One of my favorite places to have South Indian in Jaipur
Whenever I'm in WTP I make sure to have their dosas
Their Mysore masala dosa and Uttapam are really nice
Do try !!
Service is very slow , so keep that in mind if you visit
Chetna Khandal
A few weeks ago I tried their two types of dosa. They served the dosa with sambhar and chutney. The taste was good but the quantity of masala filings was less.
Ankur S Sharma
Situated in food court on WTP, taste of food was good enough to satisfy your carving for south indian food . We went on Saturday and that was a mistake we did`nt get chance to sit had to wait like 20 minutes or so , there was no place even in common food court sitting area.
Tanushri Kejriwal
The staff is uncourteous and would not listen to you properly, also they mix up the orders, very bad experience the food is good but the overall experience will kill it for you
I got irritated by asking for my order again and again and they forgot serving me items from my order
This is the first time, me and my friend went to Vaango for the south Indian cuisines. I never thought of experiencing like this. We ordered signature dosa which cost Rs.99. It was about Saturday. In the mid of the eat, I saw the strand of short hair/moustache in green sauce. We were at dilemma. So, we complained for the sauce and they again brought a new green sauce. No way again, but we found the strand of hair again in that sauce. This was height. We left the table and asked for the manager and the manager was the same who brought the sauce. I humbly told them to keep on eye on basic hygiene. Manager just told we will take care of it next time. We left. We were not there just because we are getting dosa. We were there because of the ambiance, hygiene otherwise we would have eaten at out of WTP with a reasonable rate. This was really a bad experience with Vaango.
Dvvijay999
Packing was very bad. All the sambhar and chutney were out of box. And my food was spoiled. I expect better delivery from zomato. There is always some or other issue.

If you want Real south indian taste.... please come here and order delicious food.... Even masala dosa, idlis, paratha etc....... Everything is awesome and wow
Rohit Roy
Visited here for south indian food.
This is located in food court of world trade park, they have ample space for seating.
Had Uttapam which was average in taste but loved their msala dosa.
Arpit
I had Masala Dosa, Not Rava one,
Plain Masala Dosa with Coconut chutney and Masala Liquid Dal with it,
Delicious it was,
The best part if there is a package where you can order one dal halwa with the Dosa,
Must try, Quantity it is more than sufficient for one person.
Yes, there is Lemonade also included in that food package,
Give it a try.
Megha
Very bad tasting southindian food, the dosa was half cooked not properly prepared and the sambar seems stale. It was highly disappointing tasty and hygiene wise.
PRINCY JASAWAT
This is the worst place to go for south indian cuisine... If you love south indian food this should be your last resort.... The basic uttapam-sambar had no taste and the paniyaram was a big disappointment..THE FOOD WAS LITERALLY DIPPED IN SALT.... I had to especially write this review to caution people , "DON'T KILL YOUR LOVE FOR SOUTH INDIAN FOOD BY GOING TO VAANGO".
Foodieby_soul
One of the best dosas i have in town...ghee roast is absolutely delicious...three chutnies and samber is just amazing in taste and delicious. Dosas are crisp and amazing.
Tavishi
The dosa is really tasty. They also have offers on certain weekends. Know the offers and grab them. The chutney and sambhar was also fresh and tasty. Give this place a try.
Bhupesh Pandey
It was an ok experience. Service is not at all good. Quality of food is normal. It's located in wtp food court. They pretend that they are busy but they aren't.

This place is so well suited for all the South Indian food lovers. Situated in the food court of WTP, this litter food joint serves some of the best dosas available in Jaipur. I tried the masala dosa, which was served with three chutneys and sambhar. Perfect combination it was.
Foodisbae
And now this is another eatery in food court where we end up because of its classic South Indian food!
Love their vada pav and Masala rawa, Mysore dosa anytime! Visit them for pocket friendly rates and finger licking food!

