Although this place has been there for a long time but since COVID era they have evolved like anything. Amazing menu and delicious array of pizzas served along with complimenting hot and cold drinks. Staff is prompt and friendly. Don't miss their honey ginger lemon tea, it's unbeatable!! Overall a great and peaceful place to hangout with any size of people in friends and family. My personal favourite here is thin crust garlic and All in. Do try!!

Ground Baking Co in Indore is a pizza haven! With 2 crust choices (New York style and Neapolitan) and 3 sizes, the variety is impressive. Tucked in a charming house, the ambiance is comforting. This spot stands out as possibly the best pizza place in Indore, delivering not just delicious options but a cozy and inviting experience.

Amazing place to chill out with friends or partner. Provides indoor and outdoor sitting. Must try their American Waffles and Pesto sauce was on another level.

A very cozy beautiful place with a good atmosphere and crowd. Pasta and cheesecake is exceptionally delicious and pizza is good too.. Salad bowl is a must try.

We visited the place on our recent Indore visit. Heard a lot good about the place from friends and family. Went there with kids, it's a typical bungalow kind of a setup. The 20 inches thin crust 'local' pizza we ordered was very well cooked and was crispy af, it could be a little saucier though. French fries were also good. The pesto sauce they provide with the pizza was also pretty unique. They need to work on the service part a little bit. Might visit again to try their other pizzas.

I visited the ground bakery co 6months ago and tried roasted garlic pizza and garlic bread , it was awesome…… I again visit them today and ordered garlic bread and the local. Garlic bread was good but I didn’t like the pizza much . Service and ambiance is good. Must try pizza place in Indore . Hygiene and cleanliness is also very good.

I recently visited GBC that was absolutely amazing. The pizzas were huge and had great taste. In fact, I would say that this is the best pizza place in town. One of the standout features of this place was the pesto sauce, which was really good. The caramelized onions were also a great touch and added a lot of flavor to the pizzas. If you're looking to try something new, I highly recommend the Popeye Pizza, Roasted Garlic Pizza, and Veg Bianca Pizza. These were all delicious and definitely worth trying. Overall, I had a great experience at this pizza place and would definitely recommend it to others. The huge, tasty pizzas and unique toppings make it a must-visit for anyone in the area.

Hello Guys, Visited the place, was excited to visit The GroundBaking Co. as i heard they serve some really good large pizza. I was also curious about the name they have The GroundBaking Co. but un fortunately i didnt get to know how they got this name, will visit to know that. The place is located near simi's bakery vijay nagar 54 scheme, Its a house normal ambiance, Yellow walls, paintings and black-board on the wall, wooden sitting. The menu is quite small and clear which i liked they have beverages, milk shakes and pizza. When i visited they didn't had any shakes, so we ended up in ordering pizza and beverage. Now talking about the food i ordered, All In 20 inch Pizza, they took around 20 minutes to serve us the pizza, The pizza was gigantic, i was shocked to see large pizza like that, When you see it in picture it doesnt looks that large but when u see it in real it is very large. The pizza was really good in taste, after eating a lot at dominoes and pizza hut, this was totally different experience, somewhat inherited from western culture which was needed here, one thing i also came to know that you can have two pizza into one, both half with a different toppings. The thing that i didnt liked was they dont serve ketchup with pizza, well i myself love to have pizza with chilly flakes and ketchup over it, otherwise it feels in complete. Overall Service is good, atmosphere is quiet, Food is tasty, The place is perfect for pizza lovers, The only thing that i will suggest them is to have ketchup, coz there a lot of people like me who would get disappointed in having pizza without ketchup. Overall Recommended.

This place have a lot to offer, on a subjective note, I rated it with 2 🌟 for food as there were no options in meat, be it chicken, pork or any apart from eggs. This is a vegetarian paradise.

This place is quite famous for authentic thin crust pizza. Place has very simple ambiance and inside sitting was quite uncomfortable. You can try American style thin crust pizza with authentic taste and variety of topping options. Pizza's are good and 12" pizza for a person is quite good amount of pizza to have to i suggest to order wisely as the pizza is quite big. Must try their "5 Cheese" i like this one very much.. You can also try their "Neapolitan Pizza - Neapolitan pizza, or pizza Napoletana, is a type of pizza that originated in Naples, Italy. This style of pizza is prepared with very thin crust base along with simple and fresh ingredients: a basic dough, raw tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and olive oil. No fancy toppings are allowed!

