Review Little Monk - Indore

We went there as a family and pretty much enjoyed our time there. They have good staff who is very kind and helpful. Live music is something I feel can be bit improved but we liked it overall. I do recommend to go at least once with your family.

The atmosphere in this place was pleasant. Good food with a nice ambience. A nice place for family and kids and open space lawn dine-in. This location's furnishings and architectural design are distinctive in their own right. A playground is present. A large parking area. Although the cost of the food was somewhat excessive and also they should increase some dishes in the main course. The restrooms and other amenities were all kept in excellent condition.

It is perfect place for 🎊Birthday Celebrations🥳….. and a Date💜 Candle 🕯️ Light Dinner 🍲….. it also offers various decoration options as per your request…(charges applied 😜) Very Good ambiance 👏and perfect Lightining for photography… 💡📸 It also have play area for Children ( cricket 🏏 archery 🏹 etc.) and on Saturday Sunday you can get chance to feel music with your partner Live (by the performers) 🎶 🎵 🎼 For better experience visit in eve after 🕗 8 PM.

Mr Shyam Sundar and Ram Sevak Verma as captain of the banquet hall provided excellent catering and hospitality for our in-laws 50th anniversary. The staff was super friendly and took good care of our needs. They even accommodated a couple of special requests outside of the planned event.

Woah! What an experience. Loved it. As soon as you enter the restaurant, they tell you about the fixed price of ₹750 approx. per person for buffet along with some t&c. Quiet expensive when it comes to price but believe me and try it once. It is 5 star in quantity, quality, taste, ambiance and staff.

Delicious food with live music. Very good service. You can have different types of cuisines when you book you buffet. Booking is must here before you reach.

Hospitality, Ambiance, Taste of cuisine!! You can get all here !! Parking is ample !! Road connecting the MR10 and this hotel can be well lit and have better light sign boards installed. There is a pre defined buffet menu , no a la carte is present . This hotel is present in Monk Nirvana hotel , which does not have any other dining area other than Little Monk . Food from menu will be served one by one on your table , you can converse with the staff in Hindi as well as English . Unlimited food is available, taste is above average!! Tables are quite large, we sat in canopy which had heaters installed with curtain , we are not sure how warmth will be provided to tables without canopy . It's one of the best restaurants and hotels in Indore .You can have your buffet at 750/- . Else you have to order individual dishes . I am having this honest review that The taste of the food is so low as compared to the price they are taking. Good place for pure veg dine , office, get together party on the airport road Indore.We visited here fo one get together. We all enjoyed food a lot. Gaming zone specially cricket was surprised for us. For children games also there.

A good place. Parking is ample. We hosted a party of 150 people. The hall on 1st floor was booked. The hall got congested for 150 people. So check for member count before booking. Usually taste is good but this time it needed improvement. The lunch was served in passage outside as hall is only for snacks and starters. It was a hot day so little discomfort . Starters were good and scrumptious. Overall decent but needs some improvement.

Restaurant is really nice. If you are looking for the place to go with a family or with friends you should try Little Monk. The food is good, not spicy and not mild. Staff is good and very welcoming and always ready at service.

We had booked little monk through dine out today from centeral indore. Before leaving for little monk, we talked to staff that u can come but we reached their driving almost 20 to 25 kms, Their manager Piyush did not entertain us and were told to come next time.<br/>Mr piyush so called manager along with his staff did not have courtesy to listen to us. He was not concerned n his behaviour did not match with the restuerent he is working with.

Very bad experience....opted for their lunch buffet...after waiting for food for 1 hour they r saying we r short of food...half guest went hungry...and only half items were served..