I went to Tuesday with Friends here.
the food here is very good.
We ate the onion masala dosa here.
Onion masala dosa: 5/5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
And the best thing here was that tuesday there was a dosa free on a dosa.
The service was also very good.
Meduvadas and kesari bhat draw me to Vaango everytime I go to Jaipur. Though steeply priced, the vadas are crispy and one can munch through 3-4 with ease. Same goes for kesari bhat which is dripping with ghee and tastes as good as the one I used to have at Bangalore.
Pranju Daftari
Visited this place during the Paryushan Parv ( The Jain Festive ). The place turned out to be a resort for it had something to offer that was Onion-Garlic
less.

However, I would not say the food was too good but it was fairly okay.

We had their Chhola Bhatura and Uttapam which tasted decently good barring the amount of oil Bhaturas had.

Situated in World Trade Park food court, this outlet offers variety of South Indian with some other dishes like pav bhaji, vada pav, etc. Tried masala uttapam. It was for about Rs 200 so quite pricy for the actual dish, otherwise it was decent in taste and nothing noteworthy.
Ritika Sharma (Ritzy)
Located in WTP food court, a small spaced restaurant serving South Indian food. We have been to this place twice. We tried Idli & Masala Dosa which was just average and in our next visit we gave a try to Vada Pav & Chole Bhature which again proved to be just average. Vada Pav although managed to hit our tastebuds but Chole Bhature failed to impress with Bhature tasting more like Puri's and Chole also just being okay.
Although the prices are reasonable & with ongoing attractive offers like eat one dosa and get another free, cost saving combos caters people but its better to try out the other options at the food court instead of going in for this outlet.
Ronak Ghiya
I had a Royal meal combo which had a Masala Dosa, 1pc Idli, 1pc Medu Vada and Rawa kesri.

Masala Dosa 6/10
Idli 9/10
Medu Vada 9/10
Rawa kesri 9/10
Sambhar 4/10

Sambhar was very average. Sambhar was a let down. Huge scope of improvement.
Bhagyashri Borkar
Unnecessary charge extra.....i ordered plain dosa and order came so early it was great in taste ........must try nice combos and deals were there .....but i was expected more south indian desserts there....
Devashish Poddar
Probably the worst restaurant in Jaipur. They serve very quickly .. very mean extremely fast and the reason for this perfection is that they serve you already prepared cold and rotten dosas and other eatables. I ordered a dosa which was cold as an ice and was rotten. It made me sick. Even the lassi was bad and pathetic. They have seriously degraded their quality and the staff members are poorly managed. Pathetic is a very decent word for this awful place where you cant even get a good set of food. I would be very happy to rate with negative stars if zomato allows. I am not happy with VAANGO ! What a shame !!
Dhaval Kumar
Very bad service and food. You must need to improve your service.

My suggestion never go this restaurant placed in world trade park food zone.

Addicted_Dessertarian
Worst ever experience on 1st January. Had to ask them multiple times to clean the tables. We ordered Mysore Masala Dosa and Tadka Idli. Last time the Idlis were perfect but on occasion of new year, they were just serving their worst food. The Idlis were very less in quantity and were without Tadka. Sambhar was the worst ever.. Simply cooked vegetables with no flavors and spices. The guy was not even interested in listening to the complaints... Don't visit them if you really want to have good time eating with your family! Not at all recommended! 👎👎

We ordered dosa and idli combo here which was good in taste.

Good place to have south indian food.
Service - 5/5
Food - 5/5
Ambience - i can understand as it is in wtp food court. So, according to this they have good ambience.

It's average
I went there just to have South Indian food as I was badly missing Bangalore South Indian food
But it didn't helped me
It was ok ok ok
Sambar was terrible
Sorry bad review but I'm trying to be honest

South Indian food is love 😍😍

This place serves decent South Indian food when you want to grab a bite after shopping in WTP.

Located right in the centre of the food court. Do my their masala mini idlis. They are yummy snack.

