Good place ,classic food,attractive presentation
The taco shells were crunchy and filling of kidney beans with chickpeas in a great spice mix provided for a wholesome desi experience. The fresh salad lent a zing of freshness and the cheese gave the taco a creamy and cheesy texture.
However, one addition which I would have personally preferred is that the salad could have been mixed in Greek yoghurt with some seasoning and it would have taken the texture of the taco a notch higher.

Tried this place a few days back , I wanted to visit Nazara but it was closed for renovations, the menu here is quite similar to Nazara just lagging a few things, so we ordered tandoori mushroom and tacos.
Overall the experience here was quite good but the service was a little slow.
Doorbean is good choice for a tasty food with a pretty cool environment. The Food is a must try , all the foodies must visit if you haven’t . They have the best nachos in the city , And the quality is 5 star 🌟
A great place with a great view!! Have been here a couple of times and found the place as lovely as ever. It id located on main tonk road on the tenth floor - which gives a great view of the Jaipur city, absolutely stunning views at night. The food is great as well. Try the Indian food varieties since they are much better than the continental or the chinese. However the place is a littlr pricey, but the view and the ambience covers it up. Will definitely visit again.

So this was my first visit to Doorbeen Restaurant, I have been there in Nazara (Rooftop by Doorbeen) many times but because of summer season, we preferred seating indoor.
The seating arrangement is casual dining and was nicely done.
Coming to the food, we ordered garlic bread & North Indian main course and the taste was really good.
Tear Apart Garlic Bread is a must try here!
The paneer dish had a perfect taste. Although the Dal Tadka was not that good and didn’t liked the taste.
Service was upto the mark, staff is well trained and they host you nicely with all the queries answered.
Will surely visit again.

Well what can i say about doorbeen.. Service was fantastic.ambiance was like bird eye's view from the top.i ordered paneer lavabdar and dal tadka.and in breads lachha parantha and butter naan.. Well i would recommend butter naan is perfect option to go for with paneer lavabdar in doorbeen.You will love it. I was a bit disappointed by lacchha parantha and dal tadka.. But anyways overall hoping for another visit.and maybe try something different to relax my curiosity.

Having heard about this place from many people, I finally got a chance to visit this restaurant and it didn't disappoint me at all.
In a good fine dining restaurant with a decent ambiance, I received good hospitality by the staff. We ordered a 3 course meal here:
Starters- Minnestrone soup ( average) and Indian platter ( good )
Main course - cheese garlic naan ( very good) , doorbeen's special garden surprise , it was their special dish and it turned out to be very good along with daal makhni ( good).
Dessert- brownie with ice cream ( awesome, must try)
Overall a good fine dining restaurant , I believe it's marginally overpriced but you won't regret it if you'd order the main course and the dessert that I had ordered.

A great, rooftop place if you're looking to relax and soak in some sun this winter. The interiors are gorgeous, and there is a wide selection of food.
We had the margherita pizza, the malai kofta and garlic naan , and the hakka noodles. As it was birthday, we finished off with some beautiful, German cheesecake. Great place, great meal!

An importune vegetarian dinner, when you don't want to say yes but you have to, despite for once your heart and mind being in sync in saying "NO", but you nod in agreement looking down a barrel..and then you want to take it out on the restaurant...Doorbin on my crosshairs, we reached there at around 8PM..Somehow the maitre sensed my hostility and got us a corner seat by the glass wall offering a nocturnal panorama of the pink city and I realised the first round belonged to Doorbin...Me 0, Doorbin 1 ...soup and starter (mushroom multani) ordered, I settled down with the all veg menu with my seething epicurean soul trying to decide which dish can do justice to my self inflated gastronomical ego..and decided on chap masala, Hyderabadi vegetables, masala kulcha, ajwaini roti and kachumar salad..too much for 2 people??
Then arrived the lemon corriander soup with the mushroom multani..soup was good but the mushroom was heavenly. Each bite strikes a different chord, yet when you swallow there is perfect harmony....too bad the portion size is small...again I realised I actually am looking forward to the next dish. Hated to admit Me 0, Doorbin 2.
Chap Masala was tangy and spicy and the Veg Hyderabadi was subtle and silky...that was a Good cop bad cop treatment that had the breads dancing to their tunes..my fingers and mouth were at the mercy of these dishes. When I scraped my plate clean with the last piece of the roti, I realised for 20 minutes i hadn't cribbed about vegetarian food. Me 0, Doorbin 5.