Well... having heard about this place for number of times from few people.. we decided give it a try... Situated half a kilometer in the interior from MR10 Toll Naka, this is a Non Alcoholic pure veg restaurant of Nirvana (one of the wedding destinations of Indore)..<br/>The firstlook of the ambience is quite attractive, u hv Play area for Kids, some seperate shamiyanas for families and other sittings as well.. Its an open air restaurant with appealing ambience.. Lucky for us, it was Thursday.. Its called "Over-dosing Thursday" as they serve buffet as well on this day..<br/>Looking at the extensive menu of around 2 soups, 8-10 snacks, 3 mocktails, few munchies, good main course and 5-7 desserts, we opted for buffet..<br/>The mocktails offered chocolate shots, mint lichi shot and masala soda.. all 3 were good..<br/>Out of the 2 soups I chose to hv tomato which was ok(the bread crums can be improved though)..<br/>Snacks included: Mini burgers (Wow..!!); Pizza (dun remember which one but it was fine); sev tikki, guava, sweetpotato kebabs(not so good); panipuri shots; pasta(Nop, not upto the mark..!); Mexican Noodles; American Choupsey; Cheese Cigar n 1-2 more items..<br/>Main course was ok which included Paneer lababdar, Subzi Mandi, Anguri kofts, Dal tadka, Reshmi Pulav..<br/>Desserts Hot chocolate pudding, strawberry cheese pudding, Doodh Jalebi, Paan bites, Ice cream sandwich, 2 ice creams, Paan bites..<br/>It was nice experience..<br/>I would rate it as follows:<br/><br/>Ambience: 4/5<br/>Quality: 4/5<br/>Quantity: 4/5<br/>Service: 3/5 ( courteous but bit slow)<br/>Taste: 3.5/5 ( few were very good, some were not so good)<br/><br/>Overall: 4/5 (was going to give 3.5, extra .5 for nice n tidy Kids play area..)<br/><br/>One can visit this place for nice experience with family..

Yesterday I have visited this place. And found this pretty cool, ambience is good , taste is good. Live music makes us feet delighted. One problem I faced is food is not enough hot. Overall experience is good.

Went there for a team lunch, It's a nice place on outskirts of the city. They have a very nice outdoor and indoor seating arrangements with lot of sitting space. Service is a little bit slow they need to improve on this, food is OK taste, not much in it. Overall a good place for family events and team outing.

When I visited this place I had a very good image and very high expectations from it. As I went for the buffet the staff denied the different kind of buffet to be chosen on a same table. If a group of three or five people are going and opting for a buffet then they all have to select same kind of proof on the same table. Their service is very poor , they take forever to bring your order on your table.<br/>.<br/>Talking about the taste the only single thing which I liked what's the garlic bread and that too I was just average. The pizza served to us had very hard crust which was soggy from the upside and neither it tasted good. The white sauce pasta was a big blunder. Would not recommend this place if you want to have a light brunch with your buddies.

The place has good ambience but just the opposite in their services, the staff is extremely careless.<br/>Too much disappointment.<br/>The service staff was less as compared to the people who were dining.<br/>One of my family members required a wheelchair, which they were unable to provide as it was completely wet, i asked for a towel or a napkin that wasn't available either to soak it down!<br/>While i asked them to provide the wheelchair at the end of our dinner as i was being practical that at our arrival it was wet they may be able to arrange another one from the back hotel or at least the towel.<br/><br/>Highly disappointed

It is a pleasant restaurant located at the outskirts of the city. The ambience is soothing, it has both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is luscious and menu is up to the mark with precise amount of variety. The menu is a bit overpriced but it doesn't bother much because of the palatable food, supportive staff and quick service. We had expected much much better experience Than one we had.<br/>Food was great but was not what we had ordered.<br/>Or they just have fancy name for regular stuff and we were expecting some thing else. the attending staff was clueless about what they are suppose to do when we complained. This could be seen usually when you visit a place on busy Saturday or Sunday evening. But itwas a rainy Friday evening.<br/>So we decided to be good and eat what was being served. Enjoy the rain and drive to back home forgetting about the good food for what we had gone there.<br/><br/>

We booked a table for 10 people and when we reach we came to know that they are not having table with capacity of 10 and they will be asking to take 2 huts and sit at different place.<br/><br/>At last the only table they have for 10 people is a wall facing table with segregation

One of the best Pizza I even had in a restaurant. A lovely open space to sit, relax and enjoy food. A wide range in the menu. I have personally loved the service as they make sure you are served with best quality and attended every second. I would suggest everyone to make a reservation on weekends as this place is jam packed. A long drive to this place makes it more good.

