They have really good sambar. And hot steamy idli. We went there in morning so maybe it was just recently prepared. Loved it!

This was awesome too! Slightly crusty in the base, soft on the top. Perfect!
Chole Kulche: 4/5
It was okayish. Kulche were nicely prepared but chole wasn’t that tasty.
Overall, really good South Indian food. Definitely visiting again.
It’s a bit costly btw.

I went with my family for breakfast today. Idli Hut is located on the Sapna Sangeeta road. Very close to my house yet it was my first visit. We ordered many items. But jini dosa, open pizza dosa and their sambhar chutney were winners. Masala dosa, rawa masala dosa, Vada sambhar everything was very delicious. Only fried idli was a little disappointing. But do try jini and open pizza. Couldn't resist. I've shared the pics to tempt you all.

Newbie to the city Indore, I was in search of South Indian lunch & I happen to land at Idli hut. It is exactly opposite to INOX Sona Sangeeta.
Full marks for taste, quality, hygiene, ambience & hospitality.
Table waiting time was very nominal & I did not mind waiting as I was enjoying the music played on the Television.
Note: Do try the Schezwan masala dosa it was super yummy. 😋

I recently visited this south Indian restaurant and I must say, I was blown away by the food and the service. The ambiance was very pleasant and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The wall art and bowl of idli sambhar deserves love and
appreciation , been here first time last year and after that went yesterday for lunch , their menu is quite heavy on pockets as per quantity, although the quality of food is good but the place is not well maintained . Do not try fusion dosas (total waste of money) , go with simple authentic south indian food, loved their sambhar .

I especially liked their dosa in less oil. They brought it late which is understandable but it was made in least amount of oil possible. Chutney is also quite good.

If you are looking for south Indian food in Indore, Idli Hut is the perfect destination. Masala dosa and veg uthappam are too good. One suggestion to the owner is to have updated rate cards, the prices shown in the menu are old ones.

One of the finest place for South Indian food in Indore, they have a huge variety of food in their menu. Ambience wise this place is wow, taste of the food was also amazing. We had cheese fried Idli & pizza dosa, the taste of the food was amazing but the presentation of pizza dosa can be improved.

Every time I order Idli from Idli Hut, it never disappoints me apart from one thing which I don't like is their packaging of food and mainly uttapam. Till the time it reaches home it becomes soggy. But as far as the food quality and the taste is concerned, It is one of the best south India food joints in Indore. Their idli verified viz. Chilli idli, ghee idli are amazing along with different Uttapams.

Terrific food. I ordered a dosa and a frappe, it came all soggy. The sambhar wasn't good. A bit too salty. There were no spoons. No bowl for pouring the chutney. and they served me frappe in a bowl. LOL.

Worst food. Worst service. We ordered via Zomato and then later decided to eat there, they said we can not sit and eat as we order for the parcel. The whole place was empty, not sure why they didn't allow us to sit and enjoy our food. We ordered 'Crispy Masala Dosa', it was not crispy at all. Worst Masala Dosa I have ever had. The next thing we ordered was 'Onion Capsicum Uttapam', it was also not good at all.

We ordered Punjabi Tadka idli, Indori idli and Masala dosa. Indori idli seemed stale. Punjabi tadka idli: I would rate it 3/5 and Indori idli : 1/5, the taste was poor and masala dosa was okayish, not so great though.

The name tells idli hut but they not only serves south indian but they also have some north indian in their menu.<br/>I was the first customer of the day so they were with limited dishes.<br/>i simply askedd for idli n dosa but after waiting for almost 20 min it came and i dont even want to remember its taste 😳 they were not fresh. chutney was stale .<br/>and dosa was'nt crispy.<br/>it was a failed attempt of theirs.<br/>I thought ok lets give them a 2nd chance i went in the evening and ordered idli again and also dosa and manchurian but they were all fine .<br/>i mean if u are at sapna sangeeta then u have thousand times better options than this .<br/>so it was a waste of money not worth it.

I must say they don't serve authentic south Indian food but yes they serve average food. I tried Crazy Dosa but nothing was crazy. Dosa was filled with boiled potato, tomato, onion and Indori Sev. Filling was too much and taste was like I am eating Potato Bharta. Sambhar was good in taste. I also tried schezwan noodles and that too average in taste.

Good place! I tried a karanji masala dosa and the flavor was fresh and tasty. The ambience and service was good too. Absolutely loved the sambar, but the quality and variey of chutneys can be improved. Overall one of the better south indian food joints in Indore.
