Review The Grand Peacock Restaurant - Jaipur

This is a fairly small restaurant. It serves regular North Indian, Rajasthani dishes as well as chinese and continental cuisine. The ambience is of a Rajasthani restaurant and is nicely done up. Service was very polite and attentive. We ordered Laal maas and misi rotis, parathas to go with it followed by a special kulfi. Food was excellent and portion size reasonable. Certainly recommend it.

Greatt service no doubt about that. Laal Maas was good but I've eaten better honestly. The Kulfi is not to be missed though. Real good.

Well decorated restaurant. it's a multi-cuisine cafe. they have roof-top sitting as well and i would recommend you sit there only. we orders soda lime, cold coffee with ice-cream, chicken biryani, and red sauce spaghetti. the taste of the food was good too. i really liked the spaghetti. However the waiting time was lil longer than usual. And i personally feel that the price is bit of the higher side.

I visited the place some time ago. Was suspicious about the it. But the way they treated me was itself a pleasure. From welcoming the guests to serving the food everything was too much courteous. The whole staff is very friendly. The cleanliness and the hygene both you will find here. The food taste is superb. Nice place to hangout with family and friends.

Absolutely lovely! Really great tasting food and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming - they recommended authentic, fresh dishes and even helped with my dietary requirements. A real gem in the centre of Jaipur.

All all the food was amazing. There is a group of 12 and everything we ordered was very delicious. Amongst the group we ordered mutton curry , garlic and butter naan, rice and dahl, chana masala. Also, there is a local ice cream type dessert that is called kulfi that was custom-made in that restaurant. Also many other vegetarian dishes. The staff was very very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and visit again

The atmosphere inside this restaurant is awesome. The staff is also very supportive. They serve a very delicious and tasty food. The main attraction is their decoration and theme of the restaurant.

We picked this restaurant because of all the good reviews on google, and we were impressed with ambience and the taste of Rajasthani dishes. Their Laal Mass, Makhana Curry and Kulfi are a must try. The bathrooms are clean, which was nice after being to other places near this. This place is only 5 minutes away from Jantar Mantar and City Palace.

A very pleasant restaurant, with polite and friendly staff and delicious food. Very clean and the food tastes fresh with quality ingredients.

These were among the most delicious dishes we have had. Really different and unique tastes and great recommendations. The owner does try to upsell the more expensive dishes though so that was a bit cheeky, haha. We had the Matar Makhana, Dum Aloo Rajasthani and for drinkt the Badam shake + fresh mango lassi and it was AMAZING. When we were there we were the only table so it wasn't really vibey, but undoubtedly that's different when it's busy. There is barbed wire at the rooftop terrace so that's a bit interesting but other than that great service and beautiful table setting! Also: the owner is really lovely. He gave us foxnuts to prepare at home and we can always call him for recipes!! Thank you so much!

It is complete Rajasthan experience, the ambiance, hospitality, service all good Multicuisine restaurant, not very costly, though small restaurant, quality is good. Worth trying

If you are doing side seen in Jaipur This is Best place to have a lunch, you won't go too far or out side for lunch Pecock is on a way . Best rooftop in Pinkcity for lunch. Amazing food ( Dal Kabul Fathe ,Lal mas , and there on family recipes which they Serve in lunch) When I was there I had Bhindi Kurkuree And Yellow Dal , Best I had Ever . Love �Grand Peacock.

Quality food and really good service. Great rooftop lunch today. Super food, not much more to be said. Try the pea and mushroom curry - doesn't sound like much, maybe, but slipped down a treat along with spinach & corn and aubergine dishes. this was our best meal to date in Jaipur.

A restaurant in a heritage haveli that too in the walled city serving the most authentic traditional Rajasthani dishes. Great ambience with superb hospitality. One of a kind in jaipur. A must visit for all jaipurites. It gives you a royal experience with food from that era. Haven't seen a place so busy during the day time that too all the guests were foreigners. It's the worst nightmare you can have. They served the previous day chicken and when asked they said they will replace it. The replaced plate had the same pieces that was provided earlier. I could make out because one of the piece that I had cut earlier was in the plate they claim to be fresh. Please stay away. Would have given a zero rating if I could.

The food here was pretty bad, apart from the mutton sagwala. From starters to main course, they will not fail to disappoint you. The restaurant is also very very overpriced. Please do yourself and do not order the Biryani.

The colorful ambience welcomes you greatly which meets the Jaipuri style. Food served is delicious and chiefs are humble. If not the best restaurants around, drop into this one around. Wonderful it is❤️

Their menu is extensive and you will not run out of options. It's more popular among foreigners than Indians. If you are in Jaipur, do visit this place for some sumptuous food.
