Review Chinese Tapri - Indore

So my search for good Chinese food led me to this restaurant and it was worth it. The food quality and quantity is very good. I had ordered chicken sk soup(forgot to take pic as I was very hungry)which is served with wantons. The soup had a thick creamy consistency and was tasty. But on mixing the wanton in soup with a bit of soya sauce just made the taste magical. I highly recommend it to everyone. Then i ordered chicken lollipop and chilli prawns. Both were very good at taste and the quantity was also very good. The prawns were very fresh and juicy. The staffs and the owner are very friendly and cheerful. In case of doubt on what to order, feel free to take their advice, which I can vouch were genuine. The ambience is a bit dark and simple which may not cater to everyone's taste. But the food will just make up for it. Be part of the legacy which is more than 4 decades old, the first Chinese restaurant of the whole madhya pradesh.

This is one of the few Chinese restaurants you'll find that is actually run by Chinese... 😁😉 the food is tasty and served piping hot. The portion sizes are good. The menu options are quite varied too.. I loved the chicken lollipops. 8 pieces in a plate!! That is rare... The prawn fried rice was good too. I'd recommend the chicken SK soup. It's comes with fried wontons on the side and is delicious! Perfect for this weather.. We tried the chicken Hakka noodles. The flavors are good. But they seem to use instant noodles all the time. 🙁 Also the place is lit very very dimly in the evening, Call it mood lighting or whatever, but we could barely see our food. That's cost them a star...

Me and my family is coming to this restaurant since 2003. One of the best indo chinese servers in the city, they have maintained the ambience and atmosphere since the beginning. Everytime i go there it makes me remember my experience of The Big Boss, tangra, kolkata. My go to dishes are Chicken noodles with gravy, chicken veg with steamed rice and chicken lung fung soup it's been ages i am eating this and the taste is the same, delicious and fulfilling. Do give it a try whenever your nearby. Thank you team hong kong...

Got to eat some super delicious Sweet and Sour Fish and Chilli Prawns after a long time. Very few know how to make these well. No wonder this used to be my favourite haunt years ago and catching up with it on a short visit to the city made it memorable

I recently dined at Hong Kong Chinese restaurant and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. I started with the hot and sour soup, which was rich and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. For my main course, I ordered mushroom noodles, chilli paneer, and chilli mushroom, and it was absolutely delicious. The mushroom was perfectly cooked and tender, and the sauce had just the right balance of sweet and spicy flavors. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the high quality of the food. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Old school joint with good service and delicious food. We ordered hakka noodles, chili chicken, chicken fried rice and chicken lollipops. Everything was great, highly recommend! Our new go to chinese joint :)

I have been a customer of this place since my childhood.. The legacy and the taste of this restaurant has never seemed to have changed. May it be Sin Aunty or her son (who runs this traditional restaurant now). The secret of recipes has been intact... Every morsel of dishes is a delight to be savoured with deliciousness that can never be felt at any other Chinese restaurant in Indore

This is an old Chinese restaurant in town but it's no longer popular among youngsters. Sitting area is neat and clean, food was good, service is also good. Food was enough for 3 people in 500 rupee. Must try atleast one time.

Quiet peaceful place with a real Chinese taste n ambience. If u r fond of real Chinese food in a real chinese atmosphere so this place is for u and quiet economic also.

Food was very good if anyone wants to taste a good chinese food then this place is the best option...but as it was a non ac restuarant so take away would be a better option in this hot summer as there was not even a cooler .one thing which I did nt like is that when I asked for the leftovers for parcel they just packed then in normal plastic packets which I found unhealthy