This is my go to place whenever I'm craving a good thin crust pizza. I usually get a half and half pizza over there. The staff is very nice and the taste is always delicious. Also tried few beverages this time like spicy guava cooler, was amazing.

The much raved pizzas of Groundbaking Co. totally live up to their reputation. They're damn delicious. They're authentic and fresh in taste. Fresh to the bits that their ingredients are handpicked, the pizza sauce is not a preservative, it is prepared in the kitchen, the base's dough is kneaded everyday in specific limits and that's why, a lot of days, this place is completely sold out too. Our orders: We had a half and half 20" Roasted Garlic and Popeye pizza, a half and half 12" Mushroom Madness and Four Cheese pizza and a 10" Margherita pizza. The pizzas are worth the drive till this place and definitely worth the price, too. They taste fresh, unlike other pizzerias (including the popular pizza chains). The crust is thin and well cooked, and the toppings are generous. For beverages, we also ordered the Death Wish and Lemon Iced Tea. The Iced tea was good. Unlike the other places of Indore, the iced tea was freshly brewed. I liked it. Trust me, it's a rare thing in this city to receive a freshly brewed iced tea. Most of the places serve the NesTea. :/ But, here, one sip of the iced tea and you'll know that it is not that. Such a refreshing feeling! Though the Death wish was passable. They have some cold drinks to offer that go well with pizzas, except for the other variety of beverages. Give the Blueberry cheesecake a try! Keeping no ketchup is a great choice, chef! Brownie points for this one. There's no place in Indore which serves pizzas as good as this one. So if you come across any pizza lover, craving for a good pizza (or two!), you should land here.

Worst pizza ever ! Only young kids with no taste for cheese and tomato’s like it. It’s just a cool place to be but the the pizza had almost 80% less cheese than it should. The ricotta cheese did not taste like it should at all.

The concept was new to Indore. The pizzas are amazing. Even chesse cake is delicious. It's so worth it. Also, the no ketchup policy is nice and it's replaced by pesto chutney.

Margherita<br/><br/>The taste was awesome specially with chatni given by them. Don't try the pepper sauce provided by them on pizza, it will change the taste.<br/>Cons:<br/>1. One of the best places serving pizza in Indore! Exclusive in their own menu, taste, and home restaurant design, the staff is friendly and the service is good. We order on call most of the Times so it saves a lot of time. However the last time I went our pizza had way too much jalapenos than required and they were not fresh and bad to taste. One of my friend shaadi got a bad stomach because of it, so would request them to look into this sidebar that the pizzas are not so hot for the stomach!

Heard a lot about GroundBaking co. prior to visiting but it didn't really live up to the hype. There wasn't anything wrong per se, but the lack of any non-vegetarian options and a forgettable interior make me reconsider giving a higher score. Staff was well-intentioned and polite but not very well trained. For example, they didn't know how to use the espresso machine so I had to instruct him on how to pour a shot from behind the counter. Additionally, the cheese that they use on the pizzas is a blend of cheddar and mozzarella and there is no option to remove cheddar. I wish the team all the best - hope to visit again in a few months and find these issues addressed.

One of the Best pizzas I’ve had in Indore. The place is nice and small. The service is prompt and staff is courteous too. I would love to see more options in pizzas and cheesecake could be made better.

The Pizzas made here are delicious. Having eaten Pizzas abroad, I feel that the Pizzas served here at on par with good restaurants in United States or countries in Europe as far as the quality and taste go. I found the amount of cheese, the texture of the crust, the taste and quantity of the base sauce and the quantity of toppings to be perfect. I would surely like to go here again and try more of their pizzas.

I had heard about this place soo much and was too keen to visit this place. I personally felt that wait was not worthy. The place is located in quite good location. The place is small but the place is cozy. The ambiance is totally for pizza. The best thing about this place which I liked is the size of pizza. Eating a 20 inch pizza is a different level. The base of the pizza was the another good factor over here. I personally didn't like there topping very much. I tried 4 types of different toppings and out of that which I though was ok was All in one topping. The other topping were not that great. I would say according to taste I have eaten much better pizza. You can visit this place if you want to try some gigantic pizza. The place would be hard on pocket.

Their pesto dip is the highlight. Massive size of the pizza is irresistible. Concept of half and half makes us try more variety, even if it's two people. I also appreciate the diffused water (mint & orange) that they provide. The staff was good. I guess one of the best pizzas in Indore.

