Good food they have wide varieties in there menu. One have to wait quite a lot as they claim they make the food from the scratch( they don't keep the stuff in fridge and heat it in oven when they receive an order ; generally most of the restaurants do )

Arrogant people to deal dont give the side dishes such as kachumar salad with tandoori chicken. Even zomato is lousy, when zomato gives an option of customization why can't they force restaurant to comply, the restaurant staff says.. we don't customize it's an option of zomato not given by us.

Visited this place for the first time.<br/><br/>Ordered two dishes - Chicken Tandoori and Chicken Hakka Noodles.<br/><br/>First the noodles were served. The question here is how can anyone in their right mind serve such bad noodles. They were sticky, tasteless and the chicken was not at all fresh. <br/>Then came the Tandoori Chicken directly from the cold storage.<br/>May be they didn't microwave it for the enough time. It was cold and looked bad.<br/>We asked for cancellation of order, the staff and owner refused and told they'll warm it instead. When confronted about that, they insisted and told they'll give out fresh one.<br/>But we were wrong. The new batch was warm agreed but as bad as the previous one.<br/>The chicken was dry on the outside and under-cooked inside. It was super chewy giving a stain feel.<br/><br/>Did not even eat one piece. <br/><br/>The staff was not courteous at all and the owner seems disinterested about what goes in her restaurant. <br/>Pathetic.<br/><br/>Very Bad experience <br/>Never visiting again!

Very bad experience. Tandoori chicken was like rubber, didn't even look fresh. Chicken noodles were so bad that I can't even describe them. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Recently ordered food from here, the manager and the owners bills the food according to the money you have in your pocket, ordered one chicken masala (half) and one butter naan. They sent us 10 naans and when we went back to rectify they said it felt like 10 and dint do anything about it. I dont know how can they do this. Anyway never ordering food from a place which cheat’s the customer.<br/>

Just ordered a bhuna mutton, very disappointed. Such poor quantity and the taste is simple curry. It's not at all authentic and as per the amount the quantity doesn't even serve one person . You must be careful else you will loose food lovers for sure. Customer must be your priority.

Great food by Kukduku,as alwayz. However, I am not sure what's wrong with restaurants in Indore. You can add all sorts of Punjabi dishes, and I love every item Kukdu serves, but what about a adding that true blue Punjabi Mint chutney and a liberal serving of vinegar soaked onions. I specifically mentioned in my order to ensure just that, what do I get as add on, nothing. NO CHUTNEY, NO ONIONS, NO KACHUMAR, NOTHING. Please be Punjabi in all aspects of your service. Once again, I love Kukdu's authentic Punjabi food and quantity of the portions, just a tad disappointed in the 'Salad Service'. Hope for better service next time.<br/>

They refused to cancel the dish and asked for full payment inspite of agreeing to the fact that it was not properly cooked.<br/>Bad experience <br/>Never visiting again!
