Review Indian Coffee House - Jaipur

Mayank Bhatt
Indian Coffee House is a legendary place in Jaipur that has been serving aromatic coffee and delicious food since 1962. It is located near Ajmeri Gate, on MI Road, opposite Khadi Bhandar¹. The place has an old world rustic charm with wooden furniture, vintage posters and ceiling fans. The place is spacious and has a family room and a ladies special room for privacy². The menu offers a variety of South Indian, North Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes at affordable prices. Some of the popular dishes are filter coffee, hot coffee, omelette, masala dosa, vada sambhar and sandwiches¹². The food is freshly prepared and served hot and crisp. The portions are generous and the taste is authentic. The coffee is especially good and refreshing. The service is prompt and polite. The staff is well trained and courteous. They take orders quickly and deliver them efficiently. They also provide suggestions and recommendations to the customers³. The place is clean and well maintained. The hygiene standards are high and the quality of the food is consistent. I would recommend Indian Coffee House to anyone who wants to enjoy a cup of coffee with some tasty snacks in a nostalgic and cozy atmosphere. It is a place that will make you feel at home and satisfied. It is a place that will make you come back for more.

The place has a nostalgic vibe to it, very vintage and oaky. Food was good, but the coffee was amazing! Everybody was really friendly and polite! Perfect breakfast point to start off a good day!

Such a fun hidden gem. The atmosphere is cool (so nice on a hot day) and old school. Their omelettes are so yummy and pairs well with their super yummy buttery bread and cold cream coffee (very frothy with a cute straw).

Always Indian Coffee House is crowded. But you get the best Dosa, Idli and Cheese Omelette. Always visit it whenever I to go Jaipur.

Excellent service and great quality food. Best place to have good food at affordable rate in Jaipur. I am sorry that I was not aware of the tipping culture in the area. The gentleman who waited our table served us really good. Unfortunately, I did not tip him. If you are reading this, you did a great job. Thank you so much for the service. We really enjoyed the Egg Biriyani, Paneer noodles and Coffee.

You don't find such places in India anymore and this one is just an exception. Must must visit place for breakfast in Jaipur. Great food/ service/ atmosphere. Reasonable prices with great taste, a rare combination.

Awesome service, really tasty food, extremely humble prices and the best, quaint and old school vibes! Servers were really polite, we ordered hot cream coffee, it tasted heavenly and the taste of faint vanilla beans lingered for a long. We had a French toast, salty one. Again, lavishly prepped and really tasty. A must visit if you're in Jaipur!

If you go with a mindset that you get to see past in present, you won't be disappointed. I read Google reviews complaining about the cleanliness and not well maintained but that's what make it special. It's cleaned but not given modern update to make you feel that old rustic feel. So I loved atmosphere. You will find white people around appreciating food and place.

The oldest coffee shop exudes timeless charm. With its vintage decor, it's a haven for coffee aficionados. The rich aroma of freshly brewed beans fills the air, while cozy nooks invite conversation. The taste of their classic brews transports you to a bygone era. A true coffee lover's paradise.

Indian coffee house and I go long back. I have tried food here in many different cities but the one on the MI road serves one of the best mutton cutlets. You can also try Keema noodles/dosa or a masala dosa. The nariyal chutney is very distinctive . I love the simplicity of the food, environment and everything else here.

The best coffee house, you must try Masala Dosa and Special Coffee. And I personally super loved the sambar.