My recent visit to Doorbeen with my friends was definitely an amazing one.. We were 5 members and the order was Dahi Kebab, Schezwan Noodles , Soya chaap, Lasagne Vegetariana, Paneer Malai Tikka ..
Dahi Kebab and Schezwaan Noodles were very delicious.. Soya chaap was also good in taste..
I didn't like paneer malai tikka and lasagne vegetariana much .. Both the dishes were average..
Service was really good. Ambience is very sober..

Last night we went to Doorbeen (after the Kaleidoscope debacle), as this a very frequently visited place for my family. We love their masala garlic bread, paneer lababdar subzi, hara bahar kebab & paneer tikka. So it was an obvious choice for us to come here.
There is nothing to describe in ambiance, it is very normal place with comfortable seating. Though it was Sunday night, the place wasn't packed but yeah it was full.
We ordered,
1. Masala Garlic Bread: 3/5: I would've never imagined in my dreams that I'll rate this dish less than 5/5. But maybe yesterday wasn't a good day at all. Their masala garlic bread used to be soft, juicy, spicy and cheesy but what we got was excees buttered and chessy garlic bread which had no flavor. It seriously lacked spiciness (that garlicy flavor) & was totally bland.
2. Dahi Ke Kebab: 1/5: I never ever had such pathetic dahi ke kekabs. The only flavor I could get was of cardimmom. It was used so excessively that cardimmom over-powered every other flavor in that kebab. Very very disappointing!
3. Paneer Tikka: 2/5: It was so disappointing and we were shocked as Doorbeen's paneer tikka is soft, tangy, spicy. But this time the paneer was hard, marinade tasted totally bland, their chutney was not the curd-based one & on top of that no laccha onion rings were served in the platter.
4. Veg Steak Sizzler: 3/5: Sizzler had fried veggies, french fries, paneer pieces, white rice and red spicy sauce gravy. The rice was very oily, paneer was just pan fried hence had no flavor. The red sauce was good but barely covered the sizzler. For 550 bucks, I'll prefer Four Season Special Sizzler anyday (which is around 400, has more quantity and taste a lot better).
5. Veg Manchurian Gravy: 3/5: When we got the dish, it seemed as it was made in utter hurry. The veggies in a manchurian are always finely chopped, gravy is silky-thick. But here the veggies were chopped in a rush that they were so big in pieces, the gravy was very watery. Manchurian balls tasted good but they were very small in size.
We were pretty shocked at the food served by doorbeen this time. I felt that we should have sticked to north-indian cuisine only then our experience would've been far better. These 6 dishes (we called for 2 portions of garlic bread) costed us around 1100/- thanks to Zomato Gold.
But yeah one thing which I'll definitely say, unlike Kaleidoscope which was crying to not allow Gold benefit on Sizzler, manager at Doorbeen was very helpful. He not only had no qualms in accepting Zomato Gold for all dishes, he even helped in computing amount which benefited us.
I'll rate an extra 0.5 just for the help provided by manager.
One place which never disappoint us. A must go place if you want eat tasty and good food. There Barbaresca pasta is a must have. Would highly recommend this place.

I visited this place a few days back and here is what my visit offered-While we have new restaurants and eateries opening in the city every other day Doorbeen has been in the business for quite some time and is a seasoned player.
This place offers proper fine dining and I must say that the ambience of the place is really amazing.The staff is extremely courteous and well versed with its work.
Coming on to the food, As a food enthusiast I would not say I was extremely flattered with the taste and quality but it was not bad either. We ordered a proper three course meal.
This place is best suitable for corporate and business meetings and for family dinners of course.All in all I would say it was a good experience and since the time I have heard they have introduced a new food line I am definitely willing to try it once.

Ambience is quite calm.. The view of main road is also enchanting.

I really do not get why the rating of Doorbeen is so low, while the food and ambience is amazing and service just perfectly timed and friendly. I love the masala garlic bread and pastas since forever while pizzas here are my new favorites. Also, the North Indian section is as good as it can get! Eat at the restaurant or order food, the quality doesn't change one bit. Amazing!

As the food culture is so much growing in the city with the new places opening every week. We find very few places which are purely dedicated to indoor proper Fine dine. This place is one of them on the 8th floor of Ganga Heights Tower with the glass walls to enjoy the view with the dinning. The taste and ambience is average but overall good menu for north indian food dont expect too much from the place. If you want to go out with family for proper dine. You can pick this place.

i liked the welcoming part the most . They will offer you sanitizers and a warm towel to maintain hygiene . Good for those who are lazy enough to wash their hands before having food :p ( like me :p ) .

