The place is cozy and gives out a nice vibe. The stuff is good. Brought the red velvet pastry which is awesome. Macarons aren't that good. Definitely a go to place in Indore for bakery stuff.

I ordered for my parents' anniversary. Got confirmation through mail, message and website, did online payment (screenshots attached). But IT NEVER GOT DELIVERED. Yes,, it never got delivered!! Nobody has even spine to inform or reply to calls or messages. Phone numbers given on website are switched off. Worst experience, lost my money! Please let me know how and where I can file a complaint. Please never visit this place, I lost my money and the occasion. Spineless, embarrassing and disappointing place and experience!!

You name it and they have it. This is arguably one of the most preferred bakery shop for me like many other Indoris. They are relatively new market entrants new but has quickly grown, expanded and gives a tough competition to city bakers. <br/><br/>As far as cakes, muffins, pastries and their other offerings are concerned its just awesome. You simply search on google an icing pattern and they are equipped to accept it all. A must try bakery outlet.

I asked for rich chocolate cake so as per their recommendation I bought chocolate truffle cake, but it didn't tasted like truffle at all...although it was rich in chocolate but lacked cake...I was just getting thick chocolate ganache in my mouth with each bite...If it's a cake it should have cake too!!!.....Cake was crumbly too...I already told them that cake should be moist, but it wasn't...Cake didn't worth my money...Also these people don't show that level of professionalism that you expect from a brand like this.

Too costly and I feel personally that the taste does not really make you feel that the products are worth it! I feel they should work on the taste of their products and try to reduce the prices as well.... Had tried their marble cake...it was soft when I felt it but when I ate it, it seemed to have less of solid cake and more of air in it.. ! Also tried lemon tart and salted caramel macaroon...Not Worth it at allll !!!! Quite disappointed...

I orderd a cake yesterday the cake was not good at all the design and the output were very diffrent..very dissatisfied with cakes and craft and the cake was delivered very late it was almost 11pm and the committed time was 7 PM the party was almost over when your delivery boy came and at the end our cake cutting was spoiled it was my worst experience with cakes n craft and will think twice before ordering the cake next time

Ordered Butter scotch cake mentioning bday boys name, got d cake without name on it, i called up d staff, he was really very very rude saying "kabhi kabhi ho jata hai... itna toh chalta hai" on d top of it d cake was also not in a proper shape. Such a disappointment!!! I ordered a cake as a surprise for my sister's birthday 5 days before the birthday online(11 AM slot). But these guys forgot to deliver the cake, when I called them and asked about the delivery, their team says that our internet is not working and we will send the cake right away at 7 PM. I called again at 8 PM to track it and they said that cake is getting ready. Such an embarrassment I had to face in family and completely spoiled my surprise. They didn't even say a sorry and just mentioned that we will paytm the amount for which I am following up for 2 days and still no reply..Whole staff is unprofessional..No value for emotions.
