Review H R Palace Restaurant - Jaipur

Me and my brother stayed at hotel HR Palace from 21st to 24th Dec. The hotel is at a prime location as it is just ~1 km from Railway and Metro station. You will find all the basic things like conveyance, market and good restaurants in that locality. Our stay started with a very positive note as on our request they gave us early check-in (8 am), that saved us a lot of time. Rooms were big, staff was polite and helpful and their rooftop restaurant and it's food was also very nice. Only improvement that I can say is that they can add few more options in their breakfast buffet as it has very limited options as of now. Overall a very good experience that too at very affordable price.

Excellent facilities. Very helpful staff especially the night manager Mr. Sanjay and staff Mr. Vishnu. They were waiting for us even when we arrived at 1 AM. They gave us a quadruple room even though we booked a triple one. They also arranged a good driver and vehicle for us at reasonable prices. The location is a bit messy. Easy to reach though as it's near the railway station. Washrooms, Plumbing etc are a bit old fashioned. The restaurant could be improved.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Jaipur. Lovely rooms, kind staff and they even let us keep the room until our train to New Dehli at 5:30pm free of charge. Good value for money, and tasty breakfast. Would 100% stay again.

Best hotel experience in India yet (3rd hotel). Very large rooms, extra clean, great front desk staff & room service, no hidden charges. Like 2min car ride from train station. Highly recommend!

My family and I had the most incredible experience during our stay at this hotel, all thanks to the amazing service provided by Vishnu and the night manager, Sanjay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived even late at night. They ensured we had everything we needed for comfortable stay. When the kitchen was closed at night they provided extra service by getting us food from restaurants in Jaipur. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was very good, close to everything. Thanks to Vishnu, Sanjay, and the rest of the staff for giving us this hospitable stay. We will definitely return, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone trying to find a hotel in Jaipur.

Hello, Staying at Hotel HR Palace, Jaipur was a wonderful experience. The room was nice and clean. The food was amazing and pocket friendly. I experienced dinner on the terrace. It was good and tasty. You can get your food delivered to your room with quick service. The behavior of the staff was good, especially the Night Front Office Manager Mr. Naresh Singh. He is a very polite and nice person. Always available to serve you at any time. I would like to share my experience that I forgot pen drive in hotel room. I was very worried about my pen drive. I informed Naresh Singh about my concern. He just told me to calm down, he will courier my pen drive to my address. He does what he says. I got my pen drive at my address and he did not ask any fee for it. This is the service of this hotel. If you are planning to visit Jaipur then please visit this hotel, they will provide best deal apart from online. The location is also good. Thank you to the hotel team for your support.

Great value for money, hotel is just 5 min. Away from Railway station, Owner Anuj ji is really a kind person, he made us checked-in morning at 6:30 without any reservation, front desk staff helped us in providing rental vehicle at very low price from market. Best thing also is you can smoke or sit in open area in front of restaurant on 4th floor of the hotel. One thing you can miss is welcome drink 🍻 😂 I highly recommend it.

The hotel is in the prime location and the hospitality is impeccable.The roof top restaurant is awesome with good food. The crew is nice and is always helpful

Clean spacious room with kettle and powerful aircon. Very prompt service and helpful staff. The restaurant has a great view, excellent vegetarian options which were prepared fresh to order

The hospitality was great. All the employees were exceptionally good & cordial, especially driver bhajanlal uncle. No hidden cost but they do charge for house service separately. We had an early train around 7ish. The management ensured that we had a good breakfast before leaving even though it doesn't start till 7:30am since breakfast was included. That was the highlight of our stay!! Just don't visit the following in Jaipur- 1. City palace (overpriced), rather visit Albert museum. 2. Nahargarh fort just look at sunset point no need to visit wax museum, sheesh mahal & all overpriced. 3. Amer fort was the best. 4. Be firm while shopping otherwise you will come out with lot's of stuff & at loss of thousands of rupees. Happy Journey

The rooms are big and clean. Nice terrace on which to have breakfast. The staff is accommodating and helpful. I recommend it.

Hotel service is very good & location is also very good but room's AC is not good but after 3 hours room have changed

I stayed at this property for my recent trip to Jaipur. The hotel is located in the city centre and is at a distance of approximately 15 minutes from all the tourist places and markets. The rooms are huge and very clean. They have a beautiful rooftop where you can have your breakfast and other meals. The food preparation and quality is top notch. That being said the main highlight of my stay there was safety, polite behaviour and helpful nature of the staff. From booking cabs, to recommendations they helped us throughout our stay there. I definitely recommend this property whether you are staying with your family, friends or partner.
