The food at OTB is really great everything is worth ever penny. So I totally recommend this place.

Beautiful ambience, with delicious and unlimited food quality in buffet.

It was a good experience for me. I went for a family BBQ with unlimited dinner. Ambience was good but can be improved. Food was good, and I will explore again. Talking about service, it was quite good. 👍 canenjoy ity with family and friends. For starters, the food is luscious and very good. The starters are pretty good, but that's where anything tasty stops. The buffet is your basic Indian buffet with mediocre food quality. The drinks are excellent in terms of cocktail mix and ingredient quality. The service is pretty good, and the staff is attentive, present, and has a good attitude. The washrooms are very updated and clean. Overall, the restaurant is showing a lot of stars and needs to be explored.

It was good experience for me i went for family bbq unlimited dinner. Ambience was good but can be improve. Food was good and be explore again talk about service quite good 👍 can enjoy with family and friends.

The buffet was really good, in vegetarian food there are very limited but in non vegetarian food there are many types of varieties. I definitely love the end, with a craving for dessert and the desert variety + taste is awesome. The prices are very reasonable also. You can book combo packages. Best combo package you can book from 750.00 rs per person include starter and dinner with soft drinks. Thanks a lot for the food and service though!

Excellent ambience on the rooftop. Good BBQ, but main course Veg dishes could improve a bit! A Video Karaoke set up will enhance the overall experience even more!!

Had been here with my friends and had a great time enjoying the aroma and the aura of the place, feels luxurious too...do visit if you need a treat from someone, or for a group party, food is good, service is average, need to say the waiter a lot of times to get the food, plus the food takes a lot of time to be served, basically the starter part though, and you don't get to drink alcohol in the buffet , you need to pay separately, a mocktail is there in the complimentary, which you'll get for once! I would highly appreciate it the staff behaviour could be improved! Thanks a lot for the food and service though!

Food is OK as we have ordered various varieties of veg - non veg but in which tomato soup is very bad taste, dahi kabab is Ok, non veg platter is nice. Ambience is very good Service is also good but I think there is still scope for improvement

I am regular customer of OTB and love OTB's buffet. I went today on Friendship's Day for lunch Buffet but was highly disappointed. The starters were great bjt the main course was not ready till 3.30 . They said it's under prelaration and would be prepared within 5 mins. We waited for half an hour and eventually left without having our main course and paying full amount. The management was least bothered to even ask when we were leaving without having food and even didn't have the courtesy to atleast charge less amount if their buffet was not ready. It is not acceptable if the food is not ready even after 3 PM. If they were lacking preparation or staff, they should have informed us earlier and should not have opened the buffet. We could have taken Ala-Carte. <br/>

Very spaceous and very artistically built.<br/>The staff was very humble and well manered and treated us how a person should be treated at such place.<br/>The roof top place was amazing with splendid music with a damce floor which could have been lit but since it was a friday night thus the place was not packed as we expected it to be.<br/>The food was very nice and everything had a particular taste of their origin and specially the pasta was something that you remember to be of one of a kind thing.

I hate giving negative reviews but I'm really disappointed with this place! Services were slow even though it was not the rush hour. I had to leave after a single order because the pasta was a disaster, it was nothing but ketchup and chilli flakes in the name of red sauce. Needs some improvements!

Perfect place, perfect location with courteous staff and variety of food and drinks. They provide both indoor and outdoor seating. Buffet or Ala Carte both the options are available. Its situated in a mall so after shopping you can relax n have a peace of mind :). Food quality is really good and the staff is readily available to assist you. We went in there for lunch... It was pretty dull at that time... We expected more... No music nothing... We were not allowed on rooftop... Service was pretty good..<br/>Food was hit or miss:<br/>Pina colada- 1/5, was just too sweet<br/>Apple cooler- 5/5, was really good in taste as well as presentation<br/>Nachos- 4/5, okay okay not bad but neither anything special<br/>Farm fresh pizza- 3/5, kinda bland taste<br/>Cheese and aji Amarillo quesadilla- 0/5, horrible taste... Nothing near the real recipe<br/>Crispy chilli potato- 4/5 pretty average<br/>Over all - 3/5<br/>Average place... I would recommend go some other place where there is more worth of your money<br/>

Very good ambience, staff is very humble, food is good too, i went with friends and choose their buffet dinner options, starters, mocktail, sweets, pasta, desserts were good but the main course was not good at all, main course was tasteless. Else all were very good, nothing great just good.