Very rude staff. The hotel was completely empty still dint accommodate five people in gazebo for the want of 10 people who have not even come or not even booked .<br/>Means a person visiting here can even not have a decent place to sit of their choice in a completely empty restaurant. This cozy restaurant is located a peaceful area of the city. It has a number of seating options- Gazeebo, Garden, PDR, and indoor and has a limited menu for each cuisine.<br/>The service is quite good with staff who are polite and efficient with dedicated works.<br/>This place is so good, I've been there three times in under a month. Each time we go, we always order a different assortment of meal.<br/>Each dish is seasoned with its own spices and herbs which comes out smelling savoury and appetising, unlike other places that use the same seasoning for all dishes.<br/><br/>The North Indian food here is my most favourite.<br/>The KAJU MAKHANA MAKHNI had right proportional of cream and spices and done just right.<br/>The JODHPURI GULAB JAMUN KI SABZI is as quirky is it sounds, soft vegetables balls with the skin a bit crispy makes for s heavenly delight.<br/>The pasta and pizzas are also very delectable and mouthwatering.<br/><br/>One of my new favourites is the Baked Yogurt to make it something of a dessert. Poor quality of food. And so much mosquitoes and floor is like we were sitting on agriculture land rather than garden . Too much dust on floor. And also they took wrong order. The place is at the outskirts of the city. We went on a Sunday evening (unfortunately) and waited for more than one hour for the table. Even after waiting for so long what we got was an uncleand table and least bothered staff. Still, after seeing the fabulous ambience we'hv decided to focus on quenching our hunger first. The food we ordered was the speciality of the place (as told by them) and it had everything except taste. Adding more soreness to it was the quantity of the food. It was so little that i felt like they are trying to justify their name through it (Little Monk). Adding to that experience were the mosquitoes who were having a great meal.<br/>At the end I can only say that you may choose to go to this place only if the weather is romantic and you want to go to a scenic restaurant because otherwise you'll focus on other unimportant things like food and service which may disappoint you.

One of our friend invited here for the Bday party. Paneer tikka in starter was too good but the pineapple raita was sour and did not liked it. Over all ambiance was good but we were sitting outside and mosquitos were giving us hard time to sit and enjoy food. I think the management should take strict measures to handle this issue.

The place is little far away from the city. It is located at hotel Nirvana. I personally had heard about this place. The most which I heard was of ambiance. The place is situated a little deep. When you enter the place you see a monk which gives you a nice vibe. The place has one of the best ambiance of the city. With a beautiful garden they have tent sitting also. The place has a good vibe in itself. But the disadvantage of this ambiance is during summers and rains. You have got all the mosquito all around the place. The menu of the place is ok. The taste of the food is not that great. For me the food is not worth the price. Presentation of food is fine. The mocktail s are also not that great.The staff is good. I would not recommend this place for food but for ambiance that also on winters place is good. Place is also hard on pocket.

And specially the pizza cauz my dad don't eat pizza usually but he loved the pizza . What a lovely place it is !! Perfect dinner date place with an amazing guitarist who sings soo well. With excellent food n quick service. Gratin is delicious with mocktails. Sangria punch isn't that nice. Limited menu but food is delicious.

I must say, Zomato Gold had been a pain in their neck, they just couldn't manage with it. But, apart from that, their food is ultra-delicious, except for Mac N Cheese, which was a complete spoiler. The most wholesome experience of a dinner. The restaurant is away from the city and boasts a huge open air seating. The ambience is so true to the name "Little Monk" with spacious seating area and nice music playing along with a projector-screen arrangement for sports telecast etc. Usually only one of check boxes for ambience and taste gets ticked but the moment food arrived we knew that this is an exception.<br/>We ordered Paneer Sufiyana, Classic Cheese Calzone for food with Thirst Aid and The White Lady (beverages) and topped it off with Fruit Fantasia Waffle as dessert. The phenomenon is with a very few restaurants that everything you order comes up with amazing standards of taste and presentation and Little Monk sure is one of those restaurants.<br/>Highly recommended.

Amaaaaaazing place to be in. Nice decor. Soothing music. Being an nonvegetarian went there for the first time. Tried out birbal ki khichdi, the name is so fascinating. It's all same as butter khichdi. Cold coffee can be improved . Doodhiya ki kebab was delicious. Overall it's beautiful. Well-done .

To be honest, I had heard so much about this place that I was excited to try their food since a very long time. However, the food was quite disappointing to my expectations. The taste of the dishes was quite good but the spice content was a bit too much in each and every starter that they served - from vegetarian kebab Platter to the charcoal momos. Though, some of the dishes were quite delish and I'd recommend such as their coconut soup and dal makhni. We visited this place for the first time on new year and had an exceptionally awesome experience. we had not expected that a party without aclohol and non veg could be so damn good.<br/>The food, the ambience, the service everything was very good. the staff is very polite and well behaved. The quality of food was very well maintained...each and every item served was delicious be it the snacks or the main course or the desserts. The cherry on the cake was the video these ppl made and sent to us as a memory... Hats off guys...plz maintain your standards..we will visit u back again soon.

