A famous name in the city. We always get that nostalgic feeling when visit this place. We usually expect something new and the staff is also kind to try something new for us. We love the overall look and environment of it. The only thing is, price is high as per the quality they serve. I like the taste, but sometime with few friends and family as well, our budget goes out of pocket. We had 2 or 3 i guess meeting there as a client, as its in the center of city to easy to reach for customer and us both. Over all its a good place to go and enjoy within the city.

The variety of the icecream is very much , the only and only I liked was KitKat chocolate icecream and the shade and colors of icecream was a beautiful movement and the service is good...

Great location just minutes away from kings cross, food was amazing and the views were very nice from the first floor. The staff were all very polite and attentive.

Delicious taste serving past many decades. If you ask an indorian who's of age 30-40 these days will definitely say that in our childhood we went this place many times. In fact same taste is being served till date. Must visit this place to eat delicious ice creams, shakes, etc. You will find fish tank which is kept since 25 years here.. And age of few living fishes is more then 15 years..

If you stick to common flavors then the ice cream is good. Their in house flavors are not upto mark. Definitely give death by chocolate sundae a try if you are a chocolate lover

This is the first official ice cream parlour that Indore had. It is also a local brand. Right from basic scoops to Sundaes, you get it all over here. The ice creams are good and on the cheaper side as compared to other ice cream joints. Quality is good. Reminds me of good old days... When this was the only place to hit for awesome ice creams :)

This is a good place for people who love to eat ice-creams because there are a number of varieties of ice-creams. The price is affordable as well as the taste ia also good. They have two separate areas one for family and other one ia rest of the people. The main problem with them is the parking area. They have a small parking area so it get filled easily and if you park on the road then there may chances that police can fine you for this.

Variety of options in cups ,cone, customized icecream,if u like many flavors...person with icecream filters like cup/cone flavor special I would say it doesn't worth to travel here only for icecream. Good ambience with other outside shops.

This is an awesome place to have a ice-cream and you can have an number of tastes of ice creams and I loved the taste of the ice-cream and if you are in indore it is a must visit place for you. Specially after a good lunch or dinner you can go with your family and friend and you are not gonna be disappointed So if you visit indore must go to this place you are not gonna regret this👍

Such a bad experiences. Looters. I ordered cone but received cup. And i ordered ice cream worth rupees 50 and expected a usual cone. But received this rupees 10 cup. Such a waste. Cheaters. Zomato too is a cheater. No action taken. No proper reply or addresss to the problem.<br/>

#Childhoodmemoriesreloaded<br/><br/>After so long I visited Monica Galaxy. As a teenager it was our go to spot to have a dose of happiness that is ICECREAM. I always look with an awe to the beautiful creations showcased which can tempt even the oldest.<br/>We took cassata, sugar free rose icecream along with rabri, and a chocolate sundae (Don't remember its name).<br/>Cassata was so-so nothing to brag about here. Sugar free icecream with rabri was good. A better option for diabetic patients. And the best was the chocolate sundae, it was prepared fresh right in front of my eyes, it was a chocolate heaven, check out the pics.<br/>Price wise I find it affordable if we compare it with other fancy outlets in Pune and Indore.<br/>Cleanliness was maintained.<br/>A thumbs up!!!<br/>

Some food joints are close to your heart because you created some great memories there, Monica galaxy is like that to me. Me and my brother had awesome time there with our family and friends. It was the first ice cream parlour I had seen in my life some 20 years back and after 20 years i took my kids here, it was awesome to see them do what we used to do near this fridge.<br/><br/>We don't like some food because it doesn't meet our expectations and this place manages ur expectations right when u enter, see, decide and then order :)<br/><br/>Of course there is a lot that we have now in market but still a good place to try and see that is existence is a minimum of 25 years old.

A while ago , i decided to have a cup of coffee and since i was already standing in middle of 56 dukan i headed over to Monica Galaxy .. I ordered a cup of Cold Coffee.. It was not good at all.. For a moment i thought i had been given just sweetened milk .. I believe Coffee is for refreshment and shall not be a sweet torture.. Sorry guys but actually u need to improve what u r serving ...