One of the best and most authentic tasting South Indian outlets in Jaipur. The sambhar is to die for. Staff is very polite and courteous. Pay them a visit for a wholesome and safe meal, and definitely if you're craving a little South Indian food. Can't recommend this enough.
Ankur
Had visited for a takeaway- Masala Dosa.

Taste of dosa and cutneys were good, could have been better if they had cooked dosa for little more.

Staff was good as order placement was smooth.

Packing was good but only thing that pinch me is they charge for containers. So finally a masala dosa cost me Rs.174 that quite on higher side for a dosa.

Overall was just fine experience.
Nikhil Nagar
Worst experience i ever had in any restaurant. Reasons being
1. I ordered food at 1350 hr n got the packed stuff at 1530hr.
2. The lady on the cash counter added the meal but didn't removed the old items due to which i had to get the tomato rice packed. Also she clearly refused for cancelation of the order at the same time.
3. Tomato rice which i got packed for 139 rs and 22rs for packing were so less that they cant even fill the belly of a small kid.
4.this one not a particular issue with me but even they don't serve free water. And no napkins on table or with plates, u have to ask for it always n pathetic service.
I will highly recommend not to go there again. And adding the pics to show the timing n amount of tomato rice i have got
Anand Tiwari
I dont understand why are they servings the mini idlis that also wid masala if they dont know how too, second thing is the dosa meants to be warm bcos as it gets colder it is like shit to it okay and your sambhar ohh god that ridiculous dam it,, i would suggest no one to go there because 300-500 bucks is what u spent there and they are not worth 3-5 rupee, jaipur vaango sucks
Indu Kashyap
Not worth spending a single penny at this place. Worst place to have south indian food. They have many outlets in delhi and they are much better. Ordered mini masala idlis ,masala dosa and rava kesar. Mini masala idlis were worst..they just sprinkled the masala over the idlis.Sambhar was so thin😠and disgusting well Dosa was ok and rava kesari was also ok but not roasted properly. And service was not good they were least interested.
Overall worst experince.. 😞👎

South Indian food is very popular in North India and by South Indian food, I mean Idli, Dosa, Sambar Vada. Situated in World Trade Park, Vaango is a South Indian joint in food court right between kebab & Curries and Crazy Noodles. The dining area of Vaango is designed using primarily green color and graphics of South Indian people making dishes and you can also read how does, dosai or dosha got its name from? As you enter the place, they also have a mascot welcoming you.

One thing you can clearly grasp from the first look of Vango is that their counter is never empty. It's one of the busy joints in food court. Their menu is filled with all sort of South Indian dishes with multiple varieties of fillings. They also have several Combos.

Waiter won't come to take your order, you have to first order on the counter and wait for your order. If you ask them nicely they will deliver it to your seat or you can pick it up. There was only one empty seat and it was unclean, filled with plates of leftovers. I asked the waiter to clean up the table. He just took old plates and never bothered to clean the table. I had to ask thrice just to get the table cleaned. One other thing I noticed that they keep plates stacked on top of each other with coconut chutney already served until all the plates are used. They do that to save time, but leaving the chutney open is just plain unhealthy.

I ordered Onion Masala Dosa, Uttapam and Idli with Rava Kesri. Sambhar which is common with all dishes and was very tasty. Dosa was filled with layer of finely chopped onion and aloo masala. It was also nice. Uttapam was also decent. Apart from Rava kesrri, which is suji ka halwa everything was decent. For drink, I ordered Virgin Mojito, which was also okay.

