As per the name the interiors were royal, I’ve tried The famous “ Dal Bhati Churma”, taste was good but bit pricey

Hi Google users, This is a decent place for a quick bite. We had tomato soup. It was nice and creamy. The bread selection was nice with a special mention for the Kashmiri Naan.. The Paneer Butter Masala was very tasty. I also liked the Dhal Maharani. A good place to visit for lunch if you are near Jaipur. Regards, Deepak.

The food was good with resonable cost. Service is a bit slow. Neat and clean restaurant. They add service charge in final bill amount. On request waiter reduced the final cost.

Decent food. Slightly expensive, comparable to Delhi prices. Portions are very reasonable. They take sometime to get the food, but I guess that's not big minus.

This is a place to cheat touristis who have come to have good experience of Jaipur. The food is okay. Price is touching the rooftop of pricing a food on a menu. Quantity is low. Good seating.
P.S The cab driver usually tries you to decieve to this place as they have a tie up to make some extra money on the side.
Worse restaurant ever!!! Paneer butter masala was super spicy n tasteless. Service wasn't great. Basically it is a place e where cabs bring tourist as they get commission for it. The place was stinking and again other then Miranda nothing else was good.

Trip to Jaipur 1st restraunt Royal treat thank you for this treat quality is not upto the mark. Ordered dal makhni and paneer butter masala. Dal makhni was pathetic never have I ever tried this in my life. No salt no dal what u get is rajma in dal makhni. So I ordered dal makhni no rajma. Paneer butter masala was upto the mark. Prices are high but quality is not at all good. I am ready to pay more can't compromise with the quality. Setup or ambience is classy. Overall 2 to 2.5 out of 5 I am sorry but can't compromise with the quality. Hope you guys will improve this. Thank you.

Driver of my tour company took us there. We were seated at a table for 20 minutes. We called waiters several times to get our table set up and to order our food. Food taste was average. Food took almost another half hour to come. We made a mistake of ordering an extra fries. That took half an hour too. Price is at a high side. Service IMO is terrible as they don't come to your table.

My Food Hunt
Another day another lunch time finds us in Jaipur looking for a snack. Today’s stop was to be The Royal Treat on Amer Road, Another multicuisine restaurant, this one describes it’s own menu as “Fairly Priced, Decently Sized and Extremely Delicious”. That was quite an interesting if a somewhat bold statement and they went on further to say that ‘Incorporating the herbs and spices of India – the dishes offered at The Royal Treat evoke sentiments of a culture through an exotic blend of taste and aroma’

my friends and i went to Jaipur for a day trip. the driver took us to this place. im guessing this is where he normally takes the tourists since when we got there, all the other tourists we saw in the other places also went there for lunch. im not an expert on indian food and i dont know what is the specialty in Jaipur. the waiter recommended the chicken boti masala while my friend wanted to try chicken tikka. we also ordered butter naan (but they mistakenly gave us garlic naan, so they also gave us butter naan for free) and the stuffed naan. the food is nothing special, just like normal indian food so i was a bit disappointed. but other than that the place is fine. i would have wanted to try another resto but i didnt have the time, energy or internet connection to google.
oh you know this is a tourist trap when you find out a bottle of coke is INR 100 and one tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream is INR 150.

DON'T bother wasting your money going to this place... They are tied up with many tourist drivers and companies to get ppl there.. In fact food is disgusting may be to compensate to the foreign crowd but nothing close to authentic rajasthan food...

Guide/Taxi driver will take u here saying its a best restaurant with great taste but its a lie. Taste less food and poor cleaning and service will disappoint you. In my opinion dont go. We tried veg food only here, dont know about non veg dishes.

The guide took us to this place saying it is one of the best. Air condition was not working properly. Food was not great. Was just average.............

Had lunch today at this place .
After having 5 days of veg food at haridwar it was a bliss to get non veg here.
We ordered chicken biriyani , mutton rogan josh, chicken butter masala, butter nun .
Overall the place is nice ..
The biryani was not at all upto expectation.

Please avoid if you read this. We ordered traditional Rajasthani food 'Gatte ki Sabzi' and 'papad-tamatar ki sabzi'. The gatta sabzi was stale. Yes stale! And when we told the waiter, he replies coolly 'yeah, its gone bad!' Thats's it, no apologies! Just said that we haven't billed it. Wow, and what about the damage that it's caused? The papad-tamatar sabzi was also very oily! The staff lacks basic courtesy, one of them even letching at foreigners.
The place is surprisingly packed with many foreign tourists. Im sure they wouldnt know when an Indian food has gone bad.

So avoid if you dont want to be throwing up later on.

Avoid, tourist trap. Bad attitude from the waiter. They only fancy foreign tourists and in a hurry to push you off.

Food is ok. Avoid at all cost.
My rating is average for this hotel because they charge too much for a single thali and give average food. They charged near about 400 Rs for a veg thali, but the food which we got was at average side. Roti was mixture of maida and wheat, which was not expected by me at the rate of 400 rs.

I would advise to visit this hotel only if you don't have any other option. They should understand that 400 Rs will be cheaper for foreigners but not for Indian's.