The outdoor as well as indoor ambience is pretty good.<br/>For food we ordered cream of tomato soup, Sufiyana Paneer for starters, Bhukara Aloo Kofta and tandoori roti for main course. Although everything was tasteful and appetizing, yet Sufiyana Paneer stole the show.<br/><br/>We did not feel any problem regarding service, infact we were very well attended.<br/>It would have been perfect if the front desk staff were replaced with some experienced people.<br/>They were really rude and we were about to walk out due to their ill-mannered behavior.<br/><br/>Apart from this it offers a peaceful yet Delish lunch/dinner<br/>

Okay so this is the place that has never disappointed me ever I’ve been there for like more then 10 times the food is so satisfying no complains and the cakes they prepare fresh cakes which are just finger licking good . I’m a bit dissatisfied with the service sometimes but the foood everything soups salads starters cakes everything is just wow , a must visit 🌈

Pizza was awesome ,they give us the choice of customisation thats the best part. garlic bread was too flat ,not upto the mark. bhatti da paneer was good ,but too pess in quantity acording to price.

Good place for a family dinner. A bit far from city. Huge area with great ambience. Service is a bit poor with waiter needing reminder multiple times regarding what you need. Food is good.

When it comes to ambiance no doubt they have one of the best one's in Indore but when it comes to food ..I would say they still need an improvement and also our order took a little more than expected.. so if they imporve on these too.. We would have a great experience!

The place is beautiful . As well as the quality is very nice . You can also enjoy at game zone. We have lots of fun there. Very peaceful place. And a polite staff they welcomed us very nicely.delicious food.<br/>We had a great meal . Beat place to spend time with family and friends.☺️🤗

A really good place for both family and friends, mostly during the later hours of the day. Pretty ambience and delicious food. Pizzas are much recommended, the preparation and taste is extremely well. Even the Indian cuisine would leave you with a happy tummy. The staff however is not so polite.

Damn this place is great. Talking from ambience to food, this place should be on your must visit restaurant to visit.<br/><br/>Little Monk is the restaurant part of Nirvana resort. It has multiple seating types, ranging from open area to covered, with table capacity of few ppl to whole family gathering. Seats and tables are comfortable and are at good distance from each other because of which noise from other table does not disturbs you much.<br/>They have a separate gaming area, which have different games for children and adult.<br/><br/>We went on a weekend, so it had live band playing, not sure if it's the same concept on weekday too.<br/><br/>The place was full and we had to wait for 30min.<br/>Service is good, as they have multiple captains where a single captain holds around 4-5 table.<br/><br/>Menu is good and have decent options in all categories. Food served is great in taste.<br/>We ordered few starters among which Veg Au Gritin was the best one. Properly baked with great taste. Pizza is wood fired which made it a must try and it turned out to be good.<br/>Bhatti paneer is nothing special but just another paneer tikka, instead go for Kumbh k tikke as mushroom was quite good.<br/>For main course we ordered, paneer lazzat, naan and tandoori roti and lachcha paratha.<br/>The paneer dish was good but roti's were little bit overcooked.<br/>The quantity is very less compared to the pricing but the overall experience is good.<br/><br/>Most important thing for Zomato Gold members, the gold is apliccable only from Mon to Friday full day and on weekend it works till 5PM only. On zomato the timing of restaurant is shown as till 5PM only, but it's open and gold does not work at that time.

Little Monk is one of the best open air restaurant in Indore. The ambience is just perfect and has a family crowd. Their food is great and Paneer Lazzat is amazing

Elite place, ambiance is too nice. Less options in menu But whatever is there is good in taste....need to improve Service, that too slow...otherwise staff is polite....

We had done prior Booking for 14 people here but when we reached before time,we were asked to wait for 45 min.Also we wanted to use Zomato gold membership buy they closed it without informing us and we could not use the offers.We had to make full payment unfortunately.

Delicious food, attentive service, amazing soft music, beautiful ambiance.... This place made my evening.... Fabulous place to spend time with your loved ones....