In summary, kitchen was not hygienic, place was not properly cleaned and food was in the range of average and above average. But if you are not concerned with cleanliness and looking for an tasty, south-indian affordable fulfilling meal then Vaango is for you. Also there is no other option for South Indian food in World Trade Park's food court. I think they just need to organize the place a little bit and make it look more cleaner.
Komal Sadhwani
Its a food court style architecture located in wtp I ordered mini idli they were very nice small coin shaped idlis. Portion was okay 14 idlis and sambhar was fine but I expected more at least for taste in sambhar.
Jaisheen Kaur
Vango should be a first choice of any south indian lover. Though i dont really relish south indian food but wanted to try their rawa kesari. First of all not at all tasty dosa (masala dosa). The filling was so minimal, it was a devastating choice😾. Then their pav bhajji, which better than their dosa atleast. Virgin mojito was also ok 🤢 The show stopper was Rawa kesari😬 It was just marvellous 👽 Hope to visit vango next time only for this sweet dish🤓🍚 Otherwise i am in no mood to waste my money and time🍭

Sub standard stuff other than dosa which was also average nothing great , never try their filter coffee and dahi wada. Filer coffee taste like having milk with coffee.

Well this chain restaurant is located at world trade park , malviya nagar , at the food court of the mall.

The place serves pure authentic South Indian meals , the price are reasonable with hygiene & quick service.

1) Paper plain dosa - The dosa was perfect & crisp the chutney include coconut & tomato was perfect .

2) Onion masala dosa - You get Onion & with potato masala perfect in taste.

3) Idli sambhar - Freshly cooked & served the softness can be feel on every bite.

4) Dahi vada - perfect go for it.

5) Buttermilk / Mojito - delightful drinks to serve your thirst.

Overall a good experience & enjoyable South Indian delicious.

Pictures

Vango is an authentic south indian restaraunt but I like their chola bhatura and vada pao with gun powder this combination is awesome . This is my personal observation that their taste changes .I have been to vango so many times buy most of the time they r fabulous but at times they r only good .Still one of very good south indian in jaipur

My favourite place for south indian food.
The filter coffee reminds me of karnataka.
Love their masala dosa and uttapam. The food here is always fresh ,tasty and tummy filling.

Vaango is located in the food court of world trade park and serves south indian food at a decent cost. Their onion rawa masala dosa is fairly good and vegetable utapam is pretty decent too.. visiting yhis outlet for breakfast is something i suggest cause its less crowded around that time plus the food is fresh.. sometimes the sambar they serve is not that great so spoils the whole idea of having a nice south indian dish..their beverages aren't that great either..
Prashant Mathur
Filter coffee and buttermilk are the highlights of vaango! Rest is south indian food which however is good in taste. The best thing is their uttapam and masala dosa...

Great coffee. On par South Indian dishes. Decent place to sit in flooded WTP food court. Slow staff. Didn't live upto the expectations and the competition available at the same floor. Buckle up team.🤓

Vaango is located in WTPs food court, it is one few the food outlets in the which have their individual seating space also.

So there is nothing in the name of ambience but the service is pretty quick and staff is really good. They have quit a variety in their menu and they also have few additional items other than the South Indian food items. The taste is fine, we ordered a Mysore Masala Dosa, Rawa Dosa(with ghee), Masala Idlis and filter coffee. The dosas and Idlis were fine but the filter coffee was pretty good.

The rates here are quite reasonable and so this is a value for money place also. I rate this place as follows :

Ambience : 3.5/5.0

Taste : 3.0/5.0

Service : 3.5/5.0

Value for money : 4.0/5.0

A nice Vango outlet...I always prefer having a combo meal whenever I try in Vango, so that I get the variety and the kesar halwa which is yum..The aouth indian preparations are decent, the quantity is decent but even the prices is at a lower side not a expensive place to fill in your south indian greed..I am a stisfied customer here, not over the moon nor disappointed..Nd I can visit this place again and again whenevr I want some south indian dish..so a 3.5 star for me..

Vaango is a Tamil word meaning 'Come In'. A "Madrasi" name with a "Madrasi" man wearing traditional South Indian clothes with folded hands to greet and welcome people to this South Indian food outlet. The only place where i could find the neer dosa (oh the bangalore memories 😍) but they serve it with coconut sambhar (Why!! 😫) though its the authentic way but would have been better with normal sambhar! If you at WTP and wish to enjoy South Indian this is the place. Though situated in food court there is lot of hustle and bustle but still it is Ok when you are with friends.

