Great Experience! Enjoyed it! So it is India's First AI based Restaurant, where from ordering food to the food getting served on table is done by Robots. You may place order just by speaking, or using a tablet or by manually asking the waiters. A robot greets you when you enter the restaurant. The ambiance is really nice and the restaurant is a perfect family restaurant, as well as a cool place to chill with your friends. They also have Live Music, and the crockery is trendy. The Chef has served a number of celebrities including Bill Clinton, Princess Diana, etc. He is professor of Vegetarian, Ayurvedic and Vegan Cuisine. He takes special care towards keeping the food healthy and flavorful at the same time. The food is really tasty and has great quality & quantity. The food is served by robots, and the sizzling Brownie is served by a dedicated spider robot. There is a robot for billing too. My experience had been great. I enjoyed my time here and experienced how robots are used in a restaurant. They also have Robot experience zone which is great for kids as well as very fascinating for elders. MUST VISIT!

Recently visited for dinner. This is place is situated above Gangaur sweets. The robot Restaurant is a creative robot theme based restaurant which also have Alexa for taking ur orders. The food was very well presented 🔥 all the chutneys was well prepared. Overall a fantastic experience with robots... You can also say Robot Factory.

What a great concept! 😍 Total futuristic feels. The Robot Restaurant is India's First AI based Restaurant, where guest are welcomed and escorted by robots, ordering food on table is done via Alexa (powered by Google) available on each table. Serving of food is done through multiple robots assigned to multiple tables. Order can be placed via Alexas or using tablets or simply by asking to human waitors. They surely have a great team of chefs in the kitchen which reflects in there premium taste they serve. Head Chef had served many notable personalities like Bill Clinton . He is totally to dedicated to herbal , ayurvedic and vegeterian food style with no compromise to flavours and taste. The restaurant is quite ambient and spacious . Liked there service, all the techy part is so smoothly managed and hasslefree. Food taste 5/5 Drinks 4/5 Ambience 5/5 Value for money "Yes Surely" On the entry part they also have Robo-expo centre which have many Robots with diffrent sets of activities . . The most eye catching moment was the hit sizzling brownie been served on special SPIDER robot which are dedicated to serve desserts , they have diffrents robos even for asking bill after your delcious meal. They are named as Mogambo , Gabbar etc and scripted with Hindi language which i liked the most. Overall a nice experience overall and will recommend every youth along with there family , friends , school mates come to experience and learn some new technology. It's a welcoming place, if you are looking to try out fusion food and want it to be good it's a good place to visit. Also if you want to try out new flavors in pastry you will find it here.

They make simple food tasty as I believe that is something very difficult to do. They have amazing decor and crockery. The staff is also very warm and helpful.

Good place for family outing. Service by Robots and Oder by Alexa is prime attraction for all specially kids. Food is good and rates are also ok. You will love the ambience and quality food served by Robot. Concept is good. Staff is trained. Don't forget to take selfies with robot and in end robot will take your selfie and whatsapp you.

Finally found a restaurant in Jaipur which offers unique taste, however regular Indian dishes weren’t that great but starters and drink were too good.

This place is located on Tonk road above Gangour Sweets and is basically a fusion Kitchen .<br/><br/>In terms of seating capacity the place is quite big and has some pretty decent interiors.<br/><br/>I had their pav bhaji fondue and their nanzaa.

Have you ever seen gordan Ramsay’s kitchen nightmares on tv? That’s what my first M Kitchn experience was!<br/><br/>1. Slow/rude service- We came celebrate birthday with family but restaurant couldn’t service us. Still, we were patient and waited. They served us starters but we had to wait over 2hours for main course order. After which the servers didn’t even ask us for deserts! Perhaps they didn’t had the staff on 5may 2019, Sunday evening or not sure. But it was nightmare. Although i am a guy who never shouts but that day i was really close due to such mistreatments. Waiters didn’t had even once came to us and told us about our order. Even after calling them to our table, they refused to come. At the end, i had to goto manager in kitchen by walking off my table and find out status of my order every 15mins. Even, a roadside thadi would have better service than this! Further, i did patiently wait for order but the staff was rude. <br/><br/>2. Lack of basic customer service - in any business especially restaurants, customer is the king. But it seems this restaurant doesn’t understand this. Let alone waiving off the bill or discounting it. I even had to goto the pos system and clear my bill myself after many tries. They didn’t even apologise. Unacceptable.<br/><br/>3. Gross mismanagement- if they dont have the staff. Then why keep the place open for business? <br/><br/>4. Bad ambience - I went there to have a good time with family. But found that other customer were being mistreated. Unlike me who patiently waited, they were shouting and throwing dished / places on the floor making load noises. I don’t blame them, the management doesn’t know how to run a restaurant. They frustrated everyone. To the point, where lot of people got tired of waiting/shouting and just left. In middle of meal. This treated a atmosphere of negativity to the point my 6month old nephew who was sleeping woke up crying :(<br/><br/>5. Good food - even in mid of all this drama, the food served was delicious. We ordered Roasted veggies strudle, tacos, machow soup which was great! The Mexican salad with nachos/Marconi/olives too sour for my taste but I didn’t ask them to replace as it as I doubt they would. For main course, we had dal makhani and firangi kofta. Both were exceptional in taste. Never eaten anything like this even in my visits to elite Indian restaurants of London, Usa or Canada. Really impressive!<br/><br/>Overall,<br/>The food is good as the menu is curated by master chef ranbeer brar but It’s best to avoid this place. But Nothing can justify rude service and customer mistreatments. If you still want to go, do zomato delivery. Atleast you will get your money from back from Zomato if they delay your order ;)