•Pizza was amazingly delicious . Thin crust topped with basil leaves with right amount of cheese . My dad doesn't like pizza but to my surprise he liked this one .
•Butter paneer masala was also yummy . Loved the gravy with soft cottage cheese .
•Dal Fry was good . tasted like a home made dal but was nice with less spices .
Overall a must visit pocket-friendly place. 👌🏻

I have been here twice and it is my pleasure to share my amazing dining experience .
Ambiance: Though a sophistical, elegant and well maintained place but the decor is something to work upon .
Experience : Rushed, gushed and stuffed ! Everything came all together that was pretty overwhelming and balanced. Must try these:
Virgin mojito - with crushed ice _ loved it !
Garlic bread with masala and penne arrabbiata pasta _( my sole purpose of visiting this place :p)
Minestrone italian soup - ( the veggies were less , to be improved) otherwise it was yummy.
Pizza - ( Americano ) : Obvio had to be the best .
We ended with Dal makhani and paneer butter masala which was cooked with perfection .
But this time the service was quite slow .

We ordered pita pockets, red sauce pasta , green apple mocktail and mint mojito. The taste was superb but what was surprising to me, was its quantity. Even a single plate is huge here. Just loved the ambience too. It gives you a bohemian vibe and a cool place to party. The staff is also very humble and cooperative. Had a wonderful, memorable evening with some very close friends. The food, service and ambience - all were par excellence. But still there is room for improvement, hence I am giving four stars. Their Dault Ki Chaat was superb!
The service was great as usual. Very friendly and always very courteous.
I just found the food to be a bit too oily. Also, the daulat ki chaat they recommended we get was nothing like daulat ki chaat from Delhi. Very yummy Bruschetta. Definitely order that.

Located on top of the Ganga Heights, Doorbeen is a pure veg restaurant. Already with a large seating capacity, they are now opening the rooftop which will increase the capacity and chances of getting a long waiting reduces. They do not publicize themselves, people do it by mouth publicity as they win their hearts and stomach, and that's how I ended up here, by someone's recommendation. They have a large variety of food in their menu, and if you are a foodie, you'll notice that you have most of the Little Italy's dish here, at a relatively cheaper price, but with an equivalent taste. Have your meal until you are satisfied, and then order a chocolate bomb, and just like I did, you'll feel like this is the best desert you ever had.
Loved the ambience, bit high pricing food but overall due to atmosphere you will love to spend more time here.
Also you should serve water free rather than charging 60/- INR on the name of mineral water which is very strange and as a restaurant you must have the water service and have to stop bearing from customer.

We recently enjoyed an Anniversary party dinner at this restaurant. It was an amazing experience. Everything, the food , the service, ambience, place was upto the mark. Amulya Sir (staff) was very cooperative and treated us so well.
Good quality and tasty food, only a few items were a little too salty for everyone's taste ..all in all a good place for family dinner
Pure veg restaurant located at 8th floor at tonk road. The place is very spacious and air conditioned with polite staff. There can be arrangements for big parties also.
Now coming to the food menu here, the dishes are delicious and mouth watering such as tasty Russian salad, plain and masala garlic bread, cheesy nachos, pizza and what not. The best part is that their taste didn't change post covid also.
Main course are quite ok but if ur craving for some fast food, then you can surely try this place. I recommend to visit this place once while coming to jaipur.
With ambience being this great and food being this delicious, I wonder where I cut the star rating while reviewing this place. This place has made my evening last time when I visited with awesome playlist and soothing music, I am planning to visit pretty soon again.

2) Baked Veggies : I was searching for this from 2 years and finally found the best, trust me when I am mentioning the BEST
3) Manchurian : They were spicy and were having very authentic taste.

1) Gentle Breeze : This was little tangy in taste
2) Black Rose : I find it to be one of the best drink when in cafe

3) They need to improve their strater and Chinese food quality
4) North Indian and Main course is 5star rating
5) Live music are a part on Weekends specially Sunday. ( Soft-instrumental-low vibes soft music)
Don't accept High Sound or DJ or Rap or Dance Songs )
Conclusion - Need to improve starter food quality...Rest all is Okay 🤠...

Such an amazing place with an awesome ambience. Colors and lights are so bright and beautiful, its like you want to click every part of the cafe. Food presentation is also awesome and cindrella mocktail is a must try. Staff is so friendly that they offered us rum balls in dessert from their side.
Overall, its a romantic cozy place with awesome food and oh, affordable cheap prices. Loved it👍 Thanks for making our 1st day of 2019 so happening❤️
Had a wonderful experience at Nazara. Food was really good & tasty and the atmosphere was also incredible. Especial thanks to Sunil for serving us and making sure we had a fabulous dinner at 12 midnight.
