Its a good coffee shop in this area. Also the service was good. Food was tasty and coffee was yum. Menu has wide variety of snacks as well which can calm your hunger pangs in a good deal. The ambience is cozy but seating area is not large. The staff was helpful in providing proper guidance in menu selection.

Though the vibe of Old CCD is no more.... There seems to be a dullness in the atmosphere. But if you are with your loved ones it doesn't matter...

The service and the ambience was very good and we really like working there on our projects and having some free time.
We have explored many CCD outlets across India since its inception and the ambience, experience, taste and hospitality were matchless. We expected the same at Cafe Coffee Day, BCM Heights outlet and the first three aspects were uniform and intact, but the last one was missing.
The lighting, interiors, seating and soothing numbers were perfect and the dessert and beverage we ordered were truly delicious. We ordered for Hot Velvet Coffee and Sizzle My Brownie and we loved it to the last sip and bite.
The cafe was empty and our prepaid order paid via online mode got served on our table within ten minutes. We discovered that there is seating on the next floor too. Our quiet evening turned out to be delicious and exciting with CCD.
However, Mr. Rahul Narvariya should have been more courteous, warm, enthusiastic and should have employed the art of upselling and cross-selling.

Very quaint cafe with great coffee. We got cappuccinos and hung out inside for a little bit. The cafe was a little busy, but we got our coffees quickly. The staff was also friendly and polite. I'd definitely recommend!
This place is famous for coffee among people but there are things are available here which are also tasty and delicious. Most of the time friends and family are came here for taking or discussing something and spend time with each other. Staff was good and parking facility was also available. Unhygienic place and good ambiance. I ordered this sizzle sizzle brownie because I didn't find it in any other place near me and it was so delicious π

The rates of cold coffee is increased ..

One the best coffee shops in this area....love the taste... ambience is nice...truly amazing....must try...it is costly but it is one the finest makers of coffee in the town....also ample parking space available there...try cappuccino and cold coffee....
