Well the most important thing food is very good. We order the regular paneer daal naan raita chawal etc which all are good. Portion size is also great . One serve is enough for 3 people. But one thing makes me not go there again which is service of their staff. Sometimes they are rude.except that it's all good.

One of the best restaurants for Veg in Jaipur. Paneer Takatak and Lassi are a must try.

Food was good in taste but on expensive side. Atmosphere was okay, just as an a/c dhaba can be and it was clean. Service was prompt and polite. If you want to tip the waiter then Do Not add to the bill as it will not reach to the right person. Pay in cash to the person.

Last night we dine in Khandelwal Dhaba.. It’s food very tasty and hygienic.. Servicing are very good.. But food is very costly not affordable for all.. Staff were good at their service… Nice sitting arrangements.. We ordered Mushroom masala , kaaju curry ,hot and sour soup ,laccha paratha butter milk, veg raita and butter naan.. we are 6 person and our bill is 3000/-

There were so many Khandelwal Dhaba, we went for the one at the right-most end one. The taste of the food was good, it was a bit cold outside otherwise having dhaba food in open atmosphere hits different. The rates were reasonable but the food was oily (dhaba style ofc).

Service was average. Food was good. Masala salad was also good one.

Location: This places is situated On VKI area which is around 9-10 km approx from the centre point of Jaipur and on Sikar road. The place is quite good, and offer delicious food. Being a localite We Usually visit there, and for years their taste is same. The quality of food is good. Food: Usually we order menu from a la carte but recently I tried their Shahi thali which costs around 200/- + GST. And believe me I am loving that. In fact after ordering that I was like for this thali they could have charged around 280/- to 300/- and it would have been worth in that amount also.In thali they provide Kaju paneer, Mix Vegetable, dal makhani, boondi raita, pulao, papad, and gulab jamun, and one lachhha paratha, and one butter naan. And the best thing is first they serve lachhha paratha and then wait for your order to serve the naan which is included in thali. This thali is enough or I should say more than enough. You can imagine that we did not even order naan from the thali because the size of lachhha paratha was huge in itself. Other than thali their add on service like lasan chatni, fried green chilli and Masala Onion(pyaaz) and saunf packet are quite good. It costs you somewhere around 250-350/- on maximum side, if you order a la carte (directly from the menu card) and in this rate you will love this place. The only thing disappointed me the price of their rotis as their Lachhha paratha costs you around 100/- and Butter Naan around 80/- that is too high but still this price will not affect your price per person. Dinning Area: They have two halls and if you want to have food in open air than they have road side sitting also. And I usually prefer to sit outside as it gives a feel of desi dhaba। If you planning for mini party for 15-20 people then they will provide you seperate space also. Staff: Staff was somewhere between good to ok. And service was good intially they take 15-20 minutes for your order. Hygienic: Yes the place was and in case you want you can sit inside hall. Caution: There are so many dhabas and with similar names or other names but this one is the best. jaipurites can argue between Sharma and Khandelwal dhaba but I like this dhaba, as Sharma is no more good, and the other Khandelwal which is adjoining to this I have tasted their food also and that was kind of ok. If you find my review genuine and helpful pleas like it.

Overall 4 stars for this place because here, the food was excellent and delicious. Although-1 star due to the price! The pricing here is ridiculous. For each person about ₹500 you have to provide which is a bit costly for many. But on some occasions you can enjoy here. The environment is also fine but with an exeption. It is that there is too much noise here. Since it is on main road that’s the root cause. Otherwise if you have money I’ll definitely say it’s a must go here.

This is very famous locally. The food was very good and the foot fall is very decent. The service is hot and fresh. They have almost everything in their menu. I had ordered roti and some paneer subji it was very freshly prepared and quantity was also very goof.

One of the best dhaba in jaipur where you will get the best and tasty food. But do not order online on zomato or swigggy because you will not get the complete food ( salads and Chutney etc ). and sometimes you will receive order from dhaba instead of food. So prefer dine in.

A good place for vegetarian food lovers . Food is tasty but very oily . We ordered pudina Parantha , mirchi Parantha , kaccha Parantha .. but when he served it was totally dipped in butter . Although it was very tasty but we cudnt enjoy it . Very very heavy food . Dahi tadka is good fish , but again very oily . When you go there please order for less oil . Kulfi is really very tasty . First we ordered just one because of waiters recommendations , later we ate 4-5 more . In all it was nice experience to have dinner at this point .