Veg portion has a lot of nice options.. Staff is very nice here and best thing about this place is the ambience. Sweet dishes (cakes and pastry) are somethings to consider.. Starter is average (for veg).. They can surely improve the starter menu for veg.. Cutlery could be better..

We had a Ala carte dinner at this place the food was no doubt very delicious but I had a bad experience with the staff. My boy friend likes jalebi very much and he had one plate jalebi from buffet section and we had paid for that already and he took one more plate to eat and staff got mad and told us that this is enough jalebi u had u have to pay for this and We know we have to pay for what we eat but at least have some manners.<br/>

We celebrated my daughter's birthday here because we have been here several times and the food and service is impeccable.<br/>The Buffet has a vast spread of delicacies both veg and non veg, the starters main course and the desserts are fresh, delicious and presented nicely. Tried starters like dahi ke kebabs, tandoori mushrooms, pineapple, cheese rolls and paneer tikkas. The ambience is very lively, service is quick and you are never disappointed after visiting OTB.<br/>Will surely recommend it!

This is my review one month ago- "Visited this place with family on weekday. Tried both veg and non-veg buffet, and both are excellent. The ambience is good and staff is courteous. In spite of an earlier reservation we are made to sit from one desk to another and this person who is supposed to be at the front desk along with the manager is talking in such harsh manner, that it looks like we owe them something. earlier i went to Jaipur's different buffet restaurant, this time i decided to go to OTB, and we were 6 person to celebrate party. Important matter should be clear for everyone, service is totally worst on OTB!<br/><br/>later we got last table, no light no interior, basic facility to sitting, that's it. now staff came and without greet started to give starter which is part of every buffet. after 10-15 minutes, another tabled booked by 15 people, sudden we saw that staffs are serving there, not even coming to our table to give other starter. I called thrice to reception desk for those inconvenience. That are another busy person i called thrice, no benefit to go, later we all was leaving the place, and that time manager came to us. Then staff started to give foods, but all those circumstances we lost our precious time and mood. <br/><br/>For my recommendation about OTB, i know you are getting lots of regular client, and that is another reason to avoid services when you are getting fixed customers. but you are loosing customers by doing such bad things everyday. <br/><br/>I visited Barbeque Nation more than 18 times in a year, and never got services like this! I wont recommend OTB for family restaurant. If you have a lot time, lot money to waste, surely go and enjoy!<br/><br/>About food, that is average! welcome drink must be more better. Briyani and non veg dishes should be more better along with instant services.

First time service was good, next time i hate the place, neither service meet with any expectations nor behavior of staff. Specially when staff partial with members. That should be punishable even i paid same as others so why not us! The other table was getting quick services for starter and our table was blank even 30 minute passed away, after calling 4-5 times we got services. Overall expectations was not satisfactorily, i wont recommend. This one rating only for staff and services. Food was good but without service, no means to go.

Love this place. They have a great barbeque serving a wide selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. This is followed by a buffet with reasonable main course and dessert selections, but one is usually too full after the BBQ! They have indoor and open seating, the music is nice. The quantity of food was really less, not at all worth the amount.

Visited the place whilst Rajasthani food festival was going on. And had to wait for half and hour to get the table though the staff was really helpful. The buffet had a large variety and tasted really good. Specially their corn fritters and dahi ke kebab which were to die for. Service was okay and they were taking a lot of time to refill the food but it was okay given how crowded the place was. A must visit place though

Food was not upto the mark and can be ranged between bad to okay. Service - poor. Ambience - good. Menu - good options available for both veg and non-veg. Prices - I went there with 2 pupil and we paid 1500/- for a la carte which was good but as the food was nowhere near to be good hence that felt unworthy. Place to visit again - No/maybe.
