats and there is no back support which essentially means you are eating seating on the edge of your seats. Next up, the food. It's pretty good. Except a few dishes which were loaded with double the quantity of salt. It's acceptable if a few things are off, but a chef letting a dish like that slide off his table is pure negligence. Add that up with the service guy who took our dish to replace and then brought it back after our dinner was done and then declined to cancel it either. So we basically payed for a dish for donating it to the staff.