This place is a jewel of Indore. In a nutshell, GBC is to pizza what Shreemaya is to Ind cuisine, incredible taste and hard to beat and whilst there is high competition to Ind cuisine, this pizza has none, it is that good and it wud be unfair to say it's the best in Indore because it is certainly among the best you can find anywhere in the country and it's not an overstatement. Besides the pizza, try their cheese cakes and coffee as well and you will know they are serious about everything they serve. Word of advice, try to visit when not crowded , say afternoon, they will out perform what you have had there at night.

Its a small cafe situated in vijay nagar, serving best pizza in town. We orderee half n half pizzas of following flavours-all time favourite, all on , the local and popeye. The taste was great. We then ordered fully loaded pizza- the taste was okay can be improved. We ordered jeera soda, thumbsup and hutella shake.<br/>The staff was okay and they need more training. Hushing down customers is something which leaves a very bad impression on them and they should be taught how deal in these situations.<br/>The interior is nice and gives a cozy feeling.<br/>Overall pizzas here are just great.<br/>P.s- limited parking space.

Rank it amongst the best I've had, Very upset with the order yesterday, with heaven knows what masala, tasted like something made at a dhaba or the regular north indian restaurants. The pizza slice was not foldable and it broke like tacos. With that, all my excitement went down. <br/>I couldn't associate the style of pizza and it looked it they have localized it to serve to crowd to which they are catering. The toppings were also not that great and they surely  need to tweak their menu here and there to serve more delicious ones.

This place really needs a lesson in hospitality. A lot of people suggested this place while I was in Indore, even having the guts to say that you wont find such a joint nowhere In Delhi.<br/><br/>I wouldn't comment on the setup though. Its more of a personal preference stuff.<br/><br/>We placed an order for The Local and a Nutella waffle specifically asking the guy to bring in the dessert after the pizza. Asked for two bottle of coke and water as well. 15 mins into the order and and we are still waiting for our drinks to be served. After calling the server for the 3rd time when he did arrive, he came with just one bottle of Sprite and 4 glasses when he clearly noticed we are 5 folks down at the table. " Alright not much of a issue", we said to ourselves. Things do tend to get messy during peak time. 10 mins went by and the guy still hasn't returned with our Coke and then he did we were still one glass short. We still made peace with it and let the torment continue.<br/>The dessert was the first to arrive even though we had asked then to serve it after the main course.<br/><br/>The pizza came and we were in for another surprise. The order was placed for The Local and what arrived was an All In. By this time, we were all at the lose of words and couldn't comprehend or make much out of our situation other then laugh at it.<br/><br/>All this time, there wasn't a moment where we felt like we were welcomed here and the attitude of servers was absolutely ignorant.<br/><br/>Again, at the time of billing the guy at the counter had no ideas what we ordered and if we hadn't told him we might have just got away with narrating whatever the hell we wanted to.<br/><br/>I really hate pointing it all out but the height of ignorance was beyond limit. Kindly hire some professional staff who are humble and honest.<br/><br/>I understand delay in orders during peak time but at least have a genuine reason to tell to your customers and kindly don't make people feel like they are being ignored or taken for granted. No body wants their evening ruined by such careless attitude.

I and my family and friends love GBC pizzas but we live at the different side of the city where it does not deliver and it is not very convenient to go whenever we crave because we always crave. 😮 I kindly request you to either get some other delivery service rather charge for it or ask zomato to please expand its delivery distance range. A very petty outlet with all things good, rather best. It's got that perfect crust and an authentic flavor.<br/>The best part is they understand the need to preserve the taste in its original and do not serve tomato ketchup with it.<br/>Prices are decent enough for the served quantity.<br/>Freakshakes deserve a try and they will be your favorite.

I visited this place a few weeks back , if you are a person who visits a place for its ambience this isn’t the place for you. A little music would liven things up. They offer a wide range of pizzas but the size of the pizzas are pretty big, so till the end of your meal or half way through it the pizza gets cold. They should do something about it. Plus the staff could be a bit more friendly. The tables are shaky aswell .

The best place for Pizzas in the city. If you eat Pizza with Tomato Ketchup, then please don’t go. You won’t get tomato Ketchup here. All the Pizzas are amazing here especially the Popeye, Margherita etc. And Definitely try the Cheesecake here.

This is, hands down, the most legendary pizza I’ve ever had. This is definitely a must visit in Indore! The Greek Pizza and the Belgian waffles were the best!