One of the best traditional rajshtahani food place. Delicious food . Place is confusing because two more same name restaurant attached to this place. Little difficult to search for original khandelwal dhaba. On weekends and holidays you need to wait for your food due to rush.

Its very good for family dinner when you want to have main course. We have been here plenty of times. Dum aloo, panner, malayi kofta everything tastes great. Today we tried Hyderabadi biryani it was not that good but their service is really good. They give onion salad, masala onion rings, garlic chutney and masala mitchi complimentary.

Location of this restaurant is convenient and easily reachable. Food is tasty with slightly higher cost. Ambient is nice and restaurant have sitting inside as well as outside. <br/>In this Covid-19 situation, didn't see anyone sanitising the seating area.

I have ordered paneer pasnda last night from zomato ... and with special instructions "please prepare the food in white gravy" and this is what i get.... too much spicy and garlic... taste like chilli garlic sauce... and this was not paneer pasnda at all.... as paneer pasanda supposed to be a stuffed paneer sandwich with the creamy gravy of onion cashew and cream.... totally disappointed with the food.... and this is happening for 2nd time last time i ordered malai cofta and that i got in same same gravy... Please dont order food from this Resturant...atleast if you want to eat white gravy items.....

Every dhaba in this area Sikar road wants to Cash on with sharma dhabas legacy and survive on customers exploring new options, Khandelwal dhaba was a good substitute till recently, now the things are getting a bit questionable, Portion size have been reduced, quality is diluted. wastage of family time if planning to visit this dhaba.

We ordered kadhai paneer first and tandoori roti and it was good everybody loved it and the salad which they serve is one of the best they served chutney with salad and green chilli , green chilli had masala on it it was awesome salad nd about food it's good nd after that we ordered junglee roti for 90 ₹ but it wasn't worth the money they had simply put paneer on tandoori roti it was a quite disappointment and talking about the seating it is average and and old sofas were kept nd water was falling from ac overall the place is good for family..👌👌 and food was good though..but rates are high compared to others..

Khandelwal dhaba purana wala is one of the best dhaba in Jaipur. I visited this dhaba last week with my family.<br/>It's situated on the main road. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. Food is totally amazing here. We ordered dal fry, chana masala, veg raita, jeera rice, tandoori roti and masala papad. Each and every dish was perfect and delicious. Services are prompt and staff is very friendly. <br/>I'll totally recommend this dhaba.

OK, so this is a very famous dhaba in Jaipur and we had not yet been there so this bhai-dooj we decided to try it out, luckily we got the table pretty quickly even though there was lot of rush.<br/><br/>The place is decent, not like a real dhaba, has sofa and chairs in the inside hall and good chairs in the outside seating area so no problems for family, in fact most visitors for dinner are families only.<br/><br/>We ordered Paneer Takatak, palak paneer, veg kofta and methi malai matar. Paneer takatak was very good and also the tandoori rotis were very good, nicely cooked and soft. But the palak paneer was a disaster, it was like having raw palak, even methi malai matar wasn't that good.. veg kofta was decent.<br/><br/>So though we had great expectations from this place, it turned out to be an average one for us, the service is OK, although the waiter would make sure that you get a table quickly, you order food quickly, you eat quickly and then pay and go quickly! :) but no complaints there as it is a dhaba and usually it's always full.<br/><br/>And another good part I should mention before concluding is the price, it's actually very cheap so you can go and try this one, may be you will have a better luck than us<br/>!

Only thing disappointed was they put so much butter and oil in curries that outsiders and health cautious people can't take the full advantage of such great items. If you are travelling to Jaipur and not eating here, then it's your misfortune. Amazing food and hospitality. Junglee Roti and Kala Sona Paneer was out of the world. After a series of varieties of breads- garlic naan, mission roti etc, Kulkarni and Pan Kulfi was the best of the lot

Heard about this place from many and thought to try this place atleast once before leaving Jaipur. So when my family visited, we thought to stop by for having breakfast and fortunately I wasn't disappointed. But as it was breakfast, i didn't got chance to taste there thali, so am looking forward to try their thali before leaving Jaipur.

Good food. Price ok. But toilet very small, only one toilet, space crunch, nothing to hang trousers in the toilet. It is wet, needs improvement.<br/>

We were trying to find a nice restaurant near vidyadhar Nagar and found good rating for khandelwal dhaba so decided to give it a try. Loved food there specially jangali roti and sev tamatar sabzi. Ambience is not as good as fancy restaurant but food covered that and it's good for a dhaba. It is very economical also. I was surprised to see bill for 6 person. Situated Strategically right opposite to Sharma Dhaba on Sikar Road, this place provides similar food at much lesser prices. But, you get what you pay for. The quality of food is average (tastes above average, hygiene below average ). Service is quick and staff is prompt. Stuff Naan is must try. Can try this place if you have a good appetite and a healthy stomach.