The service is fast but the waiters are cheap and untrained. The dosa and idli were good but sambher needs to be more tangy and spicy.

Okay so this place is really nice for having south Indian. Every dish served here is nice. But some must try are onion masala dosa, filter coffee and tomato rice. Onion masala dosa 4.5/5 Filter coffee 4/5 Tomato rice 4.5/5

Sambhar was not that good as i expected , Also the idli was not freshly made , it felt like a rubber ball.

Chatnis were good but over pricing of Soft drinks plus they are adding tax on them. Situated in the busy food court at World Trade Park, Vaango! is an ideal place to satiate your taste buds with delicious south indian cuisine.

Be it dosas, idlis, rawa or uthapams, Vaango gives you yummy food, light on oil and pocket. (and an unlimited refill of sambhar)

Even if it is in the food court, Vaango has its own seating arrangement. Their characteristic white and green theme seperates it from the rest. So if you are in a mood of some dosas, eat at vaango and don't forget to click selfies with the welcome effigy at the entrance.

Been here two days ago and the best part is affordable yumminess. We did a South Indian platter and it was nice. I personally make a trip to waango for their filter coffee. This time it disappointed me. But the company makes it worth it.
Ps: this is the place where I came to know that people stare at me, I don't know for whatever reason.

NOT so good experience. South indian cuisine lacked important ingredients. It was a dosa but with north indian touch, you guys have to work on that. Ambience was chippery and jolly, a good place to visit on weekends.

Its a nice place to be at if you're looking for south indian food.

I visited the place with family, we ordered many dishes, but amongst all I enjoyed the dosa. Sambhar could have been a bit more thick.

A good quick service South Indian cuisine restaurant, consistent and serve almost all popular dishes.
They also have a limited choice of north Indian food on the menu as well.
If you like South Indian food, a must visit, you will not be disappointed.

The place is amazing with an outstanding crowd. Providing south indian speciality dishes it was just great to eat em. The price too is not high and you would love the exotic taste of the food.

An okayish experience overall.
Ambience- good. Not too cosy. Was almost full when I got in.
Service- haphazzard! They kept delivering wrong orders at wrong tables. Lucky enough mine was just late not wrong !
Food- Sambhar is actually quite good.. Dosa- cheese masala n onion masala- was light n crisp but d filling was a miss for me. The side chutneys were a tomato chutney which was tasteless but then the coconut chutney which was heavenly! The masala n signature utthapam are a must try!! The idlis were soft and fresh. The mini idli starter is recommended for all. The surprise was a perfect vada pav that would take u straight into the Mumbai suburbs!
Price: Easy on pocket!
Blunders: The waiters don't know what dish they are delivering at the table. They don't know if it is a Rawa dosa or not. Water at out table arrived after 10 mins by watch after telling them. If they improve wid time, it us a great place if u wanna have south indian cuisine.

The sitting area is good enough but the Rawa masala dosa we ordered was ok ok .... Might be possible that I didn't got the exact South Indian Flavour also even the starters we ordered was not good.... I liked the coconut chutney the most over here........

Service part is good...

If you are really hungry and you a fan of south Indian cuisine so you must be go there. This place is for you!!
Vaango!!!

It's a South Indian joint, offering a wide range of dishes from South India. The food is delicious and the service is prompt. They offer unlimited supply of side dishes like chutney and Sambhar and the staff is very eager to serve. Rates reasonable

One word- Awesome!

Ambience- 8.5/10 (coz of the clutter of food court)
Food- 10/10
Service- 9/10
VFM- 10/10

I've tried almost all the delicacies on their menu ranging from their vadai, idli, dosai, mocktails, filter-coffee and other pretty much everything! And not even once they disappointed me!
Thumbs up for the consistency!

I step inside the cluttering food court of WTP only because of the finger-licking south Indian food that Vaango! serves. I can't seem to have enough of it.

Worth giving a try..I'm sure you'll visit them again for the sumptuous delicacies!