There is no better feeling in this World than a warm Pizza Box on your lap or may be a 20” Pizza with all the veggies and cheese on your table. Perfect place to relish thin crust Pizzas and mouth watering Nutella Waffles !! 🤤

Wow!!! A good and only place for vegetarians to have veg original authentic pizza. I liked the all cheese, mad mushrooms and breakfast pizza a lot.

This place serves by FAR the best pizza that I have had in Indore. Apart from their food, the staff is super friendly and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend giving this place a shot, you will become a regular.

Even though I am hard core chicken pizza lover, I fell in love with their pizzas. I tried the Roasted garlic, mad mushroom and all in. All 3 were delicious. My personal favourite out them is Roasted Garlic! And I obviously had to try their cheesecake which did not dissapoint and I have very high expectations from my cheesecakes! All in all, the food is prepared with a lot of love and it shows. If you want to try more than 1 flavour at a time go half and half on a 12" pizza. The only trouble I had was finding the place, rest all want amazing.

This is the best pizza I've had in India by far. Hard to believe it's in Indore. The ingredients are very fresh and the quality surpasses that of restaurants 10 times more expensive.

Pizza is over rated and how can you say no to a customer who just paid 600buks for pizza for a ketchup sachet worth one rupee. Never visiting this place again.

One of the finest thin crust pizza you can get in town. We ordered their all time fav pizza in 20” size which is good enough for 4 people and tastes too good. They have huge variety of pizza’s & waffles. Must try for pizza lovers for sure.

Best place to satiate your Pizza cravings in Indore! Being a hard-core non vegetarian eater, you don’t miss meaty Pizzas here :) They serve amazing range of Pizzas, my personal favourite is POPOYE! Like you’d want to bow down to this pizza, it’s that delicious! Sundried tomatoes, Brocolli, Ricotta Cheese with amazing in-house base sauce and Pesto given as a side-y with this one - Popoye makes a perfect pick here. Other pizzas are also good and worth trying. Mad Mushrooms and Triple Cheese are again good picks from their menu. <br/><br/>Recent addiction to this place is their great range of Hot Coffees. Tried Latte here and you have to try the coffee to believe it’s taste. It’s different and immensely aromatic as they are using some great quality coffee beans which leaves a subtle after taste. Very rich, different (in the best way possible), and aromatic Latte! Great place for the coming winter season :D<br/><br/>Ambiance is raw and quirky which I personally like. Extremely comfortable and homely as well. <br/><br/>Staffs are well-versed with the menu ( which is a big plus plus considering INDORE :D ) <br/><br/>Highly recommended.

Best pizza in the city. Located in a small house next to Simi's. Get new york style pizzas with an awesome thin crust and amazing flavor. Tried the mushrooms trio and it was flavorful with cream cheese.

The new york style pizza place is a must go for all pizza lovers. With a simple ambience, this place offers the best pizzas (authentic) in town. I went with my husband who was visiting this place the very first time. We opted for half an half 12" long of The Local and All In. Also, had a lemon ice tea in drink. The serving is enough for 2 ppl and makes you full. As they give the freshly baked pizza, it takes a little while to get served but it's worth the wait. :)

LOVE the pizzas!<br/>After having pizzas here cant eat them anywhere else. The taste is just perfect and the sizes are even more amazing. Favourite pizza joint in Indore!<br/>But too many mosquitoes and only 1 ac which makes the eating atmosphere not to enojyable.

My brother took me there to taste some good pizzas.<br/><br/>1. They have opened this outlet in a home 10-12 tables are there a family can go and have different varieties of pizzas.<br/><br/>2. Services were really very slow at the point I really have to shout to get glasses and cold rinks atleast for 5-6 times.<br/><br/>3. My energy got waisted in just getting cold rink.<br/><br/>4. Good quality of pizzas and quantity was also fine in the rates are quite pocket friendly.<br/>

Love the food, love the pizza. Best in town but only complaint is that delivery is not available. Can understand that with the size of the pizza delivering would be tough but you guys should figure out a way. Cz no other pizza place even comes close.

Love this place..I have tried almost all there pizza and I just love the taste and there authenticity. The lemon mint water and their chutney along with there pizza is just amazing.

They have amazing pizzas.. groundbaking is a good place to go out with friends.. they have coffee and pizza only menu so that needs to be kept in mind when you visit this place.The ambience is quite normal and basic.. Keep your budget around 700 or 800 for two people
