Ohh this place is so awesome!! We had visited this outlet with my friend and we had tried out their signature dishes which is chicken Biryani, salted caramel mousse, signature roll, pizza and a lot more and we literally enjoyed a lot. Their ambience and taste is very attractive for everyone 😁 So do visit out this place with your friends or with your family members 😉❤️

French fries are awesome I'm never eat any other place and veg rolls are so delicious and last drink is kashmiri kahawa

Veg items are Less, we have taken aloo tiki Nd mutter tikki both are good

One fine sunday, I was there for my biryani craving.<br/><br/>Food ordered:<br/>- Classic Veg Biryani - ₹199<br/>- Panner Tikka masala roll - ₹189<br/>Mentioning prices as both didn't do justice on taste or quantity either.<br/><br/>Long story short,<br/><br/>Taste - 2/5<br/>Quantity- 1/5<br/>Ambiance - 3/5<br/><br/>Verdict - 2/5<br/><br/>Would I recommend, probably not.<br/><br/>I hate writing negative reviews but can't help. Guys, need to up your game.

I ordered Classic Chicken Tikka and Chicken Seekh Kabab, the taste was good but I expected the amount served to be more and it was quite less according to the price. In other words I found the dishes quite overpriced. This place is good for hangouts, chit chat over food but if you're way too hungry it's not the ideal place for you.

I think I was fooled by zomato ratings here. The place has a good looking ambiance, si for that I have given them 1 stars. First of all half of the menu which they have was not available only when I asked them. I ordered awadh biryani and galoti kebab and there were not justifying the taste only. Biryani was like tawa pulao and pieces were just put on it. There was no spices in the pieces and so called biryani also didn't taste as well. And now for the kebab, there was no green chutney for it. If that is fine the kebab were dry and has not given anything to accompany it. The kebabs were slogish, not a little crisp was there. For me it was a bad experience and I would personally not recommend this place. The place also does not justify for the price at all.

Charcoal eats is one of my favourite places to visit. The place serves you authentic delicious biryani cooked on charcoals. The taste and smell gives you great vibes. The food was delivered very quickly. There was no leakage. The raita was also outstanding. Food taste isn't good.

Worst biryani i ever tasted in my entire life. Infact calling that dish biryani is an insult of actuaĺ biryani. I odered chicken biryani for delivery that was just plain white rice and they have garnished it with some amount of chicken curry, that was also worst in taste.<br/>I wish i can give rating less than 1 star. This deserve minus rating.

I hate giving one star reviews but I have ordered Kathi rolls from Charcoal Eats twice and both times, my delivery came without either a Malabari paratha or French fries (both specified on the menu).  Mistakes can happen in a service industry so I ignored the error the first time but false advertising should not be tolerated. If they do not serve Malabari paratha (only reason I ordered), then they should not say so on their menu.

Ordered food online, 1* is for the packing only, food was not up to the mark , got starters without accompaniments and salad.

Disgusting experience. Told sikkh kabba was veg guloti kabba. They are confused on their own menu.

Is it Halal

One of the finest outlet from Charcoal Eats. This place has quite amazing environment. The food is also very delicious along with its decorative stuff. We have tried Rice with Shahi Paneer (most recommended) Really enjoyed the stuff and taste. Good place, really value for money, hygienic place.

The fast food served here is really exquisite and made with much deliberation. They focus in the flavor.<br/>I'm totally in love with the caramel mousse that I had at this place. I ordered one Chicken Seekh Kebab Pav and One Chicken Tikka Biriyani, total price came upto INR 490. After taking the first bite I realised that I wasted 490 rupees.<br/><br/>Chicken Seekh Kebab Pav- Extremely salty overall. The chicken seekh kebabs were the frozen ones bought from departmental stores, dry and no char or any taste of tandoor in it.<br/><br/>Chicken Tikka Biriyani- Lets be real Biriyani for almost 300 rupees and not even good for one person. Again super salty, undercooked chicken pieces which were no way close to chicken tikka. This was more of a bowl of rice mixed with chicken gravy and "One" chicken tikka piece was added to it.

Great non veg food  and the pizzas are also tastes heaven. This place is one of the best places of indore in terms of food, I just love the food and the ambiance.

The ambience is good but the taste is not as expected... Go to place for French Fries only... Pizza was not good at all... Choco cake was OK ok

Went to try this place for the first time, had heard a lot about its puff base pizza and loaded fries. When i go to place the order, the person taking it is clueless. "Barbecue aur tandoori mein se kya difference hai, topping?" -nahi ma'am topping alag hai. "aur schezwan?" -ma'am schezwan :| after discussing so much, he said ma'am fries aur pizza nahi hai, you order non veg kebab and starter. Still i was like fine, ended up ordering aloo ghee roast-a starter in which he told that it's a preparation of aloo tossed in ghee and spices, and mutton kebab. After 10 minutes, the person at the counter calls me in a very arrogant manner and says mutton kebab nahi hai, either take chicken tikka or chicken seekh kebab. I still said that okay, order chicken tikka, but he again came after 10 minutes and said chicken is also not available. Upon asking, that why have they opened a restaurant if they do not have an inventory of anything, he doesn't answer and goes to the pantry, comes out with a packed parcel of my aloo ghee roast and keeps it with a thud on the table. Such ridiculous and arrogant behaviour is not expected from anywhere, no matter how big or small a place is. And to top it all, they have given me a soggy, filled with curry leaves aloo roll in the name of aloo ghee roast. Everything- right from the rude behaviour, to the arrogance, to unavailability of practically everything on the menu, and ofcourse the bad taste leads me to give 1 star.

