It was for our 6 month baby and we ordered half month custom cake. It was a last minute order and they got us the cake within 4 hours. We ordered it in pineapple flavour and we were asked by almost everyone that where did we get our cake from. Highly recommended.

Just the best place to buy cake in budget you can get the best cakes here. Have purchased many cakes and the toast and other chocolates are pretty good. The service is also good and the shop is situated at good place.

We brought cake for our friend's birthday and believe me the is no compromise on taste and quality so trust this shop and enjoy parties with cakes..

The place served the best quality among the low price cakes. They contain all the decoration and stuff you need to organise a fast and decent birthday party.

They deliver cakes in budget but they dont have varities, the taste is good in what we pay. Earlier it used to be more good as of now.

I ordered a cake last week, and I clearly mentioned about the writing on the cake, which wasn't there and it wasn't eggless also which I also mentioned in the instructions, so my expirience with cakes 365 ws quite disappointing.

We ordered the chocolate cake from cakes365 and it was so good. It was fresh and delivered quickly! Must try their chocolate cake, the taste was amazing.

I ordered fruit cake which was smashed. It was really embarrassing infront of all. Zero raring for zomato delivery. The taste was good but it was really embarrassing

don't know why i ordered from this place , I ordered an choco lava and Oreo moose, but somehow it was not available, then the restaurant premises arranged other pastries for me . In taste they both are pathetic ( chocolate pastry and butterscotch) there are many other places providing better quality.

I always fond fresh stuff there be it cake or cookies. This time I tried puffs and they were really nice fresh and crisp. They really have quite good variety in cookies. Must have choco chips cookies yum.

I've ordered cake from Cake 365 twice in last two months and both the times the cake was quite good with subtle flavour, making it neither too sweet nor too bland.<br/>One big advantage is that the bakery opens quite early as compared to other nearby Bakeries. So even when I got the cake around 8.30 AM it didn't taste like it was baked the day before, it tasted quite flavourful.<br/>

Ordered a red velvet cake, and they sent an old cake that smelled suspicious as soon as it was cut. Few hours later the smell was unbearable, had to throw away the whole thing. Not the first time this has happened, would not recommend.

A very fresh fruit cake as a surprise for my parents. I'm glad to have picked up cakes 365. The service was prompt. Delivery was quick. Cake was fresh as ever and tasted awesome.. many thanks. I look forward to the services again.

I had ordered the cake once, but the cake was delivered twice and I had to pay the amount twice , When I called the food joint they replied that it’s mistake on part of Zomato and I should contact them for the mistake. Delivery boy had the money to the joint and The joint was not taking the cake back so had to pay the guy.<br/>

The cake was ordered and received on time. though it was raining last night. The response of zomato delivery was excellent. Though was a bit disappointed with the packaging provided by cake 365. The quality of the cake was good.

The lady is so rude and disgusting customer service , I have ordered cake for my relative while ordering only COD was available so after discussing with lady I have done paytm on her number , Lady did not informed delivery boy of Zomato that I have already done payment when I called lady she was so rude she said delivery is Zomato's responsibility , she was not at all ready to cooperate . no sense of talking to customer at all.<br/> <br/><br/>Thanks to Zomato's delivery boy who really helped to deliver it on time and properly and handled this mess properly :)

Taste of cake was good but too much of icing even more than bread. As per the quality is consider price was on higher side. Choose the cake with less icing.

Nice bakery for cakes for birthday or any event. Mix fruit is delicious and pineapple too. I ordered caramel cake for a special occasion but that disappointed me a lot. So my ratings reduced from 3.5 to 3.

I have visited place many time for cakes as this is near to my workplace. The test is good and its fresh. I liked it. But service is not at all good when it comes to cake delivery. late, slow and cake may nit look good as I was.

Its really nice cake parlour. We ordered many personalised cakes in different shapes like car, bell, bhindi, micro controller and many more all were nicely made and presented. They delivered on time (The best part :) ). Taste of all the flavour is good, I prefer chocolate and mix fruit.

I recently ordered a cake from Cakes365 online. They don't have a online portal and I had to transfer money in owner's account which was little inconvenient. But the pain point was they delivered a very bad quality cake. On complaining, they have send some random cake which was equally bad. Rather than being apologetic, their response was this was the best they could have delivered and cant do anything about it. <br/><br/>Such service and attitude was not at all called for. Guys please think before you order anything from here.

Few days ago I have been to this place. I had some desserts and white forest cake from here, the stuffs were tastier and seems to be fresh even after 10 hours. I'm fond of this place ever since.<br/>The place is worth for birthday and anniversary cakes. The desserts and other things are also delicious. <br/>

I went to this place last week as all the other bakeries got closed. Cakes are just OK. I bought Vanilla Chocolate cake. I ordered it because it was something new and I never tried it. The cake was costly and the taste was bad. Cake was full of cream only. Even my 5 year old daughter didn't like it. Apart from the taste the look was also not good. It looked like cake was made in little haste. It lacked the professional touch. Service is also bad. The guy who was putting icing on my cake misspelled the name I asked him to write on cake and later on argued for the same.

Its good, I had to send a cake to one of my friend in Indore. I am placed in Delhi so on phone they took my order and also they delivered a very good cake along with a bouquet. But the credit goes to Zomato too. As i got the name from Zomato and Cake 365 did it pretty nicely.

Have been to Cakes 365 few days a back and purchased some cakes and pastries along with some chocolates and all of them taste great. Especially the black forest pastry which is my generally my favorite at all places was available here as well and I couldn't resist myself from ordering it. It tasted amazing as expected and was totally worth the price which was pretty cheap actually i.e. just Rs.30 (I am not sure whether I am allowed to mention prices or not but anyways these guys are great!)<br/><br/>Make sure to try it out yourself(the black forest pastry) if you love chocolate. Never actually tried anything the hot baked items they listed in their menu and hence won't comment on them but I will be visiting them once again soon and will try them as well.<br/><br/>Also, they have got birthday bombs, hats, chocolates and all the must-have stuff for a birthday party so if you plan to throw one, this is the place to go.

I've always loved the pastries at this place. You'll forget everything while eating them.. literally.. <br/>Well the best thing I loved about this place is the custom made cakes. Me and my friend are a big "Star Wars" Fan, so once on my friend's birthday I wanted to give a big surprise, so I decided to have a "Millennium Falcon" cake. I could arrange only one colored pic and 2-3 black and white pics, still when I saw the cake next day I was amazed. I even gave Rs. 100 to the guy who made the cake. And It was simply awesome!!<br/>There are many cake shops in this area but no one could do that in such a short time frame. <br/>P.S.: It was not just the shape of the cake, it was the taste too which was great!!