This is the place where you will experience the dissatifaction , on complaining about issues the even owner dont know how to honour customers<br/>Even they can go to abusive way if you felt you havr not recieved a service you have paid for.<br/>Also the qulaity of ice cream and shooters are worst among all the competitors present in market<br/>Disappointed

I am satisfied with service,for the customers support i inform that the BON BON ICECREAM IS TOO SMALL in size( ₹= 7 only). its size is nearly equal to 1 small gulabjamun. althogh it looks like choclate but it is actually a NANO ICECREAM.

Being born and bought up in Indore I have a love for food. But I was highly disappointed when I chose to end my food craving by having a desert in Indore famous monica galaxy ice creams ! I asked for falooda and what he handed over me was unexpected ! Being a customer I was unsatisfied and asked the person sitting on the counter to remake the falooda or to add some add-ons to taste it better but the person was damn rude and arrogant! He started teaching me the recipie!<br/>I Left the falooda on his counter. The falooda was damn pathetic and costly and was not even any around of its actual taste and quantity.<br/>Later on random aunties and girls praised me that we also taunted him the same but there is no use of it because he has a good brand name.<br/>I gave a thought on this and decided to post.<br/>Being an educated customer everyone should stand for the wrong.<br/>I found the social media best to let know people for their value of time and money.<br/><br/>Being as a single customer I cannot ask Monica galaxy to stand the best on their taste and money but all the followers of this page can !<br/><br/>Advice - The next time you visit 56 dukaan DON'T let your hunger end on Monica galaxy!<br/>56 dukaan has its own brand value and these businessmens are polluting it.<br/><br/>

They are the first ones who had introduced sundaes, which is ice-cream in a bowl with nuts & fruits. They used to taste super delicious. <br/>They may still be delicious.<br/><br/>But i am not anymore a fan of Artificialy flavoured deserts, not icecream. Icecreams are made of milk, they are not. They may be using vegetable oil & other incredients to come up with their desert. <br/><br/>Not recommended if real milk based icecreams is your thing.

A boring place to go. This place was talk of the town 10-12 years ago. But then they haven't changed with time in right direction and it became disastrous. Don't like this place any more. But have good childhood memories attached with it.

well to start with, the owner didn't care for your order n doesn't behave properly.Even when there is no crowd at the place you have to wait for your order for a long time because of it's owner who sits at the cash counter.<br/>then there is its ice cream it self...there is no natural flavor in their ice cream, each flavor is made with essence that does not feel good.....overall its horrible experience ...

One of the favourite place in category of ice creams from childhood. The place have good ambience after renovation. Specialization in ice cream. Variety of dishes in display... Colourful, excellently decorated and tasty. Its a good place for family and friends.

Best place known for varied delicacies in terms of ice creams they make. A lot of options to chose from, they have a refrigerator with ice creams displayed. Nice sitting arrangement, which is now improved as compared to previous design of this place. Good option for family treats.

One of the oldest ice cream joints of Indore and I would say the progress has been tremendous! This used to be very small joint before but with the increase in popularity and sales, they have done everything in their control to grow and improve the quality of the items they provide. <br/><br/>You will find everything in here from the ice creams to faludas to sundaes and the good thing is that they taste really well! Nothing stunning or mind blowing but for the price, its worth it. <br/><br/>The staff isn't super friendly though which is the only problem I had. They aren't interested in suggesting the customer any new items in their menu and blatantly just take the money and hand over the token. If they could be a bit more customer friendly, I am pretty sure it will help a lot in further growth!

This place got me Nostalgic..My Indore visit is incomplete without paying a visit at Monica Galaxy.. Perhaps the first ice cream parlour that introduced me with Sundaes.. Now there are lot many ice cream parlors in the city, but this place holds a special place in my heart.. I still remember their local TV commercial with a smiling man offering ice cream.. :D :P Softy was my childhood favorite here.. I like all the flavors here, specially Paan Ice Cream.. The ice creams are fresh and the sundaes are awesome too..