M-kitchen has very good ambience but thier staff need to be trained, its not like that they are rude or something but a restaurant with such reputation and food price must have trained staff. Coming on to taste it is decent but quantity of food is not acceptable at all and that might be the reason restaurant was empty even at 9pm on saturday night. The taste and quantity does not match with the price and service which was slow and normal nothing exceptional. Hara bhara kabab, paneer tikka quantity was less. Only positive was mojito and free papad. Need huge improvement on staff training, food quantity and taste.

M kitchen is different from other restaurants, it has gastronomic feel to it.<br/>I ordered peri peri cheese fingers and they were mind blowing 👌♥️ also they served some complimentary breads with a dip and some nitrogen puffs as well.<br/>I highly recommend M kitchen. 😊

Located at main tonk road, pure fusion cuisine from chef Ranveer Brar. The ambience is pretty cool. Food quantity as well as the taste along with the presentation was such amazing.

Very nice ambience and equally nice food. The server was very polite and suggested everything according to our tastes and expectations. Serving and presentation of the food was also very impressive. Will definitely recommend the beetroot kebab for appetizer and chakki ki sabzi for main course.

Second time went there today... again perfect food and great taste. Right from starters till main course everything is great. Neither too spicy nor too bland, just the right balance

Awesome ambiance.. They hv different sections for sittings which creates difference from other places.. My close friend recommend this place to me for their jini dosa.. So I go there to try jini dosa..great sweets variety they hv... We also try some of these.. Everything was perfect.. It was my Valentine's visit.. They make it worth.. Will come soon there again..superb place I found.. 🤗

M Kitchen is a place where I frequently visit to purchase sweets as this is not very far from my place. The sweets they serve are really very exotic and yummy. They are real mouth watering things one could ever see.<br/>Their service is great, food served is hygienic & ambiance is great too. ;)

Worst staff. No sense of talking or service. Dear manager, you are charging too much for what? Staff need to be trained first. Very costly in terms of food and service. Yes ambiance is good. I will never visit nor recommend.

They serve dosa without sambher. Recipies dressing and presentation is very good.<br/><br/>Chole bhature is very tasty. Paneer recipies are delicious.

Have been to this place twice and the experience with food has been great and 3 rating is for that. But, the service needs major improvement. Had to wait for food for half an hour and there was nobody around to respond. The goodies which were served before and after food the first time were not there. There was an exponential degradation in the overall experience and service in the two visits (just one week apart).

The restaurant had just the ambience I was looking for .<br/>Many people were there but, unlike other restaurants there was a soothing silence.<br/>The complimentary 'Nitrogen Poppers' as they call it were an interesting twist (just liquid Nitrogen cooled Kurkure puffs!).{8.2/10}<br/>For appetizers I just had one : paneer tikkas : 2 pieces of three types served with chutney, they were OK, nothing special. {7.7/10}<br/>Lastly, I had an order of enchiladas. A bit spicy .. but worth it and my favourite. Amazing flavours melt in the mouth . Btw enchiladas are tortillas filled with vegetable , beans, etc. Topped off with sauces and cheese. {9.2/10}<br/>My second favourite part was the presentation of the paneer tikkas, exquisite!<br/>I strongly recommend the Enchiladas if you visit M kitchn.<br/><br/>

We had ordered Gatta do pyaaza and veg biryani and it was sooo delicious that we couldn't resist going there 2 straight days in our 4 days stay at Jaipur. And the super polite and welcoming staff was the cherry on the cake. Loved everything about this place.