Went there today saturday afternoon and it was full... no place to sit. Had to wait 10 mins.. food is cheaply priced and has taste. I had been to this place several times with my family and friends. U get a good , hot and tasty food here . Jungali rotu is their speciality n my family likes it. They also serve masala onion and lason chutni n don't miss these. Ask for fried green mirchi. Yummy. For a family of 4 , you can good food with lassi at the end for just Rs 800.

And I found it totally true!!<br/><br/>Tried paneer kadai, aloo, jeera rice, dal fry and rotis, of course.... Dal fry was totally awesome, we customised the dish to extra spicy with more garlic, and man, what a fabulous dal they serve...amazing!!<br/>Ambiance doesn't matter when the food is that good, and service is that reflexive!!

Khandelwal Dhaba is a joint that is very well known amongst the people of Jaipur. It was just last week that I paid a visit here. I did not expect much from the dhaba but it surely proved me wrong. The menu provided contains a good number of dishes and other offerings to please your hunger. The food is very well made, you can also tell them how the dish should be if you have any dietary restrictions. The ambience is also quite nice provided if you have a seat in the open, the covered portion makes you feel like you are in yet another restaurant. Looking forward to my next meal there.

Khandelwal dhaba is actually the one which offer super delicious food. We had 8 types of sabji there and all were awesome. Thin slices of onion with masala made the taste of your food ever more tasty. Everyone should try this place. Their prices are also reasonable. Not at all an overhyped place. Hygienic one. We dined at the Kandelwal Dhaba a/c restaurant and the food was what we were looking for - Authentic Dhaba type preparation. Delicious veg preparations were served with hot and crispy breads. The restaurant is very reasonably priced and the food is served with smiles and attention to details. Would certainly go again.

Stopped in for lunch at this dhaba on our way back to Jaipur. Being air conditioned made the choice easier between Sharma dhaba on the opposite side of the road. In breads junglee Roti looked and tasted pretty interesting. The portions are a bit large in dhaba style. Nice touch to serve complimentary paan at the end of meal. Reached at Khandelwal Purana Dhaba after too much tiring drive with Family. The food is more than expectation and hospitality by owner relieved our whole tiredness. This is the first Dhaba where we didn't give any order of our choice, complete order is from owner. And there is no words for food, especially that Jungali roti and Mawa Parantha. The words said by owner that "main to shakal dekh kar batata hoon ki aap log kya khaoge" are very true. Must visit dhaba for everyone.

Never go to this place....whole group sufferd with food poisoning after being there...just had simple food 2 vegetables and rotis but wasted next two days of my life....never want to visit such shit place again and would advise the same to u all..

After having a pathetic experience at sharma dhaba, i was compelled to try khandelwal dhaba which is right opposite to sharma dhaba. There are two khandelwal dhabas here, both claiming to be "purana wala", but the one on the right is the real "purana wala khandelwal dhaba".<br/><br/>Simple ambience as of a dhaba with outdoor and indoor sitting area. You'll be treated as a king when you visit them. Fast service, good courteous waiters.<br/><br/>We ordered pineapple raita, dal makhni and khoya paneer. We were served within 10mins. The quantity served was decent for 3 people to have. Butter naan was ordered along with the vegetables, huge huge butter naans. I guess one would be enough. <br/><br/>The food tasted absolutely amazing, dal makhni was authentic and paneers gravy was mouthwatering. The best was pineapple raitha, i havn't had such an amazing fruit raita or paineapple raita anywhere else. <br/><br/>All in all, skip sharma dhaba cause its over rated, their quality has declined and they are over priced. Khandelwal is the alternative. <br/><br/>A must try.

Well...a typical dhaba in terms of hygiene and service. Food was pretty reasonable. Lots of oil. Garlic naan is good and so is junglee roti.

Well it started with the...huddle in picking the seats...the staff is gud n we got the seats upright very soon even wen the there was lots of rush in the evening@8pm.<br/><br/>Loved the matar panneer...<br/>Specially liked the stuffed kulcha...mmm...very tasty<br/>Will recomend all to taste this one atleast in here...

Just opposite Sharma dhaba. If you plan to visit Sharma then must try this. Far better food compare to Sharma dhaba. at feasible rates. Only problem is sitting arrangement is not as good. <br/>3 out 5 rating.......
