So lets start with ambience which is preety good soothing i must say when i entered the place i felt good.if i talk about service that was not good i went this place in afternoon and i ordered main course but they said they cant serve chapati just becoz of unavaibility of chef who make chapati bit funny in lunch time u are not able to serve chapati but some how they manage and serve us full lunch. Lets come to what i ordered i ordered paneer kolhapuri which is spicy according to my taste and i ordered garlic bread,chapati and jeera rice. Taste of food is good except garlic becz according me it can be better. Thats all about the place and food according to my experience. Food-4/5 Ambience-4/5 Service-3.5/5

My fiancee booked oakaz for special lunch date with decorations including food for our engagement anniversary for Rs. 3000. Firstly the decorations was not up to the mark, she herself was very much disappointed. They put normal candles for decoration which was looking really cheap etc. Secondly the food was horrible. Pasta and Manchurian both were pathetic. I asked for orange smoothie and it tasted like rasna, so was the KitKat shake. I don't recommend this place to any one. I day before this we went to twilight and we spent 2500 that was the total value for money. No value for money here. We left the place in 1.5 hour and get the food packed and gave it to street beggar. ☹️

Ambience won't get you customers for the second time, taste would. Prices are way too high for such pathetic taste. Not at all recommended. Once I visited during lunch and just sat at the table and they placed a water bottle. After travelling in such heat, it's very obvious that the first thing we'll do is drink water. After that when I asked for lunch and they said they are not serving what I wanted to eat, I started to walk out and they asked me to pay the bill for water bottle, that too 35rs for a bottle which is easily available outside for 15rs. This incident happened just a few days after the issue regardig water bottle to be not sold above MRP was coined. And when I told them the same and threatened them to file a complain with consumer forum they replied with "yaha esa hi chalta hai. AAP pese do. Aagey ka dekh lenge."

In pictures it looks quite big but is really not. Go over your choice. I would recommend that first you visit the place and then order for bookings, and then only pay for advance for birthday parties, if accept it be large. For hangouts you might like the place.

They had changed the menu to Veg ONLY and doesn't bother to inform the same to customer's when they called to book a reservation. On 9th Dec'17 I called them to book one of the outdoor sitting area. First some person received the call on behalf of the cafe & restaurant, who couldn't inform any detail and mumbled to talked to some bhai. Then I called on the second no. and told the person who received the call about my requirement to book the specific area. He asked me questions about decorations and other things but didn't bothered to inform that the restaurant had changed their menu to veg only. We only came to know after visiting there and asking for non veg menu.. The staff members were unapologetic that we had to leave the restaurant without placing any order or the fact that they didn't update the information over the phone or in Zomato.

I visited Oakaz 15 days before with my friends and we have celebrated my friend's birthday there First and foremost: The gazebo decoration was beyond expectations. I Visited this restaurant 1 month back for birthday celebration. Ambience was very good it's rooftop Chinese restaurant. I had garlic bread, Manchurian and brownies, Manchurian and brownies were delicious and bread was not so good. The decorations they provide is very nice and romantic, they charged me 2200 for only for decoration, it's little bit costly but Worth. The bad thing about this restaurant is service, they are too slow. Guys you should improve this area.