After a long time the Mumbai based food chain has arrived in my city and is just located on the edge of manpasand park. We visited in the evening time with a children’s bday party going on, hence could have an inside seating.<br/>Got some flaky square shaped pizza, the spicy chicken biryani, tried the chicken signature roll and some of the best desserts along with peri peri fries loaded with sauces.<br/>1. Flaky square shaped thin crust pizza:<br/>Just unexpectedly reminded of the puff crust and was cold, could have been better.<br/>2. Hyderabadi chicken biryani:<br/>Was a little spicy but too oily and did not remind me of real dum biryani, can be tried with curd .<br/>3. Salted caramel mousse:<br/>Best of the lot, this mousse was just pure awesomeness .<br/>4. Signature roll: too cold<br/>5. Peri peri loaded fries: just the perfection of the crispness and soft core was nice and made it charcoal eats one of signature dishes.<br/>Coming to ambience, this was fantastic with yellow colour which reflects positive and energetic vibes, at the same time thumbs down to the lethargic service which was unexpected.<br/>

A fabulous experience at New Palasia Charcoal Eats outlet . This place totally has nailed it and definitely did the magic . It has some amazing variety of food and totally mind blowing food that is not only delicious , scrumptious but succulently magical . I strongly recommend you all to try this place . The ambience is cherry on the cake !

Don't Have Any word for there worst service and Food . They are providing Rice n different Flavoured curries in the name of Biryani.<br/>And also there staff don't have any professional<br/>atticates. According to Service Industry Employee should Maintain Clean shave but here is all in big beard with lots of casual Behaviour woth Customer.

Authentic, flavorful biryani is hard to find. This is definitely amongst the top one. After establishing its credentials in Mumbai, they are now in Indore & have been able to maintain the same consistency & standards. The new addition of rolls, fries, pizza square, desserts & Kashmiri Kahwa are a must try. Top it up with amazing ambience in the heart of the city.

The restaurant is located at an absurd place. The variety of dishes they provide is good..but the amount they charge for it doesn't justify it. Awadhi mutton biryani was good and classic mutton biryani was below average, and considering the price of both of them I would suggest you to go to Nafees or try Behrouz.<br/><br/>The only item which i liked was chocolate Mousse.<br/><br/>Also please improve the packaging of your food..it's horrible...it's so confusing and messed up. HIRE SOME GOOD PACKAGE DESIGNER.<br/><br/>PS- If you want to try their dishes use Über eats atleast you won't regret spending that much of amount on food which doesn't taste as per your requirements.

Charcoal Eats, A leading chain from mumbai is here in the city to rock n roll with its delicious lipsmacking food 🍗🍲. They have this open seating area with wooden benches covered with umbrellas and even a closed one. The order gets ready within 10-15 min according to the dish we order.<br/><br/>So I went somedays back and ordered a sufficient meal for dinner 😍<br/><br/>1. BBQ Loaded Fries( ₹119): tastes real good, comes with barbeque and mayo sauce 🍟<br/><br/>2. Chicken Mughlai Paratha( ₹149), not good. Needs to be improved. Was bland in taste 🍗🌮<br/><br/>3. Chicken Tikka Biryani (₹299) (highly recommended) juicy tender chicken tikka with aromatic spices in rice made it taste delicious 🍛 🥗<br/><br/>4. Charcoal Eats !<br/>The interior and Ambience is nice, vibe of the restaurant is positive.<br/>I ordered BBQ Loaded fries, chicken mughlai paratha, classic chicken biryani, salted caramel moouse & peach ice tea.<br/>Fries were good, a bit cheese for me but the taste was good.<br/>Mughlai paratha was also good, loaded with lots of heavy stuffing but tasted good.<br/>Biryani - Nothing exceptional it was ok, chicken was good but rice could have been better, they should work on it.<br/>Salted Caramel mousse - This is awesome, a must try if you have a sweet tooth.<br/>Peach Ice Tea - This was very good, the taste was very soothing.<br/>Overall I feel the taste of food is ok, they need to work on the presentation as they currently serve as they deliver the food. Good foood and very affordable price! Everyone that goes to charcoal eats must eat biryani. It's in the heart of the city, accessible. It has a wide variety of menu. I was surprised to find out that the serving is big, almost impossible to consume. Taste is very good.
