This is one of the amazing outlet I have ever visited. Good vibes, good music, good food you just need to accompany with good people. This is best place to visit if you are near 56 dukan. We went for family trip to Indore and stayed near by hotel to 56 dukan. We almost all days had 3 times tea from this cafe. Everything is so so perfect

Biggest plus:- Present on zomato,swiggy, uber eats. Accepts credit,debit,Paytm and amex card too (this is rare).

THIS IS A VERY CHEAP CAFE, THE STAFF IS ALSO VERY CHEAP AND THE GUY WHO CALLS OUT THE ORDER NUMBERS HAS A VERY IRRITATING VOICE, AND YELLS VERY LOUDLY AND HE IS SO ANNOYING THAT HE ARGUES WITH THE CUSTOMERS IN A VERY BAD WAY. WHEN WE ASKED HIM ABOUT THE QUANTITY OF UPMA WHICH WAS VERY VERY LESS, TBH FOR 80 RUPEES, HE DID NOT EVEN LISTEN TO US AND KEPT ON TELLING US THAT HE CAN MAKE THE UPMA AGAIN IN FRONT OF US IF WE PAY HIM FOR ANOTHER UPMA AND SHOW US THE QUANTITY. OVERALL A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN

We visited Chai Kaapi on a Saturday evening. The place was buzzing with people. There's an out door smoking zone and an indoors ac section where we sat. Not all of the seating had back rests, hence it did get a little uncomfortable after a while. It is self service and you pay when you order. The food took about 20-25 minutes, a bit on the higher side. Food wise : 1. Burnt garlic maggi : this was really lovely. They had some amazing masala and the garlic tasted blissful with the maggi, highly recommended 5/5 2. Lemon iced tea : this was just fine 3/5 We paid about 200 INR for this meal. It's a wonderful cafe to chill in indore.

Another outlet of chai kaapi situated at 56. The place turns out to be a good choice for formal and casual meets. Has seperate smoking space as well. Quite small but still has a good ambience and seating arrangements. The soft music in background makes enhances the experience. The menu and the taste remains the same as other chai kaapi's outlet. Service staff is courteous and quick with service. Inshort a good place to hangout with friends at chappan.

The worst experience of having a salad,is served properly by this outlet,they have far better services when ordered at outlets and the worst when, delivered! I ordered sauteed sprouts and it was the worst nightmare,it was pathetic and tasteless,I ordered sauteed and they just,pour two spoon of oil,that it! Not even it was salted! Looks good after the renovation. Staff is very good i really like chai kaapis tastes there are certainly few things i had for the first time in my life that is there irani chai and anda ghotala and apparately these are my favourites. Though they dnt serve anda ghotala at saket outlet anymore.

My favourite go to in indore for casual meetings and a hangout place. Sulemani chai, hot chocolate are my favourites. Bottle green decors only add to the ambience. You can come, sit, chill and chat/talk/interact. Occassionally, there are people with guitars singing in groups and enjoying. Palasia's best place to come, chill and enjoy. Although the menu is little too small, but chai kaapi offers tasty food. Extremely happy with the energy and vibes of this place. :)

I visited this place a few days ago and according to me this is one of the most overrated place in the city. Though they have opened tons of outlets across the state, but they lack in taste and hospitality. We have ordered the SO CALLED " CK cheesy blast" fries, because we want to eat something cheesy. And just to let you know, the fries were similar to honey chilly potato with fries in place of wedges, with no cheeze at all. Do you guys think we are fool, and when asked about it, they simply told us that the cheeze is mixed inside, and one can't see it through naked eyed. Wtf!!! Apart from fries we have ordered cheese chutney sandwich, which a street vendor can make better than what was served to us. Giving 2* just for the ambience.

They are famous for chai and coffees , in which you can choose between different varieties and flavors of chai as well as coffee . In food they have options . Its not some wow place plus the prices have gone up fairly in the recent times and the worst thing is that the taste hasn't quite matched the standards.. Hopeless food, They make whatever they want to and not what is ordered I ordered "burnt garlic noodles" and got masala Maggi instead On calling them up The answer was "that we use Maggi but as a matter of conflict we can not write Maggi so instead we write noodles, and as for the burnt garlic flavour we made it according to our recipe so it has to be perfect" Good going and that's a nice customer support

Please hire smart or atleast sensible delivery boys. There's no point to order if I'm getting my food 30 minutes late and that too after getting down from my building and walking up to the only spot the guy could recognize. It's a well lit street and I get stuff delivered every other day without any issue. How can someone be hired for this job when they lack basic navigation skills? This is not the first time, after 5th time I had to write this review. If someone's ordering foos they want it at their doorstep without any disturbances. If I had the time I'd go get it myself instead of this shit experience. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR DELIVERY BOYS you're losing customers because of them and you don't even know about it
